Homelessness is a real problem in the world these days. With over 20 million people living in slums or on the streets, it's a problem that definitely could use some help. With a homeless population of over 60,000, New York City has one of the largest populations in the world of such people. However, citizens have been noticing something strange. Despite on paper having a large population of people without a home, this past month there has been decreasing signs that they exist. It's almost like the homeless people are being abducted by aliens. They just are nowhere to be found. The Mayor has issued a state of emergency as a precaution, which has attracted the attention of many big powers.

For whatever reason, whether just being in NYC during this turmoil, or being sent to investigate, or whatever, find out what is going on in New York.] - Explain the plot of your adventure.

New York, a city filled to the brim with people. Millions of people, all of them walking around living normal lives. A few of them spiritually aware, but no where near as dense as Karakura town. Here in this town he had a mission, a mission given to him by Baal. He was to find more spiritually aware people and bring them over to the Vandenreich side, by any means necessary. Vannan was more than happy to oblige this order. Ever since the incident with his sister he had been taken direct orders from Baal and Baal alone. With a mission in mind he gladly opened the gate to New York and stepped out into the dirty city.

Missions were a vital part of being a member of the Vandenreich and keeping it's presence active in the world after the death of Der Kaiser, however did it have to be in such a dirty city? This was the first time he had ventured out from the base in his new uniform. The one he should have been wearing after being promoted to a lieutenant. He wore his uniform now with pride, his officers jacket buttoned up, underneath he had on a white collared shirt. Over all of that was a long solid white trench coat that reached his ankles. Even though this was the first time he was wearing it, he wore the whole uniform with pride.

Long gone was the man who only joined the Vandenreich to protect his sister, now standing in a dark alleyway was a man who fully embraced what the reich had to offer. Power, order, and most importantly protection. With his mission in mind and time wasting he stepped out from the darkness and ventured into the massive crowd of people walking to wherever they needed to go. As he stepped through the crowed he remembered the last time he was here. When he fought the strange girl with the power to control stone and wind. That fight had damaged the city so much, yet it seemed like most of the damage was long gone.

With a calm breath he took in reiatsu with his quincy cross and his spirit fragment, covered by the long trench coat and started his mission. He had a few leads on some people who had shown tendencies to be spiritually aware. Even though this was a mission given to him to recruit members, he had asked that the list show those with the lowest amount of power on the list first. So the first name and the first to be coerced into joining was Alex Moore. A young fullbringer who sadly for him was homeless. Vannan had a few leads as to where the young fullbringer would be. The most recent spot he had been seen hanging around was an abandoned building with a few other homeless folk so that's where he was heading.

Moving throughout this city was something that for one reason or another Takara didn't seem to enjoy. She had been here for the last thirty six hours since getting off the plane. Kazura for some reason or another seemed to be making it a habit to send her along on missions that weren't located in Japan. First she had been sent along with Vesta and Jak to Russia in order to actually make a business transaction successful. Now she had been sent to America in order to try and find out what was going on with the poor.

She felt like Kazura should know by now that she didn't share his sympathy for the normal spiritually lacking humans. They were nothing, but insects to her that bred fast enough that they couldn't be wiped out. Unlike her people they could survive virtually everything just based on numbers alone. She had agreed to handle this situation though for lack of anything else that was consuming her time. There hadn't been much success in locating anymore of her people in Japan. So she figured that she might as well take a look in this city known as New York.

At the moment Takara was being driven in a limo to City Hall where she was meant to have a meeting with this city's mayor. She had been reading up on everything that had been going on yet figured that it wouldn't hurt to hear it from him directly. So now as the long black car pulled up Takara opened the door and stepped out. The long black fur coat wrapped around her body concealed almost everything from sight aside from her ankles, feet and head. She would make her way into the building and find the Mayor so the true search for what was going on could begin.

[Kitai Yoru]

For most other people, today was just another day. Another day to worry about what would come, what was already in motion, and how those people would survive it. Just another day for those people. For Kitai though, today was a day of mourning, an anniversary of those he'd lost, three that had been taken and removed from his life, leaving his alone in this dispicable world that he was forced to live in. This man was known Kitai Yoru.' Jack narrated in the bleak and maddened mind of the fullbringer. Kitai simply growled in response.

"I'm not in the mood for your games today Jack, so piss off before I do something you regret." He said to the prideful chunk of his fractured mind, not smiling in the least. The madman had been in New York for a day already, giving himself time to prepare for the anniversary. Gone was his straightjacket and white hat that he so often wore. In their place was his tidy white dress shirt, custom made for his larger frame, and he had his hair slicked back and in a ponytail, just to look presentable. He was glad there was a heavy overcast, or his skin would have been burnt to crap already.

Jill, the third persona decided to butt in. 'Oh please, yer not gonna do nothin ta us while ya all dressed up like that. Might mess up teh flowas too. Kukuku, ya look sa adorable like dat.' Jill taunted from the recesses of their collective mind. And it was true, in his hands were three bouquets, as he walked down the dirty streets of his old home. How he hated these streets. Always covered in garbage and rats in human form. He barely even noticed how few people were lying on the sidewalks or alleys looking for some food or money.

He simply glared forward, knowing that shed receive the gesture regardless. "Unlike you, I know when to be decent, you underdressing whore!" He raised his voice, attracting some stares, but shrugged them off regardless. He wasn't in this putrid smelling place for them. He continued walking, very close to his destination. He could tell he was getting closer, as the buildings started thinning out. He had already traveled this path before, he knew the way. This was the eighth time he's walked to this particular place.

Sadly, this time would not go as smoothly as before, as a man walked out from around the corner of the last alley way on the street, followed by two more. A trio of young punks, ganging up on a man with flowers. They weren't the only ones though. People like this never worked in such small numbers. 'Ohh~, some young blood lookin fa a spankin~! Dis'll be fun! Kukukuku.' The lustful harpy commented, as Kitai focused to see of there were any more behind him. There were at least ten more from what he could quickly count.

Kitai glared a black glare at the punks, letting out a tiny amount of his gravitational pressure. Not enough to kill them, but more than enough to send them, and just about everyone within a hundred feet of the fullbringer to the floor. Kitai continued walking forward, kicking the hoodlum in the middle to the side, sending him, and the street rat next to him flying into the wall. He checked his surroundings with his limited energy senses, and saw that they weren't coming towards him any longer.

'Well that was boring. If it were me, I would have sent them all running home with broken arms. You're getting soft Kita-' "Quiet." He told him, demanding that the pride be silent. And for once in a long while, he was. Kitai had arrived at the graveyard. He walked to two graves. Two tombstones right next to one another. He stayed, silently looking at them for a time, before moving on, walking over to the other end of the graveyard. The bouquet feeling heavier and heaver with each step he took, and his breathing became even more ragged as he went to see the Quincy he once called father.
