-Basic Information-
Name: [Remielle]
Age of Death: [28]
Real Age/Age of Appearance: [628/30]
Birthday (Month/Day): [July 7th]
Blood Type: [A-]
RP Sample (Optional): [See Gail Belrose’s Posts]
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
-Appearance-
Height/Weight: [7’3” and 600lbs at base form. 72 feet tall and 10,000 pounds as a Gillian. 9’ 5” and 680 pounds as an Adjuchas. 6’0” and 160 pounds as a Vasto Lorde. ]
Physical Description:
At her base form, Remielle is not all that unique or impressive. Her skin is a mix of red and black, with traces of yellow and orange here and there. Overall, her body looks a bit like you combined a really angry lizard with a mole. Features of note are a good number of black spikes along the neck and tail. Also of note is that she does actually have a tail, and it’s quite a bit wider than her other limbs. Though it is not able to be used as well as a hand, it can be used to hang from things or as a third leg. Though the base form isn’t inherently terrifying to a trained Shinigami, she looks close enough to some kind of dinosaur that even people who don’t know what a Hollow is would probably be wise to run.
{Base Form}
Remielle’s transformation into a Gillian leaves her looking vastly different, as it is the first of her forms that truly reveals her unique powers. At the first form of the Menos Grande stage, this hollow appears to be a larger than life avatar of death. Her towering form seems to almost be wrapped in a robe, but in truth it just her skin. Black wings erupt from her back, and a smaller pair from her head, but they are too small to actually allow flight. Though it is a step in the direction that her later forms will take, this Angel of Death is still unrefined. Regardless, she is massive enough to easily crush weak foes underfoot.
{Gillian}
As an Adjuchas, this hollow takes both a step forwards and a step backwards. Her skin and body has become nearly pure white, and her size has drastically decreased. In this form, Remielle is a monstrous Cherub. Her face a mask often coated in blood, but aside from that her body has become far closer to human. Though the other forms were monsters in their own right, the very existence of Cherub Remielle evokes terror in those who are not stalwart warriors. It is clear from the poise and grace of this new form that it is suited to nothing but combat.
What makes this form especially terrifying is not the humanlike part of the form, but rather the things that are so clearly inhuman. It is more obvious now than ever, within this pure white body that her eyes are inhuman. From beneath the pure white mask of a face, black sclera and yellow irises stare out at prey. Even more so than that is the four angelic wings. They simply look out of place on a being that is so clearly monstrous. They are quite clearly wings that should be divine, but attached to the body of a monster it is clear that unholy forces are at work. With her reduced size, and four wings, she is now able to fly freely at her normal speed.
{Adjuchas}
Vasto Lorde. It is a level of power that exceeds that of even the average Captain of the Gotei 13. This form makes it clear. Remielle has finally shown the truth of who she is: a Fallen Angel. Her skin is pale and grey, with nearly all traces of whiteness gone. Her wings have become only two, but their former angelic appearance is gone. These are the wings of a demon. Black as night and aglow with her purple reiatsu. These wings themselves appear to already be dead; fitting for an agent of death itself. But that is not all that has changed.
Remielle has shrunk to her smallest size ever. At a “mere” six feet all, she is no larger than some humans, disregarding her wings of course. Her body is less obviously that of a monster in one way, but more so in others. In her Vasto Lorde form, no one will look at Remielle and think “oh god it’s gonna eat me.” Instead, they will gaze upon her and simply know they cannot stop her. This form is akin to Lucifer showing up as an attractive man in a suit. The form shouldn’t scare you that much, but you know it takes no more than a thought to end your existence. That is the feeling evoked by Vasto Lorde.
Her actual body is actually rather shapely, and those who can get passed the undead raven wings and aura of death emanating from her may actually find her attractive. Her bare flesh is covered by naught but a strapless brassiere that never seems to even hint at moving, and a pair of vambraces. Her lower half however, is home to flowing purple robes that leave everything to the imagination. That is the first real sign of her true calling as a Paladin. But though she may be a Paladin in her heat, in truth she is still a monster. A Vasto Lorde.

