These techniques are written to better align with the dimensional travel techniques that we see in Canon. The purpose here is to create cinematic techniques that everyone can reference so that everyone is on the same page as to what they can do and how the different races travel. These techniques were created as faithfully as possible from their wiki descriptions, with minor alterations based on my current understanding of site lore and how different things work. Certain restrictions may need to be added or removed from a staff standpoint in order to maintain site thematics.
The rationale in the reiatsu cost for Keikagi and its restrictions uses the limited information that we know about the technique that we see in Canon. Because it is only used once, some liberties were taken to maintain that it is an otherwise dangerous method of interdimensional travel that is saved for very exceptional circumstances, and ultimately should actively discourage people from using it without good reason.
Kumon and Descorrer effectively function as a 'lesser' and 'greater' use of the Garganta tech (since Garganta is a dimension and not really any singular techniques) as it currently stands, with Kumon being imprecise and cost-free, while Descorrer is incredibly precise and has a very low reiatsu cost.
Classes were chosen based on some creative liberties and some canonical descriptions. Generally, Shinigami must be graduated and have specific permissions to travel to the Living Realm in the first place, meaning that the earliest a Shinigami could have the ability to travel to the Living Realm would theoretically be Class 7. Keikagi is, in canon, only a technique that Urahara has shown, but it is theoretically possible that it is simply a forbidden Kido technique, reserved for very specific members of the Seireitei. Kumon is classed with the intention of allowing, again, almost all Hollow, Arrancar, and Akki to utilize it freely, while giving some opportunities for other races to learn it. Because of the Garganta's strong ties to Hollow and Arrancar, I've placed a stipulation that there needs to be SOME kind of Hollow Reiatsu present inside of the user as part of their core in order to properly access the Garganta through similar means. Descorrer is classed based on its description that it is only displayed by Espada-level Arrancar, and is not considered to be automatically learned. This shouldn't heavily affect most characters currently in play, as Kumon effectively functions the same way that Old Garganta does.
As a suggestion, I would recommend that all Arrancar and Hollow who could take Descorrer be allowed to do so, with the expectation that 'Garganta' would be replaced mechanically by 'Kumon', which functions identically and is classed lower in order to be more accessible.

Technique Name: Senkaimon
Technique Class: 6
Technique Type: Shinigami Technique (Cinematic)
Usable By: Anyone wielding a Zanpakuto originally from Soul Society (I.E. Arrancar Zanpakuto and Hollow Wraith Zanpakuto are disqualified). This technique is automatically learned by Shinigami still aligned with Seireitei and Vizard Hopefuls at Class 7. For this population, this technique does NOT count towards a cinematic slot. This technique otherwise must be specifically taught to other users, but is otherwise unrestricted provided the user in question has access to a Zanpakuto originating from Soul Society.
Technique Element: N/A
Technique Cost: N/A
Description: The Senkaimon are gates used to travel in between the Living Realm and Soul Society. These gates offer direct links in between these two parallel worlds and are considered the safest, most reliable, and sole ‘official’ method of travel between Soul Society and the Living Realm. There is only one method of entering the Senkaimon, though various methods of completing the journey once the gate is opened.
Opening the Senkaimon is a simple affair. By aligning their reiatsu with a Zanpakuto that originated from Soul Society, an individual may temporarily bridge the gap between the living realm and the spiritual realm, as though sticking a key into a locked door. Then, by turning their Zanpakuto and speaking the phrase ‘Release!’ (Kaijo), the sky twists and turns to form Shoji, which represents the Senkaimon Gate.
When Shinigami open the gate using a Zanpakuto that they are spiritually aligned with (read: their personal Zanpakuto), several Jigokucho are released, which immediately imprint on any Shinigami present (as well as any substitute shinigami who have their badge on their person) by landing on some part of their body. Usually, this is a shoulder or an article of clothing, but may be any reliably flat surface. Once a Jigokucho has imprinted on the opener and any surrounding Shinigami (or substitutes), they may enter the Senkaimon and immediately be teleported to any other permanent Senkaimon in existence. Most notably, this includes the large Senkaimon gate in the center of Soul Society, as well as smaller Senkaimon located in the houses of noble families, provided the Shinigami in question is from a noble family or has gained favor with the noble family in question. Shinigami may take other races through the Senkaimon in this fashion by maintaining physical contact with their company during the brief, direct trip.
