Position/Affiliation: Mercenary{Type: Fighter, Version 2}
Type: Fighter, Version 2
Description: Fighters are people that have given up most Reiatsu-based powers. They focus solely on their own ability to fight and their 'weapons'. From the beginning, Shinigami cast aside Kidō and Arrancar would do the same with Cero, Bala, and other techniques. Movement abilities, such as Shunpo, are not affected. They are only able to fight using weapons strictly meant for them. Zanpakutō are spiritually connected with their wielder. Arrancar Zanpakutō are a sealed state of their true being. Quincy have their bows and Bounts have their Dolls. They are much stronger mentally and love fighting. Vizard are affected by not being able to use Kidō, but they still can use their Vizard-based Reiatsu abilities like Vizard Cero and Vizard Mask. This does NOT lock out Reiatsu-based Releases, merely non-Release abilities that manipulate Reiatsu.
Advantage: Advantage to All Ranks: Each level of Release gains an additional technique. That means that a Shinigami would receive one additional technique for Shikai and one for Bankai. Arrancar get an additional technique for Primera Etapa and, if they have it, Segunda Etapa. Bounts gain an additional technique per Doll. Akki gain an additional technique for each level of Saisei Oni. Nakabakki gain an additional technique for each level of Saisei Oni, as well as the bonus to the Release granted by their non-Akki parent. Rogues, Hollows, Quincy, Mod Souls, Hason, Fullbringers, and Failures do not receive any additional abilities.
- Rank 1: 35% increase to Strength and Reiatsu Strength (100 would be 135). It takes 50% more Spiritual Pressure than normal for a Fighter to suffer cutback (instead of 150 Spiritual Pressure disadvantage causing cutback, it would require a 225 Spiritual Pressure difference).
- Rank 2: 50% increase to Strength and Reiatsu Strength (100 would be 150). It takes 50% more Spiritual Pressure than normal for a Fighter to suffer cutback (instead of 150 Spiritual Pressure disadvantage causing cutback, it would require a 225 Spiritual Pressure difference).
- Rank 3: 75% increase to Strength and Reiatsu Strength (100 would be 175). It takes double the Spiritual Pressure than normal for a Fighter to suffer cutback (instead of 150 Spiritual Pressure disadvantage causing cutback, it would require a 300 Spiritual Pressure difference).
- Rank 4: Double Strength and Reiatsu Strength (100 would be 200). It takes triple the Spiritual Pressure than normal for a Fighter to suffer cutback (instead of 150 Spiritual Pressure disadvantage causing cutback, it would require a 450 Spiritual Pressure difference).
Disadvantage: 25% decrease to Speed and Spiritual Pressure (100 would be 75). Reiatsu-based abilities are lost: Kidō, Cero, Bala, etc. Fullbringers can use their racial basic Soul Command, but no techniques that expand upon it. Fighters are unable to make non-martial or non-weapon techniques. Characters with this Type are limited to a 0 in Healing Expertise and a 50 in Energy Sensory.
Race Restrictions: Available to all Races except Beast-Clansmen
Initial Weapons: Can start with two, though this is optional. A Shinigami of this Type can develop two different Shikai with different abilities that merge together in Bankai, while a Bount can start with two Dolls instead of one, and end with a total of four Dolls. Note that these Releases share Release technique slots, so techniques are spread thinner among more weapons. Only Shinigami and Bounts can get this bonus.{Projected Stats (1,800 SP): Click Here}

Name: Camila Elizabeth Adaronde
Real Age/Age of Appearance: 90/25
Birthday: January 27th
Blood Type: B+♫ APPEARANCE ♫
Height: 5'11"/180 cm.
Weight: 145 lbs./65.8 kg.
Eye Color: Red
Hair Color: Black
Physical Appearance:
Camila is an attractive young woman, appearing to be in her mid twenties. She stands at 5’11”, and weighs in at 145 lbs. Her hair remains a jet black color, now extending well passed her back after having grown out quite a bit. More often than not, her hair will remain in a pair of twintails, as to help keep it out of her face. Her face is smooth, as well as clear. Her skin is in otherwise all right condition, though decades of combat has since left her with a notable amount of scarring. Various healed gashes and marks permeate across her body almost entirely, each one leaving behind a different story for the girl to tell. Across her back remains a rather notable patch of since-healed burns.
Camila’s eyes hold a deep red color to them, otherwise appearing as normal eyes would. They rest an inch upwards from the middle of her head, and are fairly average in size. Her mouth is small, and rests about two inches above her chin without any facial expressions. Her nose is small, and fits on her face rather nicely. Her jaw is fairly pointed. Her neck is also fairly thin, as well as being an average size, if not leaning more towards the short side.
As one can expect with the girl as she's seemed to have aged quite a bit over the last few decades, she's filled out a fairly noticeable amount. Tossing the otherwise "cute" look that she once had to the side, Camila now holds an aura of maturity about her; something that makes itself rather evident from the way that she tends to carry herself around most anyone.
Depending on the situation, Camila could be seen in a large number of outfits. While she doesn't like to focus on appearance at all, and finds it rather vain, she cannot help but want to wear something for quite a few occasions. During colder days, Camila prefers to stick to a more conservative choice, consisting of mostly sweatpants and a heavy jacket. Alongside this is usually a beanie or a pair of earmuffs, to keep her ears and head warm from the cold outside. Cold weather is not something Camila has grown to like, especially after having to deal with it for as long as she had to. She prefers to dress to where she will never feel the cold during those kinds of days, and will make that quite apparent.
During hotter days, Camila isn't afraid to show a fair amount of skin. Her outfits during the summer or any other hot day are mostly the same, consisting of longer skirts, a fairly large tee-shirt, and a small pair of shoes. She may occasionally carry around a bag with her during this type of weather, but it's not necessarily all the time. Only really when she feels it could have a practical use, or when it could be used to spice up a look drastically. Her favorite color being a dark purple, she's a lot less likely to wear this during those times. She's not above wearing a brighter red to possibly pink, though, and can be frequently seen in those colors while in the Human World. On extremely hot days, Camila is likely not to be seen by anyone, usually staying cooped up in pajamas or something of the like.
No matter what she's wearing, which will mostly consist of some form of casual wear, Camila is always going to have a strap on her left hip while not in a gigai. This strap is used to easily hold onto her twin Zanpakutō while not released, which is quite frequently. This strap is perfectly sized to both Makkana Itan and Samuzora Kishi's sealed forms, which take shape as a pair of rather large Ōdachi. More often than not these straps see use, as the girl tends to avoid carrying around her weapons in her hands if she can help it.{Faceclaim: Saya Kisaragi - Blood-C}♫ PERSONALITY ♫
Alignment: Chaotic Evil
Likes:
♫ Music - Music has always been a rather large part of the girl's life. More often than not, she'll be found with some kind of MP3 player, listening to her favorite songs in the interim. There's a non-zero chance that the girl could also have music on during a fight with another, but given this could be dangerous? It's not guaranteed.
♫ Reading - Reading actually serves as one of Camila's favorite pastimes! While she doesn't have the opportunity to spend a substantial amount of time actively reading all the time, she's certainly not opposed to cracking open a good book every so often when looking to relax.
♫ Women - Camila's lesbian. Anyone that's known her long enough is likely going to know full-well of this fact; it's not something she looks to hide, nor is it something she feels bad about. Quite the opposite!
♫ Clothing - When given the opportunity, Camila enjoys to get dressed up. Doesn't have to be anything inherently fancy or anything like that, but she still very much enjoys taking an opportunity to make herself look nice where given the chance.
♫ Albin - This one is a bit odd for the girl. While she does otherwise detest the man, Camila has made significant note in the fact that Albin did bring her back from the dead. If nothing else, there's a level of respect there, even if she does want him completely suppressed.
♫ Gaming - After having spent quite a bit of time in the Human World, Camila has grown rather fond of video games as a whole. Namely, she enjoys World of Warcraft. Who'd've guessed she mains Blood DK?
♫ Quiet Time - After having spent a short deal of time down in Hell, Camila has grown rather accustomed to enjoying the time she can get to herself. She actively enjoys having the opportunity to rest in quiet, however sparce opportunities like that might actually be.
♫ Anime - Camila is a serious otaku. She’s seen every series that’s been streamlined, as well as some that aren’t as well known. For those interested, her first anime was Rosario + Vampire, and it continues to be her favorite, despite it only existing for fanservice purposes.
♫ The Human World - Gas Station Slushies.
♫ Celes Shindazu - Camila's relationship with Celes is... Complex at best. She won't deny that there's still a metric fuck-ton of pent-up frustration regarding that woman, but at the same time there's still an amount of respect and admiration that likely isn't going to go away any time soon. She still resents the woman for what happened back in her apartment, but might be willing to meet her halfway toward repairing that bridge.
Dislikes:
♫ Taking Orders - Camila herself likes to be in charge of almost any situation. She doesn't do well with being relegated orders, and likely never will. Her experiences in Las Noches showed her that quite well.
♫ Brute Strength - The girl isn't fond of those that look to rely on nothing more than brute force to solve all of their problems. There is certainly such a thing as being strong without being some kind of meathead. She's met a number of individuals that can keep themselves from simply taking the "hit it until it stops working" mindset, why can't everyone?
♫ Albin - This should come as no surprise. After the events that unfolded in Hueco Mundo, what with Albin up and abandoning her for Hell, she never forgot, and she'll never, ever forgive that. As one would expect, the two butt heads constantly.
♫ Overly Kind Individuals - She isn't exactly one for unnecessary niceties. Being someone that doesn't exactly watch her words for shit, Camila isn't the type of individual to go out of her way to apologize to someone unless its warranted. And, most of the time? It's not.
♫ Most Shinigami - Throughout her time spent in Soul Society, Camila has gained a strong distaste for a very large number of Shinigami. She was heavily treated as some sort of outcast during the last few days before her defection, and would very much enjoy getting back at those who treated her that way.
♫ Losing Control - Camila isn't one to enjoy the lack of control. Given Albin's rather annoying tendencies to try to usurp control while she's released, she can't help but find herself rather annoyed any time he looks to try to take full control over her being. She'd sooner give up her life again than willingly swear away power to him.
♫ Quincy - Not only do the Vandenreich hold a rather heavy place in Camila's heart for massacring her family all those years ago, but every experience she's had with a Quincy after that point has been nothing but literal hell. She'd sooner exterminate them to the best of her ability than willingly get along with them where possible.
♫ Kidō - Since her return from hell, Camila's ability to use Kidō properly has been lost almost in its entirety. Frustrating no doubt, she's got no desire to ever try to pick the spells up again if she can help it. Instead? She'd rather do what she can in order to fortify her ability to fight through the things.