-Personality-
Dislikes:
1)Atheists: ”Heathens will learn their place.” It doesn’t really matter who or what you believe in. The Raven Queen is part of a vast pantheon. Many peoples worship many different Gods, but all those with a greater purpose serve some greater power. You need not even acknowledge the existence of the Raven Queen, for she goes by many names. But if you fear no god, you earn the wrath of Remielle.
2)Ignorance: ”Those who do not seek knowledge seek death.” The second greatest sin in Remielle’s eyes is ignorance. Knowledge is the source of power, and despite the reduced intellectual capabilities granted by her early evolutions, even then she retains a respect for knowledge. Those who do not are not even worthy of being considered sentient.
3)Shinigami: ”They claim to be gods of death, but they are nothing but impostors.” There are those who call themselves Shinigami, the gods of death. They are nothing. The Raven Queen is the Goddess of Death, and she is the one and only. Any who claim her duties as their own are nothing but heretics if they do so without her blessing. The fact that they attempt to kill Remielle is wholly irrelevant.
4)Being a Hollow: ”There is no greater disgrace than to lose control of oneself.” As a being that places a great value on intelligence, honor, and their religion, there is no higher punishment than to become a mindless killing machine and lose themselves to the hunt. The reaping of souls is the job of the Raven Queen. To meddle in her world and claim lives before they are due is heresy.
5)Soul Society: ”That place is not Heaven. It is no more than purgatory. A world where the Raven Queen cannot judge the souls of the departed.” To Remielle, Soul Society is an abomination. It is an entire world where the Raven Queen clearly has no power. How such a world can exist is beyond her, but the goddess of death clearly has no power there. The very thought of a world where the souls of the dead are immune from her reach is beyond infuriating.
Likes:
1)The Raven Queen: ”My entire purpose in life, and death, is to serve the Raven Queen.” Before her death, Remielle was a devout follower of the Raven Queen. Though her following was more of a cult than anything else, the Raven Queen is as real to Remielle as Yahweh is to a Jew or Christian. It is more than a like. This is a true love.
2)Religiosity: ”Those who fear a god do so for good reason.” As the corollary to her dislike of Atheism, Remielle has a fondness for those who follow a deity of some form. It matters not who it is, but those who understand the danger of invoking a deity’s wrath are wise in Remielle’s book.
3)Machiavelli: ”There are many great minds that have born throughout the ages. Of those who wrote on war, Machiavelli stands alone at the top.” Some theorists on war advocate foolish notions like following the flow of the Earth’s energy. Machiavelli knows the truth. What wins wars is overwhelming power and evil. He didn’t shy away from acknowledging the darkness within man, and recommending that it be exploited for personal gain.
4)Soldiers: ”Those who are honor bound to their duty can be trusted.” In a world of chaos and violence, little is more certain than the motives of a soldier. They exist to kill or be killed. That predictability is often refreshing.
5)Smiths: ”Little in the world is more useful than a smith.” No, she’s not referring to the Bob Smiths of the world. Remielle has a fondness for any who can forge armor or weapons that aid in the duties of a soldier.
Flaws:
1) Devout: ”No, the Raven Queen meant for this to happen. We should not attempt to alter it.” Sometimes, obvious logical reasoning simply eludes Remielle. Instead, she believes that the fate at hand, or the conclusion that her gut reaches , is the will of the Raven Queen. If that happens, there is simply no arguing with her.
2) Consciousness Gap: ”The last thing I remember is… Agincourt?” After being eaten by a Hollow in the 15th century, Remielle’s consciousness did not emerge as dominant until modern times. There is an absolutely massive gap in her awareness as far as basic things like technological advances go. Some random bits may come to her via the minds of the other absorbed souls, but there’s plenty missing.
3) Sucker for Delicacies: ”Food can be this tasty? I never knew!” One of the things that Remielle missed growing up was anything luxurious. It doesn’t really matter what it is. If you offer her something that couldn’t be obtained by a peasant in the Middle Ages, then you have her attention.
