Plotline: [Relius Silverbane, the scourge of Kiera's childhood and the reason she's now unstable as a Failure, has begun to gain fame lately for some sort of generator that seemingly breaks the laws of physics by creating more energy than it uses. He's currently on tour with "his" invention, though he has no idea what it truly is. Kiera's pride and joy, a reiatsu-powered electrical generator. His tour is due in Tokyo in one week, giving the woman just enough time to prepare for her revenge. Will she plot a mass offensive on the convention center that is sure to be guarded or will she pull an Ocean's One and singlehandedly infiltrate the complex. ] - Explain the plot of your adventure.

Thread Mechanics:

The first part of this thread is a preparation/exploration/scouting phase of the adventure. It will consist of 7 days. Each day can have up to 3 major actions, such as "Go shopping" "Build items" and "scout outside of convention center" for example. Broad actions are allowed that could take hours. Once Keira goes to sleep, the number of actions resets.

Keira can take as much or as little time as she wishes preparing physical objects for the thread. The drawback to this is less time to get to know the convention center. I will post a map of the convention center with everything blocked out in mysterious red question marks. As she explores and scouts, items will be added to it, such as guard locations and normal patrol routes. When scouting the convention center, focusing on a single guard or a single area will reveal much more detail, such as patrol routes, but will consume an action for that day. So she has to balance in being prepared for the unknown and revealing the unknown so she can then prepare for it... and so on and so forth. While their may be little twists here and there, mostly her scouting will yield perfect information.

The guards at the center will start at No Alert. They could be interacted with, talked to, observed with no issue. Being suspicious or getting into fights, etc. will raise their alert on future days and potentially make scouting an issue. On the day of the convention, they will automatically be on High Alert due to an anonymous tip. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.

One day, late in October, a flyer flew through a gap in the roof of Keira's abandoned asylum. The wind had been just right to make it into the building and avoid all the rafters to land in the center of her main laboratory. The brightly colored page would stand out immediately, especially the smug face and the huge bright letters. "WORLD'S GREATEST GENIUS SHOWS NEW INVENTION!" "Has physics as we knew it been changed forever???" The face of Relius Silverbane took up the majority of the flyer. The fine print spoke of a convention happening in one week at the Tokyo convention center that would reveal his brand new invention...

A generator that yielded more energy than it used...

=The Beginning of the First Day=

Keira stretched leaving the area she designated as her living area. She had been up late the night before designing new equipment, and experiments. Calling it quits after three in the morning, she woke up sometime around ten maybe eleven she wasn't sure. She wanted to check the main lab for a particular set of blue prints that she had been drawing when something had caught her attention. Evidently, some trash blew into her lab. She really needed to fix these holes in the roof. She made a mental note to do that some time soon. She picked up the flyer with little interest about to crumple it up when something caught her bright pink eyes.

Relius Silverbane that was a name that she hasn't heard in many years. Frankly it was a name she would die happily never hearing again. A rival scientist who was a thorn in her side even before she became a failure. So that son of a bitch is still at it, what did he steal this time? Her eyes widened when she took a closer look at the flyer. It was for an tour he was on heading for Tokyo in a week, but that wasn't what interested her. It was why he was coming. Evidently "he" had invented a generator that broke the laws of physics by generating more energy than it used. That sounded a lot like...it took a minute for it to register in her brain that it was her generator.

"THAT BASTARD!" She shouted flexing her spiritual energy in an explosive burst no doubt scaring away any wildlife within a mile or two, and letting anyone with half decent spiritual awareness that she was not happy. She read it enough to memorize the address of the location of the convention center before tearing it it to shreds and blasting it with a couple of balas for good measure. Looks like she was making a trip to Tokyo today. She made sure everything was locked up, before forming one of her reiatsu arms, and traveling as fast as she could to Tokyo. She took a more round about way of getting there so to not attract too much attention to herself.

When she arrived in Tokyo she immediately went to a hotel close to the convention center for a room. She will also need a slight change of clothes. She didn't need anyone trying to guess her intentions before the whole thing even starts. She would go to a cheap clothing store for a simple white hoddie to help conceal her unique appearance, and her occupation since she would no longer be wearing her lab coat. She would then watch the front of the convention center. Surely they would already be starting to set things up, and getting the security in place. She wanted to see if there was going to be an easier way to get information than just sneaking around.

The shopping trip went smoothly and quickly following the "flight" to Tokyo which was uneventful. The hoodie perfectly masked Keira's appearance and transformed her into a teenager in the eyes of those around her. All she needed to complete the look was a cell phone or a pair of headphones stuck into her ears and she'd be completely invisible. From her vantage point in front of the convention center, she could see the front entrance and its wide double doors. On either side was a guard that stood watch. From this distance, however, it was too difficult to make out anything about the guards or track their patterns.

Watching the front of the convention center yielded no observations on those setting up for the event. In fact, she didn't see anyone but guards and people showing up for work and other events that were taking place. The people setting up for events must be going through a different entrance rather than the main one. She could move around to the side or back of the building or she could continue analyzing the front of the building. There was plenty more space to try and explore all around the building and she still had a week to figure things out.

Keira noted that only the guards were at the front entrance, not including any of the people coming in for other events. Keira crossed her arms across her chest thinking of what to do. She felt like her disguise was missing something. She bought a cheap ipod and earphones to look like she was listening to music. She would need to look on the other sides of the building, but she needed to be descreat about it. After acquiring her accessories, she would walk past the front of the building staying within a group to make sure that she wasn't noticed at all. As she passed the right side of the building she would slow her pace just slightly taking a good look at the side of the building. If there was another entrance she would note that, and any signs of people setting up. She needed to find a way in.

