The Amnesia Pill is a simple tablet constructed out of the essence of Alzheimer's patients and the Forget-Me-Please flower. With the flavor of mold mixed with sour milk, it isn't a pleasant tasting medicine. By taking this white pill, the consumer can pool reiatsu in their stomach, activating its unique properties. This pill has the ability to cause someone to forget how to use a technique. All memory of the technique is purged, not only from the brain, but also the instinctual actions of the muscles. This clears the technique's slot and grants a partial refund (75%) of the TTP cost of the technique. If the technique was worth 100 TTP, 75 TTP would be refunded to them.
If the Learned stage of the technique was skipped when the Technique was learned or put into the character's app at the Character Creation process, then TTP for the Learned stage is not awarded. To explain with examples: A Shinigami at Class 4 learns a Class 4 Hado, then makes it proficient and Mastered, but decides later that they don't want it. 120 TTP was spent on the technique, so 90 TTP is refunded. If a different Shinigami used Power Tier to Class 4 with the same Class 4 Hado at Mastered, then decided that they didn't want it, only 60 TTP would be refunded. If a Class 3 Shinigami learned that same Class 4 Hado and started with the technique at Proficient, then Mastered it and decided that they didn't want it, they would also only receive 60 TTP for forgetting the technique. This is to prevent abuse with the ability to make a technique Proficient without Learning it, gaining more TTP back for forgetting than they spent on it.
This pill cannot be used in a thread, rather is handled in one's Point Bank. It is not able to be used for combat purposes. The item is simply used for those who wish to remove a technique from their characters.

A direct influence from the previous Captain which held a more affinity with the concept. Harle has studied her match with the late Kagami Murai, the Captain has poured in time and effort in order to use it in terms of moving about an environment with little difficulty. As a result, Harle has studied the power of the late Captain, and wondered if it could be applied as a means of travel. Using her own specialty in forging realities, Harle constructed an entirely new dimension that connects any object that creates a reflection within a 50 yard radius of where the user enters a reflecting object. A world filled with many mirrors and lights that beam from one to another. Within this world other objects that are casting a reflection are brightened to acknowledge points of entry or exit.
How to use technique (How is it activated?):
A cost of 250 reiatsu to use the technique is required while in contact with a sizable object that can cast a reflection. A sizable object can be a large puddle, a tall closet mirror, a television screen, or a pond. An object that is able to swallow the height and length of the user's entire body. And a 150 reiatsu is a must if continuing to use the technique per post while inside mirror world. 50 reiatsu per each leap into a reflective object or surface.

Reiatsu Cost. While inside, the user is unable to use other forms of spells while inside the Mirror World. While inside, the distance of travel that is possible to do is 50 yards in any direction. While being able to use any surface that casts a reflection, the size must be equivalent size that allows the entire body to be able enter and leave. The length of a katana sword isn't capable of acting as a gate. Glass mirrors, sliding door mirrors, or car windows are able to act as gates. Any object that is within reasonable size can act as a gate that allows the body to pass through. Picture screens and the such are not able to act as gates for the entire body to pass through. And this technique is considered to be nonlethal.

A rapid flash of pure reiatsu that shoots out from the forearm or heel in a single thrust. Like any tool that an assassin would carry with them, A-Blade is 3 foot blade of pure reiatsu that is released from the forearms or heels that is usable at moments when the foe believes that the user is unarmed. At a rate of 600 speed, when reiatsu is used, the blade is propelled forward in a stabbing motion that is meant to catch opponents off guard while delivering a fatal blow to an unsuspecting adversary.
How to use technique (How is it activated?):
With a cost of 150 reiatsu, the user jerks the wrist downward to have the 3 foot blade emerge from the forearm. The same can be done with the heels if the user jerks the sole of the foot upward. Each use of the technique requires a 100 reiatsu for a single use, and the blade can not be prolonged. The blade is equaled to the user's reiatsu strength.

Barreling through the ground, or other surfaces, towards the target in order to position themselves at an ideal striking g point. Apex Hunter revolves using numerous surfaces to move about freely while under the cover of the Earth or other constructs. The user moves at their own speed rate and is capable of remaining underground, or within a surface with continuing payment. When in use it will take 100 Energy Sensory to locate the individual. Should the user posses [Stealth], it will add an additional 50 requirement to Energy Sensory for each rank of [Stealth].
How to use technique (How is it activated?):
A reiatsu cost of 200 reiatsu with a hand on the ground, or surface, will activate the technique. To actively continue the technique will require a cost of 100 reiatsu per post. Once in use, the user will be able to travel underground and into other surfaces that are connected to the ground. When activated, the user will seem to have sunk into the ground, but really they have just merged with the surface in order to move freely about it. This is done by propelling the user through the ground with their reiatsu.

