Class 7: This item creates a tree, that is one hundred meters in diameter, and stands one whole foot tall. That's right, it's a STUMP. Every Class past 7 adds one hundred meters in height, and twenty five meters in width. This means, at class 1, this treehouse is 600 meters tall, and 250 meters wide for the trunk. The canopy is always five times the width of the trunk. The roots of the tree go into the earth as deep as the tree is tall, and five times as wide. The inside of the tree is Hollow, and has rooms as big or small as the user desires.

Class 6: This item gains the option for training rooms. These training rooms can regenerate from any damage over the course of seven posts, with each class above this one reducing the post count by one. This also allows the tree itself to regenerate durability damage equal to 50 per post, increased by 50 per class above this one.

Class 5: The user, as well as select individuals, can manifest wooden attendants that act as non-combatant staff for those.

Class 4: The item, if destroyed, reverts to a class 7 seed. This can be replanted in a later thread.

Class 3: This item, while enemies are detected, the owner or designated individuals can manifest turrets from the wood, two hundred reiatsu per weapon. These sling acorns with IP equal to the IP of the tree, at a speed of 800. These have a range of one hundred meters, plus fifty meters per class above this one. The seed bullets that these have are equal to 10+10 per class above this one, and can fire 3 per post, plus 1 per class above this one. Alternatively, the weapons that can be manifested are tree roots with strength equal to its IP. These roots are thirty feet in length, plus another thirty feet per class. These cost 100 reiatsu per root, and last 2 posts.

Class 2: This gives the user, while in the tree, the ability to gain awareness of anyone within the tree, with ES equal to half the IP of this item.

Class 1: For 200 reiatsu, the user and select individuals can turn the wooden attendants into combat capable Npcs, with stats listed below. These units fight for two posts, and flee if the durability is broken. Each use of this manifests four units. Only four can be manifested per room, and cannot leave the rooms they were manifested to fight in.

Drawbacks: Is stationary, and thus not all abilities are applicable unless people enter the tree building. This item counts as classless when it comes to resisting damage. This item can be damaged by any Os/Ip. This item does not take the normal half damage to durability.

If this item is purchased by someone over Class 7, it will take one thread for the tree to grow per class over 7.

My bad, I forgot I called dibs on this jokingly but since I said it, here we are.

While I have no problems with the width - roughly 300 feet is about the size of a small building, and then expanding outwards from there makes sense - I start to get concerned with the height, as you're adding approximately 23 and a half stories per Class. I get this is supposed to be a "base" but we're looking at a rather immense size for such a thing. You're practically increasing its size to skyscraper sizes by Class 5 or so. Figure out the final size (by Class 1, we'll talk about that Class 0 size a bit later) you want it to be, and we can work on scaling from there. But it's definitely too big for a personal base at that sort of growth rate.

Class 6 - Mixed, but given the tree takes full durability damage, I'm fine to let the regeneration pass for now.

Class 5 - Fine.

Class 4 - I'm assuming this follows the same rule as if you bought it at a higher Class? One thread per Class of regrowth?

Class 3 - Limit number of shots in a turret per payment, and lets put a maximum number of each type of defense that can be active at once.

Class 2 - Very reasonable for in the base, good with this.

Class 1 - While it only produces 4 units, that's 4 decently powerful mooks (roughly 2300 SP, since they have no Type drawbacks) at a very, VERY low cost. Limit it to a set number at a time (so someone can't spam summon like six groups of these guys), lower stats, or increase cost significantly, since these guys have SP equal to a mask broken Arrancar. Also since they're Class 1, they can practically clash with anything while easily striking down anything lower than Class 3.

Class 0 - The tallest building in the world barely makes it to half a mile, and you're going for a seven mile tree. Definitely not. This is designed as a personal base that can be bought by anyone, not a faction base; if it's the latter, it's going to be something much larger than one can simply buy with 100k Ryo. Additionally, items are not intended to get to Class 0. I'd suggest simply removing this tier.