When any other being opens the gate, or when a Shinigami opens the gate with a Zanpakuto that they are NOT spiritually aligned with, there are no Jigokucho released. This also affects Shinigami deserters whose Zanpakuto are no longer recognized as being affiliated with Seireitei. All beings who enter a Senkaimon in this fashion step into the Senkaimon and directly into the Dangai. Beings who traverse the Dangai are subject to the effects of significant time dilation, as well as the whims of the Koryu and Kototsu, the flow and the surge of the Dangai. While this is an incredibly dangerous proposition, making it to the end of the passageway will transport any travelers into a random part of the Rukongai, whether it is one of its districts or the outer wilderness. Seireitei can not be accessed directly using this method.
Drawbacks: As noted, only Zanpakuto which originate from Soul Society may utilize the Senkaimon gates. This includes, traditionally, any Zanpakuto which used to belong to a Shinigami, as well as most of the Zanpakuto held by the Visored. This does NOT include artificial Zanpakuto, Zanpakuto held by Arrancar, or Zanpakuto that have been irreversibly warped by the transformation from Vizard to Hollow Wraith.
Additionally, the defenses of the Dangai, including both the Koryu and Kototsu may be turned off remotely by certain members of the Gotei 13. During this time any individual entering a Senkaimon may enter directly through the main Senkaimon gate of Seireitei. These occasions are exceptionally rare and travel is usually more heavily supervised during this time.

Technique Name: Keikagi
Technique Class: 1
Technique Type: Kido (Cinematic)
Usable By: All Kido-Capable Races. This technique must be trained for.
Technique Element: N/A
Technique Cost: 500 Reiatsu and 100 Reiatsu per hour maintained
Description: Keikagi is an Kido technique that is not numbered, nor is it well known throughout the Spiritual Realms. This technique may be used to connect the space between the Living Realm and Hueco Mundo momentarily, by piercing through the Garganta and bridging the two worlds. While open, the portal may be accessed freely by anyone on either side of the portal. Because of this, it is considered a restricted and regulated Kido technique reserved traditionally for high-ranking Shinigami. Unapproved travel using this method is considered illegal under the rules of Central 46.
How to Use: The user must first create a series of anchors, usually either two or four, with which to channel their reiatsu. First, the user channels reiatsu through one of the anchors, which then creates a ‘frame’ from which the portal will open, by traveling between anchors. Once all of the anchors have been fully established and channeled, the user then speaks the incantation, tearing open a controlled, precise rift between the Living Realm and Hueco Mundo.
Drawbacks: This technique, as stated, is highly regulated. It is unlikely to be known by any except very high ranking members of the Gotei 13, unless taught outside of approved methods. Its usage must be pre-approved by Central 46 (usually by request of the Captain Commander, though it has been known to be approved at the request of both the Onmitsukido and Kido Corps Captains in the past for special missions). Any usage outside of those limits is considered illegal and grounds for severe punishment, usually with a penalty of execution.
Additionally, when opened, the caster must maintain the portal in order for it to remain active. In order to do this, they must remain in the realm that the portal was originally created. Once the caster has traveled through the portal (if they travel through the portal), the portal will close and a new portal will have to be created. For the duration that the portal is maintained, it may be accessed by any beings on either side of the portal, at will, usually making it a very dangerous proposition to leave the portal open for extended periods.
Finally, there is no way to directly pinpoint where you will empty out on the other side of the portal, due to the unstable nature of the Garganta space. It is virtually impossible to create a portal to a specific point, which makes this technique (generally) unsuitable for round trips and direct rescues. This also means that no two portals will empty out into the same space.
Incantation: "My right hand is the stone that bridges worlds. My left hand is the blade that binds reality. The black-haired shepherd is hung from a chair. Stratus clouds come, and I strike down the ibis."
