Thread Title: Almost Easy [R, DE] Participants: Adolf Reinhard, Camila Adaronde World: World of the Living Death Setting: Death Enabled Rating: R Location: Brussels, Belgium. Very close by where Adolf and Ludwig fought a few years back. Special Conditions: Camila needs to survive for 10 total posts before backup arrives, or somehow manage to defeat the Espada. Either of these outcomes will result in a victory for Camila. Circumstances: For Adolf, spending time in Brussels is what he knew best. The chocolate, the atmosphere, as an Espada, it was a sort of guilty pleasure for him. Though, being notified of an Espada in the World of the Living is something that'll generally cause Soul Society to blow up over. Camila, being part of the splinter squad currently in Brussels, is now forced to hold her own against the Arrancar, in hopes of backup eventually arriving.

The poor girl could barely believe her eyes. Being forced to cower behind the corner of a building like the scared animal she felt like. After watching such a horrific sight like watching her entire group being effortlessly slaughtered like they were, she couldn't do anything but run. She knew that he'd find her eventually, so she needed to steel herself mentally for the absolute hell that was about to come. She turned to Albin, an actual, genuine look of fright on his face. He was just as overwhelmed by all of this as she was. He certainly didn't know what to do, and seemed to be panicking. She was effectively in the exact same state. Hell was going to break loose here shortly, if it hadn't already. Rewind to a couple minutes ago. Camila, Albin, and the small group of low-seated shinigami she was with were on a patrol in Brussels, Belgium after hearing of some kind of influx of hollows in the area. She was sent with this group in order to see what the problem was, as last time she went to one of these missions alone, she was beaten near to death by a bat woman. She didn't want that happening again, so she pleaded for some kind of group to aid her in the mission this time around. She was with four other low-seats, as well as the Vice Captain of the 5th squad. She had felt fairly confident about the group, especially with a VC with her, that the mission would go well, and she'd even be able to learn a thing or two about fighting against hollows.
That was before things quickly went to shit. Not even ten minutes into being in Brussels, her squad was dispatching and purifying hollows fairly easily, herself included. Things seemed to be going well. Eventually a Menos arrived via a garganta, and the group left that up to the Vice Captain. It was certainly a sight to behold, the VC seemed to be invincible against the Menos! After a short while, the Menos went down, and it seemed as though the Vice Captain hardly broke a sweat. After that, they continued going after whatever hollows they could, before each and every member of the squad felt an overwhelming presence emerge from a Garganta not too far away.
The group went to investigate, and oh what a bad idea that was. Upon making it to the general vicinity of the spiritual pressure, the group was quickly overrun by the force of the man who had just stepped into the World of the Living. Due to her being somewhat slower than the rest of her group, it took Camila a bit to catch up to them all. When she did, though, she saw a sight she never thought she'd see; her Vice Captain locked in a duel, at a very apparent disadvantage. She was losing the fight, and the man she was fighting seemed to enjoy every second of it. She couldn't believe it all, both her and Albin quickly hid, and watched the fight unfold.
"Surely that's not all you've got, right?" The man smirked, "there's no way this is everything you've got. Let's see... you've got a Shikai, right? That fancy little blade transformation of yours? Why don't you go ahead and use it? I'd love to fight you at your full strength." As though taking the bait, the Vice Captain quickly backed off, and released into her Shikai. The black-haired man smirked. The Vice Captain had a look on her face that displayed... confidence. Like she was going to win. She rushed back into the fray, and after a few short moments, she was lying on the ground, dead. The arrancar stood up straight, and stretched out his arms. "Ugh, what a letdown. Why can't any of these fucking reapers be on par with Ludwig? Is it too much to ask for a good fight?"
This statement petrified both Camila and Albin. Neither of them wanted to admit to what they saw, and were absolutely terrified. Camila quickly scrambled to pull out a Jigokucho, in order to send a message back to Soul Society; "Incredibly powerful Arrancar in Brussels. Vice Captain Marina down. Backup needed." Upon releasing the butterfly, it quickly fluttered off into the air, seeming toward the Arrancar. She began to panic; should the Arrancar spot it, know what it was for, and try to take it down, it'd all be over. She'd be revealed, and likely massacred by the man before her. She silently prayed that all would go well, and that she'd have a way out.
