Thread Title: What happens when a rock group meets a metal head? Participants: Yetsuna, Kira World: Soul Society Death Setting: Non Death Enabled Rating: PG-13
Location: While all the divisions have their own training grounds, there is one particular area for all the divisions to train against one another. The Fourth division hones their healing ability, the kido corps help by constructing kido barriers for fights, and generally gives the fighters a chance to show off and inspire or encourage other divisions to grow stronger. Usually with violence.
Special Conditions: Kira starts released
Circumstances: Kira is just finishing off a group of squad eleven members, leaving them to the fourth squad to heal up. Kira, having been a former squad eleven member herself, is still itching for a challenge, when Yetsuna comes across the cocky metalhead.
It was a beautiful day outside. The group training grounds was particularly full today, and many fights were happening all over the flatlands. The grassy field was the perfect place for fights, parties, and the occasional concert, as a group of shinigami quickly discovered. Near the center of the field, a large translucent orange dome shook, as the sound of a guitar was heard, only barely overtaking the pained cries of some shinigami. Inside said dome stood a lone woman, playing what looked like an axe, or a guitar shaped like an axe, anyway. It was hard to tell from far away.
Said woman was indeed the only person standing, as the other three shinigami were on the ground, hands covering their bleeding ears. This woman was Kira, fifth seat of the sixth squad, and was in the middle of a particularly tasty rift, if she did say so herself. Or would, if she ever bothered to speak. Her fights might have been louder than sin, but she preferred to be on the quieter side outside of them. Some of the people in her squad thought she was mute with how little she spoke. Jokes on them though, as these poor saps were now finding out.
She dragged her ethereal guitar pick across the strings of her release, making a wicked hiss that shook the ground and even the kido structure around her. Said barrier was being held up by no less than ten kido corps members, and even with that, they looked like they were ready to pass out. Truly this was a treat for them. Not only were they getting valuable stamina training, they also got to hear her amazing music. What a privileged bunch they were. That said, it was a shame that the kido reduced her volume to those on the other side. She'd have prefered to spread the music further.
Sadly, her fun with the three was over. The members of squad eleven were some of the most stubborn, bullheaded people you'll ever meet, she should know, and weren't willing to admit defeat for anything. So she had been merciful, and just rattled them until they passed out from the nonstop vibrations to their ears and heads. Boy would they be sore in the morning, cause noise based concussions were never fun. Again, she should know, her beautiful zanpakuto Jūkinzoku was all about the noise. A magic guitar was the weapon that reflected her soul? Finding that out had been the best day of her life.
As the last one to drop passed out, she stopped the music, creating an unreal silence. It always felt so... empty without her dear Jūkinzoku playing. Taking the hint, the kido dropped and with it, the casters let out a huge sigh of relief. Heh, wouldn't be the first time she's gotten that reaction. The fourth division members scrambled in, dragging the three out of the ring in the grass that the barrier had created. They were dragged to a small medical area, where older squad members taught the younger ones how to deal with battlefield conditions, and how to best heal their comrades in dire situations.
Kira felt the slight urge to throw a shockwave their way, just to help emulate the feel of a real battle, but held herself back. She'd get in a lot of crap if she accidently killed one of the cowards. Ah well, hopefully those weren't the last people who would fight her. She crossed her arms, along with her guitar, behind her head, stretching her back, flaunting herself to anyone watching. And there were more than a few people watching. She smirked, seeing the mix of emotions crossing the faces of her audience. Her uniform had been modified into a kind of strapless dress, hugging her curves perfectly. You had to have talent and looks if you wanted to make it big, and she had both in spades. Ace of Spades, that is.

The recently dyed redhead vice captain lackadaisically made her way through the common training grounds. It was decently crowded, more than it usually was, but she wasn't really seeing anyone much above a 4th seat anywhere which meant there was a lack of any real opponents for her. This wasn't to say anyone below a 3rd seat wasn't a challenge, there were some, but they were rare exceptions. Generally speaking most people under a 3rd or 4th seat couldn't keep up with a vice captain. Because of this she just opted to linger around and watch rather than outright challenge anyone, if someone came up and wanted to train with her she wouldn't have said no, but wasn't going to challenge anyone unless she thought that she would get a workout too.