♫ Sonken Kouhai - A man she blames for her first death to begin with, alongside Guujin Karai. More notably though, she blames this man for denying her a sense of purpose; especially after abandoning everything in the process. She'll get him back for that, if it's the last thing she does.
♫ Celes Shindazu - Similarly to what was mentioned above, Celes is a rather complex case for Camila. Still not quite sure on her feelings with the woman, Camila still holds strong feelings of resentment toward her. If nothing else, "working it out" with Celes is something that'll likely result in a fight to the near-death.
Habits:
♫ Obscenities - Camila tends to curse quite a lot in most of her every-day speech. She doesn't feel the need to censor herself, and tends to just let words fly from her mouth. If someone has a fuckin' problem with it, then tough shit; she's not gonna change.
♫ Quick to Fight - Cami tends to devolve into violence more often than not. When given the opportunity, she's very much the type of person to settle her problems with one part conversation, and nine parts indiscriminate violence.
♫ Hollow Mask Over-Usage - Upon gaining access to her mask, Camila is going to view it as that of a Raid Buff - it’s an all-around boost that should be up at all times, if possible. This could land her into situations that could potentially lead to her overexerting herself.
♫ Addictive Personality - Camila is the kind of girl who knows she cannot go anywhere near drugs. This is due to the fact that if she finds something she likes, she will effectively revolve her life around it, or in this case, afterlife
♫ Shouting - Camila shouts. A lot. There’s very few times when she’s not being loud. Primarily when she’s sleeping. Occasionally, should the situation be in dire need of her to stay silent, she will. But, even then, there’s no guarantee of this being the case, as being loud is something that’s been engraved in her mind since childhood.
Flaws:
♫ Takes Everything to Heart - She can’t take an insult. She can’t take criticism. She can’t take anything of the like. Any time someone tries to help her in any way, she’ll generally take it in a way that was not meant, and will usually take offense to it. It has caused her to lose a large amount of friends in the past.
♫ Self-Destructive Tendencies - She’s a fairly self-destructive person, even if she doesn’t want to be. While this doesn’t hurt her too much since she’s dead, while alive, Camila did not particularly look after herself much, aside from personal hygiene. Some of these traits may have carried over from her original life.
♫ Violent Inhibitions - As was stated previously, Camila tends to have trouble controlling her desire for conflict and violence in general. More often than not she tends to focus her attention toward violence where possible, and doesn't really do much to outwardly change that fact.
♫ Sporadic Personality - Camila tends to find herself with frequent mood swings more often than she changes her clothes. One moment she'll find herself happy and rather joyful, while the next she'll end up angry and wanting a fight. There isn't really telling with Camila.
♫ Revenge-Focused - The girl's desire to get back at those that have wronged her tends to weigh heavy on her heart. If she gets the opportunity to, Camila will find herself devolving into a revenge-focused mindset to get done what she needs to.
Fears:
♫ Sonken Kouhai - If there's one individual that Camila fears, it's Sonken Kouhai. More than anything else, while she still wants him dead if she can help it, Camila doesn't exactly feel safe around the man. After her interactions with him, he doesn't exactly sit well with her.
♫ Beaches - Too much sand.
♫ Death - Nobody wants to die. Camila is not an exception. Though, dying in combat is not something she ever wants to go through. To fall at the hands of another in combat means she got careless. This is not something she wants to happen again. She's effectively come back from the dead twice now; it's not something she wants to go through again.
♫ Hell - She spent far too long down in the underworld to really want to be back there at all. The place is horrifying, and genuinely not a place that she wants to go back there ever again.
Goals:
♫ Extermination of the Vandenreich - As stated before, she’s out for blood against every last member. Worst case scenario, end the lives of those that took the lives of her family so long ago.
♫ To Become Vizard - After learning that Albin is in fact a hollow and not her Zanpakuto Spirit, a goal of Camila’s is going to be learning to control and dominate her inner hollow. This is a power that could lead her to revenge, and one she’s going to use to her fullest ability.
♫ To Find Love - Yes, this one is fairly cliché. Many people are looking for love. But Camila is doing everything in her power to find love. Of course, following a particular set of standards for herself. She’s not going to lower her standards if it means getting with somebody, though. Her standards are fairly strict; they have to be shorter than her, female, and breathing. Extremely tough standards, but hopefully things will work out in her favor someday.
♫ Learning How To Dance - This is another somewhat odd one. Though she grew up with a fair amount of influencers keeping her away from most anything that wasn't punk or heavier, Camila has always been fascinated with dancing. It doesn't matter what style, though she prefers partner dances like Cha-Cha or Waltz. She wants to learn any and every style she can, and plans to practice until she can't anymore.
♫ To Destroy Soul Society - Perhaps the girl's most recent goal, Camila has a rather large hatred for the organization as a whole. If nothing else, she wants to tear the place to the ground as best as she possibly can. She'd be damned before letting this place continue to stand after everything she's gone through because of the organization.
Overall Personality:
Camila is a fairly carefree spirit. She does what she wants, when she wants, and likely does not prepare for or think about any consequences that could occur based off of her actions and choices. She’s very “live by the seat of her pants”, and openly displays that by doing before thinking. This is a trait that has only grown as time has gone on, and she’s learned more about being a Shinigami, and is likely going to be doing nothing but continuing to accentuate her personality.
While living in the moment, that does not mean she’s completely incapable of planning things out. If the need for it arises, she can plan out a multitude of different things, from a date, to combat strategies. Though the latter of the two isn’t exactly her forte by any means, she’s still fairly adept in the art of war. She’s learned quite a bit from observing various fights, playing multiple turn-based strategies, and running a raiding guild. These are all invaluable to a strategist, as anybody could obviously tell you.
Back to the topic of dates, though, Camila is a helpless romantic. Any time she sees a couple walking around, being happy, a part of her dies inside. She starts to feel jealous, as though that should be her, usually in the guy’s pace. She constantly asks herself what’s wrong with her to the point where she can’t find someone to love and show affection towards. Though, even with this self doubt, she continues to persevere in hopes that one day, she’ll find someone she can call her girlfriend, and hopefully more someday.
Camila will usually put forth a conscious effort to get along with most people she meets. There’s no reason to get on someone’s bad side, unless they’ve wronged you in some way. Purposefully annoying people is extremely rude, and shouldn’t be done by anybody. That’s not a way that anybody should really be treated to begin with, so she does her absolute best to avoid this, as well as preventing others from doing it as well, whether it be to her or someone else. This does drive her up a wall, hence why she actively works to make sure that it does not happen to anyone.
While she may seem extremely nice, sweet, caring, etc. Camila is not opposed to having a negative streak. Especially towards most Quincy. For what she had to live through, the hellish pain of losing her family, they don’t deserve to exist. Though, this isn’t some “they’ve wronged only me, nobody else knows the pain I do” sob story. She knows there’s others out there who have been wronged by this ruthless organization. Camila tends to actively seek these people out, and offer to ally with them to bring down the Vandenreich. That is a long-term goal of hers, and one she will not stop to see accomplished.
Usually when Camila sets her mind to something, she tends to focus on it until she finds something new to set her mind to. She has quite a bit of an addictive personality, and does acknowledge this. Because of this, she cannot go anywhere near any form of drugs, alcohol, etc. She knows that if she started to use these, she likely would never stop until her next death. Something she does not want to happen anytime soon.
Depending on the situation, Camila may develop incredibly violent tendencies. As in, dismember the opponent violent. This is mostly due to her inner hollow. Having had him since the beginning as her spirit, Albin has left quite an imprint on her personality. He’s the reason she’s as rash as she is in most decision-making, and the reason she lives in the moment, as opposed to planning things out. She’s not exactly on the best terms with Albin, but this is not particularly an issue, as this may develop over time.
Don’t get me wrong, she doesn’t hate Albin, as surprising as that may sound. She just tends to disagree with him. On every little thing. She may feel that a calm approach could win a fight, and he may feel that without rushing down the target, attacking restlessly, she’s going to lose the fight and disgrace both herself and him. Albin feels as though he’s in complete control most of the time; a fact Camila is going to later need to beat out of him. That is not a mindset she can afford to let him hold on to.
Aside from Camila, Albin is his own being at this point. Overall, he takes a much more unbiased approach to things, and can get fairly analytical at time. Though, that doesn't mean he's not a violent person. Albin is an incredibly violent spirit, and constantly craving some form of bloodshed. He tends to disagree and bicker with everybody he meets, and is quick to fight should an argument arrive. He is in fact the kind of person to fight someone completely unprovoked. This does include Camila, and, should situation help to aid the situation, is not opposed to turning against her in a fight.
Though, while this may be true, Albin does care more about winning a fight than fighting everybody. 9 times out of 10, he won't turn against Camila and will actively fight alongside her, possibly even going as far as to take orders if they're down in a fight. He does care about his own survival, and, as a kind of forced extension of that, Camila's survival. If she dies, the last of him is effectively gone as well. Hell, if it wasn't for her existing to begin with, the last of Albin would've died quite a few years before she was born. He does recognize this, and does refuse to injure Camila to the point of her not being able to recover. Though, he's not entirely opposed to breaking a bone of hers every now and then. His alignment could be easily compared to that of Chaotic Evil without question.♫ COMBAT ♫
Fighting Style:
It should come as no surprise to those that know her that Camila excels rather noticeably in combat. The girl is practically built for fighting, and has since put a lot of work into herself in order to exemplify that fact. To sum up her combative abilities rather simply, she tends to focus rather heavily toward powerful, consistent strikes in order to wear down her opponents as much as she possibly can. Truly a juggernaut in Shinigami clothing, the Vizard has quite a disposition toward physical combat.
While her Zanpakutō both remain sealed, Camila will naturally make use of her Ōdachi. Being greatsword-adjacent, a fair bit of her skill with her Zanpakutō tends to transfer over to the use of these swords. Still serving as one of the better swordfighters in the Three Worlds, Camila is far from above fighting with one or both of these swords at the same time. Given her rather powerful Strength, wielding both with two hands is hardly an issue for her.
While holding an advantage, Camila is generally the type to tend to avoid releasing her Zanpakutō where she can help it. If able to rely on her own physical prowess in order to get a job done, why wouldn't she take that advantage? If nothing else, it saves her the energy of having to deal with anything else otherwise. Regardless of that fact though, Camila isn't the type to hold back in a normal fight; a spar, sure, but if in an actual combat with someone? Expecting her to hold back is effectively assisted suicide.
If at a disadvantage in combat, it's not above the girl to release one or both of her Zanpakutō. After all, she's got them for a reason; why wouldn't she use them if given the opportunity? Managing her ability to utilize her release is certainly important to the girl, though; she isn't the type to usually go straight into her Shikai if she can help it, as more often than not it's simply more fun to focus on a fight without all the crazy abilities to go along with it; a trait she's since picked up from both Celes Shindazu and Marik Ashwin.
