Today was a very good day for Amori. She was sat in her house, hobbled over from age, enjoying the less than gentle rocking that her house made from its long strides. The many, many items and knickknacks she had collected over the years swayed back and forth, clattering against the wooden walls. Masks that looked entirely too realistic, a charms covered with sigils that glowed with an ominous light, and purple miasma lingering around the corners of the room. Amori was drinking from a Kettle that looked made of bone. Not pouring it into a cup, straight from the spigot.
Her slurping was loud and obnoxious, intentionally so, as Amori was entertaining a guest. Astrid, the Hellion who longs to be a hollow. What a hilarious concept! She was interesting, and now she was looking to make a deal. The house, walking on two spindly legs, landed particularly hard, and a mask clattered against and off the wall, launching itself from it, and into the waiting hand of the Hag. "Oh dearie, it's been so long since you've came ta visit me. Don' ya know how lonely it gets 'ere? The only company I have are my worldly possessions." A wicked smile spreads across her hideous face.
Said possessions groaned as she cackled. "This mask here will grant you your hearts desire. I have acquired it, just as you asked me, so long ago." She said, setting her kettle down, as she held the item in question with both hands. Her eyes glowed a haunting blue, sigils replacing her irises. "And now, you will hold your end of the bargain." Mystic energies struck out at the Hason, a sigil appearing over her heart. "You must go fetch me the teeth from a hundred different Hellions, the spine of a coward, and a cactus that is at least fifteen feet tall." Energy crackled in the air, the house shook, and the winds howled as winds spun through the house. "You must do it all in an hour. If you do not, you shall slowly turn into my newest houseplant!"

Astrid was having a shit day. Arguably the worst day she could imagine. And it was all because of where she was and who she was dealing with. Amori. Astrid constantly wondered on if she should have ever considered looking into Amori. If she should have ever asked about her capabilities in sigil magic. If letting her know that she wanted to become a hollow, if it was at all possible, was her goal. And right now? It was definitely teetering on the edge of "I regret my decisions." Namely because for the past hour she was forced to endure "chatting" with Amori, since she was present when Astrid had suddenly realized she was capable of speech. And given she was, for whatever reason, fond of her, Amori ALWAYS insisted upon talking for a little while.
It drove Astrid insane as Amori would sit "quietly" and just wait if Astrid never said anything. They'd get nowhere until she finally said something. And sometimes, Astrid just had to keep talking to ensure that Amori was "satisfied" in some capacity. Now she was dealing with her utterly inane drivel about her day, her plants, and the newest idiots she'd managed to swindle into her army. However, that all changed when the house decided that Astrid didn't really need to sit on the stump she was using as a chair. And instead flung her into the kitchen and into some seriously rotten, yet somehow hard as iron, cabinets. Astrid had to hold back her desire to scream and tear these cabinets apart because they were the newest thing on a VERY long list of individuals, objects, concepts, and more, that just pissed her off to no end.
When she finally made it back to her stump, she noticed the mask Amori was holding onto. And given she had half a brain cell lying around, was able to put one and two together. Amori was going to finally tell her what task she wanted in exchange for the mask. Thank. Fuck. Her "training" sessions about sigil magic was basically her using them for a second and then walking away and expecting Astrid to understand them inherently. Or if she were lucky, use them on someone around them. Or just flex her "supreme knowledge" of them. Infuriating. Still Astrid managed to calm down significantly so she could focus on what Amori was saying. . . however not even her newly acquired ability to think would stop her from blurting out her thoughts in frustration when Amori finally said what she wanted done.
"WHAT THE FUCK?! THIS IS YOUR . . . YOU'RE TASKING THAT'S SO "DAUNTING"?! There are cowards everywhere in Hell! And 100 teeth is the equivalent to pebbles, and . . . . Whatever this "cactus" is, that's the only difficult thi-" And this is when Amori ever the avid reader of individuals made her comment about doing all of this. . . in under 1 hour. Astrid's six eyes narrowed, and she wanted so badly choke out this woman for putting in a time restriction. Especially one that varied from circle to circle, let alone if she had to go from world to world. Her body was wriggling as the vines that made up her being were flexing and shifting on their own from her anger. This wasn't a quest. It was a fucking game. And Astrid was the main source of entertainment. A fucking pawn in this entire thing. Yet, she was bound. The deal having long since been struck and there was no way out of it.
She ground the serrated bones that made her "teeth" into one another and spoke harshly her words to Amori. "What. . . In the FUCK. . . Is a "cactus"? And where would I even begin to find one?" She was breathing deeply as she was barely controlling her anger and her reiatsu. Anger was a tough one for Astrid to really deal with. Always had been and Amori poking and prodding her somehow always managed to drive her up a wall by the end of it. She needed to get the information she needed and leave. If Amori wasn't going to be of help, which she didn't expect she would, she had others who might have more information. Namely the Sanctus member and the hellion "Rancher" as he called himself. The two could help her figure something out. But until then she'd just glare at Amori in barely contained frustration over her ridiculous request unconcerned about how hard or easy this "task" would be. The sooner it was done and over, the sooner she'd leave this house and never come back.