She milled about for the better part of an hour, watching a few bouts between random people in random squads, most of them were fairly mundane matches, sword against sword, maybe the occasional kido thrown out too, but that was about it. Eventually she walked far enough where she came to notice an odd orange sphere taking up a decent part of the field, naturally she became interested in what was going on, so she went over to take a look. As she closed in she began to notice a guitar wailing before noticing that there was a redhead playing one. And one she knew too. Well, kinda.
She couldn't remember the girls name, but she remembered the face and body, she had had a 2 on 1, herself vs Senshi and the redhead whose name she couldn't remember. "Looks like she managed to get her release," she thought to herself as she got closer and the music got louder. It wasn't difficult for her to tell what the bubble was doing even if she wasn't a kido user, she knew some people, like herself, had releases with a lot of laitent destructive power and could do a lot of collateral damage if there were barriers in place to protect others, she figured this girl was in the same boat, at least if the volume was any indication.
Shortly after her arrival the barrier dropped as the last opponent fell unconscious due to the sound she was putting off. Yetsuna gave the girl a look over now that the barrier was gone and she could honestly say the girl had interesting tastes for fashion. She wore a black strapless dress that showed off every curve of her body, she was almost kinda surprised the girl could move in that, she liked her tight clothes herself, but she still wore things that didn't stick to her like a second skin, that wasn't to say she was really complaining though, she enjoyed the view.
The woman looked around the area with a look she knew all too well because she had given it herself more than her fair share of times; she was looking for her next opponent. Yetsuna looked around and saw that no one in the crowd was very eager to step forward to fight the girl, so with a shrug to herself she walked forward, she figured she would either have a good fight or have fun messing with her, win for her either way.
She stretched her arms lazily as she walked up, "Not gonna lie, I've got a few reservations about hitting such a pretty girl, but I'm a bit more interested in a good fight then your makeup at the moment so I'll just have to get over it," she joked nonchalantly. She could practically feel the cockiness oozing out of the woman and she was returning it in kind. "If you're gonna start with your shikai," she began as the sword on her back morphed into a metallic liquid and crawled over her shoulders and arms, solidifying into her gauntlets, "then so am I."
She didn't know whether or not the girl knew about Ishio's abilities, considering she was a vice captain and a regular on the training grounds, chances probably high she did, but either way she didn't know much about what she was packing other then it likely had something to do with sound, so she was going to have to play defensive to start, Thankfully that was one of her specialties.
Finally, someone halfway interesting shows up. Not half bad looking, either. The woman was probably thinking the same thing about her, if her wandering eyes were anything to go by. Kira gave her a winning smirk. That was to say, she looked extra cocky at the moment. Her fellow redhead called her pretty. How quaint, but at least she was offering a fight for her half baked complements. Her eyes narrowed at the woman, an odd memory tingling at the back of her mind. Had she met this woman before? She could have sworn that she had, but for the death of her, she couldn't remember, and it was starting to bug her.
The metal head just shrugged her shoulders, and turned to some of her barrier boys. She gave them a two tone whistle, getting their attention, as well as a collective groan from all of them. With a couple of hand motions, she told the leader of them what to make. He gave her a scowl, and wasn't it adorable that he thought he had a choice, and did as she gestured him to do. It took a minute to get all of them set up, along with calling a few more people over. In the meanwhile, Kira gave the new girl her own appraising gaze, making sure she noticed the slightly lecherous look.
The chick was a good bit shorter than she was, by nearly a full foot to boot. Still, she was pretty attractive. Maybe she could be her groopy? Heh, wouldn't that be fun? Still, couldn't let her know that, so Kira, planting her Axe in the dirt for a moment, pointed at her with one of her blood red fingernails. She spun said finger around twice, before holding up six fingers, before holding up all ten. Kira made a laughing expression, saying she's only a six outta ten. The Kido guys got ready, yelling out to each other, before a thirty foot energy barrier materialized around the two of them.
