As some of you may know, I make up lots of characters/powers. Ask Rudy and he'll tell you, I come to him with a new idea for a character and/or power at least once or twice a week. And as much as I'd love to, I simply can't play that many characters. I am but one man.
So, I'll be stealing a page from Kyo's book, and opening a power shop. Hopefully he doesn't mind the competition XD. The way it works is simple: I'll be selling complete powers, which will basically be completely written, including Overall Ability, Release Stages, and Techniques, for a fixed cost. These will be designed for a specific race and type, and will be basically plug-and-play, with only minor edits to make the power fit your character. I will also preform commissions. Give me a desired race and type, and I'll give you a power. Prices for complete powers will be listed individually, and will be based purely on what I think is reasonable for that power. For commissions, prices will be as follows:
Power Name: 50,000 Ryo.
Power Name and Character Overall Ability (Where Applicable): 100,000 Ryo.
Add 50,000 Ryo per Release Stage/Doll/Etc.
Add 25,000 Ryo per Technique.
For Failures, who have no Release stages and no techs, the price is the same as an overall ability, +25%. In other words, 125,000 Ryo. This is because of how powerful failures become.
For any race that lacks an active Release, and instead only has a collection of techs, please give me the desired Class, so I know how many techs to make.
Complete Powers
Ongoing Commissions
~1~ Strategist Bount for Raygin. Cost: 600,000 Ryo. (4 Bount Dolls, 4 techs per Doll)
Complete Commissions
~1~ Strategist Failure for Faust. Cost: 125,000 Ryo. (Standard Failure Cost) (Awaiting Customer Approval)
~2~ "Ice Pheonix" Beastclan for Dancer. (TRANSACTION COMPLETE)
In order to purchase a power, or to request a commission, please reply to this thread. Commissions will be completed on a first come, first served basis.
Please Note: These Powers may be subject to modifications by Mods. While I have gone through and balanced them myself, the Mods my request additional balancing at their discretion. Use at your own risk.

Complete Powers
{Spoiler}{Wings of Death}Cost: 350,000 Ryo
Race: Arrancar
Type: Genius (Spiritual), Support
Overall Ability: [The overall ability of Wings of Death is simple in concept, but complex in execution. It can be summed up with the phrase “Flank and Destroy”. The ability is mainly focused around sowing chaos and confusion, and are aimed at supporting friendly Arrancar by buffing them while weakening the enemy, and inflicting damage on foes. One of the major themes of the release is to have an attack hidden within an attack; most of the attacks and techniques have a subtle and dangerous effect, which the enemy over looks because of the more obvious direct threat her technique poses to them.
Primera Etapa Overall Ability: [Wings of Death is often enough to overwhelm most enemies. The main ability the user gains in this form is the ability to summon and control moths. The moths they control actually live inside the user as caterpillars, feeding on their Reiatsu in a symbiotic relationship. The user nurtures them, and they fight for the user. Upon release, several of these caterpillars leave the user’s body, burrowing through the flesh and resting on the upper layer of skin. Each one forms a chrysalis made of Reiatsu, then quickly emerge as fully grown moths, each one being about six inches long, with a one foot wingspan. This initial spawning of moths is free of charge.
These moths are, however, rather different from regular moths. They possess blade-like wings, with a durability and cutting power equal to the users Dominant Stat, and they also have the ability to fire tiny Cero-like beams from their mouths. Each moth can do this only once per post, with a 20 point Reiatsu cost for each beam, covered under the users suspended Reiatsu costs. These beams are tiny, no more than a pinprick for even weak opponents, but they add up fast; ten beams hitting the same general area at the same time is equivalent to a full sized Cero hitting the opponent, making a swarm of moths deadly when focusing on one target. Unfortunately, the moths’ offensive power comes at a loss of defensive ability, as they are quite easily killed. The moths have a Strength stat of 25 for the purposes of resisting damage; any physical or Reiatsu based attack higher than this will be enough to kill a single moth. Groups of moths can absorb more damage, multiplying their Strength by the number of moths being hit by the same attack. So, to survive an attack coming off of 400 RS, there would have to be 16 or more moths taking that attack. This rule does not apply for fire-based attacks. As for their speed, the moths normally flit about at a Speed stat of 25, but when the user actively directs them, this speed increases to 325, and can be maintained indefinitely. Directly controlling the moths is, however, very tiresome to the user; they can rest by releasing control over the moths. The moths will continue to flit about at their normal speed of 25, and will still attack enemies, but without the user’s control the moths become about as smart and coordinated as regular moths, making them fairly easy to avoid. It costs nothing for the user to control her moths, but they do need to have a certain minimum amount of Reiatsu, 2 points for each moth.
