As Arcadus carried marik down the hall, he noticed that Kitai has decided to be a silly saika, and, for once, decided to take his antics beyond just jabs and making jokes, and has decided to actually prank not only Arcadus and Marik, but also it would appear himself. As red reiatsu flowed into the floor, Arcadus had a brief moment where he thought htis was some kind of cero, but, relaxing as he remembered what was going on, and simply stood still, waiting to see what kind of jestery this was.
As crystaline sandstone formed around himself and Marik, Arcadus wondered why he even bothered with dealing with this saika, but he remembered the ryo sitting at home, and the support he'd given and been given to him, and he figured it was likely worth dealing with it. Though, as the jet accelerated through the palace, Arcadus considered that this might prove to be a problem, given Kitai's general lack of skill and luck with vehicles.
With a slice of his hand, Arcadus cut himself free from the seatbelts that had laced over him as a part of this forming construct. Seeing that Kitai had no intention of doing anything than crashing a plane into a wall, Arcadus repeated the motion on a larger arc, slicing Kitai's section of the plane from himself and Marik, and holding onto the jet, flipped it so that he could plant his feet on the ground and brake, holding on so as to not have Marik meet whatever fate Kitai had made for this clone.
Setting the remains of the plane down, Arcadus pulled the seat Marik was in apart, picking him up again. "Leave herding Kitai's to me, I've got some ability to actually make him heel, despite the fact that he'd rather set himself on fire for a laugh than ever do anything productive, at least when people are watching." Kitai did have a weird habit of getting everything done when people weren't looking and only goofing off when people could see him.
"Lets not fight him. Its not worth it to start fights with our co workers, but Kitai is going to have to pay for the damages, and not in discounts at his shop." Arcadus wondered why the hell he was so concerned about marik, he barely knew him, but if he had to guess it was because it was because he was injured and basically dying while trying to be a tour guide. Arcadus had to admire the dedication, but question the lack of care for himself. Marik probably wouldn't die, but he wasn't exactly speeding up his recovery time.
As Arcadus again began to move towards the infirmary, looked at the piece of the ship he'd destroyed. it was as as if sand was roughly blasted into glass, a grainy texture showing that the normaly smooth nature of heated and blown glass was instead replaced by flash heated silica. What a strange technique, to transmute objects and materials when Kitai himself already had so much physical and spiritual power. Maybe it was to mimic those human world dwellers Kitai spent so much time around?
Moving again, Arcadus stepped, using Sonido to cross the largest line of distance between him and the infirmary, and quickly arriving, various nurses and physcians made their presences known as Arcadus moved through the main room. He needed to put Marik down in a bed, and he wasn't waiting for the numeros to process him, that was for later. One very brave Arrancar tried to say something, but a glare that could melt glass, and if Arcadus wanted, this whole building, sat him back down.
Laying down the Primera Espada in a bed, Arcadus waved over a nurse. "He's got full body lascerations, broken ribs, likely also heat exhaustion. I'd get him some food as well, he probably hasn't been eathing as well as he should have been." Arcadus's tone was even, but even as the word left his mouth, he had no clue what the hell was happening. First humans and hollows, now other Arrancar he was making allowances, kindness. He wouldn't have done this when he was Tercera, or before that. Something had changed about him.