Their little areana was a hundred feet from wall to wall, and was notably lacking a roof, unlike the last one. Gave them more room to more, should it be required. Kira didn't think she would need it, but she was feeling generous since her armored opponent called her pretty. now instead of leaving her a half dead broken bloody mess, she'd do the same thing, but without hitting her face. She was truly a gracious host. Hefting her axe into a position one would normally play a guitar with, she gave a toothy grin, as she raked her pick across her strings, letting loose a haunting cry from the zanpakuto, as it sent out a sound blast right at Yetsuna.
The cone of sound was effectively a shockwave, holding a strength of 670 strength, and moving at the speed of a cero. Kira kept the strings moving, and thus turned the cone of sound, into a constant stream of destructive music. Kira loved her release, it fit her so well. Who else could turn a weapon to purify souls, into a twisted instrument of music and heavy metal? She could. And she was going to show this chick exactly how well she did it too. But, like all entertainers, she'd start out small. As most people know, blowing your finisher right at the start leaves no one happy, or satisfied.

It wasn't lost on Yetsuna that the girl didn't speak which made her somewhat curious if she was a mute or not. She thought for a moment about maybe trying to ask a question or two, like her name, but if she hadn't spoken up till now (and whistled at the kido boys) she doubted that was going to get her to unseal her lips. Not that it was a go to method, or that it really even mattered, but she figured if she hit the girl a few times and she actually grunted or screamed she would probably be able to tell for certain if she was just quiet or a mute.
She could tell the boys were still worn out from their round dealing with her, she could also tell the head kido caster was getting a "bit" short tempered with the overly cocky rockstar, so the stone princess figured she cut 'em a break. Before they could start to do anything she'd chime in, "I got this round, don't worry about it," she said nonchalantly before bringing her right hand up and snapping a gauntleted hand causing a massive to surround the two of them, more then large enough for the both of them to fight without being restricted, there was even seating at the top for spectators, though they sat there at their own risk.
A moment after the wall erupted the girl lifted her guitar to play and considering that that was her release, that likely meant she was about to attack. She saw the girl pluck the cord and a shockwave produce itself, so far her theory was right on the money about her abilities, but they were also only getting started. Before the girl would likely even register what had happened a stone wall materialized itself almost instantly; her attack may have been the speed of a cero, but her stone materialized at the same rate as one.
In the same burst of reiatsu as the materialization she also made all the earth around her fortified. Chances were high that unless the girl had some really good energy sensory she would think that she had just blown a fair amount of reiatsu to make a fairly small wall. The soundwave would strike the wall and leave decent size impact on it, but it wouldn't break, not knowing what she was dealing with she had defaulted to summoning some extra as a buffer and it was a good thing she did, almost immediately after the first impact the girl kept playing.
"Ah, I see," she smirked to herself, one of the girl's main benefits to her release was being able to attack relentlessly just by playing. With the cover of the wall Yetsuna would quickly sink into the ground, passing through it like a ghost and giving off a small burst of reiatsu as she did. Her wall would shatter a few moments later under the onslaught of the guitarist's attacks, but when it crumbled there would be no vice captain.
A brief moment after the wall collapsed Yetsuna would rise of of the ground behind the woman, hands and legs encased in stone, once more moving like a ghost, any sounds she did make would be covered up by the woman's "music". Unless the woman had some way to perceive someone sneaking up behind her and move out of the way she was about to be in for some pain. Using her stone she forced her arm forward and would drive it in between the girl's shoulder blades, hitting with about 600 strength and moving at 300 speed.
Her attack was more aimed at throwing the girl off balance then causing maximum damage, hence the strike location and restricted strength. It would still hurt, but it was unlikely to do much long term for the fight, "You really should turn down that music, if you keep listening to it at that volume you're gonna make yourself go deaf," she smuggly joke with a half smile.
Reiatsu:
500 for full area conversion 75 for wall 50 for phase 625 total
A slow start, with an equally slow response. Yetsuna retaliated with a wall, protecting herself from Kira's deadly music. Not that it would do her much good, as she could see the mound of dirt crumbling from her relentless attacks. The woman smirked, thinking that she had the other redhead right where she wanted her. Sadly, once the wall toppled from the barrage of sounds, it became clear that wasn't the case. There was no body, and if there was one, it would have flown back into the Kido barrier with the chunks of earth from the wall. Her eyes widened a bit, surprised at her disappearance.
