"I'll intensify training our officers to be able to carry out those instructions and judge the situation then. Might have to rough a few of them up a bit, but I'll make sure nothing serious." The Kasumi’Oji captains smiled. “Good. The more rigorous the training, the more prepared they’ll be in the future.” "Squad Seven. I've always considered it to be the greatest and most powerful squad in Soul Society. If our officers have to fight with this handicap, it'll prove it." Himitsu nodded his head in agreement. He enjoyed seeing that reborn enthusiasm that swept Kaen.
“In your search for instructors, focus primarily on weapons experts like swordsman. I can lead a bakudo seminar once a week, and if you can find time to do the same on how to capture opponents using hand-to-hand combat, that would be idea. If we can provide most of the training ourselves, that’d be ideal for strengthening the spirit of the squad.” Himitsu hoped to revive the pride and moral of Squad 7 that once thrived under Enma, and the best way to do that was to build faith in their leadership once more. He’d have to play a more hands-on role of training his subordinates.
”Well. Thank you Himitsu-taichou." Himitsu never was one for honorifics, but he hesitated before deciding to accept it in this case. "Will there be anything else?" “No thank you, Kaen. I think I’ve given you enough to do already, haha. If you’re not sure how to proceed with any of those projects, please let me know if there’s anything I can help you with. Otherwise, take care and good luck. I look forward to working with you.”