"To live is to eat. To eat well is to live well. Thus I eat to live and the more I do, the better I will be." Astrid

The impossibly old woman blinked her eyes a few times, holding a wrinkled hand to her chest, as if she were taken aback. "Oh my, of course dearie, let me get draw one up for you. I'll even give it to you for half off!" She started to stand up, and the creaking of every single bone in her body was almost audible. The cracking of every vertebrae in her back, however, was very much able to be heard, like the sound of dry wood snapping, as the sound briefly overwhelmed the thumping of her walking house.
Slowly, she hobbled over towards a bookshelf, which just so happened to have a stone sheet, and a long spindly needle. "Oh, yes, there you are. Mmm, now how did they look again?" She said to herself, as she picked them up. Then, she hobbled over towards a rocking chair made out of wood, but the cushions on it were made of hair. It was difficult to guess if it was human or not, but she sat in it regardless. She started rocking, back and forth, making a loud squeak with every little motion she made.
She started scratching the needle against the rock, hands moving ever so slowly. It would take the old woman a good fifteen minutes to complete the picture because, as she put it if asked 'You can't rush perfection, dearie!' Now, the moment she offered to make the picture, a cuckoo clock on the wall would start going off. A bird-like Akki popped out of the little hole, looking at Astrid. "Fifty nine minutes, forty eight seconds. Forty Seven. Forty Six." It would say, before returning to the hole in the clock. That would probably be the best time for her to leave.

To no one's surprise Astrid sat on the stump in pure, unfiltered, frustration. She was furious at the task given to her. But there was nothing to be done about it. She had a task that she'd agreed to long ago. If she wanted that mask and to become the very thing she was told was the "Supreme" being then she needed to push through this. However since Amori was going to be as slow as molasses on a snowy day with how slow and irritatingly loud the screeching sound was on her stone slate, Astrid figured she needed to think about something else. Namely how to handle the task. She was "smart-er" now so she should be able to handle this easily enough. With no understanding of a cactus and the sheer stubborness to do this without help, while before Amori, she started thinking on the first two objects to collect.
The first was easy enough. In truth there were a couple places she could go if she REALLY wanted. The first and foremost collection of hellions being the Sanctus. They had bases everywhere but their Headquarters was deep down, lower than she already was. Still, attracting too much attention and Alastor would have to deal with her or worse . . . Orobas. While Astrid wanted nothing more than to rip Orobas's soul from his spiritual body and tear it to shreds, she couldn't risk Alastor getting involved. Especially not when she'd have to contend with the both of them together. She growled to herself but then moved on. Where else were hellions gathered? There was the specific place saika resided. . . but that was before all the layers of Hell. . . effectively on the outskirts. She COULD go there. . . But then she'd have to deal with it's "guardians". . . . fuckers that weren't possible to kill.
They didn't even have souls to consume. She shook her head. That place would be off limits for this. Though she might have to search for someone's spine there. . . Saika were human sinners. . . And humans were fearful and cowardly things even when they didn't see the spiritual world. That might actually be somewhere she'd have to go. But for a variety of hellions in one place that wasn't the Sanctus? Unironically violence. Very simple. Very easy. Always a constant slug fest between sinners, hell beasts, and even other hellions. Shit even Akki were there from time to time. Guess that would be her go to place then for 100 hellions. But she needed their teeth. . . bit of an odd request. Not hard but. . . oddly specific. She'd have to avoid the lava or really river of boiling blood.
Otherwise it was effectively a marshland with blood soaking throughout the trees and wetlands. And things were always fighting there. Still. . . . cowards specifically. . . That alone took the remainder of her time with her ultimately left with only the outskirts of hell with saika. . . but specifically finding a "coward" would be more than a bit hard as she didn't exactly have an idea about what made a coward a coward beyong being "human". Still eventually Amori handed Astrid her drawing and. . . against all odds it was unironically detailed. How she managed shading and actually even having details marked about different parts of a cactus threw Astrid off. Enough so that she momentarily ignored the bird and looked at Amori who just sat smugly in her rocking chair. "You. . . cannot seriously be blind . . . Ugh. The fuck does it even matter. I'll. . . . grrrhh. . . I'll be back."
