The Thirteenth Division
When your called to action, whether its working the senkaimon or aiding other squads give it your all. You never know just how important your part is until after the fact.
While you train make every effort to grow both in ability and skill. Even if your growth only amounts to only an inch, every bit of growth is important.
And lastly when you have time to yourself, do what brings you joy. Our lives may be longer than most but time still flies by us all. Personal joy and happiness are a paramount to being an effective member of both this squad and the Soul Society.

Squad 13 - Travel Operations
Squad 13. Most know us as simply those who manage the massive doors to and from the Soul Society. And to a point they aren't wrong. We manage those doors, determine where they open up to, as well as ensure those who travel on their own back from the World of the Living make it safely. However we are more than that also, albeit so easily forgotten we are a rapid response squad for those who need aid either in returning to the Soul Society or those needing reinforcements for the task at hand. Our goal is to accomplish these tasks with the utmost efficiency and be flexible enough to handle whatever comes our way. This way our fellow Shinigami can be at ease knowing there fellow squad has their back.

Squad Rules
1. Help each other out as needed. Each member of this squad is a family member to one another. As such when one of our own needs help, we need to be there to support them.
2. Be the best you can be. That's all we can ask from each member and guaranteed if you put in your best the rest of the squad will follow.
3. Reach out to those around you. This includes both other squads and those of other worlds. It's not always possible to help or find solutions in other than fighting but if we can they might just end up as better resolutions.
4. When you have to fight, hold nothing back. This is a show of respect to both those you fight and what you fight for. On top of this no family wants to lose a part of them, our squad is no different.
A personal word from the Captain
As stated those outside of our squad know us for our operations with the Senkaimon as well as our little excursions to aid other squads. What is not known however is that our squad is more than just a group of co-workers, we are family. Sometimes its dysfunctional and sometimes it's aggravating as our fellow members fight against one another. However at the end of the day there's no doubt that our squad is one of the best squads because of this. One's weakest link is the determination of overall strength for a group, so if we focus our efforts to bring everyone up to their best potential there can be no doubt in the strength of the squad as whole. This familial connection extends to both working with one another and during time away from work. If we cannot take care of our own we cannot function as a squad properly, we need to help ourselves before we can help the others.