Of course, by now you are probably wondering “How many moths can the user control?” The answer is simple. During the first spawning, 169 moths emerge from the users body, and this is the maximum number they can control. 169 ravenous, Cero firing moths to overwhelm the user’s enemies with. If any of the moths die, which they almost certainly will, the user can replenish their numbers once every other post, starting on their first post of Resurrección. That means they can summon more moths on their third, fifth, seventh, ninth, eleventh, thirteenth, and fifteenth posts of their Primera Etapa stage. Each replacement moth costs 5 Reiatsu, which is immediately removed from their Reiatsu pool. This means that replacing all 169 moths would cost a staggering 845 Reiatsu, more than twice the cost to enter Resurrección in the first place. The user can replace moths as much as she likes, but to do so will quickly become extraordinarily costly.]
Zanpakuto Techniques:
[Technique Name: Polvo de la Polilla (Dust of the Moth)
Description: One of the traits most associate with moths is the dust on their wings, and these moths are no different. This is a passive effect that causes the moths to scatter a fine Reiatsu dust in the air around them within a sphere of four cubic inches over the course of one post. In other words, for every post, each moth spreads a four cubic inch sphere of dust around itself. This dust hangs in the air, spreading outward as an ever-growing glittering black cloud. As the clouds expand and join together, the cover an ever larger area of the battlefield. The total volume increases based on how many moths are active, which can cause the entire battlefield to quickly become swallowed up by the dust cloud. But, what does it do? The effects are quite simple. It improves the efficiency of any and all Cero type techniques used within the cloud. The Reiatsu costs for all Cero techniques are reduced by 20%, and the Reiatsu Strength of all Cero techniques is increased by 20%. This simple ability, which affects any and Hollows and Arrancar who come into contact with the dust, can have a profound impact on the battle, and epitomizes the users preferred position as battlefield support.
How to Use: Passive ability, activated every time the moths flap their wings. The effects last for as long as someone is in contact with the dust, and for one post after they stop being in contact with it. Dust cloud size is calculated via this formula: (Size of cloud on previous post ]) + (# of moths surviving at end of current post * 4 inches/12). So, if the cloud had a volume 20 cubic feet on the previous post, and there were 169 moths alive at the end of this post, then at the end of this post the clouds volume would be 20 + (169*4=676/12=56.33)=76.33, or 76 cubic feet. That’s not to say the cloud covers everything within a radius of 76 feet, but that the total volume equals 76cubic feet. The actual distribution of the cloud may be very tight, or it could be spread out over a large area, with lots of dust-free zones spread about the area.
Drawbacks: This dust does not alter or remove other conditions one must fulfil to use a Cero type technique; for instance, it does not remove the blood sacrifice required for Gran Rey Cero. Although this dust tends to hang in the air longer than normal dust would, it is still vulnerable to being blown away, and water will instantly neutralize it. In addition, fire can burn it away. Although the user themselves is affected by this ability, the moths are not, since their attacks are not true Ceros. The biggest drawback, however, is that it is indiscriminate: This ability targets everyone who has access to Cero, regardless of whether they are friend or foe, meaning it can backfire spectacularly if the user is fighting another Arrancar.
Technique Name: La Plaga (The Plague)
Description: The first of the user’s active techniques, La Plaga is not an ability to be underestimated. When first triggered, it causes all of the moths under the user’s control to freeze form a moment, and their wings begin to pulse with ribbons of blue Reiatsu. After a moment, the moths begin moving again, and at first, it seems as if nothing has really happened. It is not until the moths begin to attack with their beams that the enemy will notice the change: Each moth’s beam attack disrupts and destroys Reiatsu upon impact. Each hit will destroy 1% of the opponent’s remaining Reiatsu, up to 25% total. This effect only lasts for one post, the one it was used in. This simple ability can devastate foes who rely on Reiatsu for battle, simply by denying them the chance to use their abilities effectively. However, there is a more subtle effect to this technique, as well.
During the post in which this technique is used, and for the next two posts as well, the dust scattered by the moths will change, becoming blue instead of black. Instead of buffing Cero usage, the dust returns 25% of the damage taken by Hollows and Arrancar from Reiatsu based attacks who have contacted the dust to their attackers, so long as the attacker has contacted the dust as well. So, if a 400 RS attack hits an Arrancar and deals damage, and all conditions are met, then the attacker will take the equivalent of a 100 RS Cero across their entire body, ignoring all forms of defense. This effect only works if both attacker and defender are in the dust cloud.
How to use: The user need only say the technique name, and pay 300 Reiatsu.
Drawbacks: First, it has a rather high Reiatsu Cost, costing almost as much as Resurrección itself. During the time the moths freeze, they become easy targets, and can be eliminated by a well-timed attack. This abilities main effect is reliant upon the moths being able to hit and damage their foe, meaning if the enemy can dodge their attacks, or if the enemy can defend against them, the technique is worthless.
The secondary, and arguably more dangerous effect, has its own drawbacks as well. The user has to spend an extra 100 Reiatsu per post to maintain the change in her dust, meaning over the three post duration, total Reiatsu cost is a whopping 600 points. For two posts after this technique is used, the moths will become dormant, and will not respond to the user’s commands. They also cannot generate new moths during this time. Damage is only returned if target Arrancar are actually damaged; if Hierro or some other circumstance prevents damage, then the attacker will take no damage. Also, both the attacker and defender have to be in the dust cloud, and since the cloud is clearly visible, enemies may avoid it. Finally, the user feels all of the pain that is returned upon attackers; although they take no real damage, the pain is very real, and may inadvertently break their focus on maintaining the ability.