If wanting to release Makkana Itan, Camila is going to usually focus on aiming offensively with her abilities. The goal here would very quickly be rushing down her opponent as best she can in an attempt to keep them within contaminated ground. If all goes well, she'll end up bleeding someone dry of their reserves quicker than they'd otherwise be able to deal with. Though, that tends to remain rather stringent on her need to utilize her abilities, and how long she can manage to keep someone within her zones.
At the advantage, Camila is going to focus on keeping the distance between herself and her opponent as close as possible. The worst thing that she could do would be to allow someone to keep away. Though, if that isn't an option, she does have answers to that. Ranging from Ryūketsu Nami to even Vizard's Cero, Camila has a number of different ways to answer a ranged combatant.
At the disadvantage, Camila's got no problems focusing on fighting defensively. Through both Kyūsokuna Zōshoku and Taegatai Eiyō, she tends to bolster her survivability by quite a substantial amount. Those that dare fight her while she's given access to such abilities should remain on their guard as much as feasibly possible.
With Samuzora Kishi's abilities and assets, Camila becomes quite deadly to those at a distance. It's through this release that she's able to actively mess with her opponents' abilities to utilize techniques and ranged attacks, forcing them to fight at close range lest they suffer noteworthy disadvantages. Through Moya Ryokō-sha, Camila is capable of quickly closing the distance between herself and her opponents, and Yūdokuna Chōshinsei she's got access to a rather powerful attack at long range.
At the advantage, Camila's going to focus on utilizing Samuzora Kishi's abilities in order to get as close as she can to her opponents with relative ease. Having the noteworthy ability to bring her foes down to her own speed, Samuzora Kishi serves as a potent tool in order to keep the tides of a fight ever-moving in her favor. Such only speeds up the inevitable.
At the disadvantage, Camila is going to focus on keeping her opponents from utilizing powerful abilities as best she can. Slowing them down through Samuzora Kishi's fogs, or making use of Tokui-ten Bōgyo in order to focus on creating a localized black hole to keep others at bay, Camila's aims to shut down the options her more spiritually-inclined enemies tend to try to throw at her.
When both at once are not enough, Camila will not hesitate to enter her Bankai. Upon release, both her contaminated and defiled areas will expand to rather insurmountable distances, making sure that those she aims to fight will have to deal with them if she desires them to, turning her into quite the force to be reckoned with. An avatar of annihilation, some might even go as far as to say.
Unlike the rest of her abilities, Camila's Bankai is less dependent on her state of advantage, and more so which of her "stances" would be more beneficial for her to be in at the moment. If focusing on the detriments that come with her contaminated and defiled areas, she's incredibly likely to activate Fujun'na Shitei. Sacrificing a weapon is hardly a problem for her at this point; especially while calling forth the monstrosities that lurk within her Inner World.
If less focused on those detriments, and instead looking to tear apart someone with more overwhelming might than the girl herself has, she's got no problem activating Jishō no Chiheisen. Primed with the option to cleave through anything that would normally succumb to the black holes she capable of creating, Camila will hold absolutely nothing back in advancing her assault.
When it comes to her Hollow Mask, Camila tends to utilize this at any opportunity she gets. There's seldom a fight where she won't rely on its abilities. Especially when tapping into her hollow abilities and the Kurayami techniques; such are invaluable to her arsenal. Especially while she holds no ability to utilize spiritual techniques and abilities otherwise.
Camila's Inner World:
Camila's Inner World no longer sits as the ballroom it once was. Instead, after having fought through her Inner Hollow and his inevitable corrupting influence over her Inner World, it has since changed; mutated into something far, far more... fitting. Sitting now as a nigh-infinite, almost desolate wasteland, Camila's inner world portrays two rather prominent colors; white and red.
The ground itself appears to be made of both flesh and of the same white chitinous substance that makes up the mask of a Hollow, displaying her situation rather prominently. Various "roots" of flesh can be seen protruding through the cracks that are allowed to exist within the world. Most locations tend to feature quite a number of tendril-like beings protruding from the ground, writing about and spearing through most anything that tends to walk by; sans Camila herself.
The world itself is covered by a permanent, rolling fog that coats the ground much like one would expect from clouds. The main interesting factor about this, however, is that this fog is actually quite easy to see through. If one looks close enough, patters of stars shine through this fog, as though the heavens and earth have since become interconnected, whether for better or worse.
One section of the girl's inner world displays a rather prominent shrine of some variety; while it's unknown what the purpose of this shrine is, it is similarly made up of the same chitin and flesh that permeate throughout Camila's inner world. The living inhabitants of Camila's inner world tend to flock to this shrine rather frequently, as though it was some kind of "summoning beacon" for them.
Speaking of inhabitants, Camila's inner world is practically littered with its own ecosystem of creatures; beings that have been crafted from the flesh of the land itself, and walk about in search of a next meal. Some of these creatures appear to be human in nature, and can even be capable of speech and other sentient thought. Others however are not so fortunate, and tend to be nothing more than shambling sacks of weaponized flesh.{The World}{The Shrine}{The Beasts}
Zanpakutō Appearances:
While sealed, Camila's Zanpakutō tend to take on the appearances of twin Ōdachi. Sitting at a massive six feet long, both of these swords while sheathed rest plainly at Camila's right hip, with one overtop the other. Just the blades of these weapons alone rests at a little under five feet long, with a foot-long tsuka. These weapons are rather plain, all things considered, with both Makkana Itan and Samuzora Kishi being wrapped in a deep red and deep blue, respectively. Both prominently display a golden kashira at the end of the weapons.
Upon releasing Shikai, both of these weapons take on their unique appearances, cementing them as Camila's Zanpakutō. Beginning with Makkana Itan, the weapon takes hold as what one would expect from a standard European greatsword. Though, not without some rather grotesque changes to the weapon. The weapon itself remains covered in a writing mass of sinew and flesh that seems to be perpetually moving about the blade; almost as though the sword had been living. Underneath this fleshy mess, the blade itself is incredibly sharp. As combat ensues, and bits of this flesh are chopped off, more will quickly grow back to take its place.
Samuzora Kishi, on the other hand, has a much more "tame" appearance to it. Similarly still taking shape as an appropriately-sized greatsword, the blade on this weapon is far thicker than that of Makkana Itan. Across the blade itself is painted a moving pattern of stars and lights, mimicking the depths of outer space in the process. As is played up in the Zanpakutō's abilities, this sword tends to focus heavily on that spatial motif; so much so that even galaxies can be seen shimmering through the ever-moving pattern the weapon takes up.
Upon entering Bankai, both swords come together in order to form a singular greatsword for Camila to wield. The blade itself appears to be only "half-there"; various sections of the golden sword remain translucent, and are fairly see-through. It's as though the blade itself is made up of scriptures depicting that of the end times. A semi-circle rests from the guard, as well as about halfway down the blade, painting the shape of some kind of rune across the entire sword. The weapon is nothing if not ominous.{Makkana Itan}{Samuzora Kishi}{Shōmetsu no Megami}
Zanpakutō Release Names: "Contaminate, Makkana Itan." / "Defile, Samuzora Kishi." / "Bankai; Shōmetsu no Megami."
Overall Abilities & Techniques:{真っ赤な異端 - Makkana Itan (Blood Red Heresy)}
Reforged from the remnants of Buveur de Sang, Makkana Itan exists as a Zanpakutō to decimate and carve through those that prove to be Camila’s foes. Upon its release, this Zanpakutō serves two purposes; to paint the ground red with the blood of those that dare oppose the Vizard, and to serve as an affront to Soul Society and everything it stands for. While released, Camila's reiatsu is sensed purely as that of a Hollow.
From the time that Makkana Itan is released, the weapon immediately begins to exude a corruptive influence over the world around it. Makkana Itan will grant Camila one Contaminated Blood every time she lands a strike with this Zanpakutō on her opponents, and every time she is struck. These Contaminated Blood are spent through Makkana Itan’s release abilities, though do possess benefits simply by holding onto them.
For every Contaminated Blood that Camila gains, the girl’s Inner World will begin to bleed out from beneath her, reaching a number of feet in radius equal to the amount of Contaminated Blood she’s gained since releasing Makkana Itan. This distance does not decrease as she spends these. The contaminated area around Camila will follow her as she moves, but will similarly leave a trail of contaminated area behind her as she moves about, allowing her to potentially cover quite an amount of distance in the process. This contamination only affects the ground; the air and sky remain untouched with just Makkana Itan. This contaminating effect can be suppressed as Camila sees fit, preventing her from spreading more land as she moves about, but will not reverse what has already been contaminated. Contaminated land will spread at the end of each post, covering a number of feet in all directions equal to the amount of Contaminated Blood Camila had finished that post with. Those that remain within the contaminated areas scattered about by Camila will gain one Contaminated Blood; this includes Camila herself.
While Camila is immune to the effects of Contaminated Blood and her contaminated ground, those around her are not. Existing within the Contaminated ground will cause someone to lose a percentage of their Maximum Reiatsu pool equivalent to their Contaminated Blood total. This stolen reiatsu is stored within the environment itself, stored in order to spread the contaminated ground. Every 100 points of reiatsu stolen will expand all existing patches of contaminated ground by one foot in all directions. Should an individual reach 0 reiatsu, they’ll succumb to the toxin currently within their system.{流血波 - Ryūketsu Nami (Bloodied Wave)}
Technique Name: Ryūketsu Nami (Bloodied Wave)
Technique Cost: 1 Contaminated Blood.
Description: Swinging her Zanpakutō in an arc, Camila is capable of releasing a wave of blood in front of her to strike through her foes, or spread contamination. By spending the appropriate cost, Camila fires out a wave of toxic, ichorous blood at 800 speed in a straight line, utilizing her Reiatsu Strength for damage. The wave is as wide as she swings her sword, and travels until it collides with something; be it a person, the environment, et cetera. If a person is struck, that person will be infected with one Contaminated Blood. If an environment is struck, that environment will become contaminated, creating a patch of contaminated land a number of feet in radius equivalent to Camila’s current Contaminated Blood.
Drawbacks: This technique serves as little more than a “poke” tool, and is effectively a basic attack of sorts. Any swings wider than 180 degrees instead cost 3 Contaminated Blood.{急速な増殖 - Kyūsokuna Zōshoku (Rapid Proliferation)}
Technique Name: Kyūsokuna Zōshoku (Rapid Proliferation)
Technique Cost: Any amount of Contaminated Bloodfrom any source; minimum 1.
Description: Kyūsokuna Zōshoku is a technique that holds two different functions based on what Camila might need during the time. As one can expect from the name, this technique aims to either increase the size of Camila’s contaminated areas, or increase the amount of Contaminated Blood within someone’s system.
