Moving on to where...[Social, R, Open]

[Alicia Maine]

The last time she was in a hospital, it didn't end well. The staff that was suppose to help treat her and care for her really used her state to have their way. A new member to their little harem. Their own funhouse where they chose what happens. Alicia was just another toy for them to play with to make their own sad existences all the more thrilling. But, what they didn't expect to happen was Alicia's own evolution. When one couldn't accept the reality that they were thrust into, they become broken and die. But, when one was capable of accepting it, they becoming something more. Obscene and horrid to the eyes, and to the world, but much more than they were before. Alicia was truly born in that time spent in madness.

It was all the more reason why Alicia felt at home in the hospital bed, and all the more antsy too. Wondering what will happen to her while spending her time laying on the cloud of white fluff. Her legs were still healing, including the wound along her chest and shoulders. Much of the bleeding had already ceased to flow as they were bandaged and stitched. Still there was the possibility that they could reopen again if she pushed herself too much. This much she could tell despite only looking through the light of her right eye. Even through that narrow view of hers, she could still see real well. And quite an ordeal to get use to.

What she did have to be happy about was the fact that she was able to move around a bit. Not too much for stretching, but at least enough to really find some comfort in her positioning. Still quite a pain to move though. Her human body wasn't one like that of the Bounts or the Shinigami. Quincies were still made of flesh and blood, and were more prone to being injured than they were. This was the difference between them and her. She had limits to her abilities and body wise. It was these limits that caused the woman to lose against that man, and her targets. But nonetheless, despite it being a technical loss; she still had fun with it all. The sense and rush that it provided was what Alicia loved. Especially the little treasure that the man provided for her.

Beyond that Alicia couldn't tell how long she was unconscious for. Days, weeks, it was all like a dream. Nostalgic somewhat to a degree. Alicia looked to the sunny day that lingered outside her window view. Birds singing and rumbling motors of the cars outside on the streets. The courtyard of the hospital resided outside her third story window, before leading to the gated border that led out to the streets. Karakura General Hospital wasn't anything fancy, and wasn't owned by the Vandenreich or it's allies. Just a regular hospital that happened to be closest to the where the woman fainted. Blood loss was the leading factor for her collapse. Without a strong will to keep her going, or a tolerance for the pain she suffered, it was only a matter of time before the combination of the two pushed the limits of her blood loss tolerance.

Alicia was able to take a long deserved rest after what had happened. With that of the Vandenreich, with Jyuria, with Luke, and her purpose, Alicia actually had an atmosphere, and environment to really think about it all. Isolated from the matters of the spiritual realm and those sensitive to it, she could really do some thinking about what she wanted for herself. And that was what she truly wanted to learn about; her true purpose. That was what was really causing her itch in the back of her mind. What to do what to do? Well, for starters, she could always break out of the hospital and just murder everyone else.

What to do what to do? She could either do that or just bite her time. Alicia spent this time laying on her back thinking it over and over again. Though really, it would be better to rest up and let her wounds heal for a bit. But it sucked a bit though, considering that she couldn't fulfill that itch she has been having. Unfortunately, she wasn't in a condition to do so either. Still, it didn't stop her from trying.

Karakura Hospital, any reasonably intelligent hollow knew that hospitals were the most plentiful place of all to find pluses wandering about. It allowed one an easy access to a food supply incapable of fighting back and unable to leave any noticeable print on the real world to alert others to any danger. Thus here the Adjuchas was, looking for an easy meal to remove his peckish appetite as the man sized hollow walked the hospitals many corridors in search of soul chains or just about anything capable of seeing him. Sure it was a bother to move out of the way of people walking past without a clue as to his existence and nigh unavoidable for his long tail not to knock something over from time to time in the confined hallways but those were the sacrifices he made to have himself an undisturbed meal.

Of course if some shinigami got clever and decided to guard the hospital he could always take a hostage or threaten to blow a large part of the building up with his cero although he'd prefer not to. As he made his walk around the many rooms however he caught the whiff of something, traces of reiatsu clogged up within one of the rooms from what he could tell. He halted for a moment as he noticed a very important detail, whoever was the owner of the reiatsu in question was dangerous. Yet he was curious and it was his bad habit to investigate things whenever they made him so until that curiosity was cured or if he nearly died because of it. 

