Alright folks, we have another big round of changes! This time, we have updated both the Nakabakki and Hason races. While the former was more getting things up to current standards, the second has received an entire rehaul. The write-up for each will be included in a spoiler along with a changelog below, and the changes have already been reflected in Section 2.
List of Changes
Changelog
{Nakabakki Update}
Nakabakki are the offspring of the demonic Akki that are cast away into the depths of Hell. Normally, Akki have the same infertility issues that Arrancar experience, but some are able to reject their powers and mate with someone of a different race to create a Nakabakki. Nakabakki can come from a lineage of Shinigami, Beast-Clansmen, Quincy, Bount, and Mod Souls. They obtain a similar version of Saisei Oni from their half-Akki nature, but also manage to hold on to a distilled version of their parent's powers.
For a Nakabakki, Saisei Oni only has two stages. Regardless, it still functions similarly to that of an Akki's. Each stage comes with a new weapon technique and a new body technique, as well as an improvement to the last stage with each new one earned. In a Nakabakki's case, they are only able to learn a total of four techniques, and only the first two may be enhanced. This means two techniques may be used in Primera Etapa, and four may be used in Segunda Etapa due to the additional two techniques and the two enhancements. Both stages cost 300 Reiatsu and last for four posts. Nakabakki also gain an additional form of Release depending on the other race in their parentage, and may use various techniques from these races so long as their parent was a part of them:

List of Changes
- With the updated Quincy Release, Nakabakki have been updated to reflect the differences. They gain the Form, Power, and Firing properties in that order at set Classes, and can use two properties simultaneously at Class 4.
- Because it was unsure whether the Nakabakki Dolls were one-time or refreshable Releases, it has been clarified that they were refreshable at the end of their duration.
- The Beast-Clansmen section was out of date for Nakabakki, so it has been updated to get it in line with the normal BC advancement path.
- Shikai was updated to be gained at Class 4 instead of Class 5, as it seemed unusual that Shini-Naka could get their Release before the full-blooded Shinigami.
{Hason Update}
Hason are "Spiritual Sinners." That means they are Sinners who have already been in Soul Society and committed a terrible wrong while among other Pluses. Upon death, normally by execution, they are cast away into Hell. This forces their bodies to become twisted and warped, transforming them into something feral and bestial. It may even be said that Hason are similar to the Beast-Clansmen, but their sin was far more grievous. These Sinners are unable to break away from Hell the way Akki can, but they can trail behind their superiors and break out behind them in an attempt to escape.
Hason as a whole do not have a “Release” in the same sense as other races, but they have a line of techniques that are unique to each of them based on their Aspect of Hell, and in turn may be considered their own personal Release. They draw upon their sin, not just the power of their soul. These techniques are referred to as the Aeterna Deliciti (Lit: Eternal Crime), and are divided into three categories that determine their overall effectiveness. These are the Aeterna Delicti: Primus (Lit: Eternal Crime: The First), the Aeterna Delicti: Infernus (Lit: Eternal Crime: The Infernal), and the Aeterna Delicti: Supremus (Lit: Eternal Crime: The Supreme). Each of these have a different nature from the others, as listed below.

{Aeterna Delicti Information}Primus is the first category of technique, and it is one that is gained as early as Class 7. This is the initial understanding of one’s Hellish powers, turning one’s sin into power and channeling it outwards as an ongoing ability. This category is made up of a single technique and, unlike most techniques, this one will always be a passive ability that acts as an overall ability for the Hason based on their Aspect of Hell. This ability may vary in its scope and power, and its Class increases with the user’s up until Class 5, at which point it will cease to grow on its own. Primus is simply an outgoing effect that leads the way for the rest of the user’s Aeterna Delicti, but its power only ceases until the next level of power is attained.
The second category of technique, the Infernus, represents a greater control over one’s Aspect of Hell, fusing it with the body and creating a physical transformation. For some, it may be a weapon connected to the body, while for others, it may be a physical change that uses their infernal chains to create a greater form. Unlike the Primus, the Infernus is a form that takes on a physical manifestation, one that glows with a Hellish energy to represent the sin that gives it power.
Infernus is unlocked by first activating the tier with a cost of Reiatsu. Initially, this costs 100 Reiatsu to activate, though the cost goes up in relation to the Hason’s power as the mastery and scope of their Hellish abilities does, increasing to 200 at Class 3, and 300 at Class 2. This tier is unlocked at Class 4, and once it is activated, it has a ten-post duration. Four additional techniques are unlocked at this point, and unlike the Primus, these are activated techniques much like any other. However, these usually draw upon the power of the Primus, taking that overall ability and shaping it into something more powerful. These techniques start at Class 4, and scale up with the user until they reach Class 2, at which point they cease to grow, much like the Primus did at the end of its tier.
Speaking of the former level, the Primus technique is able to grow beyond its original bounds as long as Infernus is active, and continues to scale with the user’s Class up until Class 2, at which point it will cease growing again. The deactivation of Infernus will reduce the Primus technique back down to its Class 5 maximum, but reactivation will allow for the greater power to be reclaimed. And of course, neither form stops here, with one tier beyond to allow a Hason to achieve their ultimate power.
The final category of Aeterna Delicti, the Supremus, is a power that is gained by very few Hason due to the sheer control of their aspect it requires. At this point, the majority of Hason are consumed as their sin overtakes them, and the power of it destroys their minds and warps their bodies, leaving them as nothing but hollowed-out husks filled with overwhelming power. But those few that can master their power, that can tame their sin and shape their greatest evil to their own will, are able to go a step beyond Infernus and learn the power of Supremus.
The Supremus level is both a bodily and a weapon transformation at the same time. The physical transformation from Infernus is taken a step further, altering the body entirely. For some, it is a wondrous transformation, taking the temptations and allure of sin and turning them into beauty incarnate, while for others it is a cursed, twisted metamorphosis into a horrifying monstrosity. The sin consumes the flesh, creating this new being. Additionally, a weapon is created that manifests the essence of the sin, serving as a focus and a catalyst for the great power that would otherwise overwhelm the user. With both a bodily and weapon form, the sin’s power is split between two mediums, allowing it to be controlled and guided by its master.
To use the Supremus level, the user must first have activated the Infernus tier of techniques, and then spend an additional 600 Reiatsu. Once this is done, their powers grow to their fullest; both Primus and Infernus now scale up to Class 1, and the Hason gains access to a single powerful technique that is the ultimate manifestation of their sin. This technique is considered to be above average even as a Class 1 technique, much in the same sense as any other “last resort” techniques that would often end Releases if not lives. The Infernus level lasts for ten posts, much like the Supremus, before it must be refreshed. It also overwrites the remaining duration of the Supremus level.
Of course, using this power’s ultimate techniques has its drawbacks. The first use in a thread shuts off the Supremus level for two posts, forcing it to be reactivated after the delay in order to use the technique. Additionally, for one post, Infernus techniques are unable to be used, though the Primus will still be operating at the Infernus level. The second use in a thread shuts off both the Supremus and Infernus levels for five posts, forcing both to be reactivated in order to use the technique again. Finally, a third use in the same thread is too much, and the sin overcomes the bearer, dragging them back into the Hell they had escaped from and damning them once more as they are removed from the thread.
The second category of technique, the Infernus, represents a greater control over one’s Aspect of Hell, fusing it with the body and creating a physical transformation. For some, it may be a weapon connected to the body, while for others, it may be a physical change that uses their infernal chains to create a greater form.
