A small file folder sat on the Fullbringer's desk full of references and reports and various information that had been turned in by one of his employees. It, admittedly, was an employee that Kazura had rarely seen besides at his new hire orientation when he'd received his ID badge. Impossible the failure was turning out to be a powerful asset and one that Kazura wanted to interview before finalizing his promotion. So, the inventor sent out a text to the failure's phone. "Come on up to my office so we can go over your promotion. I'd like to interview you for your year-end evaluation first if that's alright."
Impo was in the middle of training with Kitai in the basement of the UE building when he heard his phone go off with his advanced hearing. He called the sparring session to a timeout, and several minutes of Kitai ignoring him and attacking the failure anyway, he managed to get his phone out of his pocket without the risk of a sneak attack. "Come up to my office... Oh s$%t, it's the boss." Impo announced to his 'mentor', instantly grabbing his attention. "Hehehee, What'd ya f*#k up this time!?" Kitai 'asked' the failure.
Receiving only a glowing red middle finger in return, Impossible returned the text, saying that he'd be up in a few minutes. "He wants to talk to me. I'll be back later." He told Kitai, walking off to meet his boss on a one-to-one meeting for what might be the first time. And after using his flood to deflect the monkey wrench that was aimed dead center for the back of his head, he left Kitai behind, in more than one sense. After several minutes of riding the elevator and straightening out his shirt, he reached the door to Mr. Uzaki's office. Taking a calming breath, not realizing there was a few patches of nervous green on his arms and face, he knocked on the door, waiting for permission to enter.

The door opened "on its own" as Kazura used Soul Manipulation from his desk across the room. "Thank you for coming, Impossible. I've seen your file and I have to say that it's impressive. Please, sit down so we can discuss the promotion you requested. You did request a promotion, right?" The fullbringer was relaxing at his desk, Impossible's file the only thing on his usually cluttered desk. It was closed at the moment, so the Failure wouldn't be able to yet see what was contained in it. Most of it was probably good, though, right?
Impo felt a small flare of reiatsu as the door began opening on its own. He was slightly impressed at the action, not used to seeing such a thing from fullbringers. Kitai never used... whatever it was called save for drinking and the sort due to his low reiatsu. As he walked in, his eyes moved at a rapid pace, looking over everything in the office in a few seconds. His eyes finally settled on the man himself, the leader, CEO, and creator of Uzaki Enterprizes, Kazura Uzaki. The green patches grew in number, but this went unnoticed to the failure.
The man was polite enough, using a formal tone with the glowing man, though it did nothing to help his nerves. His throat felt tight, and his body felt a little numb. "Yes, I did." He hated meeting like this, talking with the man who handed him his paycheck. If he said something wrong, he might lose that money, and he isn't exactly the most hireable person around. At least he wasn't crazy. His thoughts raced nearly a mile a minute, before he finally settled for acting casual. Blue highlights appeared in his floating hair, as he walked over towards the desk.
He took the invitation to sit, walking around the chair, as not to move it, making as little change to the room as possible. His flood hung off the man's body like a second skin, somewhat of a defense mechanism for him. He loved his flood so much, able to use it for mundane tasks and the sort. He didn't offer to shake the man's hand, not out of any distaste for the man, but out of habit. He was unused to using his hands, or even touching other people, in no small part thanks to his flood. "Though I'm not sure I'd agree with calling it impressive, but I'm sure not going to stop you from calling them that." He said in a tone, sounding humble, bashful, and bored, all at the same time.

"Yes, I would call it impressive. You've been one of the most proactive members of the company so far. So, this interview will be short. Two questions that I ask all employees on this evaluation that haven't yet been asked the question. First, what is your greatest strength, in your opinion? Second, are you willing to partake in a reiatsu sampling so we can improve our radar technology? We want to be able to react to failures in trouble, but we need to know what their reiatsu is like. The results of your evaluation for promotion will not be impacted negatively by refusal to participate in this program, but your efforts would be highly appreciated."
Impo smiled a small, lopsided grin at Kazura's complements, losing most of the green on his skin, replacing it with a happy yellow color. It wasn't every day that he received complements, so he took them for what they were. He listened to the CEO's questions, the second one confusing him a bit, but he would respond to them none the less. His greatest strength, hmm? It didn't even take him more than a moment to realise what it was. "I would say that my fullbring is my greatest strength. With all the different things I can do with it, in and out of fights, that makes it an awesome defensive or supporting ability." He said, holding his hand out, making a few stick figures, emphasising his point.
"And as for reiatsu sampling... I mean, sure you can have a sample or two, but I'm not sure how you'd find out anything about failures from a normal human like me." He said in a tone that was slightly too forced. A noticeable twitch appeared under his left eye, as he looked slightly to the left. The yellow faded from view, as angry red freckles started popping up, mostly on his arms, but still visible to the actual fullbringer. He did not like the term failure, and if pressed further, he would continue denying the fact.

Kazura raised one eyebrow at Impo. "I'm sorry, there must have been a mistake in your paperwork. When you applied here, you listed your race as Failure. See, here. I apologize for the mistake, I'll get that adjusted immediately. Though I've personally never seen a fullbring like yours before. I'd be interested in checking it out sometime when we've more time. Since you're willing to participate in the reiatsu sampling, please touch this battery so we can store a tiny tiny bit of your energy for the radar to understand." Wearing a glove while handling the reiatsu battery, Kazura held it out for the man to touch.