Apex Hunter is only limited to surfaces that are connected to the ground, which does mean walls and buildings and ceilings. This does mean that the technique can not effect those that are in the air. This technique is considered nonlethal as its sole purpose is to move about freely within surfaces. This is a technique which supports the user's abilite to move about any surface that is not created by an opponents power, such as reiatsu made water, artificial walls, like barriers, etc. Only inanimate surfaces.

Technique Description and Effects (Explain appearance, powers, and effect): A substitution jutsu? Here and now? Well yes. After the match with Kagami Murai, Harle decided to put his ability to good use. This would formally be used in a wide variety of different techniques, in this case a substitution technique. A simple technique really that benefits those using the skill [stealth], to find a better means to escape, or find a betterrific vantage point. This in tow works in tangent with Harle's natural ability to create illusions.
So this would be considered a layer technique of itself. When learned, it is at its most basic form. A glass mirror that takes the place of the user, and shatters into fragents when struck. When proficient, an additional add on becomes known, and that is being able to hide ones own reiatsu within the technique itself. This makes detection more difficult for those relying on Energy Sensory.
For those who Master the technique, they are able to eliminate their presence entirely based on their level of [stealth] against their opponents Energy Sensory, and /or analysis.
How to use technique (How is it activated?): How this technique works is fairly simple, and yet tricky. With the cost of 150 reiatsu the caster's body is caressed by their own reiatsu. This creates a secondary skin that is left behind the moment of being struck. When the layer of reiatsu leaves the users body, it emits a small glare of light that fools the aggressor into visually witness the user being struck. Once struck, the users body is broken into small shards of glass that emits their own small glares of light. So for those with 150 senses or below will make it make difficult to see past the light. This is for the proficient stage.
When proficient, the caster can blur their reiatsu with that of the technique, as each shard of glass is still made of reiatsu. The shattered glass only lasts but a few moments, but still capable of smearing the caster's reiatsu to make it difficult to detect with Energy Sensory. So for those with 100 Energy Sensory or below won't be able to locate the caster within the debris. The same is known for Senses with 150 and below.
Mastery if the technique enables the user to conceal their presence entirely within the technique. Unless their opponents have a 200 in senses or 200 in energy sensory, then detection is nearly impossible. This goes for Analysis skills as well. Yet, what makes this extremely usefull is the fact for those that posses the [Stealth] skill for each level in the skill. Thus adds on an additional requirement of 50 senses or Energy Sensory to be able to locate, or detect the location if the user.

It is a harmless technique that is usually used for a means of escape by distracting the opponent, or allowing a brief moment to reposition oneself. Remember that the full effect of this technique is at its best when it is seen by the eyes. If not then the caster can be seen easily, aside from not being detected by Energy Sensory as listed above.

Technique Description and Effects (Explain appearance, powers, and effect): A cloud of heavy teal smoke that is blown from the mouth of the user. Hazy and thick it does not interrupt breathing and does not effect the body in any means. Nevertheless, this is still a toxic cloud that is infused with the user's reiatsu in order to shroud the mind with hallucinations. What this technique does not effect in the body it does to the mind. Specifically it targets the alert factor within the individual's mind that slowly spreads into the senses. Remember that this technique is harmless. With that to the side, Ghastly effects an individual by breathing in or touching sensitive skin like the Eye balls. Only breathing in the gas or making contact with the eye balls are the only ways that the individual can be effected.
When affected by the technique the individual's instincts begin to ping as though the individual is about to be attacked. When and where these pings alert the effected individual are done by the technique's user. This goes effectively well to deceive those with instincts 125 and higher. The more sharper that the individual's instincts are, then the more effective the technique is. Yet, when being inside the gas for 2 posts, then the effects spread to the person's Senses. This is in terms of visual and hearing. Sounds of foot-steps and a shadow silhouette dashing in the midst of a cloud of gas. This shadow only moves around the effected individual. The technique only effects individuals with Instincts below 200.
How to use technique (How is it activated?): A single cost of 200 reiatsu conjures the toxin from within to have the gas spew out from the lips of the user. After, the gas will cover a 10 foot radius of where the gas was released and lasts for 4 posts, and does have an additional cost of 75 reiatsu to have the effected individual's instincts to alert each time, at a location of the user's choosing. If prolonged in the gas then the other effects of the silhouette costs another 75 reiatsu.
Technique Drawbacks (Limitations, repercussions for use, etc) Clearly this technique does have its limitations. The effects only work if the individual is within the gas itself. The gas can be blown away with a shockwave or a wind technique. The reiatsu cost is a drawback, and [Poison Resistence 2] can be used to be immune to the technique.