4) Confused by the Modern Age: ”What is that box? BURN THE WITCH!” Given that Remielle wasn’t the dominant consciousness for the last 600 years or so, she is often amazed by modern technology. On the other hand, she just kinda assumes you are a witch for having a cell phone, and might try to kill you for it.
Habits:
1)Raven Queen: ”Praise be unto Malsera!” It doesn’t really matter what the scenario is. Remielle will find some way to drag discussion of the Raven Queen into it. It also doesn’t really matter if anyone else has any clue what Remielle is talking about. The Raven Queen is always relevant.
2)Hunting: ”This new form of mine… it craves SOULS!” Though Remielle is rather new to being a hollow, that doesn’t mean she has any less hunger than the average hollow. That means that hunting is a near-daily necessity. Even beyond the base desires, there is a second reason. Remielle wants to be stronger to better serve the Raven Queen.
3)Nuremberg Defense: ”All I am is a soldier following orders. My orders just happen to come from on high.” Whether it is true or not hardly matters. In Remielle’s world, everything she does is an order, or a perceived one at least, from a higher power. Okay, well not everything, but her general defense for her actions is “my goddess said so!”
4)Judgment: ”Guilty as thou are, there is no hope for redemption.”[/font] Be it during combat, conversation, or before consuming a soul, Remielle will pass judgment on them. Those who are unfit shall be sent to the realm of the Raven Queen. Those who are worthy will be spared.
Fears:
Quite simply, there is nothing that Remielle fears aside from failing the Raven Queen. In her last years of life, and thus her last years of conscious thought, there was nothing in her heart but her servitude to her goddess. The fear of letting down her goddess is her driving force. She does not kill for the purpose of killing, but because she is an agent of the goddess of death. More souls to judge means that she grows more powerful. She does not fear death, for she worships the mistress of death. When one does not fear death, there is nothing to fear but disappointing the one who lords over death.
Goals:
1)Please the Raven Queen: ”All I do is for her glory.” Whether the Raven Queen is actually real or not matters not to Remielle. In her world, all she does is to please her goddess.
2)Become an Arrancar: ”The other voices must be silenced. Her voice is all I need.” Some seek strength for the sake of strength, and others for the sake of some ultimate goal. Remielle seeks the strength of the ultimate form of a Hollow for the purpose of gaining true mastery over the voices in her head. She believes that if she evolves, all the other voices will be silenced.
Alignment: [True Neutral]
Overall Personality:
What can be said about Remielle that isn’t just “she’s a paladin?” Quite a bit as it turns out, but let’s just nail that one down first. The core of Remielle’s identity is that she is a devout Paladin. In her mind, that is the primary facet of her existence. She exists to serve the Raven Queen, even in her death. So what exactly does this mean? The first layer of that is simply that stereotypical idea of a paladin. She’s a bible bashing, goddess loving, single-minded hollow. That said though, she does lack the distinct “lawful good” requirement of your typical paladin. As such, she is far more open to lawlessness and chaos. Perhaps she is more of a cleric in that regard?
Beyond that, the other major trait that survived her transformation into a Hollow was the mindset of a soldier. When not in a complete bloodlust, which does happen at the lower classes, she is a fairly level-headed individual. After the hardship endured in her human life, there simply isn’t all that much that can faze her. She’s seen pretty much everyone she loved ripped away from her, and she’s seen the horrors of war. After things like that, there just isn’t that much out there you can show her that would make her squirm.
On the battlefield, Remielle is sharp-witted and calm. Her decisions are carefully calculated, and tend to be rather emotionless. Her Goddess sees glory in combat, but values the life of her only Paladin as well. This means that while she sees herself as a defender of others, she also knows not to throw her life away needlessly. She also tends to see her opponents almost more as objects than other people. Cries for mercy are ignored, as that is a plea that should be made to her goddess, not to Remielle. On the other end, friendship is hard for Remielle, though mutual respect is easy for others to get with her.