The Incantation must be used in order to complete the spell, regardless of mastery. This may be subverted by having a Mental Incantation skill of 3 or higher.

Technique Name: Kumon
Technique Class: 7
Technique Type: Hollow Technique (Cinematic)
Usable By: Automatically learned by Akki, Hollow and Arrancar at Class 7. For this population ONLY, it does not count towards a tech slot. May be taught (trained for in a JT with someone else who already knows Kumon) to any creature with Hollow reiatsu, latent or otherwise (predominantly including Vizard).
Technique Element: N/A
Technique Cost: N/A
Description: The Garganta is the void between worlds and is used primarily by Arrancar and Hollow (with few exceptions). From the Garganta, travelers may theoretically enter into any known dimensional space, including (but not limited to) Hueco Mundo, Soul Society, the Living Realm, the Silbern, or the Dangai.
Almost all Hollow and Arrancar are capable of entering the Garganta from any dimensional space by using their reiatsu to forcibly tear a hole in its dimensional boundaries. Likewise, they are able to exit the Garganta by forcibly tearing a hole into the dimensional boundaries of their intended location. This process is crude and rudimentary, but suits the vast majority of Hollow and Arrancar. Rifts in and out of the garganta using this method often linger and close exceptionally slowly on their own, sometimes lasting up to an hour depending on the size of the tear created.
How to Use: The being in question must utilize their reiatsu to first disrupt the dimensional boundaries of their current location, as well as the boundaries of their intended location. Hollow and Arrancar know how to do this instinctively, but it can become second nature for other practiced users as well. Once this is accomplished, the user forcibly tears open a space large enough for them to travel through. This often looks like physically ripping open the seam that they have created with their reiatsu. Because of this, larger Hollow often leave gaping holes in dimensional space that smaller hollow can easily take advantage of, traveling alongside them.
Drawbacks: Traveling to certain realms carries inherent risks and limitations. The Dangai may only be accessed by this method if its defenses have been deactivated by Seireitei. Attempting to access the Dangai in this manner outside of this instance usually results in death. Similarly, it is impossible to tear directly through into Seireitei due to its defenses and, as a result, it is impossible to tear directly through into the Silbern without already being in Seireitei. Due to its incredibly complex and heavily secured nature, Hell is impossible to enter into using this technique, though Akki specifically may use it to exit at their leisure.
Travel via Kumon is very imprecise, and it is usually impossible to choose a specific point of exit once a rift has been opened. The more powerful the Arrancar or Hollow, the closer they are able to get, with beings of Class 1 or higher being reliably capable of exiting the Garganta space within ten miles of their intended location.

Technique Name: Descorrer
Technique Class: 2
Technique Type: Hollow Technique Cinematic
Usable By: Arrancar and Akki. Hollow and other creatures with Hollow reiatsu may learn this technique at Class 1, provided they already have learned Kumon. This technique does not have to be specifically trained for.
Technique Element: N/A
Technique Cost: 50 Reiatsu
Description: The Garganta is the void between worlds and is used primarily by Arrancar and Hollow (with few exceptions). From the Garganta, travelers may theoretically enter into any known dimensional space, including (but not limited to) Hueco Mundo, Soul Society, the Living Realm, the Silbern, or the Dangai.
Espada-level and similarly powerful entities may open precise pathways between realms using a simple hand gesture. In doing so, they are able to exert significantly more control over their points of exit, as well as creating openings that are sized significantly more appropriately for their bodies. The opening and closing of these Garganta happens quickly and the portals only last for up to a minute once opened, and automatically close behind the user.
How to Use: The user channels their reiatsu not unlike they would for Kumon, creating a very similar seam between their current (or desired) location and the Garganta space. Unlike with Kumon, the user then uses that same reiatsu to forcibly open a well contained and conservative space inside of the dimensional boundaries. Once entered, the rift created neatly closes itself behind them.
Traveling via Descorrer is a very precise method of travel and, as a result, has a small reiatsu cost attached to it. Utilizing Descorrer allows the user to exit out of the Garganta space within a few meters of their desired location.