If seeking to expand her influence over the environment, Camila can spend any amount of Contaminated Blood in order to expand her contaminated area by a number of feet as though the post had ended (before this cost), and then “snapshot” that amount of Contaminated Blood. Instead of utilizing the amount of Contaminated Blood she has at the end of the post, the expansion that occurs then will instead use this amount (i.e. if Camila has 5 Contaminated Blood, and spends 3 to expand her contaminated zones by 3 feet, at the end of that post she’ll expand that zone by another 5 feet, instead of by 2 feet).
If seeking to expand her lethality, Camila can spend any amount of Contaminated Blood in order to augment her Zanpakutō in the process. For the next two posts, successful strikes made by Camila against those targets will instead infect them with that much Contaminated Blood, instead of the normal one per strike.
Drawbacks: Depending on the variation used, this technique comes with different types of drawbacks. For the contamination variant, Kyūsokuna Zōshoku does not see immediate benefit, and instead requires the expenditure of resources in order to set up for something in the future. With the personal variant, this technique cannot stack with itself, and can only be used once every other post. A larger application of the technique can be applied after this technique is used, but such will require a larger Contaminated Blood investiture than previous in order to apply more per hit. Multi-hit techniques only apply the on-hit benefits of this technique a singular time, instead of for each strike. This still requires Camila to successfully land strikes, meaning the investment could be outright wasted if that is not possible. A maximum of 5 Contaminated Blood can be spent on the personal variant.{耐え難い栄養 - Taegatai Eiyō (Insufferable Nutrition)}
Technique Name: Taegatai Eiyō (Insufferable Nutrition)
Technique Cost: Any amount of Contaminated Blood from any number of individuals.
Description: By consuming the Contaminated Blood within another individual’s system at the time, Camila is able to rejuvenate herself. Spending the desired amount of Contaminated Blood that an individual has, Camila is capable of giving herself a form of High-Speed Regeneration for one post per two Contaminated Blood spent. This High-Speed Regeneration will restore any wounds that are not automatically lethal to her, provided the Offensive Stat of the attack that inflicted the wound is less than 100 per Contaminated Blood spent to activate this ability if they are from the attacker’s Contaminated Blood, or 50 per Contaminated Blood for those spent from the pool of other people; including Camila.
Drawbacks: This technique requires a large number of Contaminated Blood investment in order to make it worthwhile, both in terms of duration and healing. This actively spends Contaminated Blood from other individuals, meaning the reiatsu-draining effects from remaining within her contaminated areas will not apply, requiring a trade-off.{寒空騎士 - Samuzora Kishi (Cold Sky Knight)}
Reforged from the remains of Kōsei Kādo, Samuzora Kishi exists as a Zanpakutō to fulfill a similar goal to Makkana Itan. Instead of focusing on the ground beneath Camila’s feet, however, much as its name suggests, Samuzora Kishi focuses toward control over the air above the girl. Similar to the former, Samuzora Kishi also aims to desecrate that which Soul Society stands for, leaving a rather noteworthy path of destruction in its wake. While released, Camila's reiatsu is sensed purely as that of a Hollow.
Through Samuzora Kishi, Camila is to keep track of another resource; that of Defiled Starlight. Similarly to Makkana Itan, Defiled Starlight is gained once per post, when Camila lands strikes with Samuzora Kishi against her opponents, and when she takes hits. Defiled Starlight is used to fuel Samuzora Kishi’s release abilities, as one can expect. Though, there are a few additional effects attached to the resource as well.
Much like Makkana Itan, releasing Samuzora Kishi similarly causes Camila’s inner world to bleed out around her, and in a similar way; one foot per Defiled Starlight she's collected since releasing will be coated in the same thick fog that exists within her inner world. This defiled area will follow the girl, but will also be left behind as she moves, covering quite a bit of area as she moves around. Samuzora Kishi will only coat the air; the ground around her will remain unaffected with just Samuzora Kishi active. Every post will cause every defiled area to expand a number of feet in all directions equal to the amount of Defiled Starlight Camila finished that post with. Those that remain within these defiled areas will gain one Defiled Starlight; this includes Camila. Despite being a fog, these defiled zones do not hinder the ability of others to see through it. This defiling effect can be suppressed as Camila sees fit, preventing her from spreading more fog as she moves about, but will not reverse what has already been defiled.
Defiled Starlight aims to corrupt and thicken the air across the battlefield. While within these defiled areas, those that possess any amount of Defiled Starlight (including Camila’s allies, excluding Camila) will have their Speed dropped by 3%, stacking up to 75%. This extends to any technique, manifestation, or creation that happens to be within this area; summons and summon-adjacent entities track Defiled Starlight separately from their creator, but created weapons, effects from techniques, and other inanimate creations utilize their creator’s amount of Defiled Starlight. Summons and inanimate creations can have their speed reduced down to as low as 50 instead. Even after leaving a defiled zone, this speed reduction still persists for techniques, but for sentient summons and individuals this speed reduction will immediately be restored.{有毒な超新星 - Yūdokuna Chōshinsei (Toxic Supernova)}
Technique Name: Yūdokuna Chōshinsei (Toxic Supernova)
Technique Cost: 1 Defiled Starlight.
Description: Through Samuzora Kishi’s defiled areas, Camila is capable of creating explosive releases of her Reiatsu Strength akin to that of a small, localized supernova. This explosion can originate from anywhere within Camila’s line of sight, occurs at 800 speed, and has a radius equivalent to Camila’s current Defiled Starlight (before cost). Said explosion will inflict those struck with one Defiled Starlight, and will result in a defiled area at the location chosen with a five-foot radius.
Drawbacks:Much like Like Ryūketsu Nami, this technique serves as a basic attack or area denial tool at best, and isn’t prone to dealing spectacular damage.{靄旅行者 - Moya Ryokō-sha (Haze Traveler)}
Technique Name: Moya Ryokō-sha (Haze Traveler)
Technique Cost: 2 Defiled Starlight.
Description: Moya Ryokō-sha is an in-built stepping technique, allowing Camila to travel between defiled areas by disappearing into the fog created at a moment’s notice. Upon activation, Camila is capable of traveling at 15x her Speed from one defiled area to another, or at 8x her speed should her starting or ending location not be a defiled area. If traveling at 8x her speed, this technique’s cost is halved, and a defiled area is left in the location that did not have one, having a five-foot radius. If moving from one defiled area to another, the in-between travel is cut out, making Moya Ryokō-sha a teleportation stepping technique.
Drawbacks:Proper set-up of this technique requires Camila to move from one defiled area to another, making her movement predictable. If not starting or ending in a defiled area, this technique is slower than a standard Shunpō. Samuzora Kishi’s fog does not obscure vision, meaning Camila’s movements are still visible.{特異点防御 - Tokui-ten Bōgyo (Singularity Defense)}
Technique Name: Tokui-ten Bōgyo (Singularity Defense)
Technique Cost: Minimum 1 Defiled Starlight from any number of individuals.
Description: Aiding in Camila’s defensive capabilities, Tokui-ten Bōgyo allows the girl to throw up an impromptu defense against incoming strikes by turning her defiled area into a temporary black hole. This black hole lasts for one post per two Defiled Starlight spent on this technique, and will expand to further defiled zones if they grow to connect. Alternatively, this technique can be set up as a "shield" of sorts either on Camila's arm or attached to her blade, with a five-foot diameter.
This black hole will draw in non-sentient abilities, techniques, and spiritual constructs with a pulling force equal to 100 per Defiled Starlight invested into the technique, and will consume those that get caught within the black hole’s destructive center should their Speed be less. Reiatsu spent on those techniques and abilities are simply lost to the environment, permeating within these defiled zones.
Sentient beings and people that end up caught within the black hole will be pulled in with a force equal to 50 per Defiled Starlight invested into this technique, compared against their Speed, but are not subject to the same effects while outside of the black hole, unlike the aforementioned abilities. Those that get caught in the center of this black hole will be broken down over the duration of the technique, unless they spend an amount of reiatsu equal to 25 per Defiled Starlight invested into this technique to escape its pull. Those that don’t escape within three posts will be irreparably destroyed by this technique. Stepping techniques that cost less than this amount will instead cost this amount should they be used from within the singularity.
Drawbacks:While strong, this technique isn’t without its drawbacks. To start, this technique has a large Defiled Starlight investiture requirement in order for it to have a meaningful strength and duration. The pulling force of this black hole is capped at 3x Camila’s OS. Escaping is relatively easy if caught inside, and for one to get caught inside they need to actively enter the radius of the black hole. Techniques, abilities, and individuals that travel faster than the black hole pulls will be able to bypass this technique with ease. Anything with a 3x advantage over Camila’s Offensive Stat bypasses this technique altogether.{消滅の女神 - Shōmetsu no Megami (Goddess of Annihilation)}
Upon releasing Bankai, Camila’s twin greatswords are replaced with a singular blade primed to cement Camila as a goddess of annihilation, much as the name of the release implies. Upon releasing, Camila’s contaminated and defiled zones are both extended in order to cover a minimum of 250 feet in radius, as opposed to their previous sizes. From here, any additional size that would be gained from either Contaminated Blood or Defiled Starlight is instead doubled, aiming to very quickly cover the entire battlefield, and then some with her Inner World. None remain safe from the Vizard’s wrath. As she desires, another sword can be created on a whim and in an instant, allowing her to dual-wield as she's used to. Similarly, this sword can be dismissed as she desires. While released, Camila's reiatsu is sensed purely as that of a Hollow.
While maintaining both of her Shikai Overall Abilities, it’s through Bankai that Camila is armed with a handful of new abilities in order to make her goal of tearing apart the Three Worlds even easier. This begins with tracking a third resource known as Apexes of Annihilation Unlike her other two resources, Camila has no way of naturally building Apexes of Annihilation. Instead, she must spend her previous two resources for it, requiring one Contaminated Blood and Defiled Starlight for each she looks to create. She is capable of spending those owned by other individuals in order to gain Apexes of Annihilation, but doing so comes with its own problems.
As one can expect, Apexes of Annihilation do have a rather noteworthy effect when cast upon those struck with Shōmetsu no Megami. Applying one Apex of Annihilation per strike to those that are hit by the Vizard, these marks will cause those imbued with them to deteriorate over time until every last fiber of their being is lost to the aether. Every Apex of Annihilation will require an individual to possess 25 more Strength in order to simply stand up, as the very muscles within their body begin to wear down and deteriorate.{事象の地平線 - Jishō no Chiheisen (Event Horizon)}
Technique Name: Jishō no Chiheisen (Event Horizon)
Technique Cost: 10 Apexes of Annihilation from any source.
