The time of day was midnight in Kyoto Japan. Alastor sat on a mahogany chair overlooking a lake side. Beside him was a mahogany table that was decorated with a white cloth, a sake bottle, and two sake cups. Alastor was wearing his gigai, but his mask and hat was currently sitting on the edge of the counter. Alastor held a simple floating white gemstone in his palm. "So, tell me again. This Nakabakki called Tsukuyomi.... Kawada? Why does that last name sound familiar?" A voice on the other side called out. "Sire, the Kawada is a shinigami noble house." The voice was female that rang out. " However, all forms of information on him are unfortunately impossible to obtain normally. There are no records of Tsukuyomi in the Kawada household so we had to observe him for weeks as well as have a specialist determine if he is a Nakabakki or not."
"No Records? Interesting.... So they knew the entire time and just didn't say anything... Aah. Shinigami's.... stubborn bunch they are. Hopefully this one can see reason." Alastor got up from his seat and moved over to a piano, made by sheer crystals. "Yes Sire. Hopefully. I have sent the message through the network of spies." Alastor grinned and sat down on the piano's bench. "Perfect. Just the way I desire it. I want this Nakabakki to feel comfortable, so please. Let the Eques know that interference is not allowed. Any outsiders should be taken care of quietly and quickly." Opening up the Piano's case, Alastor smiled as he slid his fingers against the piano keys. "Oh, and Jenma?"
"Yes Sire?"
"Have they found anything about that woman?"
"No sire. The woman's tracks are nearly nonexistent."
"How unfortunate.... Keep looking for any leads. That is all."
"Yes sire."
With that spoken. Alastor simply started playing the piano as he waited for the target of this meeting to arrive. Everything here was carefully crafted from whatever bits of information Alastor was able to obtain on Tsukuyomi. His likes. His Dislikes. His habits. Everything down the T. Alastor knew of the Kawada's, one of the surviving houses from the first time Alastor reigned hell on the Seireitei. Although, he had no idea other sinners made deals or messed with them. As Alastor played, he couldn't help but to question on what the shinigami would make deals for if anything. If the poor lass that birthed Tsukuyomi wasn't just used and ditched. "I wonder... how many others like myself have such class?"

Meanwhile in the Seireitei. A female shinigami walked up to Squad eleven. She was greeted at the door by a male member of squad 11. "Excuse me for being rude, but i have a letter for Vice Captain Kawada-san." The shinigami male blinked. "A letter for the Vice-captain? I'll make sure he receives it." The female shinigami passed the letter on and bowed respectfully before making her leave. "What a strange girl.... Anyway, gotta deliver this. Who would write to the Vice-Captain though?... eh." The shinigami shrugged, tapping against Tsukuyomi's office door. " Vice-Captain! There's a letter for you. Im leaving it on the counter out here." Once and if Tsukuyomi investigated the letter. It would appear normal to Seireitei standards. Yet the message inside was certainly... Something.
'Good Evening Mr. Kawada. You are invited to a dinner in Kyoto at Midnight. Please, arrive on time and come alone. A Dinner for you and you, alone. This is not formal wear, so please wear whatever you like. The accomodations include a fireplace and a view of lakeside with the night sky. Yours truly, A.C.'