Technique Description and Effects (Explain appearance, powers, and effect): How is it that Harle's face remains a pale white despite not wearing make up? No it is not because she stays in doors or is a Vampire. It is a technique that the woman has developed to deceive people in believing her garments are white or her body is covered in white paint. A technique that envelopes her body in a layer of white paint. For an addition cost even the clothes can be swallowed by the colorless sheen. Yet, that isn't the true nature of the technique, it is actually its poison effect. When physical contact is made, whether by the technique's user or by being touched, the white paint spreads onto the individual's body that sinks into the skin.
After entering the skin it begins to course through the individual's neural system up to the brain. When entering the brain the neural response system goes berserk. In terms, this poison overloads the brains ability to move the individual's body based on their desire. For example, if the desire comes to throw a right hook then the body does so, but, with the poison in effect the right hook becomes a left kick or bending the right knee. The neural responses hasten and do not make contact the proper response nodes in the body.

Right Arm Moves > Left leg moves Left Arm Moves > Right leg moves Left Ankle > Right Shoulder Right Ankle > Left Hand Left Hand > Left Shoulder Head Motions to Left > Body Shifts Right Head Motions to Right > Left Knee bends Body Spins Left > Right Knee bends.
How to use technique (How is it activated?): With the cost of 200 reiatsu the body will coat itself in a white color sheen. An additional 100 can coat the entire body. These forms can continue until contact is made by an individual. Reiatsu cost of 75 if only coating the body per post, and 125 when coating the entire body with clothing. The technique lasts for 3 posts.
Technique Drawbacks (Limitations, repercussions for use, etc) ( Physical contact with allies can trigger the full activation of the technique, by having the poison infect that person. When the tide of show seems to be going away from an Illusionist's favor it is always better to have a few assistances to help turn the tide of the show. However, where and who are these lovely aids, well, that is the thing, they don't exist. Phantom Hands is a illusion based technique that creates three individual phantoms along side the caster.
Shrouded in utter mystery from the black mist that envelopes their body their identities are unknown, but doesn't mean that their presence can not be felt since their creation is pure reiatsu in the eyes of the victim(s). Which includes that their presence emits the same aura as the techniques user.
As for the phantoms themselves, they are primarily used for distractions. Providing combat support they are 1 class down from the user's current class and posses a weak constitution, so a single physical blow to their main body will cause the phantom to "die" or vanish. When this happens the phantom will not be able to be brought back until all of them have perished.
As for their capabilities, they can only go so far as to use the abilities that the user possesses. This applies to kidos, and other techniques, while altogether not having to pay reiatsu for them. They can not use releases or their techniques. These techniques that the hands can use are also part of the technique, so they won't be causing harm.
How to use technique (How is it activated?):
The requirements to use the actual technique are quite simple since it requires a sound based medium to work. A simple gesture like a whistle, clamping of the hands, snapping of the fingers, or even calling out the technique's name would suffice. The medium needs to be heard by the aggressor in order for the technique to work. Once applied the individual phantoms will rise from a shadow surface immediately upon succession of the technique.
The technique itself requires a single payment of 150 reiatsu to use and an additional payment of 150 to renew the phantims once tbey have been deatroyed.

Now looking at how this technique operates, there are a few requirements for the power to actually work. For example, a shadow surface must be present in order for the technique to work. Can't really use it when an entire room is pitch black or nothing to cast a shadow. Secondly, the technique won't work on those who are deaf obviously. Needs a sound based medium to br heard to effect the brain.
Thirdly, for those with 300 energy sensory can clearly see through it and those in possession of illusion resisted center can lower the amount by a 100 for each level in the skill. However, for those who are more keen to being analytical can fall prey easily because of their great focus on the technique, which in turn will increase the required amount to see throught it by 100 per each level in analysis or battle analysis.
And lastly is the obvious cost of reiatsu for usage and to reuse. The phantoms themselves are sensitive, so a direct physical blow to their bodies will case the phantoms to erode away. And the technique can't be reused until all the phantoms are gone. To add on, the techniques that the phantoms are capable of using are strictly the ones that the user knows.

