Physical Description: Uli stands at six feet and two inches. He has blonde, spiky hair that stands at four inches talls, unwaveringly stiff. A few strands of hair do however fall over his face, the bangs hanging loosely in front of his eyes. Uli’s body is very lanky and lacks a muscle definition underneath his clothes. His skin is tanned with a soft complexion. If one were to look underneath his shirt however they would find a six pack beneath. His eyes are a steely gray, with a cold look captured within. He can almost always be found with a smile on his lips, with his nearly perfect white teeth flashing. He has one crooked tooth, giving a small gap in his teeth on the right side of his upper teeth.
Uli wears a large leather red jacket, stretching down to his feet. The coat is only slightly loose around his body and at the waist splits into four large pieces. The pieces on his sides are wide, slightly wider than his body. The pieces to his front and back are thinner, about half of his body’s width. The piece to the front ends at a triangular point. All the way up the jacket this third piece has twenty one gold buttons, starting with one at the tip of the end and the rest equally up the sides of the leather. The buttons from the waist up hold the jacket closed around his upper body.
Uli also wears a pair of dark red, lensed glasses. The frame is silver and simple, only going around the bottom of the lenses in a u-shape. The piece of metal going over the bridge of Uli’s nose is in an upside down u-shape. The glass of the lenses follow the shape of the fram with the lower half while the upper half turns to a rectangle, ensuring that his eyes peripheral vision is most certainly covered. There are other pieces of dark red lenses that follow slightly over the frame’s arms, covering the rest of his peripheral vision in dark red. His nose is a bit short, but otherwise average in length. His chin is also very prominently sharp, giving him a very thin look along with the rest of his lanky body. His arms seem to be like hanging twigs off of his sharp shoulders.
Uli has a strange birthmark on his back that his grown with him ever since his birth. It looks like a five pointed star with a circle running through the bi-secting points of each line of the star. At the end of each line is a circular mark. Uli doesn’t know what it means but as a young child he heard his mother and father had similar marks on their bodies.
Uli wears high strapped boots, almost coming up to his knees. He also wears pants with straps to keep them tight to his person and his boots, keeping it difficult for any foreign object to enter through his pant legs. His gloves are the same, hidden beneath the leather jacket as they cover up his arms. The hand covering of the gloves however are unique as they cover the back of his hands but leave the feeling half of his fingers open. They stay attached to his hand by small buckles on his fingers between the knuckles and bends of his fingers and thumbs.
Underneath his clothes, Uli sports hundreds of scars on his body. Some are deep, looking to have taken chunks of flesh away before healing. Some are very light and don’t seem to have taken much toll on Uli. The only place safe from these scars are the birthmark on his back. Uli protects this area due to it being a connection left to him between him and his parents.

-Personality-
Dislikes: Cowards: Uli has seen Quincies around him refuse to fight due to their weakness. He has such a distaste for cowards refusing to stand up he guns them down the moment they show such a hideous act.
Shielders: This is mostly due to his frustration with them. Getting around a shield takes longer than Uli likes to waste, but if the target is worth it, he’ll do it.
Royalty: Uli remembers being very young and seeing extremely rich folk around him in a very bright place with walls of white. He hates the way he remembers them speaking in whispers and thinks all those who live the good life are back stabbing cowards. Better to shot a man in the front than talk behind their back.
Vandenreich: Uli was raised knowing the Vandenreich killed his parents. He will do anything to get his revenge. This doesn’t keep him from having a smile on his face though.
The Emperor: Uli believes the Emperor of the Vandenreich personally had his parents killed. He’s his number one target.
Frowns: Uli has seen a pretty bad life. That doesn’t stop him from smiling, so buck up already cowboy. Else, someone might carve a smile on that face for you.
Vegetables: What kind of heathen eats these? Boiled or raw, they just feel wrong against the teeth.
Blades: Fighting blade to blade is stupid. Why bring a knife to a gun fight when you could just shoot them from afar? No, it’s not cowardly, it’s working smarter and not harder.
Likes: Jokes: These are some of the best ways to communicate in the world. Noone gets hurt when it’s just a couple words. And most times, you get a smile. Other times, a bullet.
Television: Something about seeing all those funny characters and bright colors in the background keeps Uli calmed. It’s very enjoyable at the end of a long day.
Doughnuts: Uli cannot begrudge himself the temptation of such delicious sweets. Glazed, jelly, boston cream, or stuffed with bacon. Any and all doughnuts are within his palette.
Success: Uli loves his job. Taking out the bad guys is what he does best and he’ll do it every day of the week. And the pay is just a nice bonus.