Adolf was already planning a trip into the World of the Living. He certainly wanted to go back to Brussels, due to the constant cravings of chocolate he had. It was all thanks to Ludwig that he was effectively an addict. Damned captain, he took a moment to wonder when the next time he'd see the man was. He certainly wanted to see him again, and perhaps starting a ruckus in the World of the Living would be a way he'd be able to do so? While not the most sound plan, and one that'd likely result in the two of them fighting, he'd be more than willing to get into another fight with the man. He'd still get to see him, plus fighting was fun!
He opened up a Garganta to Brussels, and immediately flared his reiatsu as far as he could possibly put out. He'd start out with a various amount of hollows to start to swarm Brussels, hopefully to lure in some poor, poor shinigami. Over time, he'd see if he could even get a Menos into the city! Should that happen, and should the Menos be taken down, he'd emerge. Surprisingly, all of this seemed to go down according to plan, and eventually, the Menos was taken down with what seemed like relative ease. He was very ready for whatever fight was to come, seeing as if someone was able to take down a menos, then SURELY they'd be able to stand to last a bit against him, right?
Wrong.
Upon stepping into the World of the Living, Adolf immediately flared his reiatsu. He was going to let everyone in the area know he was there. Eventually, a group of shinigami flocked to him, and he smirked. He was glad to see this happening, as it was effectively his goal. Quickly scoping over the reapers before him, he glanced at each and every one of them, to see if Ludwig was among them. Spoiler alert, unfortunately he wasn't. It kind of upset him a bit, and caused him to lash out at the group almost immediately. Upon going for one of the weaker-looking reapers, his efforts were immediately stopped by a damned Vice Captain. "Ooh, looks like someone is eager to fight!"
Upon being stopped, the Vice Captain started to go on and on and on about whoever they were, what rank they held, and all that other useless, garbage information. He only cared about how strong they were, and, as it was a Vice Captain, surely they'd be strong. Maybe not strong enough to stand against an Espada, but surely they'd last a bit. Unfortunately, this wasn't true. Upon clashing blades with the Vice Captain, he decided to provoke. her jussst a bit. "Surely that's not all you've got, right?" Adolf smirked, "there's no way this is everything you've got. Let's see... you've got a Shikai, right? That fancy little blade transformation of yours? Why don't you go ahead and use it? I'd love to fight you at your full strength."
Unsurprisingly, the not-so-bright shinigami took the bait. She broke the clash and jumped backward a bit, running her hand along her blade. She shouted some incoherent garbage, before changing her blade into some kind of whip. He immediately knew she was fucked from here. He blitzed her with a Sonido, and immediately ran her through with his daggers. She slumped over, saying something, again with the damn muttering, and dropped lifelessly. He immediately charged the remainder of the shinigami, executing them all with relative ease. Upon them all being dead, he stood back up straight, and stretched his arms. "Ugh, what a letdown. Why can't any of these fucking reapers be on par with Ludwig? Is it too much to ask for a good fight?"
Adolf stood around for a bit, looking over the surrounding area. He wanted to continue with the fight; he wanted to continue killing loads upon loads of shinigami, and hopefully draw out that one captain he loved to fight so much. Anyone looking in could easily tell that Adolf was effectively obsessed with the man. He wanted to see him again, and really wouldn't stop until he was able to do so. He smiled thinking about him; his smile, his laugh, he really did seem pretty infatuated with him. That being said, he shook his head. Those kinds of thoughts weren't really fitting for what an Espada should uphold. He sighed, and continued to look around, waiting for his next victim.