Astrid immediately drew up her world sigil but instead of drawing it completely, simply made a circle and then drew several other circles inside to symbolize Hell and it's rings. It immediately turned red, placed itself on the floor, and shifted the space above it to an entrance to Violence against others, unironically the ring before the one she was in at the moment. When she stepped through the portal closed immediately and Astrid took a look around. She was on a cliff side overlooking the various rivers of blood, trees, and wetlands. Taking a deep breath, she calmed herself somewhat and then charged up some of her energy. Once charged she let out a pulse from her body and it immediately started to shift into her infernus form. The vines that made up her body combining and hardening into bark, her quadruped form shifting to a more humanoid as she stood on two feet.
Her face as a whole was melded with two circles opening up to reveal her eyes followed by bark splitting and breaking apart as she regained her mouth. As far as her back the tree that was growing there shifted into a bush of sorts, though the base of the tree and its roots dug ever deeper into her body. The wisteria blossoms and its vines, as well as the branches for the Sakura blossoms spread out until she got something akin to a cape of sorts, though it only went halfway down her back. Once her form settled from her back jut out two claws. They grabbed the ground and began to pull themselves out. First showing the elbows, and then the upper arms, which were swiftly followed by a second set of arms. With all four limbs reaching out of Astrid's back the remainder of the individual in question pulled themselves out fairly quick. Starting with their head, a crown of horns connected to a skull. After the skull came a massive upper torso with an open chest cavity and nothing inside the chest. From there came the hind legs a simple set of two created small craters due to the sheer weight behind them.
With Samson out and about Astrid then went about bringing forth the remainder of the spirits she would need. First and foremost were prior Sanctus members a band of brothers, all flaming skeletons clad in steel armor with flaming swords and a fairly large shield. Their leader, Hetax, came out last and her molten form with immediately started heating the air around her as her skin solidified into various chunks of rock. After them were the typical crew of small hollow chicks, followed by a back of hason she'd consumed via her curse from the Sanctus's invasion. Her spirits totaled in fifteen and for the moment this was all she could muster. She was being hasty given she didn't exactly. . . know how to track time nor did she care to. Plus she needed Hetax to aid her in finding this "cactus" thing. That and a coward whose spine she needed to collect.
Astrid turned to Hetax, eyes narrowed and frown evident on her face. It didn't take a genius to realize despite having calmed some, Astrid was still pissed off at this entire game. Thus Hetax didn't exactly take much care to Astrid's tone and focused more on her words. Which honestly, threw her off guard given Astrid was forming sentences now. Complete and without pause. It was plain as day on her face her shock. Astrid however started to flare her energy some on accident from her rising anger of Hetax's reaction. "GET OVER IT HETAX! YOU WANT TO SAY SOMETHING THEN SAY IT. IF NOT GET THE FUCK OVER IT AND LISTEN! I've got 1 hour, a bit less than that, to get several items. And YOU are going to help me. We need to kill and take 100 Hellion's teeth. Doesn't matter what kind of teeth. I need a spine of a coward AND we need to find this. . . this fucking. . . "cactus" thing. Think about where we're going to find a spine of a coward and where on any plane we're going to find a fucking cactus. If you don't have an answer by the time we're done with this circle. . . . . I don't even know what new ways of torture I'm going to find for you. Now get down there with your group, we're going hunting."
Hetax mustered an "Aye." before she and the saika jumped off the cliffside. Hetax gliding down while the saika propelled themselves via the flames at their heels. Glancing back at the remainder of her spirits Astrid let out an aggressive roar and then pointed over the cliff. The remainder of the spirits nodded and all jumped off, the chicks flying, and the hason creating platforms on the air and jumping to a new lower platform. Astrid and Samson however? Samson simply jumped over the edge and barrelled down to the bottom. And once there he slammed into the ground, far more squishy given the amount of blood that soaked through it. Still it was enough for that mounds of earth were flung around and even a few nearby trees were shifted. Astrid in all this held onto Samson's spines on his backside and once on the ground quickly produced three teleportation sigils. One inside her chest cavity, and two on the backside of her hands. She was ready for whatever hellions she or her pack found. And for once, she smiled. She was going to blow off an IMMENSE amount of anger onto them and go to her element. Killing things and beating others into oblivion until then.
The circle of violence, a very apt name, as that was all that happened here. The landscape was scarred with battles long passed Several craters were left in the ground, each roughly a mile wide, about half way filled with a mix of lava and blood, as well as countless other similar injuries to the ground, albeit smaller in size. That didn't stop the seemingly endless hordes of Hellions from ripping one another to bloody pieces. The roar of battle were the ambiance to this section of Hell, almost deafening in the intensity of it.
This was the reason why the large band of resurrected Hellions went mostly unnoticed by the battle-crazed demons of the seventh layer. Well, mostly unnoticed, as a group of saika turned to see their arrival. These individuals were less thinking sentient beings, and more battle crazed beasts of War. They stopped their fights with one another, and chose to go after the fresh meat. In near unison, they let out bellowing roars as they began their charge towards the summoned souls.