Outside of combat and her religion, Remielle is fascinated by all the changes in the world that have occurred over the last 600 years. Things like electricity, hip-hop, and cars can leave her awestruck. Though her personality is the dominant one within the writing mass of souls that makes up this Hollow, she will occasionally have a fragment of another’s memory seep in. This can lead to her understanding a more modern concept despite having never seen it, or she could easily have a false memory as it was someone else who experienced it. Of course, as she grows stronger, and becomes more solidly dominant, that quirk fades.

-Powers-
Fighting Style: [Remielle is a defensive fighter at their core. Remielle is the type that will sit back and wait for you to make a mistake for several reasons. First and foremost, their arsenal lacks the direct offensive power of others of their race. While most hollows are all like “rawr, I’mma eat your face,” that is very much less the case with Remielle. Instead, they are cautious, and will wait for a clear opening before acting. Remielle finds it far easier to defend against attacks and wait for that critical juncture in a fight where they can easily score a hit.
Surely this is odd for a hollow, but not nearly as odd as the fact that Remielle will actively defend other hollows. See, Remielle is rather strange in that they understand that numbers are actively advantageous. If they hunt with a pack, they are all more likely to get a meal. Crazy right? Of course, this instinct is fairly weak at first, due to the bestial nature of hollows, but this realization just grows and grows as time goes on. Nonetheless, even at an early form of evolution, Remielle may be observed countering an attack that would maim or kill another Hollow.
A good part of this is owed to Remielle’s powers. Because of the defensive and healing nature of Remielle’s powers, she has little to fear when it comes to defending against average attacks. A swing of the sword or the strike of a fist is not a cause for concern for the chosen agent of the Raven Queen. No, to intervene in the death of those who do not deserve it is Remielle’s calling in life. It would be sacrilege to even consider letting someone die without good reason. However, Remielle is more than a simple chosen one.
Remielle is a Paladin of the Raven Queen. That means that, though again it is odd for a hollow, they actually fight with a sense of honor. If an opponent puts up a good fight, Remielle will not eat them simply because their guard is down. No, they will wait until their opponent is truly and completely beaten to eat their soul. Sometimes this can be a critical weakness that opens Remielle up to the potential for counterattack, but nothing can be done about that. After all, Remielle is no mere hollow. They are the chosen agent of their goddess, and they damn well better fight like it!]
Overall Ability: Remielle’s unique ability stems from her last years on Earth. Even in death, she serves the Raven Queen as her Paladin. This means that there are two major facets to her powers. First, there are generic Paladin type abilities, and secondly there are the abilities unique to a Paladin of the Raven Queen. Generic Paladin type abilities are pretty self-explanatory, but just to be safe, here’s the kind of stuff that Paladins do. Generally speaking, Paladins are front-line holy warriors. They fight in heavy armor with shields and one-handed weapons, but are also capable healers. Oftentimes Paladins have special abilities to deal with demons, the undead, and evil in all forms. There is plenty more to them, but that serves as a general introduction.
The Raven Queen’s Paladin is not quite as limited however. Malsera, the Raven Queen, is the goddess of Death, Fate, and Winter. This widens the aspects of power that Remielle can tap into by calling forth blessings from the Raven Queen. However, as these are not the primary aspects of a Paladin’s power, these are slightly more limited in scope. This is especially true for Fate and Winter, which are the minor aspects of the Raven Queen when compared to Death. Nonethless, Remielle can seek boons from her Goddess that involve these concepts. Mechanically speaking, “the goddess” does not exist, and this is just the more minor flavor of Remielle’s powers for the most part.
Techniques:
{Escudo Divino}Technique Name: [Escudo Divino (Divine Shield)]
Class: [7-1]
Technique Element: [Holy]
Technique Description and Effects: A hovering shield of reiatsu is formed at any point within one foot of Remielle. By default, this is a defensive barrier with strength equal to her highest spiritual stat, and it can be used at any class up to the highest class of non-release technique that Remielle would be able to learn at that point in time. Whatever class it is used at determines the class for clashes. The shields are free-floating, but can be freely attached to any part of Remielle’s body. Shields are always limited to no larger than her own size.