Relief washed over Impo like a wave, which in his case, looked like a thin blue line quickly pass along his skin. "When I had the paperwork done, Kitai wrote everything down for me, since I didn't speak or write the language at the time, something that's changed since then, and you know how Kitai like to... annoy people. Who know what was going through his head at the time." He told Kazura as calmly as he could, but red spots appeared on his skin as he talked about his mentor, clearly annoyed at the man. As the CEO pulled out the battery, Impo stood, and placed one finger on the battery. "So, do I get the position, or is there anything else that you'd need to know?"

Kazura took the battery and placed it into a tray that currently held 3 other batteries. One of his own reiatsu, Vesta's bount reiatsu, and Iwamichi's Plus reiatsu... Now having added Failure reiatsu (for he wasn't convinced in Impo's response given Kazura's Energy Sensory isn't convinced he's a regular human) the man just needed Mod Soul and Quincy reiatsu and the human world dwellers were completely catalogued. He responded to Impo, but seemed to be slightly distracted. Only slightly. "Yep, job's all yours. It'll be your job to tell Kitai that he's not over you any more, though. And it'd be good if you become a mentor yourself. Maybe the others will learn your hard work ethic."

Impo gave the human a warm smile. Literally in his case, because of yellow spots on his skin. "Thank you very much Mr. Uzaki, you won't regret this, I promise." As Impo turned to leave, a thought struck him, making him pause mid step. He turned to face the CEO once more. "Actually, I have something I could offer you now, if you'd like." He returned to his seat. "A few weeks ago, in order to solve my little issue with my language problem, I decided to invent an ability, instead of learning it normally. Now I have the ability to speak and read every language known to everyone within my energy sensory field." He told the man, building up his point.
"In that time, I also made a few other abilities. One of which lets me change the nature of someone's reiatsu. The way that your reiatsu is now is the same as wind. If I change it, you would lose your ability to use gravitational pressure, but would gain something else for it. You could have a steel body, better control over your reiatsu, increase the power behind your abilities, or destroy anything you touched. I can change it back whenever you'd like, so it'd only be as permanent as you'd want it to be. I could even switch you between them if you wanted. Are you interested?"

Kazura thought back to the time that Zeich had gotten the better of him... A steel body could do him some good. "How can I say no? I don't ever use my Gravitational Pressure anyways. Too messy and harms too many innocents. Sign me up, I'll take a steel body." Rolling his sleeves up, Kazura shook out his neck and arms and prepared for whatever impossible was going to do to his reiatsu. From wind to... earth, apparently. Better to have the ability to defend than to have the ability to destroy all of those inferior to him. An earth reiatsu would fit the man much better.
Oh, he's thinking about it. Kitai never things about things. He was unused to being around intelligent people that weren't trying to kill him. It was oddly refreshing, to say the least. And he actually had coherent reasoning??? It was so nice to be around. Now only if he could pick his brain about his reasoning behind hiring Kitai. Then again, he didn't want to get fired right after he got a promotion for yelling at his boss. "All right, one steel body, coming up." He walked over to Kazura, stepping around the desk. He placed his lands on top of his head. His reiatsu flared for a moment. "Okay, now hold still, this is the first time I've done this, and I don't want to accidently make your head explode like the frogs did right?" He added as a joke.
It didn't matter now though, try as he might, Kazura would find himself unable to react, save for his face. Impo started glowing a bright teal color, representing the soul of Mr. Uzaki, representing the wind. The human would also glow a similar shade, though not as spectacularly as Impossible did. "You were once one of those who gain power, crave the heavens and its secrets. You clawed your way up and in doing so, gained the heart of the wind, stealing the breath of those beneath your mighty soul."
"But your heart is pure. Your wish is to save the weak with your unbreakable will, a will of iron. You cast away your weapon against the weak, and gain a shield to defend them. Bear the will of iron, and the body of steel. Show them that your body is as strong as your soul." He said, as the light reached blinding levels, changing from a windy teal, to a steel grey color, before fading away. The transformation had created a mighty breeze, throwing all the papers on Kazura's desk around, and leaving said man knocked the f#@k out, unlikely to wake up any time soon. "....Woops." Slowly, Impo started backing up, sure that his boss would be fairly annoyed at the little prank he played at the start of the shift, knowing that he was still alive thanks to his energy sensory, and totally not in a coma.
Right before he left however, he spotted a certain piece of paper. The one Kitai signed for him. Looking around, making sure no one was looking, Impo grabbed it, and wrote 'Fullbringer' in the race section, after getting the failure part off of there thanks to some whiteout. He placed it back on the ground. After stepping over the fallen furniture, he managed to maneuver his way out of the room, shutting the door behind him.
He noticed the secretary giving him a worried look, glancing at the door and back at him. "Um, yeah, Mr. Uzaki wanted me to tell you to cancel all his appoints today. Also hold his calls. And stuff. Maybe order him a sandwich around eight. He doesn't want to be bothered for, like, eight hours. Bye." And like a nervous stuttering mess, he dashed off and nonchalantly as a man glowing green and yellow from head to toe could. "If he doesn't wake up in four hours, I'll come back."

Kazura awoke to an aching head and a sandwich next to his face. Taking the sandwich and tearing a chunk out of his eagerly, he tried to remember what had just happened. He remembered Impossible saying a few words and then... not much. But he did feel different. After all, his soul had been changed from one of wind to one of earthen steel. His gravitational pressure was gone, replaced with the ability to shift his body to steel. That was pretty cool, and would help him to protect others in the future. He picked up all his paperwork that had been scattered about, without really looking at it all, and filed it away in its proper location.