Description: Serving as one of two “stance” abilities from Camila’s Bankai, Jishō no Chiheisen aims to condense all of the contaminated and defiled areas released from her abilities into one singular point, focused on the girl’s blade. For the duration of this technique, all contaminated and defiled ground is immediately removed from the battlefield. During Jishō no Chiheisen, Camila is capable of generating one Apex of Annihilation for herself through landing and taking hits, and similarly gains one Apex of Annihilation per post in addition to the resources she’d gain from her Shikai Overall Abilities. This technique is a “toggle”, and can be turned off at any point.
For every Apex of Annihilation that Camila maintains during this technique, both defensive options and attacks utilized against her have their Offensive Stat treated as 5% lower while clashing with her Zanpakutō, to a maximum of 75%, as she maintains the ability to destroy most everything thrown her way. Reiatsu manifestations and techniques that are unable to hold their own against Jishō no Chiheisen are instead absorbed into the blade, and will grant one Apex of Annihilation. Should Camila desire, this technique can be activated immediately upon entering Bankai, should she have the resources to convert into Apexes of Annihilation immediately.
Drawbacks:Given the fact that this technique completely removes the girl’s contaminated and defiled areas, Jishō no Chiheisen is incredibly situational for its benefits. Not only that, but the cost for activating this technique to begin with is incredibly steep. Once this technique ends, a three-post cooldown is required before Fujun’na Shitei can be activated. While certainly strong, this technique only applies to her Zanpakutō, meaning non-release abilities and techniques are almost entirely exempt from this.{不純な指定 - Fujun'na Shitei (Impure Designation)}
Technique Name: Fujun'na Shitei (Impure Designation)
Technique Cost: 10 Apexes of Annihilation from any source.
Description: Serving as one of two “stance” abilities from Camila’s Bankai, Fujun’na Shitei focuses toward Camila’s contaminated and defiled areas. By piercing her sword into an area that is both contaminated and defiled, Camila’s sword quickly takes hold as a wicked shrine of sorts. This shrine remains for the duration of this technique, and possesses a durability equal to Camila’s release weapon.
In place of a normal weapon, Camila is capable of summoning forth manifestations from this wicked world. At the minimum cost of 2 Apex of Annihilation from any source, Camila can conjure forth a fleshcrafted monstrosity, brought about from the contaminated ground. These monstrosities possess an amount of SP equal to half of Camila’s plus 200 for every 2 Apex of Annihilation, and can invest beyond 400 in their stats. These monstrosities do not benefit from a Type, and possess “release weapon durability”. These monstrosities are treated as Camila’s release weapon, and benefit from/utilize her release abilities as otherwise expected from this. Should Camila desire, this technique can be activated immediately upon entering Bankai, should she have the resources to convert into Apex of Annihilation immediately.
Drawbacks:While certainly strong, this technique actively removes Camila’s ability to utilize a normal weapon, which can not only prove to be a problem in most combative scenarios, but also limits her ability to use Zanpakutō and weapon-focused techniques in the process. These summons are limited by the standard size rules. These summons are hard-limited to 3,000 maximum SP. These monstrosities are incapable of utilizing non-release techniques, and any release abilities they do make use of will come directly from Camila’s own pool of resources. Once this technique ends, a three-post cooldown is required before Jishō no Chiheisen can be activated.
Mask Appearances:
Camila's mask appears as what one would expect from a "holy hollow mask". Appearing almost ornate in a sense, and possessing six wings protruding from the mask, the design covers most of her face, from her mouth up. Atop the head rests a "halo" of sorts, displaying the girl's ascension into a level of divinity (or so she tends to think). Various small, meshlike holes protrude from around the eye area, giving the girl full, unobstructed vision while the mask is donned while also appearing as though she is incapable of sight. Her nose down are uncovered from this mask, though the signature hollow-like teeth do protrude from the bottom of the mask, signifying her status as a Vizard if the chitinous material that made up the mask did not already.{Mask Reference}
Other Techniques:
Referencing information from Camila's Old Point Bank, these were the techniques that she had at time of death. If possible, I'd like to refund these via Amnesia Pill for the techniques listed in spoilers. Refunded techniques would net 362 TTP, and spoiler-marked techniques cost 300 TTP to gain Proficiency.

Technique Name: Shunpo (Flash Steps)
Class: 7
Technique Type: Kidō
Technique Element: None
Technique Description and Effects:
A movement technique that allows the user to move faster than the eye can follow. The focal point that determines the basis of this technique is speed. As speed is the main point of the technique, the method is best characterized by how fast one can get from Point A to Point B in the least amount of steps. Training and skill are what determines how fast a user of Shunpo can move. Those of little skill in the technique or those who haven't used it for an extended amount of time would obviously be out of practice, causing those individuals to be considerably slower. This requires the use of more steps to move the same distance and become tired more easily in a shorter amount of time. A single step magnifies speed for that step by ten times. Shunpo uses fifty Reiatsu per step. This one is automatically learned in the academy. All Shinigami know this when created. This technique does not take up a technique slot.
How to use technique:
Focus of Reishi around the feet area and launch off into a single blurring step. It is not unlike teleportation in appearance, but it is simply extremely fast movement. It is often used to gain an edge in a single moment of combat or to dodge incoming attacks.{Dancing Weapon - Proficient}
Technique Name: Dancing Weapon
Class: 5
Technique Type: General Reiatsu
Usable By: All Races.
Technique Element: N/A.
Technique Description and Effects:
Dancing Weapon is a technique that allows the user to free up their hands while still making use of a weapon. Upon activating Dancing Weapon, the user is able to cause their weapon(s) to float by their side. At Learned, one weapon can be chosen, at Proficient, up to three weapons can be chosen, and any number of weapons can be chosen at Mastered. While this is the case, multiple applications of this technique can exist at any given time; only targeting more weapons at the lower levels of mastery will cause the cost of this technique to increase significantly.
When a weapon is under the effects of Dancing Weapon, it is given the option to float by the side of the user. At any point, the user can simply let go of the affected weapons, and will them to move in the air, seemingly on their own. Because these weapons don't have the user's physical strength backing them, their striking ability is based off of the user's highest spiritual stat, with the weapon's speed being able to function at half of that stat.
These weapons are simply treated as an extension of the user, though, and still require the user's Instinct in order to be able to move. If the user would not reasonably be able to act due to their instinct being too low, the weapon will not be able to either. These weapons have a set range, being able to travel no more than 5 feet from the user at Learned, 15 feet from the user at Proficient, and 45 feet from the user at Mastered. Ranged weapons cannot be used with this technique until the technique is Mastered.
How to use technique (How is it activated?): Charge reiatsu through a weapon to cause it to float.
Technique Drawbacks (Limitations, repercussions for use, etc):
One activation costs 100 reiatsu, and an additional 100 reiatsu per post. Weapons are treated as having one Skill Point lower than actually the case when being wielded. Other drawbacks are listed above.{Combat Cutback - Proficient}
Technique Name: Combat Cutback
Class: 4
Technique Type: Reiatsu
Usable By (Technique is available to which races?): Anyone with 300+ SpPr
Technique Element: None
Technique Description and Affects: Persons with high spiritual pressure are known for their large reiatsu pools, but they also tend to be known for their weaker reiatsu strength, which means they have a ton of reiatsu, but not that much to actually use it on. This techniques entire purpose is to take that sheer volume of reiatsu and turn it into a viable, dangerous weapon.
The user builds up a pool of reiatsu internally, increasing the internal pressure, before channeling it towards a set of limbs, such as the hands or feet, discharging it as a weapon. By doing this the user can harness their reiatsu into physical striking power, allowing them to match a physically stronger opponent blow for blow, or possibly even beat them. Upon initial use the user pays 75 reiatsu per 100 strength, maxing out at their spiritual pressure, but afterwards the per post upkeep drops to 25 per 100. The amount of force generated can be changed once per post, going down merely drops the upkeep, but going up, the user must pay the initial upkeep as well as an additional 75 reiatsu for every 100 strength they add to the technique.
How to use technique (How is it activated?): Building up internal reiatsu before focusing it on a set of limbs such as hand hands or feet (or other applicable appendage like a tail). Before mastery of this technique only a single limb, such as one hand or foot, may be selected at a given moment, after master is obtained both may be used at once.
Technique Drawbacks (Limitations, repercussions for use, etc): Besides a fairly large initial cost and a moderate per post upkeep this technique only has one major drawback; reiatsu burns. When using this technique the user is forcing a large amount of reiatsu to be funneled through a relatively small area, so extended use can be dangerous. 1st degree burns begin to form after about 3 posts, 2nd degree after 5, 3rd after 7, and finally after 9 posts the chosen limb becomes borderline useless and the technique can no longer be used in that area. Healing, specifically of the burns, will reset the timer of this technique.{Red Moon Road: Quiet Evening Walk (Reserved) - Proficient}
Technique Name: Red Moon Road: Quiet Evening Walk
Technique Class: 5 - 20 TTP.
Technique Type: Hakuda/Hōhō/Zanjutsu.
Usable By: Shinigami, Rogue, Vizard.
Technique Element: Body.
Technique Cost: N/A.
Description: The first technique in the Red Moon Road series, Quiet Evening Walk is a very simple technique. Acting as a catalyst for the other Red Moon Road techniques, Quiet Evening Walk is a Step Technique that allows its user to step at three times their speed, for no cost of reiatsu. At Mastered, this technique is silent.
How to Use: Pick a direction and step.
Drawbacks: Despite not having a reiatsu cost, this technique still holds a rather noteworthy drawback; to learn, Quiet Evening Walk requires a 2 in Hakuda, Hōhō, and Zanjutsu.
Incantation: N/A.
Made By: Camila Adaronde.
Reserved?: Yes.{Red Moon Road: Dance in the Darkened Street (Reserved) - Proficient}
Technique Name: Red Moon Road: Dance in the Darkened Street
Technique Class: 4 - 40 TTP.
Technique Type: Hakuda/Hōhō/Zanjutsu.
Usable By: Shinigami, Rogue, Vizard.
Technique Element: Body.
Technique Cost: N/A.
Description: The second technique in the Red Moon Road series, Dance in the Darkened Street serves as a technique that aims to create a momentary copy of its user in order to deceive foes, and create an opening for the user, simply through the use of fast movement, aided by raw combative mastery. Through the use of a Stepping Technique in order to reposition, the user creates this copy at a different location that they would feasibly be able to reach via the same stepping technique.
Those that don’t have 300 or greater Senses will be unable to tell this copy apart from the user, and thus will likely end up flat-footed when looking to defend against the real combatant, resulting in a 30% decrease to their Instinct for the duration of that single attack. After the attack is carried out, the copy disappears, and the user is left on their own once more.
How to Use: Simply step in a direction, and utilize the speed from that step to create a copy of oneself.