Class 7-5: Only two shields can exist at once. Shields move at 200 speed, and must be consciously willed to move. Four post duration. Shields shatter when hit with force equal to at least 75% of her strongest spiritual stat.
Class 4-3: Four shields can exist at once. Shields now move at 400 speed, and last for six posts. Shields shatter when hit with force at least one point superior to her strongest spiritual stat.
Class 2-1: Eight shields can exist at once. In addition to the earlier boons, the shields will now automatically attempt to block attacks that would hit Remielle or a chosen ally. They react as if they had her sensory stats, but do not benefit from any buffs or other techniques. Lastly, 25% superiority is required to break these shields.
How to use technique: Divine Shield is initiated by a brief cero-like charging process where an orb of reiatsu is formed. Instead of shooting out, the orb flattens itself out into the shape of a shield.
Technique Drawbacks: None at class 7-5 or 4-3 version beyond reiatsu cost. Class 2-1 version causes Remielle to suffer a 50% penalty to instinct when attempt to defend herself or another with any method other than Divine Shield, so long as at least one shield is active. This tends to mean that if someone uses an incredibly strong attack that she cannot block with Divine Shields, then she is put at a huge disadvantage and will likely not escape harm.

{Armadura de la Reina Cuervo}Technique Name: [Armadura de la Reina Cuervo (Armor of the Raven Queen)]
Class: [7-1]
Technique Element: [Holy]
Technique Description and Effects: When activated, black feathers erupt out from Remielle’s skin, and her wings turn black if they are not already. These black feathers form a plate mail like structure around her entire body, except even her mask. Obviously the appearance varies based on her stage of evolution. The feathers comprising this armor have a durability equal to spiritual steel.
How to use technique: Coat your entire body in reiatsu and compress it until it hardens into the armored feathers.
Technique Drawbacks: Incredibly short duration. The technique only lasts three posts before it must be refreshed, which makes it MASSIVELY expensive to maintain at higher classes. Additionally, higher classes do nothing but increase the class of the technique for clashes. And though spiritual steel is strong against getting oneshot, it can still be easily worn down with simple superiority.

{Imposición de Manos}Technique Name: [Imposición de Manos (Lay on Hands)]
Class: [3]
Technique Element: [Holy/Healing]
Technique Description and Effects: Unlike many others, this technique does not have any variability in it. There is a single, static effect. Beginning immediately, and lasting for five more posts after, the target gains High Speed Regeneration equivalent to that of an Arrancar with 400 Healing Expertise, however they also gain all the effects of being healed by normal Healing Expertise healing at whatever amount Remielle has. At 400 this only includes "extracting poison from oneself over a series of posts." from Section 7 of the rules. Per the drawback of this technique, she cannot cure poison with any method other than this technique.
How to use technique: Physically touch the target.
Technique Drawbacks: The technique only lasts six posts including the one it is cast on. Require 400 healing expertise, but negates all the other benefits of healing expertise outside of using this technique. However, it also allows her to put 400 points into Healing Expertise without requiring a healing focused release, instead allowing this as the ONLY healing technique she can use her healing expertise for. It is merely the requirement for this ability. It also cannot heal damage to major organs, just the same as normal HSR.

{Juicio}Technique Name: [Juicio(Judgment)]
Class: [5-1]
Technique Element: [Radiant]
Technique Description and Effects: This technique causes a bolt of radiant energy to fall down from the heavens. It’s a pretty generic energy attack, except that it comes down from the sky instead of being launched from the caster. Size, speed, and power scale about the same as a Cero, but it does get bigger at higher classes. Assuming 700 spiritual pressure (rank 2 soldier max), a class 5 Judgment would be only large enough to take out a couple normal humans at best, though debris from the blast impacting the ground might injure others. Class 3 would be the kind of thing that would take out a small house. Class 1 is where we get truly massive. This is the kind of attack that could drop large buildings to the ground (though probably not the biggest skyscrapers), punch a hole in an aircraft carrier, or engulf an Oozaru from DBZ.