Then he saw it. A small, black butterfly so damned familiar with those shinigami. There had to be another reaper here. There was no way that one of those dead ones sent it off, so where was this last one? He debated striking the butterfly out of the air with a Bala, but then realized that it was likely going to be a call for help; a chance to see Ludwig again! He dared not to execute the bug, letting it flutter on as a hopeful sight to see the Captain he admired so much. Instead, he simply snapped his fingers, and sent out a wave of reiatsu in order to locate this last remaining shinigami. It was only a matter of time before backup would arrive, and he wanted to make it count.
2800/3000 Reiatsu -100 for Pesquis -100 for Sonido Pesquis Duration: 1/5
An Arrancar exclusive technique that allows the user to cast a seeming "radar" for a one mile radius, allowing them to sense any and all beings that have reiatsu in the area, and tell how strong that reiatsu is, and even locate an enemy in battle. Vizards can slip through Pesquis during use of step techniques. Those of speed three or more times the user's can also slip through Pesquis. This allows a one mile radar per 50 energy sensory. Its accuracy also increases with higher levels of energy sensory.
The default version can sense location, general flaring and fluctuation of reiatsu, and basic movement.
How to use technique:
Focus. Lasts for 5 posts once activated.
Technique Drawbacks
In addition to diverting some of the user's focus, this technique can be fooled by mid to high level illusions, and step techniques which reach a speed at least 30% or more of the user's step speed can slip through Pesquis, seeming to disappear like a ghost off of the radar.
Camila and Albin were still watching the Arrancar before them, unsure of how exactly they were going to go about getting out of this situation. There was absolutely no way they'd be able to pull through in a fight against him. Even just watching how easily he dispatched a Vice Captain! She hadn't even been a seated officer, how could she hope to stand a chance against him? Either way, though, her message would get out to Soul Society soon enough. She'd just need to buy time as best as she could, and stall out the fight. She was scared witless, but it was her only hope to actually survive. Hopefully she could pull through! She'd just have to wait and see.
Simply put, the two of them needed a plan to approach the situation. If they could survive long enough to come up with a plan, they'd have more of a chance in order to win the fight. Camila feared that she wouldn't have the time to actually come up with a plan, though. With immense strength like that, there was no way that he wasn't going to be upon the two of them almost immediately. She'd need to steel herself until then, and hope that things would go well, but she was struggling. She was actually panicking. She began to turn white in the face, and her breathing picked up. She didn't want to die again. She couldn't. She couldn't go through that hell again.
As quietly as she could, she took a deep breath. She did what she could to calm herself, despite still being wracked with fear. She needed to think clearly, or, as clearly as she could, for the time being. She couldn't, though. She couldn't bring herself to think clearly enough in order to actually plan something else. What was there to do? What could she possibly do here, that wouldn't cause her to die? She couldn't reveal herself, as that would just be a death sentence waiting to happen. Not only that, she needed to worry about Albin. If he went down, it'd be like killing part of herself. She'd be damn near crippled because of it, and wouldn't be able to win a fight in general, let alone this one at hand.
Little did either of them know, however, that Adolf had already found out where they were thanks to his Pesquis. The clock for them was certainly ticking, and they needed to do what they could in order to actually make it count. The might've known that he would be upon them in a few seconds, but there was no real tell as far as what could be done in order to prevent him from quickly and mercilessly murdering the both of them. Like she had already acknowledged, if either of them fell in combat, it'd spell the end for the other, whether it'd be instantly or moments later, depending on the first fighter between them to fall. This wasn't just some simple test of skill, this was a test if Camila and Albin could stand up to an actual predator; to turn the food chain on its head.

Adolf didn't even need his Pesquis to go very far. Three miles? No, they were no more than fifty feet away from him. Good. This brought a smirk to his face. He knew right where the remaining survivors were, and exactly how he needed to deal with them; the same way he got his ass handed to him by that damned Quincy so long ago. He slowly turned around to their direction, hiding behind the wall, and immediately enforced an incredibly heavy gravitational pressure on the area. He was going to crush them, and do so quite easily. At that point, though, why not make a show out of it, for these two unfortunate souls trying to hide from him? He was going to show him what an Espada could really do.