While these might have been mindless from their rage and bloodlust, they were still threats for those new to the circle. Those near the outer edge were not as strong as those deeper in, unconditioned to the endless battle. Two charged towards the towering figure of Samson at a speed of 250. There was a glazed look in their eyes, letting those perceptive enough to notice tell that these Saika were half blind. They boasted a strength of 300, leaping for the Wendigo's skull in a desperate attempt to crush it.

Ah saika. Just the sort of things Astrid was more than willing to kill. Assuming they didn't do her job for her. That was typically most things in this outer circle of "Violence". Hell, even this extended zone could be considered her home, so the idea of throwing down was something she actually wanted to herself. And in all honesty? Why the fuck not? Saika were weak. They couldn't possibly have power. After all they were akin to Hason as far as other sinners and hellions were concerned. Wastes of space. . . That did for just a moment bring a question of if that meant she should actually take the saika seriously then. Namely because she herself was considered "trash" and yet. . . she was started to do things and many around her tended to die. . . . Still, it wouldn't do for Astrid to actually think. She wanted to fight. She wanted her summons to fight. And she could tell Samson was rearing and ready to rip these fuckers' limb from limb.
So, fuck it. Why not. But let's not be wasteful. Astrid wanted to play as well. And while it was dumb of her to consider doing such well. . . this was effectively home turf. She should be able to do something. Especially. . . with a couple new moves up her sleeve. But before that Astrid took a moment channel her reiatsu, and a lot of it, over Samson. While the saika ran headfirst towards them Samson's skin and really his entire body quickly shifted from green-brown bark to pitch black. And it held a LOT of jagged edges across his arms, legs, neck, and skull. Hell, he even had longer blades for claws and a plethora of spikes that ran across his backside and that extended from his elbows. Samson took a moment to look himself over and move around with the new weight he possessed. In truth Samson was immensely happy for one reason. He was about as geared up as was possible. And he knew it. Thus, with a new aura of bloodthirst he took a deep breath and then roared out as loudly as possible.
Astrid didn't even have to tell him to go because he was already running towards the saika with glee. Astrid however decided to use the sigil on her right hand as her new means of transportation and thus flew off of Samson. Looked like it was a good thing she did. Two idiots were making their way over towards Samson meeting him. There however was one issue. They jumped towards his skull. . . And he conveniently had reinforced horns now, with edges on them. Needless to say, the Saika did not exist for long as Samson simply lowered his head before thrusting it up. He immediately impaled the two in their chests like they were butter. The next moment he grabbed each one's legs and ripped them from his horns to the ground. . . they were cut in half and left on the ground dead and forgotten by Samson. Thankfully though Hetax, being the most intelligent one present actually swopped in and stomped on their skulls, shattering the bone and quickly grabbing a tooth from each.
She clearly wasn't fond of the idea, but it didn't exactly matter much why they were collecting them. She just needed to grab them and hold onto them. "ATTACK!" Hetax glanced behind her and saw to her horror, that the 5 chicks had charged up and subsequently fired 5 bala that were aimed at the group Samson was running towards. Thankfully due to how fast the orbs were Samson was far behind them before even having a chance at hitting the group of gawking idiots before them. But then came Hetax's next heart attack. Astrid herself . . . flew by her. Hetax couldn't say she thought Astrid was going to just continue to let her spirits fight for her, she did in fact like fighting herself. But what she was doing was stupid at best and foolish at worst.
Astrid using her sigil as a surfboard of sorts was gliding at 600 speed and she had her long as hell hands and fingers trailing behind her. But they seemed. . . odd. They not only had the same black covering over them and up to her arms, but they seemed bladed despite being segmented. Which made Hetax realize what her leader was doing. She could only watch as Astrid flew towards the first couple, about 20 feet before Samson was there and she just. . . cut through them. The bodies fell apart into chunks of flesh and all that was heard was something akin to a whip lashing out but with a far stonier clashing sound. But Samson, ever like their master, wasn't about to be outdone so when he finally got there, he spun around throwing a shockwave out that was low to the ground and was aimed at specifically dismembering the legs of all present. And unsurprisingly it worked.
Kneecaps and thighs were separated. Most fell onto the ground immediately and then were smashed by Samson's fist or hoof as he decided the first few should be stomped, and the next couple needed a high five. The remaining few of the group, now three, that had managed to not be stomped or smushed into a mass of flesh found themselves grappled by Astrid's serrated fingers. All she had to do was drag her fingers back to her and well. . . flesh and bone separated. Blood vessels were torn asunder. And to no one's surprised fresh blood found its new home in the ground beneath them. Then Astrid in her to add salt to the wounds of those before her decided that with those present dead or dying she was going to make Samson strong on their behalf.
