Kimiko's body was filled to the brim with intense energy the mind which was connected to it decided that it had enough being mopey and panicky about the whole ordeal. Every part of her body, from the skin to the muscle and bone, was burning, aching as it was commanded to move forward in a shocking display of spiritual power. The ice would shatter, the walls would crack, and the sand below it all would be pressed further downward, reduced to something even lesser than what it already was beneath the weight of the Captain's might. While she may not be the strongest person in this Coliseum, not by a long shot, this display proved that she was very clearly the one who exhumed the greatest amount of spiritual energy between them all. Due to that alone, as well as the consequences of her display of power, it wouldn't have been surprising for an onlooker to believe that she was the most powerful of them all.
But showcasing her spiritual might was not really what the officer wanted to do here. Hell, she barely noticed that she had already caused a fair bit of damage to her surroundings, and if she would have done so, she would have not gave much thought to it; after all, she has always been aware of her unnatural output, even before she found out about her true nature as a Vizard. No, really, all of that display of power was just herself letting it all out as usual. What she really wanted to do here was reach Celes and show her how she fought with her bare hands. It will be ugly, and it will not be commendable in the slightest, which was to be expected due to her sole focus on Zanjutsu over the past few years. Yet, damn it, she didn't care! No, she couldn't care, not now while this Hakuda demon was staring at her with that obnoxious smile! She'd much prefer showing off her meager abilities as a hand-to-hand fighter than possibly eat another head-crushing snowball, or worse!
Eventually, she did reach the Captain of the Tenth. All it took was about a second or so, perhaps even less, and it took her even less time for her to begin her assault. With superhuman velocity, the Captain of the Eleventh would begun to pummel her opponent with a multitude of hits. Their rhythm was uneven, their direction flawed and somewhat imprecise. Their power was impressive to an extent; after all, they did tear at Celes' robes as well. With that said, it was nothing to boast about in front of someone who had quite literally mastered the use of their fists a long time ago. Yet, in spite of their negative characteristics, their speed was practically unmatched. Kaen was right in making his assumptions as he watched the assault unfold: a fighter who didn't have the strength nor the rapidity to deal with this kind of speed would have been instantly defeated, no matter how knowledgeable they may be in the martial arts.
The scarlet-eyed warrior would clench her teeth as she delivered her attack, baring her fangs almost like a wild beast, until eventually, she let out a single cry as she sent her fist flying straight towards her mentor's chin. The attack was executed with surprising precision and even more surprising speed, so much so that it caused the Captain of the Tenth to be briefly sent airborne for an entire second. Noticing this, Kimiko couldn't help but smirk. Maybe her worries were unfounded. So far, that went surprisingly well, and from the way her subordinate was cheering for her, it looked like she had caused quite a bit of damage to Celes. However, just as she felt the sting of her knuckles burn from the friction caused by their contact with Celes, she would hear a laugh. At that moment, she would briefly frown and find herself focusing onto her opponent. What she would see would cause her to almost freeze instantly.

At that moment, she would briefly frown and find herself focusing onto her opponent. What she would see would cause her to almost freeze instantly.
Her opponent... She looked barely harmed. All the damage that Kimiko believed that she had caused to Celes was non-existent. The only thing which really proved that the swordswoman had hit her to begin with was a single bit of red currently covering her friend's cheek. Are you serious...? That's it? Her thoughts would quickly ask as she briefly stood back. For years, she had always believed that her friend was one of the strongest Shinigami officers to occupy a position within the Gotei 13. The girl could destroy entire building without using her Zanpakuto, after all. With that said, the swordswoman never once thought she could just shrug off attacks like that, and the fact that she was now seeing it being fully on display right in front of her was... Well, it was quite the terrifying thing to behold. If that was all the damage that she was able to do to her, than Celes really could have just not even moved at all if she really wanted to!
It would not take long for the Captain of the Eleventh to understand that the lack of damage was not what she had to worry about the most. Oh, no, that was far, faaar from the real deal. No, the most concerning thing was Celes' enthusiasm. The woman was practically beaming with both joy and excitement, ready to pounce onto Kimiko at any given moment. It was enough to cause the poor swordswoman to take a step back. "Oh, shit," she would find herself letting out in the moment with eyes wide open, clenching her teeth as she tried to find a solution to what was going to be a very big problem in a few seconds. Turns out, she had less than that to react to what would come next, as in an instant, Celes would suddenly dash towards her and grab her hand. With widened eyes, the Captain would quickly raise her free hand and immediately attempt to punch her mentor in the chin again. Unfortunately, that hand would be grabbed too... and the woman would then suddenly begin to bend forward.
It did not take long for Kimiko to realize what was going to happen next. She could see where she was going to go, what kind of trajectory she was going to take, and she could also imagine how long it would take for her to reach her destination. It did not bode well at all, to say the least, and so, with clenched teeth, she would quickly attempt to fight back against the stronger woman by quite literally smashing her right knee against her friend's stomach several times. She would do so as quickly as possible, clenching her teeth as she attempted to ignore the literal vice-like grip surrounding her wrists and took full advantage of the difference in size between she and Celes. Unfortunately, there was nothing else that she could do to stop what was going to happen to happen, and no sooner than about a second later, she would be twisted around Celes and thrown right over her shoulder... right towards her second opponent, Kaen.
