[HARD] Defend against the second wave of the Rampage.
[HARD] Hunt a Tobi-Kadachi.
[HARD] Hunt a Rathian.
[Optional] Prepare against the final wave.
[HARD] Defend against the final wave.
[HARD] Slay Magnamalo.
Recommended Class for entry: 3-1
Special Conditions & Noteworthy Information:
This Quest is broken up into three main segments. Each of these segments has their own boss(es), much like that of a normal Rampage Quest found in Monster Hunter Rise. Each wave will consist of a horde of smaller monsters, that, once slain, will segway into one or two larger ones, depending on the Quest segment. While each large Monster will retain their same intimidating appearance much like from their regular games, they will statistically be created as a Beast-Clansman NPC. These NPCs will naturally vary in stats and techniques. In order to imitate the enrage mechanic found in the mainline games, these Monsters will be able to use their Yaseishin multiple times during a fight, and these Yaseishin will cost no reiatsu in order to activate.
Quest participants will begin with 1,000 extra QP in order to start, but this QP cannot be converted into TP. Instead, this can be spent in order to better prepare for the waves of the Rampage to come. Any QP earned once the Quest begins can be converted freely, but this 1,000 will remain QP until the end of the thread. Once both participants arrive at the appropriate location for the Quest, purchasable options for defense will be made available. In order to make sure party members do not kill each other, the quest area has been fitted with state-of-the-art technology to directly preventing the clashing of different reiatsu signatures, allowing participants to benefit from the knockback affects from their allies' attacks, while preventing them to take any damage at all from those very same attacks. This has the potential to set up for rather interesting attack options. Different levels of teamwork between participants will be awarded appropriately.
Upon finishing an introduction post, both parties involved will be transported to the quest location. From there, the first optional preparation phase will be commenced. Each preparation phase will lasts for four total posts, during which durations reiatsu costs, and other similar effects will be suspended. Additionally, combative actions cannot be taken, including but not limited to reiatsu intake, releasing, using non-cinematic techniques aside from step techniques, et cetera.