Thus he sought those traces out, awful as he was at anything to do with detecting reiatsu it took him a while of wandering before he finally decided that he was at the correct door. Slowly he had it open with the creaking one would have expected of old people whenever they moved but in this case it was only the hinges in need of an oiling. Peeking inside with only his head it hung vertically from the door frame as his mask sprouted out these weird noises most people called words ''Why hellll~o there miss!'' his foolish self greeted the unknown danger sign in the shape of a person as his carapace armoured hand came into view to wave at the lady. ''Now how come someone like you is all broken and bent inside, hm? you seem strong enough to level the city if you wished it, makes even a lowly Adjuchas like mine self rather curious.''

Bird.... Another bird... Geez, anothe- nope, was the same bird. How the Hell do patients ever not go insane when sitting here doing nothing. It's just simply hysterical on how people believe that someone won't lose their minds facing such boredom. Her body was still a bit under the weather, as moving would cause her a great deal of pain, though not really keeping her down either. Her body was just tender at the moment. Before she didn't feel as such when she was in the hospital. The Asylum gave her a lot to think about, and to act upon. Never a dull moment when the Staff were always trying to rape you and stim you up with drugs. The days there soared like never before. The madness itself was simply relentless, which made time seem to just blur out of existence.

Here though, time was slow. The occasional check ups and feeding times were standard as they were periodically. Tiring more or less as the desire of wanting to escape seemed to be the best option. However, the Sternritter's Doctor had something to discuss with her, which made her a bit curious and inspired her to remain a bit longer. She felt compelled for the first time in a long while to do something, which made her feel a bit anxious as to what the news was about. At least, her newest visitor helped to occupy her attention until the time came. Though not much what she expected, to even believe that she would have a guest was a shocker given her reputation, but to see one of their kind here was entertaining.

A Hollow among all creatures to really venture into a Hospital. A Hospital that was nursing an injured Sternritter at that. Even with the lack of knowledge of her rank, Alicia's strength was unmistakable. Her white bangs showcased the bandaged left eye. The same bandage that narrowed her eye sight to that of her single right eye. Both of her arms were bandaged with traces of blood seeping through the multiple layers. Pretty much dried at this point in time, but still caused a bit of discomfort to move around. Both thighs were covered up with the same bandages as well, keeping her wounds well kept with the help of the stitches. Alicia was limited in terms of mobility, but for those who have actually experienced fighting the Ritter, she was far from being helpless.

"Hehehe, wouldn't you like to know?" Alicia giggled. The girl winced a bit when it came to sitting up, placing more effort into her abdomen and back muscles to help her push forward in this gesture. The girl's head hung loosely as her face was tilted when looking towards the Hollow. "Hehehe, I could be asking you the same thing, sweetie. But, I just hope you are not looking to eat anyone here hehehe.... Because, just to let you know.... they are mine." her lips curled at both ends as her grin widened, laughing behind sealed lips. "So, what brings a little Hollow like yourself here?" she referred to the question once more, though she probably already had the answer to the question already.

Still, it was better to insure that smaller beings knew whose hunting grounds they resided on while the larger beings were around. If the Adjuchas decided to claim an entity here, then it would be best for him to recognize what he was about to get himself into. Thinking about it all made it all the more exciting, especially when looking to kill some time waiting. Plus, moving around a little would help speed her recovery.

Well wasn't that the question of the ages, what was a hollow doing at a hospital? they both had to know of course so the question she asked was more the formality of small talk. As a hollow such a thing was as rare to get as a golden goose egg and Valentin would make sure to savour it, his peckish appetite be damned. ''Why-'' he said at pause as he let himself within the room and grabbing himself a chair to turn backwards to make room for his prehensile tail and seat himself down a respectable distance away as to not be too invasive as his purple eyes payed attention to then grin of hers. ''As much as i dislike the stereotype of hollows i cannot deny my guilt this time around. Yes indeed i was looking to find myself a snack, but hospital food?'' he jested, hoping it would be to her liking as he continued to flap the non existent gums of his mask.

''In all seriousness any thought of nabbing a soul from this place vanquished from my mind the instant i noticed your presence here, i am wise enough to know what borders not to cross albeit not wise enough to flee when i ought to evidently. Mayhaps a side effect of getting old i guess, i bet you have no idea how boring the life of a hollow is so i'll just say this, if you ever get the offer to visit Hueco Mundo asuming you never have of course, don't! we don't even have an adequate giftshop...'' he said with exaggerated depression in his tone, were he human he might even have squeezed out a tear just for extra effect.