How to use technique: Point a hand at the target and release reiatsu into the air. After a short delay (same as a Cero charging) the attack fires from the sky.
Technique Drawbacks: Cannot be used indoors without blowing through the roof and any floors above the target first, which usually ends poorly.

{Bendición de Poderío}Technique Name: [Bendición de Poderío (Blessing of Might)]
Class: [5, 3]
Technique Element: [Radiant]
Technique Description and Effects: While Paladins are not necessarily physically strong, they do still have the ability to strike thunderous blows upon their enemies. That is accomplished through Bendición de Poderío. When activated, the user either touches an object or instead chooses their own fist to be blessed. At will, the touched object can instantly explode with impact strength equal to the caster’s strongest attack stat. To be clear, this strike does physical damage as if they had been punched with strength equal that highest attack stat. The Class 5 version lasts for a single use, with a maximum duration of six posts before it wears off on its own. The class 3 version simply lasts for four posts, and does not fade when used.
How to use technique: Either place a hand on an object, or focus on your fist, and pour reiatsu into it.
Technique Drawbacks: The attack has no inherent range, and must be prepared in advance. Since it takes a moment to prepare this spell, it cannot be used instantly as a defensive measure. Furthermore, this cannot be used for any advanced feats of strength such as air blasts. Repeated usage of this technique ends poorly for whomever is using it. After three impacts, there is severe bruising on the hand benefiting from the technique, five impacts has hairline fractures in the hand, seven has major fractures in the hand and minor fractures all the way up the arm, and ten impacts will completely shatter the arm using the technique. It should be noted that this applies only to melee usages, because the damage is caused by recoil from striking so much harder than the body normally can. This also assumes that Blessing of Might is giving the target impact strength higher than it naturally has.

{Suelo Sagrado}Technique Name: [Suelo Sagrado (Holy Ground)]
Class: [6, 4, 2]
Technique Element: [Holy]
Technique Description and Effects: This technique sanctifies a large area of ground beneath Remielle, causing it to pulse with a runic design in the color of her reiatsu. At class 6 it is a raidus of 25 meters. At class 4 it is 50 meters, and class 2 is 100 meters in radius.
Holy Ground has three distinct effects, each being added with a higher classed version of the technique. At class 6, it creates an aura of inspiration, allowing Remielle to act as though she has one rank in the charisma/leadership skill. This is increased to rank 2 with the class 4 version, and rank 3 with the class 2 version. This effect only works while both Remielle and the target she is attempting to be leadery/charismatic towards are on Holy Ground.
At class 4, Holy Ground actively repels enemies, forcing them backwards with a force equal to Remielle’s highest spiritual stat. Having physical strength a single point greater than this value allows the effect to be ignored, but movement will still be slowed by the force. (This is flavor, not an actual speed stat reduction.)Having ANY attack stat 50% higher than the power of Holy Ground will allow the effect to be completely ignored. Additionally, two classes of superiority allow the effect to be ignored regardless.
The Class 2 version applies the same effects to attacks launched into, or within, the Holy Ground. They must make their attack first against the Holy Ground’s class and power. Only if they beat that by an overwhelming margin will the attack continue. This is defined as either one class superiority and 25% higher attack stat, equal class and 50% higher attack stat, or a lower class and double the attack stat. Obviously, Class 0 attacks win by default. In cases of a near tie, the attack will destroy a chunk of Holy Ground, likely allowing further attacks to penetrate the Holy Ground completely. If it is an overwhelming victory for Holy Ground, the attack has no effect.
How to use technique: Pour reiatsu into the ground around you and offer a prayer to the Raven Queen.