Kira knew there was a trick behind this, she hadn't seen the oddly dressed shinigami move around the wall, so where could she have gone? And that was when she felt a blunt pain in the center of her back. It was an unexpected attack, so much so that she stumbled forward a step, clutching her guitar a little tighter. 'How did she...?' Was her power teleportation? If so, what a cowardly ability. She grit her teeth in frustration, before Yetsuna said the one thing you never say to Kira. 'Turn down the music...?' Kira saw red for a brief moment. Now it was on.
Kira lifted her leg, maybe a foot or so off the ground, before slamming her foot on the dirt. By stamping on the ground, she created a huge shockwave, this time with her full strength. A gust of wind blew her dress around, but not reaching higher than her knees. Then she stomped the ground again and again, playing her guitar and headbanging the air, making it look like she had planned this into her performance. The chick had managed to get a good hit in, she wouldn't lie -nor admit it out loud- but that was going to cost her dearly, as she proceeded to crater the ground with her shockwaves.

WHAM!
The Earth Queen's stone covered fist slammed home right where she had intended, causing the girl to stumble forward, caught off guard by her attack. She did manage to save herself from falling face first into the ground, though she didn't feel all that surprised by the fact considering she literally pulled her punch and that she was dealing with a seated member; a non seated dude likely would have gone flying. A more interesting note, however, was her lack of reaction to the strike, other them stumbling the girl didn't have any reaction, granted she hit her in what was one of the more sturdy areas to take a hit on the body, but still decently impressive; the girl must have some good pain thresholds.
After the delivery of her line she saw the woman rear up her leg and Yetsuna realized she may have made a slight mistake by making a joke rather then get some distance between her opponent. She didn't know exactly what the girl had planned, but lifting her leg like that likely wasn't an intimidation move. Yanking on her limbs with the stone she forced herself back whatever distance she could manage before the metal head's foot came screaming down into the ground. She could have almost laughed at what happened next.
Her foot impacted like it was supposed to, but it wasn't going to have the effect she desired. Rather then getting a massive earth shattering shockwave it kinda just broke some rocks and kicked up some dirt. Yetsuna had fortified the entire field in her opening salvo, she always did, and because of that the earth was hyper durable so it refused to shatter apart in the ways required to force large shockwaves. The ground immediately around the girl would indeed break and crumble, but it wouldn't go much further then that, regardless of how much she stamped about.
The attempted attack did key Yetsuna into the woman's strength however. She managed to cleanly shatter the stone right under her foot, which was an impressive feat to say the least considering her stone's durability, that coupled with how quickly she destroyed her wall meant this woman was a powerhouse. She lifted her arm to begin playing again and immediately Yetsuna braced for another wave from the guitar.....but there wasn't one. At least not at her. A sound wave would indeed go out from the guitar, but it would spread out in front of her of her, more useful info, though she wondered why she hadn't bothered to turn around.
As the guitarist lifted her leg to get in another stomp the vice captain would seize the chance the throw her off balance. As her leg raise she had the ground under the woman's foot rapidly shift forward, fast and far enough to basically guarantee that unless the woman had some cat-like reflexes she was gonna end up on her ample rear, which would prompt her to bust out laughing, "You gotta be careful around those parts, the grounds so treacherous you could easily lose your footing." It wouldn't be too hard to tell that her laughter was more "with" then "at" the metalhead, but chances were she wasn't the kind who could tell the difference, or if she could, who cared about it
Kira... was not used to this. She was used to a lot of things, and being the center of attention was amongst the highest of them. But this? She could practically feel the people around her. Laughing at her. Watching the rockstar, as the ground beneath slid, betraying her, causing the woman to fall to the ground on her butt. She suddenly felt very small. Like everything was crumbling around her. Like she was the idiot for everyone to watch, as she make a complete fool of herself for their entertainment. This wasn't the case, the majority of the people were just there to see some good combat, but Kira couldn't tell that at the moment.