Hetax watched for a moment before whistling over the remainder of the spirits. She motioned to the first two hason beasts to consume the first two saika that had been cut in half. They did so with glee. The remainder however followed her towards Astrid who was collecting limbs like they were logs for a fire. Well. . . whatever limbs Samson wasn't in the process of consuming. Which thankfully weren't the skulls given even in Astrid's bloodlust knew she was here for a reason. Thus, when Hetax was over she motioned for to the circle of skulls and grunted. Hetax sighed and just nodded before ripping out a tooth from all of them. She then motioned for a single chick to come to her and had it open its maw. From there she placed the teeth in its maw and gave it a stern glare. "You destroy those. . . and I will make sure I find YOU specifically to choke out when we return to Astrid's domain." The chick gulped and nodded holding them inside its maw.
When Hetax turned back around she was. . . unironically unsurprised by what Astrid was doing now. With the pile of limbs at her disposal she quickly drew a couple sigils on Samson. Two on his shoulder blades, one on the base of his spine, and another just above his chest cavity. Once they were all finished and were all glowing a sickly green, that's when the unfortunate sight befell the group. Namely Hetax. The limbs collected quickly warped and merged together. Bones crunching, muscles tying themselves together, and skin all but absorbed. The only thing not present was the lovely puddle of blood that had been squeeze out from the mass of flesh. Said mass then split into form distinct masses and each went to different sigils. Those on Samson's back shifted and warped into a set of wings that were draconic in nature and were 8 feet in length each. His lower back rapidly gained a tail with a series of bone spikes at the end as well as the top of it. And his chest cavity? It warped into an additional maw with all sorts of teeth made from new bones and using the broken ribs to form new ones.
Astrid smiled at her creation with great mirth as she knew Samson was going to benefit greatly from these new additions. Even Samson himself was curiously looking himself over as he moved around and poked each new limb. Testing them out and realizing that he was completely in control of them. He let out another roar, though it wasn't of aggression but joy and excitement. Hetax in the meantime walked up to Astrid and spoke quietly to her. "Astrid. . . As much as I enjoy killing others. . . And collecting their teeth. . . Why are we doing this? You've only ever had us kill our enemies and eat them whole. Surely there's a reason why you want teeth of all things right? Also, don't have that chick over there use any bala's, ceros, or . . . anything else from its maw or stomach. It's serving as a bag for the teeth in the meantime."
Astrid side eyed Hetax and then frowned heavily. Hetax didn't necessarily have a right to know, nor did she need to persay. . . but better to have one of the intelligent ones aware of the situation. Astrid scratched her head for a moment and growled lightly before answering her. "Amori called in for her task. The "daunting" one we needed to train for. Apparently, it's us grabbing things for her. She didn't say why, and I didn't want or care to ask. We've got a time limit on it however, which is that hour. I need you to track that while we're travelling. Time here is. . . hard to follow. For me. So, between the teeth, the time, and figuring out where a "Cactus" and a "cowards' spine" would be you'll be busy. How much time do we have left? And how many more teeth do we need?"
Hetax was mildly surprised at how much more willing Astrid was to talk to her. Especially after her outburst from earlier. It seemed like she was calming down some from her anger given she'd gone and killed off a small group. Hopefully that trend would stick. Hetax didn't waste any more time thinking on Astrid's temperament and focused it on figuring out how much longer they had. Astrid. . . wasn't going to be fond of the answer. "54 minutes left. Give or take a few seconds. We've got 10 teeth and need 90 more. I'll . . . get back to you on the cactus. . . Hell to my memory doesn't have one? But perhaps a hellion that is a cactus might work. I'll have to recall the different hellions I know to determine if there is one that fits. For the time being, we need to pick up the pace. So.. . I guess keep joining the fray since I and the chick in question won't be. But try not to get killed yourself. . . We can guarantee you'll come back in time to even continue."
Astrid grunted and rolled her eyes. She didn't want to listen to concern from Hetax but she had a point. She'd take things a bit more. . . smartly. For now, though the group needed to find more hellions and THAT should be easy. So, Astrid motioned for her sigil to rise into the sky and then growled out to her spirits. They looked up and in Samson's case, he flew up beside her. With another loud growl she motioned to a direction and started moving towards it, keeping at Samson's speed so the two wouldn't be separated. Her eyes, Samons's, and her entire hordes all looking over the area for yet more hellions to kill and collect teeth from.
{reiatsu} -800 for a full body covering on Samson of Form: Obsidian -400 for a covering of both Astrid's arms of form Obsidian -300 for the wings, tail, and mouth created via Crafters Rune
Usable By (Technique is available to which races?): [All Races]
Technique Element: [None]
Technique Description and Effects (Explain appearance, powers, and effect): [Insert Below]
This technique hardens the user's reiatsu into an obsidian-like crystal, and it can be molded and shaped into anything as long as it does not exceed the volume of the user's own body. The newly hardened reishi has a durability and piercing strength that depends on the cost of the technique. For every 100 reiatsu the user puts into it, the durability and piercing strength of the technique increases by 250 (ex. a cost of 200 reiatsu gives Form: Obsidian a durability and offensive stat of 500). The user can either hold Form: Obsidian or launch it as a projectile at the same speed as a cero.