Drawbacks: Given this technique has no reiatsu cost, it’s not without drawbacks from use. For starters, Dance in the Darkened Street takes up a step technique slot, meaning using this technique costs two total. The initial use, and every use after that will have the Senses requirement reduced by 25 per Rank of Battle Analysis that an individual has, meaning that even with a single Rank, this technique will eventually stop being effective. The Instinct decrease is lowered by 5% every time this technique is used, meaning that even if someone is incapable of telling the difference between user and copy, they won’t be penalized for reacting to either of them. The copy created via this technique is simply an afterimage, and is incapable of attacking, blocking, et cetera. Dance in the Darkened Street can only be used once per post, and requires a 2 in Hakuda, Hōhō, and Zanjutsu to learn.
Incantation: N/A.
Made By: Camila Adaronde.
Reserved?: Yes.{Red Moon Road: Precipice of Fading Night (Reserved) - Proficient}
Technique Name: Red Moon Road: Precipice of Fading Night
Technique Class: 5 - 20 TTP.
Technique Type: Hakuda/Hōhō/Zanjutsu.
Usable By: Shinigami, Rogue, Vizard.
Technique Element: Body.
Technique Cost: N/A.
Description: The third technique in the Red Moon Road series, Precipice of Fading Night acts as a branching upgrade of Quiet Evening Walk. Much like Shunpō Karin to Shunpō, Precipice of Fading Night aims to augment a singular limb instead of making a full-body movement, similarly at three times the user’s Speed. At Proficient, this technique is silent. At Mastered, this technique can be used to immediately change the momentum of one of the user’s movements, including a movement made from Precipice of Fading Night.
How to Use: Move one’s limb at extraordinary speeds.
Drawbacks: While not having a reiatsu cost, Precipice of Fading Night does have a rather noteworthy drawback in requiring a 2 in Hakuda, Hōhō, and Zanjutsu in order to perform. Can only be performed up to twice a post, and each use takes up a Step Technique slot.
Incantation: N/A.

Reserved?: Yes.{Red Moon Road: Daybreak Waltz (Reserved) - Proficient}
Technique Name: Red Moon Road: Daybreak Waltz
Technique Class: 3 - 80 TTP.
Technique Type: Hakuda/Hōhō/Zanjutsu.
Usable By: Shinigami, Rogue, Vizard.
Technique Element: Body.
Technique Cost: N/A.
Description: The fourth technique in the Red Moon Road series, Daybreak Waltz serves as a powerful - and likely concluding - strike with the user’s Zanpakutō after utilizing multiple Red Moon Road techniques in succession. Being a powerful slash with the user’s weapon, this technique uses that weapon’s cutting power for its Offensive Strength, meaning Spiritual Pressure can be used while the user is released.
This technique can be used in the middle of a Step Technique, and will actively grow more potent should circumstances line up appropriately. If used after one R.M.R. technique, Daybreak Waltz’ Offensive Strength is increased by 25%. With two R.M.R. techniques, the Offensive Strength is increased by 50%. With three R.M.R. techniques, the Offensive Strength is increased by 75%.
How to Use: Set up the strike, and finish a flourish with the blow.
Drawbacks: While this technique has no cost associated with it, it isn’t without rather noteworthy drawbacks. To start, this technique requires a 3 in Hakuda, Hōhō, and Zanjutsu in order to learn. This technique can only be used once per post. Utilizing this technique with its boosts more than once in a thread will result in significant damage to the muscles in the limb used in the swing; three times will result in broken bones in that limb. Given this technique requires frequent use of others in order to set up properly, after one use this technique will likely be predictable.

Technique Name: Red Moon Road: Crimson Night Sky
Technique Class: 3 - 80 TTP.
Technique Type: Hakuda/Hōhō/Zanjutsu
Usable By: Shinigami, Rogue, Vizard
Technique Element: Body.
Technique Cost: N/A.
Description: The fifth technique in the Red Moon Road series, Crimson Night Sky is a devastating technique looking to cause quite an amount of unnecessary damage to those it strikes; very much against the elegant, nimble themes the Red Moon Road techniques normally follow. Beginning with a strike of some kind with the user’s Zanpakutō, Crimson Night Sky aims to debilitate those hit by the force of this technique, usually resulting in a rather large expulsion of the victim’s blood into the air from the strike in a very Shonen-like display; hence the name of the technique.
If struck by this technique, the victim’s blood will immediately fire from the wound itself, draining someone of 10% of their blood on hit, reduced by 2% for every Rank in Bleeding Tolerance someone has. With 75% blood remaining, those struck will feel dizzy, requiring a Rank in Strength of Will to fight without issue, or suffering a 10% Instinct cut. Every 25% lost thereafter will result in a worsening dizzied state, requiring one more Rank in Strength of Will or suffering an increasing Instinct cut, growing by 15% per threshold. With 0% blood remaining, victims will either lose consciousness in NDE/DP threads, or perish in DE.
How to Use: Simply strike with a weapon of some variety.
Drawbacks: Despite not having a reiatsu cost, this technique isn’t without its drawbacks. Firstly, this technique requires a 3 in Hakuda, Hōhō, and Zanjutsu in order to learn. Crimson Night Sky can only only be used once per post. Given the lack of subtlety with this technique, those that are struck even once are made immediately aware of the damage and effects of this technique, making it substantially more difficult to get the effects to land if the victim has so much as 1 point in Bleeding Tolerance.

History:{PROLOGUE}
Before we begin the ever-expanding story of Camila Adaronde and her descent into darkness, some background information must be established first. To start, Camila came from an extremely spiritually aware family that prided themselves on this ability. Due to it not being covered in this story because she has yet to meet her “Zanpakutō spirit”, let alone inner hollow, it will be stated here. Both of her parents knew each other since childhood, and were inseparable. During a fateful night when they were young adults, they were both attacked by the same Arrancar, and in that happening, traces of the Arrancar's reiatsu were left inside of the body of her mother and father.
The Arrancar was detained by Shinigami, but not without a fight. In one last effort to slay the two, the hollow made one last attempt to end the couple, but was quickly put down after landing an additional attack on both of them, leaving them with even more of his residual reiatsu. This Arrancar's name was Aldin Landry, the same hollow that would later manifest inside of our protagonist.
With both future parents surviving, they later went on to get married, and have two children. Their first child, Camila. Their second, Camila’s younger brother Felix. One of these children would later grow to be Fullbringers, save for Camila. With the scene set, we may now begin the tale of the eldest child in the Adaronde family, Camila.{CHAPTER Ⅰ}
“C’mon Camila, you’re much better than this than we are!” Felix complained. He stared into the eyes of his older sister, currently trying to read in the living room of their small house. She let out a sigh, and turned her head to face him, clearly annoyed. “I already told you I don’t like doing this,” she grunted. Placing a bookmark into the book she was currently reading, she stood up, once again looking down at the younger boy. “You owe me for this, remember that.”
“Of course!” He said in reply. She turned to walk into her room, which happened to be connected to the room they were in. She opened the door, and threw the book she was currently reading down, picking up another she had next to her bed. Camila tucked it underneath her arm, and exited the room. She began to look for her brother, who was watching her intently from her original seat on the couch. She sighed again. “I’m only going to do this once, so you’d better pay attention.” Felix nodded. Camila held the book up by the spine, keeping it horizontal. From the book, a wave of reiatsu began to condense around it and light up the air in a color of blood red. From the book, formed a sword. The blade was large, and looked to be fairly heavy as well. She gripped the weapon with her free hand, and let it fall to her side.
“Whoa!” Her younger brother shouted, “I could feel that from like, a thousand miles away if I wanted to!” Obviously he was exaggerating, as kids did, she thought to herself. From in the kitchen, Camila heard her mother shout. “Camila Elizabeth Adaronde, what have I told you about using that in the house?” Camila began to form a surprised look on her face. How could she tell what was happening inside? She probably heard her brother’s reaction, she thought to herself. Yeah, that had to be it. “Sorry,” she shouted back to her mother, as she disabled the form of the blade. Immediately the book fell to the ground with a quiet thump. She glared at her little brother. “Sorry! I didn’t mean to get you in trouble,” he said sheepishly, “I just wanted to see if I could do that for myself is all…”
Camila started to feel bad for her brother. He was only nine, after all. He was still young, easily fascinated by anything out of the ordinary. She had been 14 at the time, a good 5 years older than him. During that time, she’s gotten used to the whole “dead people are everywhere” thing. This was something her parents explained to her a long time ago; the existence of Shinigami, hollows, how they exist, and even that of Fullbringers. Though most of that never held her interest, she was always fascinated by the Shinigami. Ever since she learned about them; what they’re capable of, she’s wanted to be one. Only one small problem, though; in order for that to happen, from what her parents told her, she needed to die. This was something Camila was not ready for. The next best thing for her was being a Fullbringer, the nature of which her parents did not mention was based from a hollow’s power.
Snapping back into reality, Camila sighed. “It’s alright, it’ll come with time. Mom and Dad say everybody can do it if they want to.” Her brother’s face lit up in excitement. “Then I’m gonna do everything I can in order to learn!” Camila couldn’t help but smile. She was glad to see her brother so enthusiastic about something she tended to hate. She couldn’t stand being a Fullbringer. Hopefully her brother and sister will like it, as they’re likely going to unlock the ability to do these kinds of things as well. “Yeah,” Camila told herself, “hopefully.”
She went into her room, and began to lay down. Upon the quiet around her beginning to form, drowning out outside noise, she heard a familiar voice. “You’ll never make it as a Shinigami,” the voice said, “You’re not cut out for it at all.” She knew that voice. It was a voice that had been tormenting her from a young age. As far back as she could remember, this voice has been with her, making her life a living hell in any way it could. She began to sob upon hearing it’s return. She turned around, and saw the same man she has seen since her childhood.
He was a pale man, standing quite tall for how old he looked. He had to be in what, his 40’s? At least. “You wouldn’t survive a day as a Shini,” he told her, crossing his arms and giving her a condescending smirk. She began to tear up, and formed a fist. Although shorter than him, she was still tall for her age, she she compared rather well. She pulled back her arm, and quickly thrusted it forward, aiming for his stomach. He quickly stepped out of the way, and laughed. “What’re you expecting to do with a weak little punch like that, huh?”
She began to grow angry, and tried to throw another punch. This one was also immediately sidestepped, and he took a step back. “Honey, please,” The man said, pulling his arm back, “This is what a real punch is like!” He quickly swung his arm into her stomach, and Camila began to flinch naturally. Upon “connecting” with her, the man disappeared. Realizing this a bit too late, Camila screamed on instinct, and forced her eyes shut. The man was gone. He hadn’t even touched her, why did she scream? This was a question that needed to go unanswered, as her parents began running into the room.
