Class 6 Property: Bow Form
The first of the abilities granted to him by the God of Light is the one that he most often uses. When it is time to honor his promises and begin the crusade, Reinhardt activates this property. While most Quincy use some kind of form of ranged weapony, Reinhardt instead creates a tool best to push the front. Activation of this property turns his bow into an illustrious great shield. Raising the shield is like putting up a wall, covering him completely from the front and easily protecting anyone behind him. The Shield form follows standard Spiritual Steel mechanics, and is a tool to protect himself from any direct attack heading towards him or an ally. As the Shield is still, technically, a bow he is able to fire arrows from the symbol of his God etched upon the design.
Class 5 Property: Arrow Form
Upon activation of this property Reinhardt's arrows become more than just mere tools of destruction. This property completely switches the purpose of the arrows, turning them into tools of protection rather than agents of destruction. At any given time while this property is active, Reinhardt is able to summon forth five divine shields not unlike his own that each bears the mark of His Majesty. These shields, unless willed to action, remain in slow, constant, orbit around Reinhardt. Only when the need arises to protect his fellow crusaders do the true purpose of the arrows come to fruition. Reinhardt is able to, essentially, program these arrows to protect anyone he wishes. The shields will fly, with the basic arrow speed of 800, to their targets and remain in orbit around them. The shields will react automatically, moving at 800 speed, to intercept any attack heading towards the ones they are set to guard. The arrows follow standard class clashing rules, meaning it is in his best interest to create arrows with as high a class as possible, though they possess a strength equal to his Reiatsu Strength (but unlike his Bow Form shield do NOT follow Spiritual Steel mechanics). These shields vanish when the property expires.
Class 4 Property: Firing
Now we get to the only offensive ability that Reinhardt possesses in his unique arsenal. "From the heavens will His wrath be rained down. Annihilation shall kiss this land and all who deny His light. Behold his Judgment." This firing property, when used, causes a bolt of radiant energy to fall down from the heavens. While this may seem to be nothing more than a generic energy beam, though it's coming down from the sky and out of someone's hand, the beam has different sizes depending on the class of arrow used to create. So a Class 5 Arrow, assuming 700 Reiatsu Strength, would be large enough to take out a couple humans at best (though the debris from the impact could take out more). A class 3 Arrow would be the kind of thing that would be able to take out a house. Class 1 Arrows are the ones that can take out skyscrappers, punch holes in aircraft carriers, or create tunnels deep through the sea. These arrows can only be fired once a post and double the price of the empowered arrow.
Class 3 Property: Power
There are times when Reinhardt simply cannot provide enough protection with his shields. When the time comes for the strongest of his defenses, he activates his power property. This is activated by firing a series of arrows into the air, shaped like javelins with the symbol of the Vandenreich on their back ends, that then head downwards and pierce into the ground in a circular formation ten meters around Reinhardt. The first effect is that the ground becomes cracked, with rays of golden light erupting from these cracks. This effect is purely flavor, and works even on water or air. The next is the dome of brilliant golden light that surrounds the space the javelins have encircled. This dome is fashioned with a series of Vandenreich circles as well. But what does it do? Simple. It repels. Enemies who enter into the dome are rejected at a force and speed equal to Reinhardts Reiatsu Strength, though if they have even 1 point of Strength over his RS they are immune to that effect. But the real purpose of this property is to counter attacks. Attacks are affected the same way a person is, unless the attack has 50% superiority to Reinhardts Reiatsu Strength or a two class superiority over it.

Technique Description and Effects:
Blut, translated as “blood,” is a powerful technique that is passed down through all pure-blooded Quincies of the Vandenreich Empire. This technique is a gift from the Vandenreich Emperor, and only exists as long as he, or someone of similar power who as assumed his role, is alive. Channeling that leader's power through their very veins, Vandenreich Quincy are able to draw upon it and make use of it either defensively or offensively in combat. This technique is not active by default, however, and a cost must be paid to trigger it.
The first half of this technique is Blut Vein, the defensive half of the ability. Acting similar to an Arrancar's Hierro, Blut Vein allows the user to protect themselves on the skin level, preventing any physical damage to the body as long as the user possesses a superior offensive stat. Unlike Hierro, though, this armor will not degrade over time. However, attacks with impact behind them can still send the user flying, though the bodily damage will be negated. Blut Vein costs 300 Reiatsu per post to keep active.
The other half of the technique is Blut Arterie, which focuses on offensive ability. While this ability is active, the Emperor's power flows through the user's body and soul, doubling either physical or spiritual stats. This takes up one of the user's long-term stat boost slots, and costs 500 Reiatsu per post to keep active. Note that only one of these two techniques can be active at a time; if one is activated, the other is deactivated.

Technique Drawbacks:
The first major drawback to Blut Vein is that it can be bypassed in one of three ways. First, if the opponent's offensive stat is higher by even a single point, then Blut Vein is ignored. Second, if the opponent is of a superior Class, then Blut Vein is bypassed. Finally, “final forms” of Release, such as Bankai, can ignore Blut Vein.
Blut Arterie has its own drawbacks as well. When active, Blut Vein is removed, removing the user's defenses. Aside from taking up a stat boost slot, the user is constantly funneling excess energy through their body, which is a tiring effect over time. Finally, while active, the user draws in half as much Reiatsu per post as normal, as they are focused on output more than they are on drawing it in.
