New Powers: Some of his techniques could've either been combined or shouldn't exist as is, so I decided to rework those one's to be more fair/coherent
Thread Justification For Rank Change: - (Generally speaking, three threads are recommended for a Rank-Up. Exceptions can be made.) I don't believe thread justification needs to be made for this, as I was fixing up and combining techs. Though I am ready to pay for the techs with TTP just in case (considering Healing Snacks was merged with a tech I was working on and realized there was no reason for them to be separate).

{Monstrous Claws}Technique Name: Monstrous Claws
Class: 6
Technique Type: Hollow Technique
Usable By (Technique is available to which races?): Hollow
Technique Element: None
Technique Description and Effects (Explain appearance, powers, and effect):
Wendigo like most Cryptids don’t have many ways of dealing with targets at a distance if any at all. This led them to develop easier and efficient ways to deal with targets within reach, one of the ways the Wendigo has done this is through the ability to extend its claws an inch further out as well as make it several times harder allowing for an easier time to pierce and shred their prey. While extended his claws cause bleed damage that causes the target who has been hit to bleed out every post and pass out from blood loss after fifty posts. For every additional hit that holds the bleed affect the targets bleed out posts is shortened by 1. This will eventually stack with Hunter's Mark meaning every hit with both Techniques activated lessens the posts before passing out by 4. This technique also allows Akando to attack physically without being affected by cutback. This costs NO reiatsu to activate.
How to use technique (How is it activated?): Through concentration and physical force Akando can manipulate his claws by making them longer and harder.
Technique Drawbacks (Limitations, repercussions for use, etc)
This requires Akando to land a hit with his claws for the effect to take place and is very painful to activate. Those with a 1 in bleed resist adds 10 more posts before bleeding out, those with 2 in bleed resist add 20 more posts and those with three adds 30, those with 4 in bleed resist or high speed regeneration are immune to the bleeding affect.

{Perfect Hunter}Technique Name: Perfect Hunter
Class: 4-1
Technique Type: Hollow Technique
Usable By (Technique is available to which races?): Hollow
Technique Element: None
Technique Description and Effects (Explain appearance, powers, and effect): Wendigo's can have a slight sadistic nature, enjoying the fear their prey may show. The best fear comes from those with regenerating or healing abilities when they realize their in trouble. So how do you bring this kind of fear to them? The easiest way is to stop their ability to heal their own wounds.
Coating his claws and horns in reiatsu Akando is able to forcibly shut down the regeneration or self healing of those he wounded with the reiatsu covered claws and horns. This coating of reiatsu lasts 3 posts regardless of what Class Akando activates it at. In addition to being able to stop wounds from healing, this also allows Akando's horns and claws to bypass cutback. This will also allow his bleed to affect those with bleed resist 4, however, it takes 100 posts of bleed for them to pass out/die.
How to use technique (How is it activated?):
Technique Drawbacks (Limitations, repercussions for use, etc) This technique costs 100 reiatsu at Class 4 and 50 additional reiatsu for every Class above, maxing at Class 1 for 250 reiatsu. This technique can't stop someone from healing a wound if they use a power or technique with 1 class superiority.

{Healing Snack}Technique Name: Healing Snack
Class: 6
Technique Type (Kido, Hollow/Arrancar Technique, Human World Dweller Technique, Other): Hollow Technique
Usable By (Technique is available to which races?): Hollow
Technique Element: None
Technique Description and Effects (Explain appearance, powers, and effect): Though their hunger is endless, their survivability is almost as remarkable, damage taken is meaningless when all you need is a snack. After devouring a limb (or two or three), any damage short of brain damage begins to regenerate. With one bite scratches and bruises heal in 1 post, deep cuts and broken bones are healed in 4 posts, and damaged organs or missing limbs regenerate in 7 posts. Every additional bite after the first speeds regeneration by 2 posts (if you had a broken hand that requires 4 posts to heal after a bite then the second bite would fully regenerate the hand in 2 posts).
How to use technique (How is it activated?): Take a bite out of a living/spiritual being while focusing reiatsu into the mouth.
Technique Drawbacks (Limitations, repercussions for use, etc) Requires a living or spiritual being to bite and costs 100 reiatsu to use. This Technique is locked until he becomes a Gillian.