“Is everything alright?” Camila’s mother asked frantically, checking her all over as to make sure nothing was wrong with her. Her father maintained a severely worried look on his face. “N-Nothing’s wrong,” Camila managed to force out. She was seconds away from breaking down, and clearly showed this. “Are you sure sweetheart? Is there anything we can do to help?” Her mother asked. “I’m sure, I’m fine!” Camila stated rather aggressively. She didn’t like to be treated like a child. She was 15, she was going to be an adult in a few years. Her birthday was in a month, for crying out loud! “Alright dear, I think it’s time for us to leave,” Camila’s father said to her mother, who was currently stressing out over her first-born daughter, “Let’s give her some time to calm down. And, Camila,” her father said, turning to face her, “If you ever need anything, don’t hesitate to let us know.”
A few moments later, after managing to calm herself down, Camila decided to do what she was originally planning, and decided to lay down. She pulled her blanket above herself, and closed her eyes. Hopefully this dream would be different. For as long as she could remember, she’s been having nightmares. Constantly happening every night without missing a beat. And, every night was the same thing. The same man who she had just encountered again today, beating her down physically. She felt so powerless in these dreams, and wished they would stop. Though, for these to stop, that meant telling someone what was going on. She didn’t want to be labelled as crazy. She shook it off, and drifted off to sleep.{CHAPTER Ⅱ}
Camila opened her eyes, and was immediately met with the view of what appeared to be a ballroom. She had not realized that this was a dream, and took a step forward. Upon her foot hitting the ground, she realized her feet made a click, and that she felt taller than normal. She was in heels, and wearing a dress. This was nothing really new for her, because as of recently, she’s been trying on numerous amounts of dresses and heels. After all, her 16th birthday was approaching quickly.
She began to take a few more steps around, before being once again met with a familiar voice. It was in the sound of a laugh, as she began to hear the clicking of shoes against the glossy wooden floor. She quickly turned around, and was met with nothing. Almost immediately, though, The sound began to play from behind her head, like before. He was moving around, and quickly. She turned the rest of her body, as to see if that correlates, and discovered no correlation. She realized that his location was dependent on the direction her eyes were. There was no way she was going to be able to see him, as he was just too damn quick. She closed her eyes, and took a deep breath. Seconds later, she was met with a sharp pain in her back, forcing her forward. She ended up tripping over herself, and falling forward to her hands and knees. She coughed.
The pain she felt was a punch straight to her lower spine. Normally, a punch of that kind of force straight to someone’s spinal cord would be enough to deal some serious damage, and at worst, paralyze them. Though, this wasn’t a normal situation. It had been a dream, unbeknownst to Camila. Though not physically, it had felt like she was just forced to endure through that pain in the real world; as if it had actually happened. She turned her head behind her slowly to the left, and saw the man looming over her. “You’re pathetic,” he said, delivering a sharp kick straight to her gut. Immediately she jumped upwards from her hands and knees, and fell onto her side. Her head slammed against the ground, as well as the entire left side of her body. She was racked with pain.
Turning her head up slowly, tears began to run down her cheek. She began to cry, barely able to take the pain she now had to put up with without crying. Again, this had been a dream, so naturally, she was able to withstand more than she normally would be able to; much more. The man walked slowly in front of her vision, his shoes clicking against the ground the whole way there. The sound echoed through the dance hall. “W-Why?” She asked. She didn’t have much else to say, nor could she really force more out. “Why?” He repeated, “Because this is something I deserve to get to do. My prey escaped from me, and with that took what I held dearest to me; my life. So now, in return, I’m going to take what they hold dearest to them.”
Camila didn’t understand a word of this. Prey? What they hold dearest? Who was they? Who was his prey? This did nothing but confuse Camila, something that showed quite evidently on her face. “Don’t worry, child,” the man said, pulling his foot back, “You’ll learn in due time.” Almost immediately, as if some invisible force was holding it back, the man’s foot shot forward. It appeared as though it was going to easily come in contact with Camila’s face; specifically her nose. His foot seemed to be there instantly, flying at a speed she could barely keep up with, approaching her face, and…
Camila shot up from her bed, completely covered in sweat. She was breathing heavily, and holding herself back from screaming. It had all been a dream, she thought to herself, nothin but a dream. She wiped her forehead, and gently slammed her head against her pillow. Gently turning her head to the right, Camia looked at a digital clock next to her bed. 1:19 AM. Damn, she thought to herself, it’s way too early for this. She sighed to herself, and started to drift back to sleep.{CHAPTER Ⅲ}
When you have nothing going on during that time, a month can go by extremely quickly. Even if you have things that are happening to keep your life eventful, time will still fly by. That’s just the nature of time, and exactly what happened to Camila during this time. Even though she had to deal with the constant torment she was subjected to, time went by rather quickly. Eventually, the day of her sixteenth birthday rolled around, and nobody was prepared for the events that were going to unfold.
The day had started off rather normal, with nothing really out of the ordinary. Camila was still being tormented by this seemingly fake man she continued to avoid telling anybody about, Felix was still fascinated by the spiritual world, same old, same old. About halfway through the day, Camila’s family decided to celebrate her birthday, not going overly-extravagant on a sweet 16 party due to the family’s already low income.
---
“...Happy Birthday to You!” Everybody sang, finishing the well-known song, and clapping afterwards. Camila let a small smile rise to her cheeks. She was glad to be celebrating this day with her family, and didn’t want it any other way. She blew out the small candles that were placed on top of the carrot cake before her; her favorite. Not even a second after, Camila’s father pulled out a small bag from behind him, and handed it to his daughter. “This is just a little something from your mother and I”, he said.
Camila’s smile persisted, as she opened the bag up. Inside, were a few things. On top, was a shirt. The shirt had been black in color, different from her normal color choices, and had a logo on the front for a band she recognized. “We know you’ve been listening to them a lot,” her father said, “So we decided to get you a tee shirt!” Camila’s smile began to grow. She hugged the shirt. “C’mon, keep going!” her mother said, her phone screen still pointed towards her daughter. She began to pull out a book. Just from the font on the cover, she immediately recognized the series. “I wasn’t sure if you’re into those backwards comics,” her mother said, “but I figured you’ll read pretty much anything, so it couldn’t hurt to try it, right?” Little did her mother know, Camila was an avid fan of manga, she just never read them at home, as she never owned any books.
“Mila, Mila!” Her little brother shouted, obviously excited about something. “What is it, Felix?” she said cheerfully, glad to encourage him. “I want to show you something cool!” Her little brother quickly grabbed her hand, and his favorite toy robot. He opened the front door, and sprinted out to the front yard. Upon reaching the large grassy patch in front of their house, Felix set the robot down, and pointed both of his hands towards the robot. He closed his eyes, and focused intently. Camila thought this was rather cute, and did pick up what he wanted to show her, though it didn’t seem to be working at the moment. Suddenly, the boy took multiple steps backward, as if hit by something. Almost immediately, Camila realized what was going on, and dropped her shirt and book. The boy had what appeared to be an arrow of light sticking out of his shoulder. Before she could react, the arrow in his shoulder was then met with a matching one, this time in the young boy’s skull.
“FELIX!!” Camila screamed at the top of her lungs, with tears beginning to stream down her face. As if on queue, Camila’s parents ran outside, and grabbed her by the arms, pulling her inside. They covered her mouth, and pulled them into their room. Confused and concerned for her now executed brother, she tried to break from their grip, though unsuccessful. An unfamiliar voice began to speak, getting louder with each second. “Come out, little hollow, and be purged! It is the wish of His Holiness, and therefore shall be done!” What hollow was the man talking about? Who was His Holiness? Why was her brother just killed? These were all questions Camila had, and all questions that would get answered at a later time.
Camila’s dad began to rummage through drawers, until he found a small knife. It was a steak knife that he had held onto in the case of an intruder. But how was he going to stand up to that man with the bow? Was he insane? He’d be killed immediately! He turned to face Camila, and a tear rolled down his cheek. “Mila, do you trust me?” he asked, his voice starting to crack. Her mother began to cry silently, turning away from Camila. The young girl was confused. What had been going on? “Dad, what hollow was the man talking about? Who’s His Holiness?”
Her dad grabbed her shoulders, and held her face level with his. “Camila, this is not a time for questions! I need you to answer me! Do you trust me?” He began to say softly. As he finished, the door to their bedroom was kicked open. Standing in the entrance, was a man clad in full white. He looked to be wearing some kind of uniform. In his hand, a bow. The bow appeared to be made of the same stuff that her sword was, but instead of red, his was blue. “There you are,” he said, aiming his bow at Camila’s mother, and releasing his backmost hand. Her mother’s body slammed up against the wall, and slumped over.
Acting on impulse, Camila’s father took the knife, and ran it through Camila’s chest. Her eyes widened as immense pain gripped her body. She looked down, and began to cry. Her hearing slowly started to fade. She looked up, and saw the older man who had been tormenting her most of her life, standing behind of her father. He appeared to mouth the words, “Sleep tight”. Faint screaming could be heard from around her. It sounded like a man’s voice, and was coming from right in front of her. She looked down once again; at her hands. They were now completely covered in blood. Her vision slowly began to blacken. Her eyes were still open. Is this what dying felt like..? Was she about to die..? Her head began to spin. She felt dizzy, like she couldn’t keep herself up anymore. She heard a faint thud, and felt a small pain in her head; nothing like the current pain in her chest. Though, even that was starting to fade. All of her senses were starting to disappear. She couldn’t feel anything. She tried to speak, and managed to get out one last sentence before everything faded to black.{CHAPTER Ⅳ}
Seconds later, Camila felt herself come to. This time, with no pain at all. Her head was resting on the ground, facing the doorway. In front of her, were four pairs of feet. Two that belonged to the man in white, and two behind him. Those feet were covered in black robes, and didn’t appear to be visual at the moment. She tilted her head and looked up. The man in white now had a hole in his chest, similarly to the way that she did, only much bigger. The hole in his chest was the size of a katana, as he was just run through by one. The hole in her chest was the size of a kitchen knife.
Camila began to feel for the wound on her chest, and felt nothing. Had that just been a bad dream? No, it couldn't have been. The man who just attacked her family stood before her, now bloodied and likely dead. But, if the hole in her chest wasn’t there, then was she alive? Camila slowly stood up, and looked down. Before her, was her own body, laying there motionless on the floor. She stared in shock. She really had died. Her own father had just killed her. But why? What would give him a good enough reason to-
“Hey,” a voice called out to Camila, “Everything is alright now, you can rest easy.” She looked up. The man in the black robes smiled at her. She gasped. A Shinigami! A real live Shinigami just came! She began to think out loud. “Shinigami exist to help spirits, right? But, I don’t see my mom or dad anywhere.” Camila looked at the two fresh bodies on the ground, once of which she saw die, and the other she didn’t witness.
