Technique Description and Effects (Explain appearance, powers, and effect): Amalia forges her choice weapon, the Eiku, by compressing reishi and reshaping it. It becomes a solid object and does not resemble raw energy. The Eiku’s total length is 60in, the handle being 18in and the paddle 42in. The paddle is approximately 16in wide and both sides are sharpened like the edge of a katana.
The eiku can be used for both defense and offense. It has the durability to withstand other techniques and deflect them using the flattened end of the paddle. However, clash-rules apply. The flat-edge of the paddle, while used mostly defensively, can be used like a hammer. Traditionally, however, the edges of the eiku are used for cutting and cleaving.
How to use technique (How is it activated?): By spending 150 reiatsu, the user can compress and shape reishi into an Eiku.

Technique Description and Effects (Explain appearance, powers, and effect): A supremely powerful flame that is practically eternal, and another gift from his Majesty. This technique allows the user to draw in reishi and purify it by cleansing it of impurities. By doing so, the user can create an immaculate spirit particle that he or she can condense tightly. This results in blue fire that can burn any form of spiritual particles or energy. It can burn and destroy things that were once believed to be non-flammable, such as the rocks and sand of Hueco Mundo.
The technique can fire as a projectile, but can take on different forms depending on the user. One user might choose to fire it as a stream of fire from their finger while another by throw a fireball or create a swathe of fire. Regardless of form or quality, whatever spiritual particle or energy comes in contact with the flame will be set ablaze and used as a source of fuel for the fire itself. Those with bodies composed of spiritual particles/energy (e.g. Shinigami, Arrancar, etc) are highly susceptible to the blue fire. It will attach to a spiritual being and ignite anything of spiritual origins. It will steadily burn away clothes, armor, skin, techniques (such as kido, including barriers), and the spiritual body itself. Once the flames touch an opponent, they will find themselves fatigued for it is burning not only their body, but their energy. These flames are impossible to extinguish unless the opponent pays the same amount as the user forfeited for the technique. If an opponent does not have the total amount of reiatsu to spend, they can pay 90% of their existing reiatsu.
If the flames miss an opponent, they will continue to burn and spread, unless the objects are of human origins and exist in the human-world. In the soul society and hueco mundo, the flames will have a rich source of fuel and burn eternally, until the thread ends or extinguished by an opponent. The flame's merciless destruction of spiritual energy can leave an enemy fatigued simply from close proximity.
How to use technique (How is it activated?): The base cost for use is 800, but the user can choose to forfeit additional reiatsu in order to increase the cost effect inflicted on the opponent. The user can spend up to an additional 1200 reiatsu, which will require the opponent to spend the total reiatsu forfeited in order to extinguish the flames.
Technique Drawbacks (Limitations, repercussions for use, etc): Does not affect other Quincy, Fullbringers, or other humans bodies. A user with 50% reiatsu advantage can extinguish the flames immediately without any cost, though they will still incur damage from initial contact.

Technique Description and Effects (Explain appearance, powers, and effect): Creates massive arrows from spiritual particles in the atmosphere. These are created without the use of a bow and capable of being controlled both mentally and with hand-gestures. They are roughly eight feet long. The arrow’s shaft is thin, but the tip of the arrow is large and resembles a naginata spear. The end of the arrow is in the shape of a Hagal rune.
A total of 10 arrows can be created and fired simultaneously. The user has the ability to summon these arrows instantaneously as long as they have the reiatsu to provide the technique. The user can create arrows up to a distance of 20 feet from their body. These arrows, however, are not ordinary arrows and have intense force behind them and can be used to pierce almost anything, including armor and kido. They travel at a speed of 600 if controlled by mentally and 800 when using hands.
How to use technique (How is it activated?): This technique can be activated by offering 400 reiatsu.