Technique Drawbacks: Lasts 8/6/4 posts at class 6/4/2. All effects only work within the defined area, meaning that Ramielle cannot move far if she wishes to continue benefitting from their effects. It also does not stop melee or point blank ranged attacks, nor does it stop anything that is not an attack. Nothing stops someone from just walking up and chokeholding Remielle, nor does it stop anything that is simply too close to be stopped. Specifically, that means that it takes 20 meters to fully stop and repel an attack, so you can actually get away with ranged combat as long as you aren’t trying to snipe Remielle. It also just flat out loses to things like Shoji Cero and Soukahou since they never end and will eventually defeat the Holy Ground. This takes up a long-term modifier slot per each unique usage of the technique. If Remielle temporarily leaves and re-enters the Holy Ground it still counts as one use assuming the duration of the technique has not expired.

{Cruzada Justos}Technique Name: [Cruzada Justos (Righteous Crusade)]
Class: [6, 4, 2]
Technique Element: [Holy]
Technique Description and Effects: As natural leaders, Paladins are able to whip others into a frenzy and let them attack without fear, pause, or concern for their well-being. At class 6/4/2 this creates an aura 25/50/100 meters in radius that effects all allies. While within the aura, allies gain 1/2/3 ranks of one of the following skills, based on their personality (player’s choice): Lack of Fear, Strength of Will, or Pain Tolerance. The aura lasts for 4/6/10 posts. This aura does affect Remielle as well, and she too can choose which skill she receives.
How to use technique: Continuously outpour a large quantity of reiatsu into the area around you, causing the area of effect to glow with your energy.
Technique Drawbacks: Ranks granted by this technique do not stack with any other source. Ranks granted by this technique cannot exceed the maximum rank that someone could normally have at their ranking. It also costs a ton of reiatsu just to let people think they can keep fighting, and doesn’t actually aid them in any physical sense. All it does it let them keep fighting if they are being a wuss. Lastly, Remielle must actually say something inspirational in every post, or the aura will be ineffective until she says something inspirational again. Beyond that, all targets affected by this technique have one of their long term modification slots used up. Moving out of range of the aura and then back in still counts as a single long-term modification.

{La Mirada de la Reina Cuervo}Technique Name: [La Mirada de la Reina Cuervo (Gaze of the Raven Queen)]
Class: [8]
Technique Element: [Divine]
Technique Description and Effects: Without a doubt, this is the single weakest technique that Remielle has. It is no more than a cantrip. With this technique, at will, she can ignite her eyes with reiatsu. It does nothing at all to aid her directly. Anyone else who looks at her while this technique is active will simply get a feeling that Remielle has a connection to something more powerful than herself. Of course, since this is a cantrip, that feeling can be easily ignored, and instantly fades the second this technique ends or their eyes look anywhere else at all.
How to use technique: Flex some reiatsu over the eyes.
Technique Drawbacks: Takes up a technique slot for making her eyes look cool. Totally for flavor.

{Sentido Muerto}Technique Name: [Sentido Muerto(Sense Dead)]
Class: [6]
Technique Element: [Death]
Technique Description and Effects: One of the more generic Paladin abilities, but a powerful one nonetheless, Sentido Muerto allows Remielle to detect anyone who is not alive within 100 meters. For clarity, this means it does not work on humans, quincy or mod souls, but works on hollows, arrancar, hellspawn of all kinds, and any races from Soul Society. As for Nakkabaki, they will always be detected because of their demonic limb. This ability will reveal their location, alignment, and whether or not they have hostile intent.
How to use technique: Focus on the world around you in an attempt to seek out those who need the Raven Queen’s judgment.
Technique Drawbacks: There is no duration. It lasts the post it is used, and must be recast immediately afterwards if it wants to be sustained. It also cannot be maintained in the midst of combat without leaving yourself open due to the concentration involved.

-History-
Birthplace: [Sussex, England]
Current Residence: [Hueco Mundo]
Memorable Figures: [Her Parents, Lathanius, The Raven Queen’s Cult]
History:
The tale of Remielle is a fairly brief one, but one worth reading nonetheless. Remielle was born as a fairly poor soul in the region that is presently known as Sussex. She was porn the daughter of serfs, and thus she had little say about what her stake in the world was. Remielle was born for a pair of reasons. The first being the sad facts that birth control was nonexistent in those days, and sex was about the only way for a serf to have fun. As for the second reason, you could totally get paid more if you had a kid to help you with the labor.