The Shinigami was twitching a bit, the feelings of a long forgotten memory swelling in her chest. Fear, resentment, anger, all these emotions and more swirled around in her head, making it spin for a moment, before her vision tinted red, as she let out a enraged shriek, further breaking the ground around her. Her guitar responded in kind, letting off a blast of sound. She quickly spun around on the grass, left hand on the ground, with her right raising the guitar in the air, before she brought the axe down hard.
Her metal scream was transferred through the guitar, as per usual, but where it came out of was the difference. While the sound usually came from the neck of the guitar, that was not the only area sould could be created from. The blade of her weapon was also able to shoot out music, as the hardened earth was quick to find out. With her naturally overwhelming strength, combined with the added strength of her guitar, Kira created a shockwave capable of splitting the ground in two, launching a musical blast towards the other red-head, leaving a hefty scar in its wake.

Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeah....Yetsuna may have pushed the girl just a bit too far.
It wasn't hard to tell this girl had about the same sense of humor as a wet cat, but even she was taking her humor surprisingly bad. Her laughter was cut short by a obviously obviously infuriated shriek that rung out from both the girl and her guitar, shattering some of the earth around her in the process. She quickly spun around and begun to swing her guitar like and an axe. Being out of melee range she was anticipated another shockwave coming her way immediately and was prepared to side step it, though she was expecting it to come from the source it had.
The girl's scream would be unleashed as shockwave, one that she saw and side stepped slightly to have it miss. "Kid gloves comin off?" she asked rhetorically as she rolled her shoulder, "alright then." Personally she had hoped to have a bit more fun joking around, but it wasn't hard to tell it was having a deleterious effect on the metalhead. Taking a joke badly is one thing, losing your shit over one was another and for as much as she liked to have fun at others expense she wasn't the type to keep pushing when someone was obviously enraged, well someone she didn't hate anyway.
So far the girl hadn't shown much in the way of speed, it was part of the reason she could read the girl's attack coming so easily, but considering how strong she knew the girl was she couldn't risk getting in close until she knew for sure she could dodge or block her attacks. For now she'd had to stick to staying at range and teasing out how fast the girl was until she could figure out a way to get in close.
With another snap of her fingers Yetsuna repaired the ground that had been damaged up to this point and then took a boxers pose and then quickly threw two jabs. With each punch a piece of stone near her feet would go flying right towards the rocker's torso, full speed (600) and full force (800). Typically she didn't come out swinging with the full strength of her stone, but if she was packing that much raw strength chances were she could take it. She really expected her to dodge or counter in some way, which was partially the point; she could start to get a gauge of her speed be seeing how she reacted.
To say Kira was flustered wasn't exactly right. The redhead was starting to get into this fight. Her heart was finally pumping hard and fast, and it took her until now to realize it. Her face was flushed from embarrassment, but also from excitement. Fighting with a rickety stage was annoying, but that only made this all the more challenging for it. She was starting to love the challenge this woman was giving her. She kept dodging, or forcing her attacks to not work properly, but all she needed was a hit single, then she'd be blown away for sure.
The anger from Kira's face dropped, and was instantly replaced with a gleeful smirk. "I think it's time to set this world on fire! I think it's time you push it to the edge!" She started singing, her voice amplified through her guitar, as she swung it in an arc at her fellow shinigami. Creating her own shockwave through the swinging motion, she released a sharp crescent wave of sound, a violent crescendo created from the blade of her instrument. These licks met with the rock and roll the other woman tried to throw her way. Rock was all well and good, but there was no stopping her metal, as it barreled through the attack as if it weren't there. "Burn it to the ground and trip the wire!"
Yes, Kira could feel the pounding of the bass in her chest, begging to be let out. She brought her axe back to how it should be held; like a guitar. The music flowed through her fingers, strumming out a solo faster than most humans could dream of. She aimed the notes at her stage partner, making the sounds follow her as she rocked out. Kira decided to move towards her, walking as she fingered her cords with an extreme passion. The metal Muse wanted to try and get this fight a little more... Intimate. After all, the closer you were to the star, the more fun you could have.
