Right now, in the world of the living, there is a city in peril! The slums and projects of the Odaiba are in spiritual turmoil! Hollow activity is through the roof. HWD forces have been spotted on the scene. The spiritual disturbance has grown so troubling that even the mortals have been affected. Reports of violent crimes are on the rise, and the local authorities are reporting strange occurences throught the neighborhood.