Remielle’s first several years went on in the fashion that was to be expected for several years. Her entire childhood was spent in utter poverty, but at the very least she had her family. That was enough for her. She was fed scraps barely enough to keep her alive, but her parents cared for her dearly, and their love was enough to sustain her. Honestly, it was kind of adorable right up until her parents both died. Yeah, life back then really sucked, so this ain’t exactly a happy story if you haven’t figured that out yet.
Her parents passed away when Remielle was only 12 years old, but that was plenty old enough for her to be useful for other purposes. Though she was only a child in the eyes of modern days, she was practically a woman in the late 14th century. Had she been only a few years older, she likely would have been sold off as a “toy” to some rich noble. Thankfully, she was a late bloomer, and that fate did not befall her. Her story may be a tragic one, but her life was not quite as horrid as that.
No, instead she was drafted into the other hell that awaited those without money. She was made into a servant of war. Remielle was ordered to serve as a squire to Lathanius. This was not done with the intent of her becoming a worthwhile soldier in her own right. Instead she was envisioned as a simple little waif that could literally polish the boots of a mighty warrior. However, Lathanius took pity upon her, and did not allow her to fall into the life of a lowly servant. He wanted another squire, and Remielle was raised to become just that.
By the time that Remielle was 16, she was trained in many of the essential skills required to be a worthy warrior. In that same time, she had grown into a woman, and as was often the way in those times, the lover of Lathanius. Throughout her years, she became both a knight in her own right, and an actually respectable woman. It was rare for someone like her to actually sit at a King’s table, but it was a feat she accomplished with the help of Lathanius. Had it not been for his noble heart, she likely would have been no more than another peasant that died before they reached adulthood.
Of course, if you’ve been paying attention, you would know that there was no way her story had a happy ending. Lathanius died in a border skirmish that failed to even register in the history books. Remielle was only 22 at the time, but she had grown into a fair knight. Death does strange things though, especially when the death is very close to one’s heart. In her grief, Remielle sought out the Cult of the Raven Queen. It was a little known order in England, or anywhere for that matter, but their name had reached her ears through Lathanius’s tales.
After nearly a year searching for them, Remielle found the followers of the Raven Queen. She was revered as a goddess of death, and Remielle had searched for them in hopes she might do something about the fate of Lathanius. They told her the cold, hard, truth. Well, maybe not the real truth, but it was true as far as they were aware. The Raven Queen had claimed the soul of this deceased man, and there was nothing that Remielle could do about it. Nothing, except for one single thing. She could offer her soul in service to the Raven Queen in exchange for Lathanius’s soul.
She did so without hesitation. Surely she should have listened to the followers of the Raven Queen more, but she did not even consider it. Nonetheless, the conditions were clear. She could never see her beloved mentor, nor could she even confirm that he was returned to the living. Instead, her remaining years on Earth were offered up in service of the Raven Queen. There were no more questions. No more answers. Her body was an agent of her goddess. Six more years passed in this fashion. She did what was asked of her. Nothing more, and nothing less. She was a hand of the Raven Queen until she died.
But die she did. Given that the Raven Queen was a goddess of death, Remielle did not fear death, nor did she even consider it a bad thing. She fought for the very entity that controlled death. Why should she fear it? If there was a paradise after her life was over, surely her service was enough to earn it. Sadly, that was not what awaited her. She died in the battle of Agincourt. As all massive battles were, it was a massive feeding ground for Hollows. She was consumed by such a beast, and her afterlife vanished just like that.
Until she woke up. Unbeknownst to her, it was hundreds of years later. Her devourer had been a weakling that hid in the shadows, but after a long rest she heard it. "Wake up my child and return to my fold.” Those words resonated in her mind for centuries, and eventually they stirred her from her rest within the writhing masses of consciousness that made up the hollow’s body. She was reborn as a monster, but her purpose in life was clearly the same as before her death. She was to serve the Raven Queen.
