Here is a list of staff positions and what they each do, how much authority they have, and potentially the guidelines on how to do it. ALL staff has special privileges that come with being staff. Of course, to make sure that not everybody signs up for staff for privilege, the privilege will not be indulged here. Only staff will know the privileges. Remember, neglecting of staff duties will result in loss of staff position.
Coding Mod - This is perhaps the most simple position, and these mods are the laziest. Essentially, if I have some coding that I need done, I call upon these mods to do it. They don't have duties that they perform regularly. If I need a new code for something, the coding mods will be sent a PM asking for it. If I need a coding altered, I will send them the code and tell them the guidelines of the alteration. Only people with sufficient skill in HTML and Javascript may sign up for this. These mods have no banning authority, but they have warning authority and the common staff privilege.
Current Coding Mods:
None
Graphics Mod - These mods are exactly what is stated. Graphics. They design backgrounds, banners, and site colors for the forum. To sign up for this, a person must be good at editing. These staff members will be called upon regularly to design new things for various events, holidays, and just to try and look trendy. These have no banning authority, but common staff privilege and warning authority.
Current Graphics Mods:
None
Grading Mod - These mods have the most stressing duties out of the mods. They have the rigorous duty of grading everything! They have to grade character apps, technique apps, and training. Grading mods are not allowed to single handedly accept an app. At least two mods must approve of an app for it to be accepted. A mod will approve of an app by simply saying "1/2" if they are first to approve of it. Or they will say "2/2" if they are second to approve. If a grading mod decides to revoke their approval, they must say "-1/2" in the app. These mods have warning AND banning privileges.
Current Grading Mods:
Royce
Advertisement Mod - These mods are supposed to advertise this forum to other places. It is the weekly duty of these mods to get more active members onto this forum. Failure to do so will result in stripping of this position. However, these mods get special privileges the others don't, they get banning rights, and they are allowed to learn techniques with only half the required TP.
Current Advertisement Mods:
Jin (Jazz)
Media Mod - These guys are for making videos. If I need a video for advertisement, or a something else, I will ask these guys. Must be good at video editing, making AMV's, and mix matching clips and effects. Special privilege, but no banning or warning rights.
Current Media Mods:
None
Errand Mod - These mods just run errands that I'm way too lazy to do. Banning rights allowed. These mods are for all around. They can grade in my place, GM in my place, etc. Must be a good Rper for this.
Current Errand Mods:
None
High Authority Mod - These mods are for control. They enforce the rules through heavy bans or warnings. They can also grade posts, they can reside over and judge a battle or adventure, and they can do coding or advertising in some cases. These are essentially the police of the forum. Must be a good RPer and a fair person for this.
Current High Authority Mods:
Kento
Zeich (Zwolf)
Kyomei
Shop Mods - These mods don't get banning or warning ability, but they get staff privilege. They're the ones in charge of managing shops. When someone buys something in a shop, they go into that person's profile and edit the character's money amount. They're also in charge of adding money whenever a certain amount of it is obtained.
Co-Admin - Co Admins are basically admins. They do everything that admins do. The difference? The Admin gets to boss them around. Yeah. That's basically the Co Admin. An Admin with a boss.
Admin - Admins are the top. They're just like me! Admins can basically do anything to the forum that they please, as long as I, the head admin, approve of it. Redesign it, specify new designs and coding, grade stuff, ban or warn people, enforce rules, you name it. All Admins have top notch stats and class.