In all the world who is an indivual's worst enemy, themselves of course. Which is why Dogma itself can be considered pretty tricky and dangerous to the mind when effected by it. Once casted a darkened silhouette of the victim will rise from their shadow to face off against them. An exact duplicate of the victim and will match them move per move like a mirror. This phantom can not mimic releases or their techniques.
This is by all means an illusion concocted by the visual medium cast by the user. Its presence emits the same reiatsu as the user due to the illusion's form is made up of reiatsu. Since the the phantom is an illusion itself, it would be more precise to say that the victim would be fighting against something that isn't really there despite their energy sensory noting that there is another presence.
How to use technique (How is it activated?):
The technique is simple to use since it only requires its call out phrase which is its technique name while making a single payment of 150 reiatsu until the phantom is destroyed. And an additional 100 reiatsu per post to maintain it.

Because the effect of the technique creates a phantom illusion means that the phantom itself is quite sensitive and possess a weak figure. Meaning that a single direct hit to its body will cause the phantom to fade away. So even if the phantom only requires a single payment of reiatsu, and no further offering, the user will need to pay again if the need to use the technique once again.
Other than the payment and weak constitution of the phantom, the only other requiremen that is needed is the sound medium required. This medium can be anything from the call out phrase to snapping of the finger, so the offender will need to hear it, so doesn't work on those who are deaf. Aside from that those that posses illusion resistance of the class as the user will only require a 2 in the skill while those below the users class will require a 3. This technique is considered a nonlethal technique and can not do harm onto others.

Technique Description and Effects: [This stepping technique allows the user to create a "stepping stone" in mid-air and use such stepping stones to run, jump, and/or step on. This technique does not use the air ground necessary but uses one's reiatsu gathered against the entire bottom of their feet, creating a circularly disc of visible reiatsu. This technique is meant to allow the user to essentially wall bounce and perform offensive and evasive maneuvers in mid-combat rather then wasting time with shunpo.]
How to use technique: [The user simply channels reiatsu around his feet instead of gathering spirit particles as what Shunpo or Sonido does.]
Drawback: [Unlike Shunpo, this stepping technique does not increase the speed of the user. It costs 75 reiatsu to use and 50 each post to maintain its activation. Reiatsu strength also determines how many times you can use the technique in a single activation. With a maximum of 400 reiatsu strength, one can perform 5 steps. The count is reduced by 1 by every 100 point difference from 400, a user with 0 reiatsu strength of course cannot use this technique at all.]
The famous "partial Shunpo" technique. This allows the user to initiate a single movement at Shunpo speed with one limb. This cannot be used without initiating the forward momentum. The user will need to move their arm the way they normally would before this technique can be activated. Momentum for this technique cannot be controlled. This means once the user initiates this technique, they cannot stop their limb from the movement.

Also stated above. Higher reiatsu cost than normal Shunpo. Limit is once per post. More stamina taxing than regular Shunpo.
The "exploding shunpo" technique, this allows the user, for three times the normal shunpo cost, to initiate a shunpo. This shunpo releases far more power, and therefore anywhere within a meter of the user will be hit with an explosive shockwave equivalent to the user's physical strength when the shunpo is used.

This technique creates a powerful rush of water starting from a point on the ground directly in front of the user. Water wells up from an unseen source, spreading out in a long pool in a line before the user, before rising up as an enormous wave, a wall of liquid between the user and the target. This technique is sent forward to slam into the intended victim, washing them away in a tidal wave that slams them into surfaces or simply blasts them away. After the technique ends, the water remains as a large pool with a radius of ten feet around the spot where it ended.
How to use technique:
To use this technique, the user chants the name of the technique as well as the incantation (optional) before pointing to a spot on the ground. The spot pointed at is the source for the water. Once the long puddle is created, the user raises their hands to create the wall, then pushes both hands forward in order to send the wave in the direction intended.

The traditional reiatsu cost of this technique is also its drawback.
Incantation and Effect:
The incantation doubles the size of the incoming tidal wave. ("A drop of water ripples across the ocean surface, a leviathan rises from his slumber. Go forth, depths of the sea, rise from your slumber to drown the land in your magnificent expanse; turn earth to sea, air to liquid, bring forth your deep embrace!")
It basically allows to freeze surfaces that the weapon stabs into, It works best on walls and the ground but it creeps at an average pace. However the amazing use of it's power is its ability to flash freeze water, and any one who would be in that source of water would find themselves hindered and stuck, not only immobile but also having their body heat being sucked out by the immense cold.
How to use technique:
Call out the technique and thrust your choice weapon into the surface to start the kidou.

If you're not careful you can end of slipping on the ice or if your in the water yourself you can flash freeze yourself into the ice as well. as well as reiastu cost.

The incantation allows this to be used on plant life as well as water. ("Birds, trees, humans, demons, and even angels. All must bow before the unrelenting might of the cold. All can die if their fingers are numbed to the bone. There is no escape from the heart of Winter!"