"DAMN IT, CELEEES!!" Kimiko's voice would echo throughout the Coliseum as she flew straight towards the man. Since the area was pretty far and wide, and she was thankfully spared from being thrown with the aid of Celes' full strength, she would have the time - albeit very briefly - to see what she would have to face. For a brief moment, she almost believed that Kaen was going to catch her. His earlier behavior seemed to imply that he was the kind of person that would want to do that, especially in a situation like this. However, judging by his stance, it seemed as though that was the very last thing he was preparing himself to do. In fact, the man appeared to have positioned himself in a stance that could be considered as being quite odd for a hand-to-hand fighter to suddenly adopt. For some reason, he was gripping his pockets in a strange fashion that caused them to be angled in front of him together in a low position, like he was... gripping a sword. Wait a minute... that stance... It was...
It was an Iaido stance. That man was literally trying to mimic how one held a scabbard, treating his fists as though they were a sword. In other words, he was about to hit her with the Iaijutsu technique, or at least a technique that mimicked its effects. Noticing this was enough to cause Kimiko's eyes to widen, then frown with teeth that were clenched so hard that they would have probably suffered damage at this point if she would have been a simple Human. Tch, what the hell is this? Is he trying to make fun of me?! Her words would fume out of her ears as she prepared to respond to Kaen's attack the best she could. She would angle her body in the air with a struggling expression, clenching her teeth as she tried to raise her right foot down in the air. Eventually, just as she was about to reach Kaen's position, it would almost appear as though she was dashing in the air, with her arms pointing behind her body. I'm gonna kick your ass!
Suddenly, right as she was in the air, the scarlet-eyed warrior would allow her foot to appear to touch the air before her body disappeared from sight. Kaen would most likely be able to notice that the girl had used Shunpo in mid-air, all thanks to one simple technique: Advanced Air Ground. He would also be able to notice that she had moved to appear in the air to his right. "Eat this!" She shouted before sending her left foot straight towards the man's head. The way she accomplished this maneuver was very much not akin to how a martial artist would actually kick someone, as proven by how inaccurate it appeared to be, but rather more so similar to how one would kick a soccer ball. Nevertheless, given the sheer rapidity of the kick as well as the somewhat-notable power that she had presented earlier with her fists, it was safe to say that Kaen would need to dodge that, else he was going to develop quite the headache.
Whether this attack was successful or not, Kimiko would clench her teeth before quickly standing back and letting Kaen attack Celes. Quite frankly, by that point, she would find herself unsure of what to do. Barring the fact that they were both much stronger than her in the martial arts of Hakuda, she didn't feel as though she wanted to interrupt the two from fighting one another. Therefore, she would instead simply watch and attempt to analyze the two's strengths and weaknesses. Hopefully, next time she attacks either one of them, she won't find herself thrown around like a ragdoll...
{Reiatsu: 6825/7000}
Technique Name: Advanced Air Ground
Class: 7
Technique Type: Spiritual Technique
Technique Description and Effects
This is a technique designed especially for breakdancing and parkour, utilizing a more advanced version of air ground. While in a terrain where air ground exists, the user can create more complex surfaces like air walls, air ceilings, air ledges and even an air push. This allows the user to perform handstands and windmills on air as if it were normal ground or even stand upside-down on air as if gravity were reversed. The air push makes the air ground very elastic so that the user can jump higher. It allows for slight movement even when restrained by a Bakudō.
For a cost of twenty-five Reiatsu, the user will be able to momentarily cast an "air ground" on areas such as in Soul Society and Hueco Mundo, allowing the user to "double jump" or cast Shunpo in mid-air. If this technique is mastered, the user will be able to create air grounds that last for as long as a single post. This can be used in creative ways to improve acrobatics and visual impressiveness.

Technique Name: Shunpo (瞬歩, "Flash Steps")
Class: 7
Technique Type: Kidō
Technique Element: None
Technique Reiatsu Cost: 50/step
Technique Description and Effects
A movement technique that allows the user to move faster than the eye can follow. The focal point that determines the basis of this technique is speed. As speed is the main point of the technique, the method is best characterized by how fast one can get from Point A to Point B in the least amount of steps. Training and skill are what determines how fast a user of Shunpo can move. Those of little skill in the technique or those who haven't used it for an extended amount of time would obviously be out of practice, causing those individuals to be considerably slower. This requires the use of more steps to move the same distance and become tired more easily in a shorter amount of time. A single step magnifies speed for that step by ten times. Shunpo uses fifty Reiatsu per step. This one is automatically learned in the academy. All Shinigami know this when created. This technique does not take up a technique slot.
How to use technique
Focus of Reishi around the feet area and launch off into a single blurring step. It is not unlike teleportation in appearance, but it is simply extremely fast movement. It is often used to gain an edge in a single moment of combat or to dodge incoming attacks.