{Hunters Mark}Technique Name: Hunters Mark
Class: 5
Technique Type: Hollow Technique
Usable By (Technique is available to which races?): Hollow
Technique Element: None
Technique Description and Effects (Explain appearance, powers, and effect): Wendigo’s are terrifying in many aspects, their ability to track their target however is one of the scariest. Spotting his Victim, Akando will be able to tag a target by memorizing their scent, appearance, and sounds they produce. With his new found ability to watch his prey, Akando now sees the best way to attack them, whenever he lands a hit he causes a bleed affect. This effect causes the target who has been hit to bleed out every post and pass out from blood loss after fifty posts. For every additional hit that holds the bleed affect the targets bleed out posts is shortened by three (This stacks with Monstrous Claws meaning every hit with both Techniques activated lessens the posts before passing out by 4). This doesn’t end here, for every 100 instinct above 100, he can apply the mark to an additional target simultaneously.
How to use technique (How is it activated?): After seeing an opponent Akando can apply his reiatsu to his vision, thus marking his target in his reiatsu.
Technique Drawbacks (Limitations, repercussions for use, etc) There is no Reiatsu cost for this technique, instead, for every target marked his Senses drops by 10% regarding everything else but the marked targets. The user can only apply the mark to a single target at a time unless he is capable of marking more than 1 target. Those with a 1 in bleed resist adds 10 more posts before bleeding out, those with 2 in bleed resist add 20 more posts and those with three adds 30, those with 4 in bleed resist or have high speed regeneration are immune to the bleeding affect. Locked until Adjuchas.

{After Update}
What kind of update: Personal Tech Rework{Monstrous Claws}Combining and fixing both Monstrous Claws and Perfect Hunter
Technique Name: Monstrous Claws
Class: 6-1
Technique Type: Hollow Technique
Usable By (Technique is available to which races?): Hollow
Technique Element: None
Technique Description and Effects (Explain appearance, powers, and effect):
Wendigo, like most cryptids, don’t have many ways of dealing with targets at a distance, if any at all. This has led them to develop easier and more efficient ways to deal with targets within reach. One way the Wendigo have done this is to drastically harden their claws, and extend them by up to an inch. This makes for an easier time piercing and shredding their prey.
While extended, Akando's claws cause bleeding. A hit target bleeds every post and passes out from blood loss after 50 posts. Each extra time Akando hits with an attack that causes bleeding, this timer shortens by 1. If the Hunter's Mark technique is also active, the timer instead shortens by 4.
Depending on its class, Monstrous Claws scales in effect and cost. The effects of each class stack with the effects of each higher class. The effects and costs of the technique are as follows:
At class 6, the technique costs no reiatsu.
At class 5, the technique bypasses cutback and costs 25 reiatsu per post to activate and maintain.
Starting at class 4, the technique prevents regeneration and healing of up to its own class and costs 50 reiatsu.
At class 3, the technique costs 100 reiatsu. Reiatsu coats his Antlers and teeth applying this effect on them as well.
At class 2, the technique costs 200 reiatsu.
At class 1, the technique affects characters with Bleeding Tolerance 4 and costs 300 reiatsu.
When this technique is Proficient, its cost to maintain must be paid only once every 2 posts. When this technique is Mastered, only once every 3 posts.
Those with a 1 in bleed resist adds 10 more posts before bleeding out, those with 2 in bleed resist add 20 more posts and those with three adds 30, those with 4 in bleed resist or healing/HSR of a superior class to the techniques own class are immune unless it's class 1. At class 1 those with Bleeding Tolerance have a timer of 100 instead of being immune. For the purposes of determining class for natural HSR and Healing (via HE), it's equal to that characters class.

{Healing Snack}Technique Name: Healing Snack
Class: 3
Technique Type (Kido, Hollow/Arrancar Technique, Human World Dweller Technique, Other): Hollow Technique
Usable By (Technique is available to which races?): Hollow
Technique Element: None
Technique Description and Effects (Explain appearance, powers, and effect): Though their hunger is endless, their survivability is almost as remarkable, damage taken and energy spent is meaningless when all you need is a snack. Thanks to his ability to survive on whatever he finds, Akando is capable of restoring either Reiatsu or damage after eating. He must choose one or the other when using this technique, as doing both results in nothing gained and the reiatsu required to use this technique is lost.
After devouring some flesh (maybe a limb if he's lucky), any damage short of brain or heart damage begins to regenerate if he chooses to restore damage. With one bite, scratches and bruises heal in 1 post, deep cuts and broken bones are healed in 4 posts, and damaged organs or missing limbs regenerate in 7 posts. Every additional bite after the first speeds regeneration by 2 posts (if you had a broken hand that requires 4 posts to heal after a bite then the second bite would fully regenerate the hand in 2 posts).
After devouring some flesh, his body starts processing whatever he ate into Reiatsu based of its class. If he eats something that's class 8, he regains 25 reiatsu. For each class above Class 8 he gains an additional 25 reiatsu with Class 0 giving an additional 100 (7=50, 6=75, 5=100, 4=125, 3=150, 2=175, 1=200, 0=300).
How to use technique (How is it activated?): Take a bite out of a living/spiritual being while focusing reiatsu into the mouth.
Technique Drawbacks (Limitations, repercussions for use, etc) Requires a living or spiritual being to bite and costs 100 reiatsu to use. He must choose if he regenerates damage or Reiatsu, if he doesn't choose his body will try to do both and result in absolutely nothing gained and the Reiatsu used to be lost. If using the regenerating aspect, it can't heal brain or heart.