Once Form: Obsidian is used, the user has the option to activate it once more. By doing so, he can cause the obsidian to crack into as many pieces as he’d like, anywhere between two uneven pieces to a million little grains. He can cause the obsidian to shatter with a speed of up to 600, spreading out to a maximum distance of 15 meters in every direction. The user can control the speed of the shattering and the distance that the shards travel.
How to use technique (How is it activated?): [Insert Below]
Stated above.
Technique Drawbacks (Limitations, repercussions for use, etc) (Insert Below)
The cost of this technique increases greatly depending on the desired offensive stat. The minimum cost is 100 reiatsu and the maximum cost is 400 reiatsu (an offensive stat of 1000). In addition, the user must pay 100 reiatsu for the second activation that causes Form: Obsidian to splinter.
Crafters Rune:
Class: 5
Technique Type: Sigil
Usable By: Hason
Technique Element: Flesh
Technique Description and Effects:
This rune marks the start of a users flesh crafting abilities by doing the most basic of the flesh crafting abilities. This technique allows additional limb creation. However these limbs do not gain special features and are simply an additional set of flesh scultped together and subsequently merged with the hason's body. Do not let this make the technique feel underwhelming though what limbs this technique can create are varied in form.
The limbs that can be created are as follows: Legs, arms, tails, wings, mouths, and even additional heads. The form of these additional appendages is decided by the user upon utilizing this technique. And at higher mastery levels can be mixed and matched by the user for even more varied forms. The amount of limbs that can be created however is limited upon mastery. 1 additional set can be generated at learned and proficient. And at mastered the user can create 2 additional sets. The size of these limbs cannot exceed 4 feet in width or length. Additionally at mastered mouths, hands, and feet can be added onto the limbs generated in any capacity.
How to use technique:
This particular rune must be inscribed either on the body or on something and then placed on the user's body. From there the sigil is flooded with reiatsu and the body generates a limb from the place the sigil is marked at.
Technique Drawbacks
These additional limbs do not gain additional properties. I.E. if the user can create venom via a limb then additional limbs do not gain these features.
These limbs are conencted to the user and thus if hit by an opponent cause pain as well as can imbue the user with negative effects. (I.E. poison if the attack is poisoned.)
The user must either get flesh from another, two limbs worth per limb created, or use their own body. If their body is used it takes the body a post to form these additional limbs.
Costs 150 reiatsu per set of limbs created. Then costs 75 reiatsu for every post that the limbs are still present.

Teeth collected, Astrid was doing well for her first challenge. That being said, she was still ninety away from completing it. There were dozens of groups waging small wars of their own. There were three groups that were all of relatively equal distance from Astrid and her not-so-merry band of monsters. The left group had what looked to be twelve or thirteen werewolves fighting a crystal scorpion, swiping at them with its massive pincers. It could no longer stab at them with its stinger, as another werewolf was firmly lodged onto the tip, and refused to let go.
The middle group had less creatures in it, all consisting of what appeared to be orks. They were all beating one another with clubs in a massive free-for-all. The noise they were making was louder than any of the other groups, yelling 'WAAAAARG', and it was starting to attract the attention of other groups further in. The most distinctive thing about them, aside from their impressive noise, was that every time their weapons landed, the air around them rippled in a shockwave. There was maybe eight of these monsters.
The last group to the right consists of six people, all dressed in knightly attire, medieval swords and all. It was three verses three, with one side having red shirts with dragons on them, and the other with blue shirts with unicorns. This group were doing more yelling than actual fighting, loudly swearing at one another, not at all accurate with their attacks, posturing and making obscene gestures as their clumsy attacks missed by such a large margin, it was laughable to think that they were warriors in the first place.
All three were around a hundred feet away from Astrid, and all of them were not paying any attention to her. They were all caught up with their own acts of violence.

Astrid quickly spotted the three separate groups of hellions before her group. Her being in the sky made it a bit easier to find them before her horde below. She'd take a minute to look them all over and think, seriously, about what she should do. She could see the shockwaves from the Orks who were beating each other and taking the shockwaves they, each made. Probably. . . not her best plan to go after them. . . first. But she could kill the other groups and go after them. . . though that scorpion also looked concerning. She was on a time limit, so if she COULD kill them all, then all the better. But if she couldn't? She didn't have time to waste. The knights however were easily the ones she could collect yet more teeth from. She rolled her eyes knowing that even her base self could have dealt with these wastes of space.