As soon as this tremendous amount of pressure was applied over the area, he immediately made his way over to these unfortunate souls via the use of a Sonido, moving faster than the eye could see for just about anyone, let alone the shinigami and... hollow? Nevermind that, what he was fighting wasn't a priority, it was the fact that he was going to make short work of these two individuals that mattered. He could always wonder why the two were allied together after they were both effectively brutalized. No need to harp on it now.
The moment he arrived within melee distance of the girl and the man, his hand immediately went around the girl's throat, who was no doubt caught off-guard by the sudden increase in gravity. He had her right where he wanted her; the hollow didn't give off a strong aura, so he certainly wasn't a threat at the moment. For now, he'd focus on the one who seemed stronger. He stared at her, one HELL of a grin on his face, and pulled his left arm back, his hand open in a sort of claw-like fashion.
Soon after, a thunderous roar began to come from his hand, as deep black spirit particles began to charge in the palm of his hand. He was not only preparing to completely obliterate the girl, but he was also looking to obliterate the entire. Fucking. City. Surely that'd get the attention of some Captain-level shinigami, right? He didn't feel bad for the girl, though. After all, having been in positions himself where he's been horrendously overpowered by other people, he was glad to have finally been given the chance to return the favor.
After a few seconds, the black ball of condensed reiatsu had shrunk down to a reasonable size. He chucked, and quickly pushed that hand forward, into the girl's chest, and flexed his fingers outward. Almost instantaneously, the ball would expand immensely, releasing a disgustingly large blast into the girl's chest, through her chest, and into a multitude of buildings behind her. Just from the size of the Cero alone, there was absolutely no chance that she'd survive it. That wasn't to mention the absolutely overwhelming force of the technique, which could've easily obliterated even captain-level foes in a single beam. From his perspective, this fight was as good as over, and he'd be back to waiting for a Captain.

To say the two of them were immediately overwhelmed by the Espada's gravitational pressure was an understatement. Both of them initially felt completely unable to move, being forced down onto the ground with tremendous force, but after a few seconds they were able to get around it. Though, unfortunately, the time it took to get around it wasn't enough for Camila to even come close to avoid being grabbed by the Espada. In every sense of the word, the girl was essentially fucked. Adolf's grip around her throat tightened, and she felt like she was losing the ability to breathe, with her windpipe being crushed and all. A look of panic continued to grow on her face. She didn't want to die.
Upon getting over the gravitational pressure himself, Albin immediately watched the black ball slowly condensing in Adolf's hand, and knew that this was NOT going to be good. While still on the ground, he reached up, and grabbed Adolf's left ankle. He wasn't going to let some Arrancar take down his lifeline like that. Not needing to speak the words that would so desperately give away his plan, Albin simply said them in his head; "Bakudo #1: Sai." His reiatsu was forced through his hand, and into the Arrancar's body, in order to attempt to restrain the Arrancar. If nothing else, it'd catch him off guard long enough to protect Cami, with his arms flying behind his back. Thankfully, his guess was right.
He watched as the Arrancar, being unable to control his arms for a moment, had his arms fly backward behind his back. His grip around Camila was released, and the moment she could, she used a Shunpo in order to get herself away from the Espada. It was increasingly apparent that he wouldn't fall for that same shit again, and she was well aware of that. As his other arm flew back, however, the Cero was nanoseconds from firing. Instead, it was launched off to his right, leveling many a building and unaware civilian effectively disintegrated. If nothing else, it bought the both of them time. Albin would follow quickly behind with a Shunpo, in order to get away from the beast that was this Arrancar.
Both of them needed to catch their breath. That little maneuver was... surprising, to say the least. Neither of them really should've survived. That being said, though, it had certainly bought them enough time in order to get away from the fight. They were incredibly limited on what they could do, after all. They had no chance to actually take him on headfirst. If they were going to survive, the two of them needed to be creative. They needed to avoid the arrancar altogether, and wait it out until help arrived. That was the only real chance for survival.

