Those phantoms should cost MUCH more reiatsu if they're intangible and absolutely command attention. I'd say as high as 500+ reiatsu, and 4-5 Fear Counters. Indestructibility is a pretty handy thing to have, after all.

Blob shouldn't be able to turn into a technique or release without paying the same cost.

I also think the blob should be slower, say, 600 speed instead.

For the phantoms, I just wanted to point out that reiatsu-based attacks still work on them. They're just immune to physical attacks. I wasn't sure if you got that, but nonetheless, I gave them a reiatsu cost of 500 and additional cost of 4 fear counters.

Made all the requested changes for blob as well.