Thus, she motioned for Hetax and her "teeth" bag chick to come up to her. They did so quickly and when they were at Astrid's right side, she started to form a spear of obsidian about 4 feet long and just as thick. She then glanced at Hetax, bored already. "You and the chick collect the teeth from those . . . idiots. Even shredded they should have some remaining." Hetax seeing the spear already figured what she was going to do and just nodded with a small sigh. Astrid smirked and launched the spear at the knights. It took a second to get there but not long by any means given it was as fast as any cero. However, it didn't actually hit any of them directly, it just landed in the center of the group. A moment later however it shattered and threw out 60 shards in all directions. Ten shards for each knight and though it wasn't Astrid's most dense reiatsu it had more than enough fire power to deal with them.
Hetax and the chick flew off in the direction of the presumably eviscerated knights. Meanwhile Astrid and her group decided that they would go and deal with the werewolves and scorpion. With a growl towards her horde below she pointed in the direction of the scorpion and started flying towards them. As she and Samson flew over, she began to release yet more spirits another five hollow chicks alongside five humanoid wisps. They were similar to the saika she'd just killed, warped and twisted human souls that she kept within her. They immediately fell to the ground and joined the main horde of the pack, while the additional chicks flew alongside her. Once the group was 30 feet away, she had the chicks start to charge up bala's waiting until they were 20 feet away to fire at the central portion of the werewolves.
Samson and herself however got back to being the wombo combo of this circle of Hell. Astrid on Samson's back and the sigil she was riding on, returning to her hand's backside. Once the bala were fired, regardless of hitting or missing, Astrid and Samson flew down towards the pack of werewolves. Astrid let out a loud roar to help get the attention of the nearby werewolves, meanwhile Samson threw out a shockwave by slamming his stone covered hands onto the ground making something of a miniature quake in front of him. Though not inherently meant to kill the werewolves before him, it would hopefully have them lose their balance. Allowing for the horde of hason, wisps, saika, and remaining chicks that were above them, to assail them with ease.
The hason either tried to impale the werewolves with their horns or actively tried to use their claws to dig into enemies. The wisps paired up with a hason spirit and tried to assist by flanking the werewolf the hason was fighting and inhibiting their movements. Either by grabbing onto them and holding them back, or by attacking at their knees and backside. The chicks from above assisted the flaming saika siblings by raining down hell via bala after bala. Typically trying to keep nearby werewolves from getting a side swipe or from coming behind them. Meanwhile the saika with their flaming shield and swords were shield bashing or blocking the attacks that came their way and then using their sword to make burning slashes or otherwise impale their chests.
Astrid and Samson in the meantime focused on dealing with, whatever other werewolves were around them. Astrid chuckled as she thought only one thing. Surrounding us, eh? There's not enough of them to matter. Samson brought his wings in and immediately spun around to shake off any that may have been trying to get close, while also giving his tail the means to lash out at any close enough to be slammed by the spikes. Once finished he opened his wings and then with a quick flex threw out a pair of wide shockwaves to deal with all the werewolves, he'd sandwiched between himself and Astrid's horde.
Meanwhile Astrid took care of his backside by jumping off of him and facing down whatever wolves were sandwiched between herself and the scorpion. The wolves were faster than Astrid, but she could still, if she focused, keep track of them and lash out. The goal was easy enough. Use her abnormally long fingers as whip swords. If any got close enough to be smacked by her whips, they'd cut clean through them like a hot knife through butter. She didn't exactly have much else she could do for the moment but try to step back if they got too close. For her this was all a game of spacing but that was nothing new. She was a taking a risk but at least this risk was fun. It wasn't always often Astrid got to be in the fight herself. So, for as long as she could help it, she was going to enjoy this.

The knights were in the middle of charging at one another once again, yelling as the did so, when their plans fell to pieces, just like they did. Their bodies were filled with so many holes, they were closer to modern art than actual people. One of the spikes took off the top of one their heads, nearly costing Astrid her prize for that particularly unlucky knight. Even still, Hetex and the tooth bag had little trouble collecting from the six of the supposed warriors. Sixteen down, eighty four left to go.
Meanwhile, Astrid and her mighty Samson had managed to catch the attention of the beast-men alright. The shockwave had several of them stumble and fall to the ground, which the crystal arachnid made use of. The giant pincer slammed down one one of the unfortunate flatfooted wolves, popping the wolf like the world's worst water balloon. A geyser of blood covered everything around it with the vile substance. That was only the beginning of the suffering for the werewolves, as bala began to rain down upon them, and a Wendigo started to gore them with its horns.
It was a slaughter, because that was the only way it could be described, for the poor creatures. Through it was better not to give them pity, given where they were. The Scorpion didn't give them any, and bashed another, this time getting blood on Samson and Astrid. It picked off the straggler from its tail. It screamed as it was shoved into the toothy maw of the beast, torn apart in moments. It let out a screech as it charged towards Astrid and her pet. It skittered forward, swinging its right claw in a cleaving motion, pincer open and ready to grab the first thing that it came into contact with, which if nothing was done, would be Astrid herself.

