Heya Genka~! I'm gonna be hitting this up for ya! Naturally do keep in mind that making Kimiko a Vizard hopeful'll result in a fresh slate for her! With that out of the way, let's get onto this~!
Given it's the only thing that needs to be checked out mechanically, we'll be starting with your Resurrection! Regarding your Ink Generation, there's a few things I'd like to see on here; namely a reiatsu cost, an amount that can be generated per post, and a rough average regarding how much ink is needed to begin the melting process. You also mention that someone'll need a high Strength of Will and/or Calm Mind in order to resist those effects, I'd like to see a number on this. Considering it's Resurrection, I'm perfectly okay with a 3 in either skill being required to resist!
With Ink Manipulation, I really like this! It seems like a really fun ability to have! I'm personally okay with Shin having the option to effectively recreate at-will, but I'd like a cost to the constructs created here. I'd also like to see either a hard-cap on the number that can be created, or at the very least a per-post limit, but I'll leave adding that in to the opinion of the next grader. Other than those small things, I really don't have an issue with this!
All-in-all, everything looks great! Considering everything else is additions to your app, I'm perfectly okay giving those sections a 1/1! Once we get your powers tweaked just a bit, you should be good for a 1/2 there!
