Moving throughout the Rukongai was a typical patrol duty of the shinigami for certain divisions. Although this far out it was unusual for more than a single standard shinigami to arrive every few weeks. Sometimes they came out more frequently as even the lowly were treated similar to royalty when this far out into what obviously for them had to be scumville. Today though it was different and something that the citizens of the Seventy First district in the south didn’t quite understand. At the moment there were three shinigami walking throughout the streets asking questions and looking for someone or perhaps something. Why they were here though now none of them knew, as the typical gangs and criminals of the Rukongai weren’t very active due to the attacks that had left much of the Seventy Second through the Eightieth districts ruined.