Adolf began to laugh a horrendous laugh. The two shinigami before him had actually managed to dodge the attack, huh? Perhaps they weren't worthless after all. No, they still were, they were nothing compared to what he'd been used to fighting against what with that Quincy woman, Ludwig, and even a few others having kicked his ass in the past. These two were... different. They didn't seem to be attacking, no, they seemed to be running away. Well, if he had anything to do about it, they wouldn't be running away for much longer. Yeah, he'd put an end to that shit real fucking quickly.
He began to think about a plan of action as the two of them began to get away, and as his arms were being bound behind his back. Granted, the Cero Oscuras firing into the street didn't help his concentration at all, but surely he'd be able to come up with something, no? Surely he'd have a way to beat these two effortlessly... Wait. What the fuck was he doing? Why did he need to strategize against two worthless wastes of life? He shook off the idea of needing to plan out ANYTHING against these two. They'd be down here quickly, whether he needed to think about it or not. He couldn't let anything happen otherwise.
He was here to fight some Captains, after all, not some lowly shinigami wannabes. These two were NOTHING compared to what he knew captains could do. They wouldn't do anything in order to satiate the bloodlust he had. As such, he wasn't going to exert himself over them; they weren't worth it, and he needed to save as much energy as he could for the fight to come. Using too much of his energy on these two would end up getting himself killed against an opponent on par with him, let alone someone that could be stronger. He wasn't willing to sacrifice his life here.
Upon considering this, he came to the conclusion that using his release might've been a dangerous idea to begin with. If he uses it too early, he'll be fucked when it comes to that fucking backup arriving. He won't have a trump card to use against them. As such, he decided to avoid using it. Better off safe than sorry, right? Not like these two were going to stand a chance against him anyway, so why tire himself out over these fucking ants? It simply wasn't worth it.
That being said, it was worth it to put that damned hollow out of commission. He'd been the one to force Adolf to miss his shot, so dealing with him first wouldn't've been a bad idea. Once that spellcasting hollow was downed, he could focus on the girl. While that hollow was still up, he might get locked inside of that kido again. He wasn't about to have that shit. As such, he flexed his reiatsu, allowing himself to free his arms through sheer force alone. The poor hollow didn't even get the chance to react before the Arrancar was upon him.
And upon him he was. Adolf made quick work of the distance between the two of them with natural use of a Sonido, appearing right in front of Albin. The second he arrived, Adolf took his fist, and shoved it into the hollow's gut, smashing against his ribcage with a strength of 450. His ribs were certainly shattered by this point, and if they somehow weren't, this next attack would most definitely work to do so. Upon pulling his fist from the hollow's chest, not actually blowing a hole through Albin but providing enough force to jostle his innards around a bit, Adolf quickly spinned and delivered a HARD roundhouse into the hollow's side.
Albin went absolutely flying into a nearby wall. When he landed against the wall, there was no way that he wasn't permanently damaged. His ribs had been effectively shattered, and upon impact with the wall, there was no way that there wasn't going to be serious bodily injury there as well. If he wasn't somehow dead, there'd be serious bodily injury to come from it. He'd have to finish him off when he could, but for now, he wanted to quickly make short work of the girl. She was going to be a nuisance.
He pointed a dagger toward her, and continued with that devilish smirk. "Wow, you two really were something, huh?" He said, a small black sphere very akin to the one he previously fired, charging at the tip of the dagger, "if you two had been on the other side of the fight, I might've like to get to know you two. Too bad you're soon to be nothing more than dust in the wind." With that comment, his voice shifting into a horrific rasp, both enraged and ecstatic over the situation at the entire time, the sphere on the tip of the dagger condensed. "Perish."
With those words and a mighty roar from the beam, a wave of black and deep green once again eclipsed the sky, bolting through buildings, the street before him, as well as what was likely hundreds, possibly even thousands of unknowing citizens that had been disintegrated out of nowhere. He was fairly confident that the girl wasn't going to get away this time, as the blast would've been way too big for her to get away from. She needed nothing short of a miracle for her to be able to survive, and that miracle didn't seem quite ready to come.