Alicia found herself smiling. Why? Why not? The world they lived in was an unusual one. A weird one as she found herself talking to a Hollow. A.. HOLLOWWWWWWW. Well, it couldn't get any weirder than this. So, why not have some fun with the whole thing? "Heehee, I think I can top you off on that. Being part of a mad cultist group isn't all fun and games either. More or less some old people telling you what you can and can't do. Especially this one old guy who likes to dress himself all fancy to call himself Emperor." she cackled behind deem purely whites. Despite her appearance the Quincy was feeling a bit relief. The stranger things usually have that effect on the girl. Where logic should be taking over was no where to be seen from miles away. That was how Alicia rolled with her life, and pretty much with everything else. Madness was where Alicia reigned in.

If the Hollow was speaking about being stereotypical, then very much didn't want to explain a Quincy's duties when it came to Hollows. "That may be true though about where you Hollows come from, though it would be a good change of pace from what I've so far, hehehe." The woman was still in pain, quite a bit in fact. Though she had to admit to herself that she sort of missed the high that morphine and few more of the medications gave to her. Like a home away from home. Nostalgia struck heavily as the woman adjusted herself accordingly to make herself much more comfortable. Shortly lived when she felt like the Hollow was kissing ass. That brought out a deep pouty frown upon the bandaged face. Her crimson right eye narrowed a bit when her head turned to face Valentin.

Maybe it could have been something that she ate, or maybe the medication was just bad, but her stomach felt uneasy. Unsettling as more time went on from what she can recall. The Doctors did an analysis early before her awakening, studying any further symptoms or possible injuries that she may be suffering from. Only time will tell when the Doctor returned with her results as he stated before. Which meant that she could kill a bit more time with the Hollow before then. "Eh, you can eat if you want. I'm not going to stop you from doing that. Not one bit, so as long as you don't touch any of the people that I want." she said. The Sternritter always kept her eyes on people; on the liars and would-be-goodie-two-shoes. She always had an eye on them. Always. That had never changed ever since she left the Asylum that day.

Wait a second. She just had a thought, a way to better kill time, and make things a bit more fun. "You know what, since I'm stuck here, and you're bored and hungry, how about we play a little game shall we?" Alicia giggled innocently. But for those that knew her, who have encountered her, know better when this girl talked about "a good time" meant something entirely different. Something she always wanted to do as the memorial of her joining the Vandenreich was soon to come. Very soon. So why not make it a day to remember for all?

Hearing Alicia's own little kooky story the hollow was forced to admit his loss in this regard, Hueco Mundo was boring to shit but at least Valentin wasn't forced to obey no one. Las Noches held no grasp over him. ''Yeah that sounds like a load of horse shit to be sure, sure is great not to have any restraints like that hanging over me. And Emperor huh? Sounds similar to that dirtface shinigami Kouhai all the Arrancar are jerking off to.'' he said crudely, not at all big on the idea of authority pushing him around. It might have been his hollow nature talking though, the idea of someone who wasn't even the prime specimen of his species getting to decide and rule over hollowkind just sat ill with him.

He noted something he had said had sat ill with her which was a little worrisome but he couldn't let let whatever that little mishap was ruin the fun two two of them were having. When she had spoken of a change of pace though Valentin was quick to note too much freedom wasn't all that great either ''I dunno, sure we've got an endless beach of fine sand but what's the point when there's no sunlight. Perhaps that's why the whole bunch of us are so deathly pale? nah, improbable.'' he jested as his smile grew wider after hearing Alicia giving him permission to do as he had intended prior, but let's leave that for later he had decided.

''Then perhaps i'll do so later, for now your company is far more intriguing than sating my endless hunger. It doesn't really go away anyhow, it's why we're called hollow to begin with, always hungry no matter how much we stuff ourselves.'' he said with a tone that let on his dislike over having been and still being in a constant state of starving that just would not go away. What the girl said next though was intriguing and in response Valentin opened his clawed hand as a layer of green reiatsu began to flow around it, a familiar sign to most that the Adjuchas was capable of creating a healing aura.