Then again, she wasn't adding much by repeating the solo over and over again. She didn't want to be a one hit wonder, after all. So she decided to throw in a new rift for Yetsuna. So, she decided to Shunpo over to her competition, getting as close as she could, before smirking at the Hard Rocker. "It may never be this good again!" Her words prompted Jūkinzoku to try and deafen the crowd, as the Iron Maiden activated an ability. Her weapon exploded with noise, as a massive shockwave headed straight for the vice captain, and everything within twenty feet of Kira, leaving her in a massive hole in the ground, and would send Yetsuna flying back if it hit.
To Deafen a Crowd: 600 Shunpo: 50 Total Reiatsu Remaining: 350/1000
{To deafen a crowd} This is probably Kira's favorite, and most used attack. This attack is a large scale attack, taking the shape of a sphere, with her guitar being the center. By creating a vibration on her percious guitar, by her hand or another's, like the others, will activate this ability, should she choose to put energy into it. Depending on how big of an explosion she wants to make depends on the amount of reiatsu she uses. The minimum she can use on this in 300, which creates a sound ball that pushes everything away from her guitar, that has equal to or less str than Kira's str, with the blast radius being 7 feet all around. doubling the cost will increase both the blast zone, and the class, putting it at a 20 foot blast zone, and class 3. And finally, spending 1200 reiatsu on this attack will bring the blast up to 100 feet, increase the damage output to 150% of her str, and bring the class of this attack to 1.

Yetsuna saw the woman's axe swing and the accompanying shockwave come out and oblite the stones she had sent the woman's direction with ease. She figured she finally had the girls strength dialed in and needless to say if it came down to fisticuffs she was gonna lose by a fairly comfortable margin. As the shockwave barreled towards her she used a shunpo to move out of the way, shifting only enough to get out of its way. As she saw the girl shift her weapon back to a guitar she spoke briefly, "Huh, so you do talk....well sing. I more used to smack talk and quips during a fight, but I guess whatever floats your boat," she shrugged.
She saw the girl move her hands into position to begin playing, but before she could start playing Yetsuna would shift the ground beneath her feet again without warning, this time back, causing her to fall forward. As she fell the Earth Queen made an uppercutting motion causing a pillar of stone about the diameter of a fist rocketing up from the ground to "catch" the woman's fall. Despite not needing to move to use her abilities she still liked to where she could, it made fighting feel more natural and in scenarios like this it gave her opponents small queues to what was coming making it the fights a bit more challenging for her.
Typically she would have gone in close to follow up, but she still wasn't sure what kind of speed she musician was packin. She knew she wasn't survive more than a few full strength hits from her so caution was still winning out. What was contributing to that sense of caution was the girls rather extreme behavior. Just a moment ago it seemed like she had snapped due to rage and then almost immediately after she was happy and singing. Granted it wasn't the WEIRDEST turn she had seen in a fight, but still, it was enough to make her play safe, at least as far as a ludicrously strong girl wielding a giant axe went.
Again with moving the dirt! This girl and her rock and rolling the earth beneath her was seriously starting to piss Kira off. It was one thing to fight with one of those girly Kido type Zanpakuto, but when you wouldn't even let a girl keep her footing? That was a major buzz kill. The Rocker decided to interrupt her solo by making her fall forward, making the Metalhead take a step forward on instinct. But as quickly as she regained her footing, a pillar of earth erupted from where she would have landed. As much fun as getting hit by a small mountain of rock was, she decided to handle it in a more metal way.
Her fingers flicked her strings, letting out a loud noise, before Kira seemingly began to tremble. If Yetsuna looked closer however, she would see all of Kira was vibrating extremely quickly. The moment the mountain touched her, it immediately shattered, sprayin chunks of dirt and rock in every direction. Kira was untouched by the attack, and the pillar of earth was no more. Kira grinned at the Rocker. "Pillow talk is cheap. And why would I want to talk, when I can sing and make everyone else scream?" She told the Vice Captain, still shaking violently.
