While the wheel of ice’s edge cuts and freezes with a force equal to the user's reiatsu strength, the chilling wind that enshrouds it remains just as threatening as the frozen blade. Reaching roughly two meters away from the wheel itself in every direction, these winds are enough to cause a light dusting of frost over opponents and temporary numbness in the limbs if caught within them.]