''A game sounds good, but you don't really need to remain stuck for us to play it however, turns out you're in quite the bit luck actually since i very likely am the only hollow around to ever bother learning the healing arts. Howsabout it, willing to trust a flesh eating monster to patch you up better than any of the quacks around here are capable of?'' he asked her curiously as his arms hung over the back support of the chair, his hands dangling with the light green glow dancing around his palms. It was incredibly rare for anyone to take Valentin up on his offer, most were justifiably suspicious that the healing light could just as well be a lethal poison slipping into the body.

Alicia had already her own little issues taken cared of. Though nice as it was to accept the offer given to her, there was an issue with it altogether. As nuts as she was she still acknowledged the do's and don'ts about Quincy and Hollow interaction. That was one of the first lessons that the Vandenreich taught the Quincy when entering the cult. Simple rules to follow as making contact with them would hurt immensely. It would hurt her immensely. Not that she knew by how much would it hurt, just assumed that it was going to hurt, like a lot. So, the Sternritter didn't want to take the risk of finding out a painful fact. But, just before inputting her rules as to what their little game the Doctor returned. He seemed puzzled, old lookin' with strands of gray hair lining mixed in with all the black natural. White coat and all help to distinguish him as one if there was anything else.

Naturally, he didn't scream or throw a girly fit with Valentin's appearance. That was mostly due to the fact that he wasn't spiritually aware. Good thing for that since he wouldn't have to deal with all the other worldly crap that they had to suffer. Ms. Maine, was it? I have some good news, and some bad news. So I believe it will be better to just go through the worst before moving on to the good." Sheesh, talk about nerve wracking. Pft, yeah right. Alicia was use to "bad news." It made things much more exciting that way rather than having good news. The worst the better it was for her. She smiled as she thought about the whole thing while keeping an eye on the Hollow visitor.

"So it will seem based on your x-rays that you have suffered numerous lacerations in the deep muscle regions of your legs and chest regions. This does include two broken ribs, a concussion, and a broken leg. These will heal over time, yet your left eye I'm afraid to say is not so fortunate." Well, she didn't really need a Doctor to tell her this much as she was there to bare witness to it all. As for her left eye, she had done that herself because one of Luke's toys wanted it. As a result, she just decided to give it to him as a gift. So there was that an all. Alicia just simply laughed as the Doctor saw it as something traumatic and painful, and the girl saw it as a joke. That was the hilarious part. So then, what was the supposively good news.

"Aside from the injuries, there is some, in fact, good news. Yet, it may depend on whether or not you see it as good news. In my opinion, I believe it to be thrilling news." Okay, come on, out with it. "With that time that I mentioned before, if you continue to rest then you should be able to fully recover without issues. This is especially well considering you will be healthy enough for your baby." Baby? What baby? "What did you just say?" The girl was shocked. Even with only one eye it was clear as day like it was outside. "Well, yes Ms. Maine. You are pregnant. And based on what I have here you are about.... a month long already." She has a child, and a month along. "It would seem that most of the effects of pregnancy didn't show due to being in the coma. I can go and assist you with the condition that the baby is in, which is doing well, but I just want to be certain that-" the man fell silent, seeing in the reflection of his eyes of what he saw on the girl's face was both shock, horror, and a smile.

Even he didn't know what to make of the situation or how to approach it, thus, it resulted in the following, "I will...give you some time to process this. So, do call the Nurses if you require anything. I should be along in an hour or so." He said so before making his way out. As he did, Alicia came to cackle. A cackle that even she wasn't aware of. What must have been going through her head at the moment even she didn't know. It was just one thing after another. A baby? How the Hell was she going to handle something like that? Fights and broken limbs she could handle. Listening to boring lectures in the Vandenreich halls was one thing, but having another life inside her was a completely different ball field. Alicia could only wonder if this was what her parents felt when they found about she was about to be born. Could possible be the reason why they were the way that they were.

"Hehe....hehehehehehe..Ha..HHHAHAAHAAA!" she laughed. She laughed hard enough to cause her ribs to hurt once more. "Hey.. she brought started, swaying her head back towards Valentin, ".. I think our game is gonna real fun. We just need a few things, and a couple more people." She looked around, seeing that the peaceful hospital would not do. As good as it was, it wasn't the place that was needed. It wouldn't be memorable as it needed to be. For that reason, the location had to be changed. "I would say, a couple more people, and a few more on top of them. But these guys have to be "special." And I do mean, spiritual special. How about it?"