Strategy games: When it comes to being a move ahead of the other guy, Uli takes serious commitment into his decisions. He doesn’t like being outwitted, so he really enjoys it when a plan comes together. This is the reason Uli will spend his free time playing strategy games to keep his mind sharp.
Range: Keeping Uli’s aim sharp isn’t something he considers done during free time. It’s something he does as part of the job. One day every week is used to train his arms and eyes in the range he uses at the Xcution buildings. And by the day, he is known to spends hours firing bullets at targets.
Flaws: Perfectionist: Uli likes to plan things out. If a scenario doesn’t go to plan, Uli doesn’t just get angry. He looks to the person or thing responsible for the failure of the plan and aims to eliminate it, with a smile of course.
Joker: Uli only takes some things seriously, but most of the time he’s very carefree. He detaches from relationships easily, making it hard for him to really bother getting close to others. His teamwork suffers from this.
Temper: Upon sight of Vandenreich, Uli loses sight of anything else. He will abandon a job, a friend, or even his own safety in order to hunt them. They are his source of anger and the only thing that might take away his smile, atleast for a bit.
Scarred: Uli sports hundred of tiny scars allover his body, with the exception of his head and face. This is why he covers himself up so tightly. These scars are from his jobs, hunting down targets and having the occasional fight with a hollow, soul reaper, and especially another long range fighter like the Vandenreich.
Ashamed: Although Uli hides it well, he is ashamed that he never had the strength as a child to save his parents. He saw his father die and his mother being dragged away. Thus, he avoids his weakness and shame with his smile.
Habits: Smile: Uli smiles through almost anything. It takes a lot to keep him from an upbeat attitude. Even when he’s experiencing pain, Uli has the nervous twitch to smile through it.
Morbid Humor: Uli casually makes jokes about some pretty morbid topics. Whether it’s a massacre or someone’s horrific past, he’s got a joke to crack.
Knuckle cracking: Uli likes to cracks his knuckles before a fight, a signature to let someone who knows him get a warning that things are about to get violent.
Fears: Close Range Fighters: Uli knows that close range fighters are his weakness. He doesn’t have a deranged level fear of them, but a cautious nature towards them.
Blood: Uli does not fear the sight of blood. But to feel warm blood on his skin, to feel it touch him brings him back to a dreadful time in his life.
Goals: Assassinate the Emperor: Uli wants the Emperor to die. Not an easy death though, he aims to make him suffer.
Disassemble the Vandenreich: Uli does not blame all of the Vandenreich. He wants to shut the Empire down and rebuild a better society for the Quincy.
Alignment: Chaotic Neutral
Overall Personality: Uli is generally one of the happiest people you might cross on the street. His smile is ever dawning. To see it leave his lips is to see the sun set for a long time. To be lost in a cold tundra of a desert where the grace of the sun has left. This, mixed with his golden blonde hair and blue eyes makes Uli look like an angel come to carnation. Uli also has a very sickening mind, making jokes of the fallen. He loves his jokes dearly, and will continue even in the face of those who find it distasteful.
Although Uli usually has a smile on his face, it does not always mark of peace. His eyes show a coldness to them in combat, painting a visage of the monster lurking within. During a fight, Uli can be seen gleefully laughing, enjoying the game of minds and weapons. He seeks combat freely, holding no real devotion to the extermination of his foes. The only thing that truly haunts him is his need to tear down the Vandenreich.
Uli does not find death abhorrent like those around him might. He knows that the purpose of their deaths is to make him stronger. And in turn, the Vandenreich weaker. He takes pleasure in the learning of new techniques and possibilities of such power. He is a driven man, not one to stop his pursuit of his justice. And he will go to any lengths to bring it about. That is why he likes his nickname, the Crimson Executioner.
There is only one thing known for sure to tear away Uli’s smile. The touch of blood upon his skin. That is why he, along with his scars, hides his body in such a contained manner. The sight of blood does nothing to Uli but to touch it’s warmth brings him to a rage. The night of the death of his mother is brought to the forefront of his mind, driving him to punish the perpetrators. Even if there are no Vandenreich present he will take his rage out on any opponents.

-Powers-
Fighting Style: Uli is a long range fighter with his twin revolvers. He isn’t a very strong hand to hand fighter and he certainly almost never uses a blade to fight with. Like most Quincy, keeping his opponents at a distance is the best strategy for him. This is why he focuses on using his bow in order to distract his opponents with multiple shots in patterns that he designs with each one. His strategy is to overwhelm his opponents with such attacks and keep them blinded by his light based ammunition.