Technique Name: La Malicia (The Malice)
Description: This is perhaps the most frightening ability the user has access to in while released. It’s a decided break from the elegant fighting style they have maintained up to this point. This technique is barbaric, brutal, and highly effective. Upon activation, the moths will freeze for several seconds, as their wings pulse with red Reiatsu. After a moment, they will begin moving again, but now their speed is doubled, to 650, as is the cutting power of their mandibles, based on the user’s Dominant Stat. That’s not the worst part, however. For this post and the one after it, the moths lose the ability to fire beams, and instead use their mouths for a much more…disturbing purpose. Eating. For two posts, the moths begin eating everything around them, unless the user directs them to devour one target. Each moth can consume an astonishing one and half times it’s own body weight each post. That means that, with each moth weighing two ounces, each one can eat six ounces over the course of two posts. Assuming each moth is allowed to eat it’s fill, that means an entire swarm of 169 moths can consume 1014 ounces (63.375 pounds) of material. That means the entire swarm can reduce a small child to nothing but bones, and leave the average adult in critical condition.
After the feeding frenzy is over, the moths, gorged with food, will fly back to the user, or any Arrancar she chooses, surrounding and landing on the target. The moths expel the devoured material as a dense, Reiatsu laden dust from their wings, which will replenish the target’s Reiatsu pool by one point for every ounce consumed. Afterword, they become dormant for two posts before the user can command them again.
How to Use: The user has to speak the technique name, and pay 400 Reiatsu. Damage dealt is based on the number of moths that are allowed to eat without being attacked. Reiatsu returned is based on the number of moths that makes it back to the target. All moths that make it back to return Reiatsu are assumed to have the full six ounces of food in their stomach.
Drawbacks: This ability’s high Reiatsu cost limits the actual amount of Reiatsu the user gets back from it, making it more useful for support allied Arrancar. The moths have to get very close to an enemy to bite him or her, meaning that enemies who can evade the swarm can greatly reduce the effectiveness of this ability. Also, the moth’s durability is not increased, meaning with their greater proximity they are easier to kill. Killing moths will greatly reduce the amount of damage this attack deals, and will reduce the amount of Reiatsu returned. When the moths start flying back to the user/another Arrancar, they become to laden with food to fly at full speed, and are stuck traveling at a speed stat of 25, rendering them highly vulnerable to a counter attack. The user cannot respawn their moths or use other techniques during the two posts of this technique, and they cannot command the moths used in this technique for the two posts after its use, leaving her swarm vulnerable to a counter attack.
Technique Name: La Tempestad (The Tempest)
The ultimate ability of the user while Released, La Tempestad is often reserved for emergencies, to press a tactical advantage or to turn around a losing battle. The main effect of this ability is very simple: It makes more moths. When this technique is activated, a vast number of larvae inside the user’s body move onto their skin, and metamorph into moths en mass, abruptly tripling the number of moths currently active. That means that, if used when they have 169 moths under their control, the swarm will swell to an awe-inspiring 507 moths. These excess moths live for three posts, and have all the same stats and abilities as normal moths summoned by the user.
Of course, there is an underlying effect, as well. For the duration of this technique, the dust released by the moths changes, becoming violet. All Arrancar and Hollows exposed to the dust will have their Speed and Instinct stats boosted by 10% for as long as they remain inside the cloud, which makes this ability a tremendous force multiplier in large-scale engagements.
How to Use: Simply say technique name, and pay 700 Reiatsu.
Drawbacks: This is the ultimate technique for the user, making it a potentially battle-ending ability. That being said, it has some hefty drawbacks to its use. First and foremost, The Reiatsu cost is massive. 700 points is almost double the cost to enter Resurrección, and after taking into account the Reiatsu drain for reviving moths, using her other techniques, it is quite expensive. Besides the cost, however, there are other drawbacks, as well. This is a channeled ability, meaning the user has to remain still and focus on controlling their moths. Forcing them to move or defend themselves will cause the ability to end prematurely, killing off the extra moths. Also, the minimum Reiatsu level to maintain control over the swarm is still in effect, meaning that to maintain control over the 507 maximum number of moths, the user needs to have at least 1014 points of Reiatsu, after paying the 700 point activation cost. If the user does not have enough Reiatsu to control the number of moths this technique creates, then only the number of moths they can control will be created, and if their Reiatsu pool falls below the minimum amount while this technique is active, then their moths will start dying off. As for the dust cloud, The user has to pay an addition 150 Points per post to maintain the modified effects of the dust cloud, bringing the total cost to 1150 points for all three posts. The user can use their other techniques while this one is active, but at double the Reiatsu cost, and it will cause the technique to immediately end at the end of that post. Finally, Resurrección will immediately end at the end of the techniques three post duration, and will leave the user to drained to fight back.