Camila watched as her hollow friend got his absolute shit kicked in. She watched him fly across the city block, and straight into a wall. The wall was severely destroyed, and he didn't seem to be doing good at all. If he was even still able to actually step up out of the hole currently in the building. She felt like she was going to cry; her entire world seemed to be falling apart at the seams and there was nothing she could actually do about it. Everything she's been working for had seemed to be in vain due to being in the wrong place, at the wrong time.
She felt... depressed, for lack of a better term. Everything had effectively been for naught. All of that time she had spent training, working with Albin, fighting against Albin. All the people she had met along the way; her captain, Celes, even that Bount! All of them had played a part in working to make her as strong as she was today. And what was happening? She was just moments away from what seemed to be her pitiful end. She couldn't help but ponder on that thought, and didn't want to accept it as fate. But, there wasn't much she could do in order to prevent it, huh?
She lowered her blade and stood, staring at the Espada looming over, watching her as he slowly began to raise a dagger. Not like this. She wasn't going to go out without some semblance of a fight. She was TIRED of running away from her problems. She was TIRED of trying to escape every chance she had. And, most importantly, she was TIRED of losing as often as she did. Not anymore. She was not. Going. To. Lose. She was ready for whatever the Espada was going to try, and was incredibly prepared for another attempt at a beam like the one he launched.
She'd be ready. The very second she received mental confirmation that another one of those lasers was his goal, she rushed in with a Shunpo. She was going to overpower him in any way she could, and, remembering what Albin had done earlier to save her life, it was her turn to save his. She quickly jabbed him with two fingers, having spoken inside her head the familiar words on the way over to him; Bakudo #1: Sai. She watched as once again, his arms were quickly thrown behind his back. This was her chance! This was the opening she so desperately needed!
She wasn't going to allow herself to lose. Not now, not ever. She'd show this arrancar what she was capable of, even if it killed her. The moment his arms were bound behind his back, she jumped back, and pointed the same fingers out toward him, saying the necessary incantation aloud; "Arise god of thunder! Awake mother of storms! Unleash the lightning on the sinners!" Her fingertips began to seem to charge with electricity, before jolting out as soon as she spoke again: "Hado #4: Byakurai!"
A steady bolt of golden lightning blitzed from her fingers, piercing into the Arrancar's shoulder. Sure, he was much stronger than her, and sure, her skill in Kido left a lot to be desired, but it was far from being about able to kill him, no, she knew that a goal like that was far out of reach. This was about sending a message: A message that she wasn't going to give up. A message that she was going to look death in the face, and openly state, "I'm no longer scared of you. I no longer fear the chance of dying, thanks to you. I'm willing to fight until my very muscles give out, I can only hope you may do the same."
Upon landing on the ground, Cami's next plan of action was going to be to rush the likely confused Arrancar with her blade. She'd run up to him, and attempt to cut him down with a fury of slashes. Once again, it was a lot less of a concern as to whether or not it actually worked. It was more a concern of showing him that she'd continue to fight until she failed to give breath. Seeing her ally incapacitated like that; someone who even she struggled to even come close to beating in a fight, gave her a renewed ability to fight. She was going to do what she could to defend herself, and she'd be damned of anyone else had anything to say about it.
After laying into him with a few slashes, she'd take a step back and resume the defensive. Can't keep up the offensive forever, and, if this Arrancar had anything to say about it, doing so would be exceedingly dangerous. She needed to be careful against an opponent as strong as he was. Not doing so would get herself killed; the exact opposite of what she's been looking to do. She wanted to send a message, not to openly execute herself through the help of someone who was already trying to end her life. Hopefully he wouldn't take up an offensive again, she needed to be careful here else she'd be mincemeat in a few short moments.