Uli enjoys the challenge of a fight. He especially enjoys finding new ways to use his techniques in order to stun a foe. Or end them. During fights like this, his eyes light up as much as his arrows, giving him a fervor for battle. He begins firing his bullets or arrows with speed and grace, dancing in the excitement of the destruction. This is a constant for but a few occasions in Uli’s battles.
When the touch of warm blood falls on Uli’s skin, he goes berserk. His smile disappears and he loses himself in the fight. He may laugh, but it’s only in a begrudging manner. He even abandons his defenses, aiming only to wound his opponents and may even turn on those he considers friends if they aim to make him still.
When using his Heart property, Uli abandons using his actual bows, preferring to use his body as a weapon. He will resort more fully to using hand to hand combat in order to overpower his opponents with combining his other properties with his body. He always uses it in combination with his Power property in order to continuously blind and stun his opponents by slamming into them. Uli takes great pleasure in this form, his laughter filling the area as he beats his opponents with his bare hands.
Bow Release Overall Theme Bullet Hell: Uli’s basic theme is producing a controlled mass of ranged attacks so as to overwhelm an opponent. This can be by effecting an opponent’s senses to controlling their own attacks and turning them against the caster. Uli’s need to control the battlefield is what spawned this ability within him.
Bow Release Properties
Class 6 Form Property: Uli’s bows are a set of triple-barreled, triple-cylindered revolvers, made of a similar material as ginto casings. This is caused by Uli focusing the spiritual energy of his bows into physical objects, molding it into metal. By being triple barreled and triple cylinder, allowing Uli to fire three arrows at a time from his standard weapons for the cost of one arrow.
Class 5 Firing Property: Uli’s arrows explode and splits when it comes in contact with a surface or on command dependent on the Class of arrow. It starts with a Class 6 arrow splitting off into two arrows. Then class 5 arrow would be split into three arrows. Each class increase adds one arrow from the splitting explosion. There is no secondary discharge of arrows after the first split with the additional arrows.
Class 4 Power Property: Uli’s arrows are visibly brighter when fired from his bow, glowing and radiating while humming softly. When they come into contact with a surface, they detonate causing a searing bright light and a deafening loud noise. This arrow does not have piercing damage; however it has an explosive radius burn damage of two feet dependent upon Uli’s RS. The bright light will blind an opponent who might be looking at the general direction of the landing area of the arrow. The opponent may recover in their first post after seeing the explosion if their sensory stats are below 100 but above 50. The posts recovery rate is decreased by 1 post per 100 points in the Sensory stat. The sound of the explosion deafens an opponent within a 10 meter range. An opponent deafened will need to take one entire post to recover before their hearing returns if their Sensory stats are between 50 and 100. This debuff will also decrease recovery rate by 1 post per 100 points in the sensory stat.
Class 3 Mass Property: Uli’s guns gain the ability to have three triggers of varied setting so his fingers pull these triggers at different intervals. This allows Uli to fire one of three settings by how far he pulls the triggers on one of the weapons. One click fires three arrow rounds at once. Two clicks allows for six. Finally, three full clicks from squeezing the trigger allows a total of nine rounds to be fired from the weapon. This allows Uli to fire a total, both weapons involved, at max 18 rounds per full trigger squeezes. Each full trigger squeeze can be done every two seconds.
Class 2 Heart Property: Uli’s body becomes the arrow with the same speed and property as a Quincy arrow when moving from a point A to a point B. He cannot use this speed for an attack using his body or as a reactionary movement. Uli’s maximum base speed is 800. If Uli moves at higher than his maximum speed he will still incur stamina cost. When this property is in effect and Uli uses a step technique he transforms into a host of bullets. Any active release properties of Uli’s arrows are in effect with the host of bullets as well as his body. With his Firing Property he may cause additional arrows to spawn with each contact of a surface, provided the cost. With his Power property Uli may use the flashbang-based ability by coming into contact with any surface. This includes his own body. Uli can even create body doubles when in conjunction with his Firing property, but he can only create three body doubles that have autonomous control after transforming into his host of bullets, traveling from one point to another. They only last a single post as well, dissipating from existence after the end of the post after their creation.