As Keira peeked to the right side of the building in her new disguise, she passed by a window that was big enough to fit through. While it would be extremely obvious if she tried to enter or exit from this window due to it being right in the daytime and on the very front of the building, it might be good to keep in mind for later. As she rounded the corner, she saw no people or guards, just a wall. Without going further down the alley, though, she'd not get all of the information possible out of this side of the wall. She could make out some sort of air conditioning unit on the ground about half way down, but her senses were still only above average and she couldn't get every detail from it at this distance.

Keira decided to walk down the ally to investigate the side of the building more thoroughly. She had thought up several things to say in case someone asks her what she was doing. "Taking a short cut." Would be the simplest and probably the most believable. She would scan the walls and the area around the building to see if there was anything of interest. Eventually Keira would need to get inside. Even if that means just going in the front door and looking around. She would like to avoid that specific option if she could help it. The more inconspicuous she can be the better. She sighed irritated about the whole thing. Normally she would have just stormed the place in a blind fury, but that would only draw more negative attention to herself.

Rounding the side of the building, Keira would see that the air conditioning unit she had witnessed from far away looked like a small entrance into the building's air ducts. It had a small grate bolted to the wall, but Keira's flood would be more than capable of prying it open. It would attract a good amount of bad attention to do so right now, but she at least had the option to find a better time. Or just do it now, whatever she felt best about. Exploring the rest of the side of the building and coming around the back, the woman would find the back to be a loading dock for various semi trailers. There was a bit of a bustle around here with many people hauling event decorations and other boxes into the convention center. The teenage disguise looked a little out of place here, but she hadn't been spotted just yet...

Keira would back up the way she came seeing that it would be unwise to proceed any further. She would need to come back tomorrow, but for now, she wanted to come up with some things to help her once she was inside. She went to various stores around the area collecting bells, some flexible metal, and various other materials. The plan with these at the moment was to create a noise maker, something that would be able to distract a couple guards without alerting the entire place to her presence. She would carefully craft them in the hotel room. Without her proper tools, she could only make them for a single use, and had enough material for five of them.

Keira went shopping, finding bells, wire, and other materials in a nearby fabric store. Tokyo had everything, it seemed, that she could ever want. She quickly found the supplies she needed and took them back to her hotel room, jingling the way up the elevator into her room. The lobby staff barely even looked sideways at her, as muffled bells were low on the annoyance scale that they had put up with in the past. She quickly crafted her makeshift distraction tools which turned out perfectly. Once Keira finished with the distraction tools, Keira wondered what she should do for the rest of the day. She still needed to get inside of the place, and scope out the interior of the building. She knew that there were two guards out front, and a few alternate entrances that seemed promising to use, but that didn't mean that was enough to pull off this operation. Luckily the room she got came with a computer secured to one of the tables. She would hop on and see what events were going on the next day. She figured that going in to see something would be the best way to get in. She would have a reason to be there, and if she gets turned around no harm since its her first time being here. If she could find something around two in the afternoon, she would purchase a ticket for that. That would give her time in the morning, and after the event to scout the place.

Keira got access to the internet easily, searching for events the next day at the convention center. She'd find two events at 2pm, one for homeschool parents to teach their kids about the wonders of jobs in the field of business and another for Afternoon Bingo. One of the events would be populated with mostly elderly, the other with mostly young couples or young moms. Keira could easily sign up for either, though the business class had a required field for "Child's name" and "Child's age". There were other small classes spread out over the day, but those were the ones for 2pm. Other notable classes included a paper salesman convention at noon and a Theme Park Expo at 4pm.

Keira was rather disappointed in the events that she could get into. She sighed trying to determine which one would be easier to get out of. They both seemed relatively easily. One would be full of old people more focused on the bingo game to notice her slipping out, while the other had over bearing parents trying to decide the best thing for their children. She decided to go with the home school children's event. Yes she didn't have a kid, but a simple lie should satisfy any curious people. She filled in the info she needed using a false name. To those in the event, she would be Conney Jenkins going "for" her son Learoy. She almost laughed at the name choice for her child.

=The Ending of the First Day=

With all of her preparation done for the next day, Kiera should probably get some rest. The night would be uneventful and she'd wake up with just six days left to prepare for whatever she had planned. She probably had a lot of time to reflect on just what it was that she was going to do to the convention center and to Relius once she found him and his stolen "research". She had found a few hidden entry ways and later that afternoon had a chance to explore the inside of the convention center a little. What she did with her morning, however, was still up to her.

=The Beginning of the Second Day=

Keira woke up from a half decent nights sleep for once. Sleep on a comfy, well maintained bed did wonders on her body and for her mind. She looked at the clock. Normally she would have been up for hours by now, but she still had plenty of time to prepare for assault on the convention center. Just the thought of confronting that bastard Relius was enough to send her blood boiling. She tired not to think that he had stolen her research, otherwise the whole block would have been destroyed in her resulting rampage, and he would have no doubt fled to god knows where. This was her only foreseeable chance to get close to him to get some questions answered.

She calmed herself and entered the lobby of the hotel for some breakfast. Her breakfast usually consisted of whatever she found laying in the fridge, but here was a nice spread of eggs, omlets, waffles, everything that one would normally eat to start the day off right. Keira ate more than usual. Hey it was free with the room so she could eat her fill. Keria decided to hit up the local library to see what her good friend Relius had been up to for the long while that she had been locked away in the Asylum. She wondered if he was an old graying man now. How would he react seeing her not age a day since the explosion? She entered the library requesting to use one of their computers. She would go from one article to the next seeing what all he has done through out his life.