Almost immediately, his arms flung backwards, and that dagger of his clanging to the ground after dropping from his hand. This shit again!? He'd just about fucking had it with these two, and was looking to just put an end to this shit right about now. Before she had the change to even attack, his arms flung from the bindings they were in, and he went for a rather large swipe against her chest with his single dagger still in his hand. It'd likely force her to take a second to recoil from the force of the attack, giving him just the opportunity he needed in order to fight back against the girl.
He'd once again grabbed her by the throat, stopping any action she had planned on performing dead in its tracks. She wasn't getting away this time. She wasn't going to just waltz all over the might of an ESPADA like that. He'd show her, he'd fucking show her all right. Due to the massive difference in their strengths, he could quite literally do with her as he pleased. She was at his mercy, and there was nothing at all she could do about it. He began to chuckle, which quickly devolved into a loud roar of a laugh as he continued to tighten his grip, looking to crush her windpipe.
"Let me tell you something, Shinigami," he began, a deranged look on his face, "you're not worth shit. You're nothing more than an appetizer, you know that? I'm going to tear you to pieces right here, and right FUCKING now." With that, he dropped his other dagger, and grabbed her left arm right below her shoulder, and held her arm out to the side. "By the time I'm done with you... Nobody is going to be able to identify the corpse!"
With that being said, his grip would tighten immensely around her arm, as he slowly began to pull. The next few seconds were likely going to be absolute HELL for the girl. First, she'd begin to feel her arm being stretched far past what it should've been able to, causing large amounts of pain for the girl, no doubt. Just a second later, a slight pop, and the shifting of her shoulder; her arm was torn out of socket. She'd likely be experiencing a surge of disgusting amounts of pain from here.
This was FAR from the worst of what was to come, though. He continued to slowly pull and pull, to the point where she could feel individual muscles tearing and shredding within her arm, until eventually skin began to do the exact same thing. Every passing second led to more and more skin being torn, her clothing being ripped open, until eventually the Espada pulled as hard as he possibly could, tearing her arm clean off in a bloodied mess.
He couldn't help but laugh, as he let her now dismembered arm fall to the ground, and then began to stomp on it, shattering all of the remaining bones in the limb. "You ain't shit, sweetie," he said, his voice incredibly raspy and an incredibly deranged look on his face. Still holding her by the neck, he threw her straight up into the air, as hard as he possibly could. She didn't go too high, but went jussst high enough to send her down with a fair amount of force on her body.
Almost immediately this momentum was cut off, as he delivered another powerful kick into her side, sending her absolutely flying. Adolf's aim had been quite on point, being able to send her straight into her likely-deceased friend with a loud bang, and a crunch from the building's structure. She likely wasn't going to be able to handle an injury like that and keep going. Something like that was going to be absolute hell for her, no doubt. If she had been able to handle that, she'd be some sort of godsend of a fighter.
Once again, he devolved into some kind of cackle. He just couldn't help himself; the situation had been all too amusing. For someone like this girl to think they could actually stand up to him!? He could barely breathe with how hard he was laughing over it all. He'd certainly beaten her. There was absolutely no way she was just going to walk away from something like that. He'd won, that much was absolutely certain. All that was left to do now was to go and check to see if the girl was still living, and continue to brutalize her if she was.
She... She really couldn't believe it. To have been stopped so easily. Sure, she was outclassed by her opponent, but THIS outclassed? She gripped at her throat with both hands, trying to do what she could in order to prevent herself from being suffocated. She really didn't want to go down here. She couldn't. She couldn't let herself fall here, after being able to do so well against this very same opponent before. She didn't want to allow herself to fall, yet was there really much that she'd be able to do in the long run?
There really wasn't. She realized that as soon as the Espada had gripped her arm, tightly. She was at his mercy. She didn't want to admit it, but it was true. There was nothing she could do in this situation. She did what she could to force his grip open with his free hand, but to no avail whatsoever. She only stared in horror at the man in complete fear as to what he was going to do. She was at his mercy, and didn't enjoy it. She needed to fight back, but just couldn't.