The woman had activated her Good Vibrations, making her body a conduit for the sweet music she made. Even now, a small humming sound could be heard from her. She strummed her chords again, increasing the hum, and starting walking towards Yetsuna. She aimed her strings at the girl, before quickly playing a particularly tasty rift, activating another ability that she affectionately named Searing Sounds. Ten bubbles of sound were launched at the armored Shinigami. Each were moving at a speed of 600, and were packing quite a punch, equal to a quarter of her strength. If she got hit with more than one, the strength would increase by however many struck Yetsuna, or whatever she constructed to block them.
Good Vibrations: 100 Searing Sounds: 100 Total Reiatsu Remaining: 800/1000
{Techs used}1. Good Vibrations: This ability is both her safest move, and the most risky. This is a purely defensive ability that blocks attacks with a lower offencive stat then she has in strength, while she is playing her guitar. It does so, by letting the vibrations her guitar make, flow through her, thus making her body tremble. Anything unfortunate enough to come into contact with her will be hit with the full force of her strength. Many... MANY times in mere moments. This ability is however dangerous, because if she somehow loses contact with the earth beneath her, or something underneath her in general, the ability will quickly destroy her. Any attack that has the a high enough offencive stat to exceed her strength, will have its power reduced by the strength of the music. This ability must be maintained by constant vibrations, or it will be lost the following post. This ability costs 100 reiatsu per post.
3. Searing Sound: Searing Sound is a scatter shot type attack, again, created by a vibration on her guitar. When activated, her guitar launches ten small flaming red sound bubbles, each about the size of baseballs. By trading most of their power, these little guys have wicked speed, with each having only about 1/4 her str, but moving at a pace of 600. When these suckers hit something, the explode again, with the same strength that they hit with. While an individual ball might not have the same power that most of her other attacks do, if hit by two balls or more at the same time, the impact damage will be increased, by however many balls hit that person or object. Cost, 100 reiatsu.

huh........Well that was unexpected.
She made the ground shift under the girl again, but as she fell forward and her pillar came up, the girl started vibrating, causing her stone to shatter, which really isn't a small feat to achieve. She could tell the girl was using some kinda tech, she felt the burst of reiatsu, but still top break her stone upon contact meant whatever she was doin likely had some serious power behind it. The girl smile at her with a, in all honesty, fairly boring reply, this chick needed to work on her banter, she was doing all the funny work. She'd give the girl a fairly casual shrug in response, "Pillow talk ain't cheap at my rates. Besides it's so much more fun for everyone involved. I can show you after this if you'd like," she'd finish giving the girl a wink. the line was a weird mix of banter, taunting joke, and serious offer. She said it partially cause it was just a good rebuttal, but if the girl did actually say something hinting at a yes, well, Yets' wouldn't be saying no, not that the girl was likely to say yes at all. Nice to dream though right?
The girl began walking forward towards her, her hands tuned to start playing, Yets' was ready to move, but rather then a sonic wave she saw some bubbles. Okay weird turn from the metal head. Was she one of those metalheads who secretly had a pink room with frilly curtains and a my little pony collection? Amusing as the thought was not a ton of time to play with it. The bubbles were quick and while she didn't know what they did she didn't plan on letting them hit her so she could find out. A wall would rise out of the ground mid way between the two women, one bubble would hit it, and then another, 3rd one. When the 4th hit the wall the bubbles would finally manage to punch a hole in it, those were some fuckin hard core bubbles.
Six were still bearing down on her, but she was far from concerned. As the bubbles breached the wall she had the stone on her limbs pull her to the side, having the bubbles pass by her, though one managed to clip her arm. Rather forceful impact to say the least. The hit stung a bit and she inhaled slightly from the unexpectedly strong impact, but actual damage to herself was minimal, most she'd likely get is a bruise in a few minutes, but that was familiar territory for her. As she pulled herself to the side she willed her wall with a hole in it to go sliding forward towards the woman.
Yetsuna doubted the attack would do anything if her guess was right, but that was also the point of the attack. If her theory was right that was going to add a new dynamic to the fight. There was something in her gut giving her the feeling this fight was going to come down actual stamina rather than a TKO. If so, she more than likely held the advantage in a number of ways. In terms of raw stamina few could match her step for step, and even with those that could, she had an edge there even fewer did, though that advantage likely wasn't going to matter much here.