Class 1 Soul Property: Within 20 feet around Uli’s body if any ranged attack, spiritual or physical, is used he can take over the attack if he has a higher OS and the projectile becomes one of Uli's arrows by name. Any attack taken over by Uli can be guided or split per his abilities as a Free Quincy. He can also increase the ability to 800 speed if it is lower than that or not listed. In order for Uli to take control of such projectiles they must meet the definition of a projectile, being an object thrown by a force in order to pierce or bluntly damage Uli. Blades or spears or even objects that could be projectiles not yet thrown by a force cannot be taken over by Uli. Uli can still take over kido spells or other spiritual attacks that fit this description. There is another factor needed to accomplish Uli's control over a projectile, and that is Uli must see the projectile with his own eyes. Uli may only control 5 projectiles at one time, anything more becomes too strenuous for Uli to handle. He also cannot take control of a released weapon projectile unless he abandons all but one of the released projectile attacks. Once under Uli's control, these projectiles can be freely controlled within this twenty foot space. However, once launched outside of the twenty foot range they act only as a quincy arrow would, their projectile being able to be bent or the projectile splitting off. Once they stop moving, Uli loses control of these projectiles as well as no longer being a Quincy arrow as they have lost the definition of a projectile in motion.

Uli Babler was born inside of the main capital of the Silbern to two royal advisors to the Emperor. Their jobs have been lost to the records, however it is believed that their positions had to do with the perfection of a Quincy’s genetic composition. They were working specifically with ways to perfect the Emperor’s union with other Quincy in order to create more perfect children. While studying the Emperor’s DNA they found a peculiar issue with his supposedly limitless power. It seemed that when exposed to “enough” infected spiritual energy from a hollow, the Emperor’s cells began to deteriorate. Perfection was even beyond the Emperor in their minds. When they saw this, however, so did the emperor.
They were hunted, along with Uli, their son, and so they went to the only place they thought safe enough. The World of the Living. To go anywhere else would be suicide. The Shinigami would kill supposed Vandenreich members and hollows were crazy enough to even eat each other. Nowhere else was possible and safe for them. While making their life in the World of the Living, they met up with a group they honestly had not known existed, the Free Quincy. A roaming band of them actually who defied the will of the Emperor. Around this time they also took note to brand upon Uli’s back their family crest, searing it into his flesh with reishi.
After this, they had random skirmishes with the Vandenreich. Uli saw a few of these from his hiding places, noting that his parents always left their opponents alive. He wondered about this, not remembering his time in the Vandenreich and wondering why his parents wouldn’t just get rid of the pests hunting them. Then, during a day of what seemed devoutly peaceful, Uli saw his father run through. The Quincy who did it had a smile on his face, even as he did it. As Uli’s eyes filled with tears, the Quincy who killed his father was brought low by his mother, her arrows striking him and even though he died, he still smiled through the pain. That was when Uli gained his cursed smile. The one that would never leave his lips but a few times forth. Uli had turned six that day.
The next few years were torture for Uli. To see his mother in such pain, even at the age of ten. She kept her husband’s cross, wearing it tightly around her throat. Uli tried to remove it once while she slept only to have her awaken, screaming his father’s name. Uli ran that night and hid, just like always. When she came looking for him she found another man waiting in their wagon train’s supply wagon. He was a Quincy, bearing a frown and a dark robe unlike the ones of white they usually wore proudly. Uli couldn’t hear the whole conversation but he heard enough to know the man wasn’t after her, but Uli. ”He still can be saved and brought to the Light of our Lord.”
These words brought Uli’s mother to a rage, brandishing her bow and firing. But before she could get a strike in, as Uli leapt from his hiding place and running towards her, her arm was struck from her shoulder and an arrow placed in her left breast. She stumbled forward and the man looked as if he hadn’t even made a move, and he refused to move again as Uli ran past him, catching his mother in his arms. Uli sobbed and tried to tell her it would be alright. But before he could speak again, Uli’s mother spoke an incantation, placing both her cross and his father’s in Uli’s hand, and Uli was gone. The last thing he heard was the man yelling at his mother and the last thing he felt was being washed in his mother’s blood.

Uli awoke among another tribe of Quincy, secreted away and covered in blood. Although this wasthe worst day of his life, he smiled. He couldn’t help but start laughing and smiling. The cruelty of this joke was too much to bear, but the punchline left him without enough air in his lungs to cry. So he continued to laugh until he passed out, being taken into the care of other free Quincy.
As Uli grew, he became more curious about the use of the Quincy weapons. However, he did not adhere only to the old ways, finding new uses for his Quincy allies’ powers. He tried to convince them that they could do so much more with their powers, to fight against the white enemies. They thought at first he meant the white masks of the hollows, but he scowled at them. The other Quincy who hunted them like dogs. They were the target of his rage. But the free Quincy stated the Vandenreich would not harm them, unless they got in the way or made themselves too known to be left in peace. So Uli left them, and went about trying to find a new home at the age of 20. And so he found his Xcution.
