In Los Noches, nothing mattered more than the pursuit of power. Perhaps it was a hold-over from the Hollow mentality, but greater personal power was a way to comfort the often troubled minds of Arrancar, even in a society as comparatively stable as that created by Kouhai. Indeed, for all the trials and tribulations present in the Soul Society and the Land of the Living, Los Noches was virtually an island of stability, ruled over by beings who knew exactly how to manage their subjects. And that was what made the recent changes in the hierarchy all the more shocking.
For years, Kuroi Naito had held the position of Segunda Espada. His status as one of the strongest beings in all the realms had been as unassailable the walls of Kouhai's palace. Time and time again, he had proven himself to be one of the highest pinnacles an Arrancar could reach, had defeated the best the Lesser Races had to offer, and struck numerous crippling blows against those who dared to raise arms against the might of the Chosen People. And yet, for all his power, for all his ability.... He had been replaced in the ranks of the Espada.
By all appearances, it seemed that Ryunsuke Hamada was an apt replacement. He was just as willing as Kuroi to attack the enemies of the Soul Society, and his power was undeniable. But more important to Myzaraphiston Synderfell was the new Segunda's more approachable nature. It was this fact that now brought her to the Segunda's floor, dressed in a surprisingly revealing black dress and holding what appeared to be a bottle of some sort as well. For being only the Septima, the woman was certainly walking as if she belonged here, without a single iota of concern in her posture at all.

As Myza knocked on the door, a voice would call from the inside "Should be open!" And indeed it was. Ryu had no reason to lock the door, who on earth would steal from the Segunda Espada? He kept it closed for privacy, but beyond that, he figured that leaving it unlocked would allow him to better connect with subordinates. He didn't want to become Kuroi, distant, a loner. Ryu wanted to live and die surrounded by others, who trusted him.
Even if they were fools to do so.
Once Myza entered, she'd see Ryu reclined on a couch beside the window, reading a beaten up copy of The Stand by Stephen King. Ryunosuke glanced up at the person who entered the room, and then back to his book for a second, before he processed just who it was. He looked back up, closed the book, and sat upright. "Oh, Septima. Lovely to see you. Do you have something to ask?" He slowly started to take in the scene.
Myza had a bottle of wine. A bottle of wine, and a black dress, and looks that could kill. Fuck. He really hoped that this wasn't going the way that it looked like it was going to be going.

Myza immediately dipped into a bow upon entering Ryunosuke's room, a slight smile coming to her face as she did so. If she minded the lack of response he initially had, then she was doing an excellent job of concealing it. She would eventually stand tall after a few seconds of her sign of respect, her height equal to that of the superior Espada's own if he had been standing.
"Indeed I do," Myza responded, her tone possessing its usual bubbly timber. "Though I am afraid that it will be a bit personal. I sincerely hope that you're willing to help me with this matter, but I understand if you do not as well."