"Let me tell you something, Shinigami, you're not worth shit. You're nothing more than an appetizer, you know that? I'm going to tear you to pieces right here, and right FUCKING now. By the time I'm done with you... Nobody is going to be able to identify the corpse!" While not having been intimidated by his words before, these ones seemed to get to her. She knew there was nothing she could do, as she felt him slowly begin to tug on her arm.
She began to wince in pain. The feeling wasn't fun, but if this is all that happened, she'd probably be able to manage. But, unfortunately for her, this was far from all that was going to happen. She watched in horror as he continued to pull, and then she felt it; Pop. the shifting of muscles, flesh, and bone to rip her arm from where its place on her shoulder had been. A wave of excruciating agony surged through her, as she felt like she was going to throw up. She tried to will herself to scream, but to no avail.
As the arrancar kept pulling, all she could do was flail in his grip, trying to get him to just drop her. This wasn't working, and even then he continued to pull. She was bawling her eyes out at this point, unable to contain herself from the feeling she was being subjected to. She couldn't control her own emotions, and she kicked into survival instincts; she began to act on impulse, doing what she could in order to just keep herself alive. She did what she could to breathe, but even that seemed impossible.
Her vision slowly began to turn black, and then she felt what she was hoping she wouldn't; a sharp pain around her entire arm, as it was ripped clean off, the skin and muscle being torn to effective shreds. Her vision restored for just a moment, as the pain forced her eyes wide, even after losing as much air as she had. Though, her vision continued to blacken fairly quickly afterward, the pain feeling like it was subsiding for the time being.
Almost immediately before she completely blacked out, she felt her body being whisked into the air, completely and utterly subjected to the hell that the arrancar was instilling upon her body. She caught her breath, and began coughing while in the air, trying to allow herself to breathe once more. This effort to breathe was made harder during the descent from the air, as she began to drop at faster and faster speeds as time went on.
Upon receiving a blow straight to her side, Camila immediately felt multiple ribs shatter, as she was sent FLYING through the air. She quite literally felt her life flash before her eyes just before she made contact. After that had ended, she slammed into both the wall, and Albin, face first. She fell limp, though still conscious somehow. She wasn't able to move, she couldn't will herself to do so. She lay there, completely still aside from her struggles to gasp for air.
The espada slowly began to walk over to the girl, genuinely interested to see if she was still alive. He picked up his blades, and took his leisurely time on his way over to her. She'd surely given him one hell of a fight, huh? Never in his time of slaughtering shinigami had he seen such a no-name actually give him the opportunity to push himself as much as he had to. He was grateful for it; he'd make sure she died knowing the name of her killer. That was honorable, right?
Upon arrival, he grabbed her by the foot, and dragged her onto the cold concrete ground, where Albin had rolled along and uprooted. Small rocks were likely going to be digging into her back and head, but that had to have been the least of her concerns with the injuries she had just sustained. He gripped his daggers with a reverse hold, positioned them above her head, and kneeled down in front of her. He gave her another smirk; one she'd quite literally remember for the rest of her life. "See you in the Soul Cycle, sweetheart, remember the name Adolf Reinhard, Octava Es-"
His words were cut off with a swift kick to the face, by an arriving squad of shinigami. The Espada went flying much like he had sent the shinigami and her hollow friend. While tumbling along the concrete, he had heard his attacker begin to speak. "We've got a survivor over here!" he shouted, "continue searching for survivors! We'll take care of the Espada! Hurry up!" He continued speaking, but the sounds of rocks pounding against his face only allowed him to understand so much.
By the time he managed to stall himself and stand back up, the Shinigami girl was being carried back through the gate of the Senkaimon. He smirked. He wouldn't be the one to kill her, but at the very least he'd be sure to scar her for life, huh? There was no way she was EVER going to forget the shit-show that had occured here. Either way, it wasn't his problem. He simply entered a defensive stance, and stared the shinigami head-on, having gotten what he wanted from the time spent fighting the girl. His mission was complete, even if she did live.