Astrid breathed deeply as she let herself smile. Things were going exactly as planned. She had all but slaughter the majority of the werewolves. Bodies strewn about while others had holes in them. And others yet had burn marks from the bala that were fired. Yet there was one big and obvious issue to be dealt with. . . . The fucking scorpion. And even Astrid had to admit, she really wasn't looking forward to dealing with it. Namely because there wasn't a good way to deal with it. Made of stone and literally tough as refined metals, this bitch was going to be nothing short of a pain in the ass to deal with. The worst part of it all? She was the next obvious target of it. She rolled her eyes as watching it move was like watching the world in slow mo.
With a quick hop onto her sigil, she easily moved out the way, far before she even had to dodge. Meanwhile Samson was alerted by Astrid yelling at him. He immediately flew up to make sure that it didn't get any funny ideas. With both in the air, they looked down at their enemy. Big as hell, and still just as durable as ever. She growled lightly as she could only imagine one way to deal with this bitch. And it was something she wasn't fond of doing. But she needed an opening. One that wasn't going to be given if she didn't force it. Astrid looked at Samson and growled at him to create more spirits, the newest saika specifically. From there she then let out a mental message to the remainder. "Go into the ground. Do not surface until I tell you to."
Within moments the spirits of all the beings she'd summoned, sans Hetax and her tooth collecter, disappeared. Quickly phasing into the earth and going ever further deeper. Meanwhile from the chest cavity of Samson, the saika fell down above the scorpion. One after the other. Except for the last one. Astrid motioned to Samson to save one. While the rest fell Astrid flew over and quickly bit off its head. She then had Samson drop the remainder of the body as it quickly began to crack and glow brightly. Astrid then opened her hand and "pulled" on the souls of all the saika she'd just summoned while Samson, grabbed her and motioned for the sigil to start running in the opposite direction into the sky. The other saika bodies quickly followed suite with the first and cracked open. Bright pink energy all swirling and glowing brighter with every new body that shattered.
Not but a few moments later did all who were around to hear realize that something was going on. And then worse yet, likely felt it. From nowhere game a massive 120-foot explosion that was bright pink and thew reiatsu sakura petals all over the place. These petals would return to Astrid and collect into a sphere that found itself within her hand. Meanwhile the ground was blown into, the earth rumbled and was thrown around by the immense output of the blast. (2100 OS). Astrid had to admit. . . she was uncertain of if this was going to work as she intended. The explosion no doubt hurt and given this thing was slower than a snail running for its life, but she couldn't know for certain if it'd have killed this thing or if it would just be damaged.
In truth the only reason she was even going to blow this thing into smithereens was because she wasn't 100% certain she could kill it. And she wasn't about to be chased by something she was uncertain that she could kill. Not to mention whatever powers this thing may, or may not have. Thankfully though due to Samson's intervention with her sigil they both managed to get away with nothing but ringing in their heads from the loud sound of the explosion. Meanwhile Astrid never let her eyes leave from the explosion itself and was waiting to see just what remained from the crater within. Not exactly hopeful in its death but certain that circumstances definitely had to change from this alone.
{Resentful Cultivation} This technique aims to defend Astrid or an individual she chooses to give it to from attacks they cannot see, don’t have a means to intercept, or simply in addition to their own defense aid them. Ultimately what it does is by sacrificing a minimum of 5 spirits from a given horde (or an entire horde if it’s only 5 minions strong) Astrid is able to make a cloak out of their bodies. The cloak covers the shoulders and is connected by branches around the collarbone of the wearer. These branches are a deep brown and if one inspects closely seem to connect with human fingers as opposed to branches. The cloak itself spans the entire length of the individual’s backside down to their ankles. It’s made of the same wispy material that the spirits are manifested as and it rolls and moves slightly on its own as though a slight breeze is present.
At its core what this cloak does is intercept an attack on behalf of the individual wearing it. A spirit will reach out and attempt to grasp or otherwise defend the user from an attack that is directed at them or that would otherwise affect them. For example it will attempt to grab a sword swung at the user just as it will attempt to block a fireball aimed at them. The OS of the cloak is equal to Astrid’s OS but the spirits that defend the user have an OS equal to 75 x spirits sacrificed. Thus making this cloak more potent the more minions are used to fuel its creation. This is still limited to the 3x OS rule and thus cannot exceed 3x Astrid’s OS. The speed at which the spirits move to intervene is 600. Lastly they have senses and energy sensory equal to 200 and can use the wearer's skill points to aid it in determining if a stealthed attack is coming towards the user.
Lastly this cloak costs 300 reiatsu to form with a 3 post duration. This duration is increased by 1 for every 5 minions sacrificed.
