Just a Mission for Two [Ryo and Shizu]

Ryo shook his head.

"We can't afford for them to get out of this district; by the time they get back, it will be dark again. Look; how about this: Help me eliminate the small fry while we can, then when they move out, then you can take out the head while I oversee. However, this isn't the way of the stealth force; dealing with people out in the open when we can eliminate them without our presence being known is more along the lines, plus letting you go against a shinigami of a seated position is reckless. So my other suggestion is letting me take out the leader, then you deal with the ones that are left, which would you prefer to do?"

A brow lofted at that. Leave the district? That seemed....odd. "We are faster than them. Not only that but we're both Onmitsukido. We're trained trackers. Even if they all ran in different directions, the chances of them being able to escape the area alive are null. And if we kill the leader, the others can be killed at our leisure....." She then fell silent, reminding herself that she was just an unseated, and that she had just talked back to an Officer. She closed her eyes, taking a deep breath. She had been murdering shinigami for thousands of years and now she was being lectured. These younglings were absolutely infuriating sometimes.

"Very well sir. I will mop up the others. You can take out the leader." She noted, her voice warm and sunny as she put on her usual smile. She didn't care if he took credit for killing the boss. It was not even as if she had any particular intentions of fishing for a promotion. She had been watching him this entire time. She was stronger than him, and faster than him. If he was able to take out their leader, then this would be exceedingly simple. If not, then she would just finish them off, and then the both of them could find the rest.

For just a moment, she did eye the man. He was still rubbing her the wrong way. Sure, he had not gone into another of his 'filthy cowards' speeches, but she still kept a very wary eye on him. She did wonder... what was this man's ambition? Why exactly was he so insistent? She decided it was not an immediate concern. But.... she did wonder. And she certainly hoped that he would not try to make any sort of spectacle out of killing the leader.

For the time being. She awaited his orders.

He nodded, making sure to listen fully before responding.

"Yes, it is true, but that style of killing is messy, it is not a fitting style for the ways of the stealth force. What you say is true, I do not deny this, but why spread them all out when they can be killed silently and all at once? But enough of this talk; follow them, kill them silently and depose of the corpses so the others do not become aware of their friend's disappearance, Then meet me back where they are staying and we will take them out before they even know we are there. You have your orders, let's go," He said simply, trying to reassure her of the methods of the stealth force before he set off, following one of the cowardly runaway shinigami down the alleyway. They wasn't space to use his zanpakuto, so he drew a anken before coming behind the man, grabbing him, covering his mouth and stabbing him almost at the same time through the throat. Shifting, he quietly dragged the body into a nearby abandoned house and tossed the body upstairs. He then went around, back to the rooftops to follow and locate the others that had wondered off from the main group.
