Description: These are the people are are always fiddling with something, tinkering with a new toy, and splurge all their money on the latest gadgets. You'll never see these people without an item in hand for every situation, and they seem to be better at using them than everyone else. Better still, they are such frequent customer's at Urahara's shop that they get the VIP treatment, and receive a discount on all items purchased. On the other hand, they tend to be reliant on items as they cannot match up to the raw power of others without them.
Advantage:
Rank 1: Can use items one class greater than their own, and items purchased are treated as one class cheaper.
Rank 2: Can use items two classes greater than their own, and items purchased are treated as two classes cheaper. +50 IP to all items they use.
Rank 3: Can use items two classes greater than their own, and items purchased are treated as two classes cheaper. +100 IP to all items they use.
Rank 4: Can use items two classes greater than their own, and items purchased are treated as three classes cheaper. +200 IP to all items they use.
Disadvantage: At all ranks once a technique is treated as Class 0, any additional Classes would increase the cost by 50% each.
Rank 1: Learning non-release techniques is harder and costs as much as if it were one class higher.
Rank 2: Learning non-release techniques is harder and costs as much as if it were two classes higher.
Rank 3: Learning non-release techniques is harder and costs as much as if it were two classes higher
Rank 4: Learning non-release techniques is harder and costs as much as if it were three classes higher.
Race Restrictions: Available to All Races except Hollows, Hason, Arrancar, and Quincy.
Initial Weapons: One Starting Weapon (i.e. one Zanpakutō, one Doll, etc.)
Type: Item Master V2

Advantage: At all ranks, can pay reiatsu to increase the IP of their items. The cost per post starts at 50 reiatsu for a class 7 item, and increases by 25 per class. It costs 75 reiatsu to power up a class 6 item, 100 for class 5, etc. The boost varies with rank. This applies to a single non-consumable item at a time, or a stack of consumables. As Item Power is not a stat, this does not count as a stat boost.

Description: These are the folks who have poured their entire being into utilizing items. Their dedication to the use of crafted gear has caused them to largely forego their racial abilities in exchange for being unparalleled in the usage of items. Additionally, they are talented not just in the usage of items, but in their creation. Truly, these individuals have dedicated almost everything to the pursuit of gear.
Advantage: At all ranks, can purchase any item at any time.
Rank 1: Receive 1 free SKP in the Crafting skill. Items purchased are treated as one class cheaper. +50 IP to all items they use.
Rank 2: Receive 2 free SKP in the Crafting skill. Items purchased are treated as two classes cheaper. +100 IP to all items they use.

Rank 4: Receive 4 free SKP in the Crafting skill. Items purchased are treated as three classes cheaper. +400 IP to all items they use.
Disadvantage: At all ranks, these characters are seen as untrustworthy with money. It leaves their hands so quickly, and they already have so many items. Why do they need that loan from the family bank? These characters are explicitly banned from being loaned or gifted money by any means, and must earn it through threads following standard rewards. The only exception is DM rewards. Additionally, all higher tier releases are locked out. No Bankai. No Segunda Etapa, and Primera Etapa is capped at being treated as class 3. No Fullbring Stage 2 or Secondary Fullbring. Mod Soul powers and Bakkoto are capped at class 3. Quincy only unlock the first three properties of their bow. Additionally once a technique is treated as Class 0, any additional Classes would increase the cost by 50% each.