Technique Description and Effects (Explain appearance, powers, and effect):
A divine gift granted exclusively to Sternritter by his Majesty. This technique allows the user to acquire a perfect analysis of anyone’s spiritual signature within a radius of 50 feet. Upon activation, the user’s eyes begin to subtly vibrate before the pupil becomes blue, overtake the iris, and become embossed with a hagal rune.
With these divine eyes, the user can gaze upon an opponent and identify their unique spiritual signature. Once they have acquired this information, any projectile technique they utilize, while this is active, will have the ability to home in on an opponent indefinitely. This technique can be applied to more than one person, but it requires a post of analysis for each person. As long as the user keeps the technique active, all projectile techniques can benefit from the homing aspect.
While any technique imbued with this one can continuously pursue a target, it does not change their speed or the degree of damage they inflict. It can only be used on projectile type techniques or items independent of the user. The user cannot use this technique on hand-held weapon such as katana. It can be utilized, however, on small projectiles such as daggers, throwing knives, and kunai, to name a few. Even when objects are granted homing abilities, they must yield to basic movement limitations. That is, they will need to curve around and re-attempt to strike the target.
How to use technique (How is it activated?): Activated by paying 300 reiatsu and using that post to acquire the reiatsu signal. The user can imbue up to 10 items, each costing 50 reiatsu, to home indefinitely until destroyed or deactivated. The user has the option of paying 100 reiatsu, per post, following activation to maintain any spiritual signal and continue to imbue items should they be destroyed. At no time can more than 10 items be imbued with this ability, but the ability can be removed from an item and transferred to another without cost.
Technique Drawbacks (Limitations, repercussions for use, etc): Those with a 3 in stealth are immune to the effects of this technique. There is a preparation post, following activation, for each spiritual signature obtained. That is, each spiritual signature takes a single post to acquire.

Technique Name: Blut Vermächtnis (Blood Legacy)

Technique Description and Effects (Explain appearance, powers, and effect): A technique that is a curse upon an enemies. The user can activate their blut and offer a portion of it to another, allowing it to leave their body and enter another’s. The characteristic veins of Blut can extend from the user’s body by only five feet. They can enter an opponent if the user touches them or if the vein tendrils are capable of touching the skin.
When bestowed upon an enemy this will enter the veins and spread gradually across eight posts. The purpose is to cause terrible bleeding by rupturing blood vessels. As the infection progresses, the opponent will literally be drained off their blood, unless they are emptied and left for dead. The course of the blut infection is outlined below.
1. Blut will be observably present beneath the skin in the veins, moving independent of the body. It will create a bluish-glow across the body’s veins. From the moment of infection the opponent will experience incredible pain. It will feel like the blut is drilling through their body and their skin.
2. The skin will have become so sensitive to the blut infection that it is hyper-sensitive to touch, which includes clothing, armor, and even holding a weapon. Even the gentlest of materials or lightest of touches will feel like severe burns. A three in pain tolerance is able mitigate this side-effect, though they will still experience this pain intermittently.
3. Intense and random stabbing pains will be experienced, as if they were jabbed with a knife is various locations. The capillaries at the surface of the skin will begin eroding and cause pooling of blood under the skin. If the opponent is cut the wound will hemorrhage more quickly due to damage blood vessels. An opponent will begin to feel fatigued from the effects of the blut.
4. The walls of blood vessels across the body have thinned causing internal bleeding in various parts of the body. Blood loss has prevented the body from receiving steady blood to vital organs, which begins impairing an opponent’s senses and ability to concentrate and plan.
5. The body’s muscles have begun to weaken due to poor blood flow and tissue across the body is dying. Blood has begun seeping through the skin and drenching clothing. Eyes will begin pooling with small amounts of blood as will the ears and mouth. This will distort vision and complicate hearing.
6. Fatigue will have greatly intensified. Battling will be tiring and exhaust the opponent greatly, reducing their ability to launch continuous attacks, whether those are techniques, hand-to-hand fighting, or weapon use. Their body is heavily leaking blood, enough that they leave blood behind wherever they go and stain everything they touch. Their skin is bleeding and blood has pooled considerably on the brain and beginning in the lungs, causing labored breathing.
7. Blood is pooling in the back of the throat, practically choking an opponent. Skin has begun to split and peel off from being soaked by so much blood. All friction causing the skin to tear, which includes holding onto objects and even clothing. The opponent is in pure agony and high-class techniques run the risk of severely damaging the body due to its weakened state.
8. This post signals the end of anyone infected with this form of blut. All the vessels in their body has dissolved or ruptures and their blood drains from every part of their body. Essentially, a fountain of blood soaks the ground and they are drained dry, as nothing is left to contain their blood.

Technique Drawbacks (Limitations, repercussions for use, etc): If an opponent has 200+ HE, they can delay the effects of the technique for two posts and the effects will not exceed post five effects. If an opponent has 400+ HE, they will be able to completely thwart the technique. If an opponent has 50% RS they are unaffected by the tech. If a user has poison resistance one, they can halt the effects for a single post. They get one additional post for each point in poison resistance, up to three posts for which they can postpone. The user does not have access to blut vene for five posts following activation of this technique.