“Well, you see, kid,” The Shinigami began to say, “The man that just killed both of these two people next to you was a Quincy. They’re similar to us Shinigami, only instead of purifying hollowed souls, they destroy ‘em.” She looked at the man, confused. “Hollowed souls?” The Shinigami nodded, withdrawing his blade from the Quincy, as he fell to the ground. “Yeah. Your family seems to have a fair amount of Hollow Reiatsu inside of them. However, this seems to have affected you more than the others.” She continued to stare, still confused. “What makes you say that? You didn’t arrive in time to save my little brother, so how could you possibly know that it affected me more than anybody else?” Camila’s tone got quite aggressive here.
“Easy now, kid,” The Shinigami said, “This is how I know; Your spiritual pressure is comparable to that of mine. You’ve easily got the largest and strongest here out of everybody in your family. If it wasn’t for that, I wouldn’t have come to save you. If we’re speaking honestly here…” his voice began to trail off, “I thought you were a hollow. It was a pleasant surprise to find you instead, but I did in-fact think you were a hollow to begin with.” Camila’s face was filled with nothing but pure shock. Her? A hollow? Surely he had to be joking, right? “I don’t think It’s against any kind of rules to do this,” the Shinigami said, “So I’m going to send you to the Soul Society. In the case that anybody asks…” the Shinigami's voice began to trail off again, “...just tell them you were attacked by a massive hollow. Hopefully they’ll believe that.” Clearly, he was fairly new at his job. That much was certainly evident from their encounter.
The Shinigami walked up to Camila, and gently placed the pommel of his katana against her forehead. Suddenly, she was blinded by a large flash of light. For a good few seconds, she couldn’t see a thing. After a bit, upon regaining her vision, she was in a new, foreign place. After piecing things together, she concluded that this must’ve been the Soul Society. There was not very much of another explanation that could’ve been plausible, considering the turn of events that had just occurred.
Camila felt a hand on her shoulder. It felt cold, like it shouldn’t have been there to begin with. She quickly turned around. She felt her heart sink in her chest. The man behind her had been the very same man who had constantly tormented her for the last 16 years. The very same man who had put her through hell and back. And here he was, in the afterlife. With her. “So,” He asked, a wicked smile forming on his face…
“Did you miss me?”{CHAPTER Ⅴ}
Beginning her time in Soul Society, Camila quickly picked up the art of Jinzen upon finishing her time in the academy. Making use of it for the very first time, she had her first very real encounter with her inner hollow right from the get-go; Albin. Although coming across as disgustingly condescending, Albin had taken time to teach the girl what little he could about sword combat, in order to prepare her for the world that was to come. In time, she'd make use of those strategies as best she could in order to keep fighting no matter the situation. Through him, she even picked up skill in hand-to-hand combat, despite having no desire to actually make use of it.
Upon finishing up in the academy, Camila quickly took to her squad, and introduced herself to her captain, Ludwig Verrlicht. The two hit it off quite nicely, and got along rather well. While not much is here to say, considering their initial meeting was quite brief in nature, Camila still grew to enjoy him, seeing him as a sort of light to Albin's darkness. Hoping to get to know the rest of her squad in time, Camila spent this time trying to introduce herself to the remainder of her squad, with little receptiveness from anyone else there, including her standoffish Vice Captain at the time.
Instead, Camila found herself taking trips alone, and taking up missions without the help of her squad. One such mission, was a trip to France in order to find out the workings of a rather deranged laboratory, quickly finding herself captured and ready to be used as nutrition for the beasts it was cooking up. Thankfully, someone who she'd immediately grow to consider a lifelong friend saved her life at the time; a miss Celes Shindazu. Thanks to her help, the two managed to make it out of the lab with minimal injury.
Upon finishing up their mission in France, Celes and Camila began to take up missions together whenever able. One such mission was their trip out to Baltimore, Maryland. It was through this missions that Celes quickly learned of Camila's rather aggressive tendencies, and her hatred toward Quincy. A hatred the girl would try to calm within Camila, though to little avail. After this mission, the two girls would continue to go on to remain in each other's company every so often, becoming rather close friends in such a short time.
One fateful day, Camila had found herself out other unseated members of Squad 11 during a different mission, without Celes. Had Celes been there, things may have gone differently, but all but Camila ended up meeting a quick demise by the hands of the Octava Espada at the time; an Adolf Reinhardt. It was through this fight that, while Camila ended up battered and bruised rather severely, she'd unlocked Shikai, and merged her soul with Albin's to an almost permanent extent. They'd managed to repel the Espada, thanks to holding out long enough for backup to arrive.
Upon returning, Camila had been given some rather sour treatment due to a taint of hollow reiatsu growing within her, likely presumed from her encounter with the Espada. Unbeknownst to her, and everyone else at the time, Albin had been growing in strength, considering the girl had just unlocked her Shikai. She'd been back to doing missions on her own, and even managed to encounter another Espada at the time, and formed another lifelong friendship with that of Ailene Haschiro. The two went on to tear down a Quincy settlement, causing a rather mass amount of damage nearby.
After a short period of time had passed, and both of her friends had received promotions, leaving the girl in the dust, Camila went on to meet Ailene once more. Having now reached the position of Septima Espada, the two had an argument, and quickly resulted in a fight. Within a few short moments, with a release from both girls, the fight quickly turned into a desire for bloodshed, causing both girls to go all-out. Because of this, Camila begun to deal with her first takeover from Albin; losing her mind and body, Albin made himself known, and did what he could to make sure the girl didn't fall in combat.
Thanks to Ailene's graciousness, Camila was spared, and given a Garganta to walk back through in order to return to Soul Society. Quickly met with threats of death from Shinigami watching her emerge, Camila took shelter under Celes, now Vice Captain of Squad 10 after a transfer, and went on to ponder everything thus far. She'd been treated like garbage from most of Soul Society, let alone her entire Squad. Her captain was absent, and her Vice Captain did absolutely nothing to stop the abuse. She'd had enough. Meeting Celes outside of the Uzaki Enterprises headquarters, Camila renounced her devotion to Soul Society, and went rogue.{CHAPTER Ⅵ}
Now on her own, Camila quickly found an apartment complex in southern Karakura, and began to live what she hoped would be a normal, human life from then on out; not wanting to deal with Soul Society's bullshit. Unfortunately for her, word about her going rogue went around quite quickly, and would quickly take a turn for the worst. Her best friend Celes would find her way to Camila's doorstep, and pressure the girl into trying to come back to Soul Society. Wanting nothing more than to run away with Celes, Camila confessed romantic feelings for the girl, and was quickly shot down, with Celes not feeling the same way. Hurt, Camila engaged in combat with Celes, who made the choice to display Bankai against her, with the fight ending in a draw between the two.
Having seen Celes' Bankai, Camila felt that same drive to grow stronger, and forced Albin to allow her to unlock her own. After a brawl between the two, with both Albin and Camila beating each other into the tile of Camila's Inner World, she'd eventually unlocked her own Bankai. Having reached what she'd long consider the peak of her power, Camila had felt ready to take on whatever the world had decided to throw at her from then on out.
After having achieved her Bankai, Camila had quickly found herself in two separate fights with additional Espada; that of Beast, and that of Lagos Oscuras. Both fights had been fought incredibly fiercely from all parties involved, with both fights resulting in a takeover from Albin, and ending in a tie for all combatants involved. Nonetheless, she'd set a reputation for herself as someone able to keep up with the Espada, and began to take pride in that fact, wanting to be more like those she'd fought.
During her time in the Human World, Camila had made friends with a Hollow known as Alacrán; someone who'd later go on to help her journey astronomically. Together, the two ravished through a group of hyena hollows, led by a rather fearsome lion Adjuchas. Making relatively easy work of the two, Camila and Alacrán then bid each other adieu, later reuniting in an unexpected place.
Before that reunion, however, Camila had been hunted once more during a rather down day for her. Having returned from a rather extensive mission, her ex-captain, Ludwig, had been assigned to take the girl's life. As such, the two engaged in combat, and proceeded to enter a shouting match the moment that Camila had been pacified. Ludwig had told her that if she'd desired to fix the world, she'd have to do so from the top instead of hoping for change at the bottom; a sentiment the girl would soon take to heart.
After her fight with Ludwig, Camila later encountered the Vice Captain of Squad 7, Kaen Youji, who'd recognized her face and name as the traitor she was. Thankfully, though, neither of the two were looking for a fight, as they both simply wanted to enjoy a breakfast at a local coffee shop. After a rather pleasant conversation about the state of the world, ways Camila could get back into Soul Society, and how others were holding up, the two eventually parted ways, with Camila leaving newly set on a rather ambitious goal of her own; to ally herself with Hueco Mundo.{CHAPTER Ⅶ}
Upon following a Hollow into Hueco Mundo, Camila had quickly found herself reuniting with Alacrán in the desert sands, and reintroduced after tearing down Arrancar that had looked to kill them both. After a hollowfied freakout from Camila, and a bit of Gillian control problems from Alacrán, the two eventually managed to make it to Las Noches in one piece.
Upon arriving at Las Noches, Camila had met Ailene once more, putting the two on a much better note than before. After finishing the pleasantries and a shared cup of tea, she'd offered Camila a place to stay in Las Noches for the time being, while she sought out the goal of joining the major faction in time. The two had gone on to socialize quite a bit in the coming weeks, growing ever closer in time. For once, Camila had started to feel like she belonged.
Over time, Camila even managed to be given the invitation to attend an Espada meeting. There, she'd met up with Arcadus, Lagos, Seraph, and Rio. Quickly finding a friend in Arcadus, and being the only Espada that Camila hadn't fought, the two quickly developed a friendship that resulted in a desire from Arcadus to see what the girl was capable of. In time, the two fought, and fought fiercely. As much expected, their fight had resulted in a loss for Camila, but the fight was much, much closer than expected.
After having challenged and kept up with most of the Espada, Camila desired to seek out audience with Sonken Kouhai, the current King of Las Noches. During that conversation, Camila made it clear her desire to join Kouhai's forces, and was quickly shut down by the man for not being a full Vizard, and having taken control of her Inner Hollow. Angered by this, Camila decided to take matters into her own hands, and to prove to Kouhai, and everyone else that she was capable enough to join his army.
In turn, she challenged Kouhai's right hand, Guujin Karai, to a fight to the death. Guujin accepted, and the two were transported out to the sands of Hueco Mundo, where they engaged in combat. Acting recklessly, Camila unleashed everything she had from the get-go, and sought to tear down Guujin before the fight began. Unfortunately for her, her abilities were quickly stopped, and Guujin put an end to the girl without hesitation. Upon falling, Camila found herself immediately being dragged down into Hell. After spending a rather unprecedented amount of time down in the underworld, the girl had been brought back from seemingly nothing; through the grace of Kitai, and the assistance of her inner-now-outer-now-inner Hollow.
