Zegram woke up early that morning. One wouldn't really think of it as morning thanks to Hueco Mundo's perpetual night, but it was early enough that most beings weren't up. He looked over at Aurora his fellow fraccion and mate. She was still asleep contentedly which he was glad for. The last few days have been busy for the both of them. Zegram had just became the fraccion of Sargon of the espade. He was before an enemy of the Espada, now he had joined their ranks.
There was still so much to get used to. He decided that some time alone might make some of the adjustment easier. He quickly got dressed in his nice suit and dress shirt. He wore a pair of shiny black boots, and of course he set his fedora on top of his green haired head. He strapped his Zanpakuto onto his waist as he made his way quietly out of the room. There was no need to wake his lover right now. He knew she wouldn't appreciate it.
He started walking through the halls of Las Noches. He was already aware of which halls he should stick to. He did not want to get into any confrontations this early in the morning. He stretched as he walked just trying to get used to the large castle. He would always look on to the exterior castle wondering what was inside, and now that he was here it did not seem real at first. He was getting closer to his goal. One small step at a time.

Aurora was sleeping rather peacefully. Well, as peaceful as an angry tiger could get, but you could say it was pretty peaceful. She had no idea that Zegram was already up and awake. She was still in her dreams, which were just her memories of the past few days. It all seems like a whirlwind as she looks back on it now. Zegram had passed the test and was made a Fraccion. Aurora walked with him hand in hand back to Las Noches, where she showed him Sargon's quarters and then theirs, which was right next door to his.
She showed him his room first, if he would even use it. Then, she showed him her room and expressed to him how happy she was that they would pretty much be living together. The next morning after that, she tried her best to show him around, good areas to go and places to avoid, but she herself didn't really know the place well enough to give him good pointers. Once she was done with that, Sargon had summoned them to run a small errand. After that insane mission, there were a few more and that night, they were finally able to spend some good alone time.
Now, it was the next day and she was slowly waking up, moving her arms around to feel for her mate. A mate that wasn't there. Her eyes sprang open and she growled. She hurried out of bed and looked around. He was nowhere to be seen. Where did he go?! She hurriedly got dressed in her normal attire and then burst out of the door, looking around for him. She didn't run through the halls, since she knew he had to be in the building, but she walked quickly. It took several minutes but she eventually found him walking through the hall. She walked up to him, standing close to him so they were face-to-face. "I don't appreciate getting left behind or waking up alone when we live together, Zegram."
Zegram was finally starting to relax in the large castle when he ran face to face with his hot tempered lover. He knew that she was never really too happy even during the best of times, well unless they were alone, but this time she seemed especially angry. She got right into his face. Her anger very apparent on the Arrancar's face. "I don't appreciate getting left behind or waking up alone when we live together, Zegram."
He smiled calmly and nodded leaning in kissing her lips. He wrapped his arms around her waist and smiled lovingly with her in his arms. "Alright love I get it. I just thought that you wouldn't like waking up as early as I did." He let go with one of his arms so that he could walk keeping her close to him. He felt a little bad making her worry like that, but he was sure that she would understand. He took his hat off and placed it on her head. She almost wore it better than him.

When Aurora met Zegram eye to eye, she honestly didn't know what to expect. This relationship was still fairly new to her, so she was feeling out everything. Her anger clouded almost all of her judgments. She had always based everything on the anger she had felt. The way she fought, killed and acted. With him, he had helped her in a time when her guard was lowered, thanks to Masa. It was that little cigarette that made her actually see something outside of the cloud of anger she had always used before. It made her see just him.
And it was because of that that they were together now. He understood that rage was always in her, and that she was fairly quick to get angry, but around him, it was lessened. It was something she never experienced before and it was something she was trying to get used to. Even though she felt, from their first encounter, that it was right to be with him, it was still a weird sensation to feel the rage lessen being so close to him like this. She stared straight into his eyes, waiting to see what he would do. What he did do didn't disappoint her.
He used his smile, something that she loved to see on him, before he leaned in to kiss her. She felt herself get pulled close to his body, his arms wrapping around her waist. While he did that, she kissed him back, wrapping her arms around his neck, pressing him close to her while they were kissing. He pulled away, and she left her hands on his shoulders, enjoying the way he looked at her. When he explained his reasoning, she scoffed. "It's with you, how could I not like it?" He moved one arm, but kept another on her so they were still close as they started to walk.
She let her arms drop to her side, grabbed his hand and intertwined their fingers together. She felt something rest on her head and she immediately knew what it was. His hat. It seemed like he started to let her wear it pretty frequently, which always made her crack a little smile. She really did like the hat and they never did get the chance to get her one. She pulled his arm a little closer while they walked. "You know, with how often I wear your hat, it seems like it's more my hat than yours. Also, where would you like to go next?"
Zegram should have known her reaction when he tried to explain himself. She scoffed and retorted quickly. "It's with you, how could I not like it?" All he could really do was smile. He knew that there was nothing he could do once she made up her mind about something. He would just have to remember that for next time. He felt her fingers lace together with his. They were so soft despite what they had been through. He always loved the feeling of her hands.
She smiled when his hat hit her head. "You know, with how often I wear your hat, it seems like it's more my hat than yours. Also, where would you like to go next?" Zegram chuckled at her comment. Most of the time she would take his hat, but he would not raise a fuss about it. There were a few times like now that he will take it off and put it on her, but more often of not she would take it. "Well what can I say, you look good in it. Besides we will get you your own soon enough.
He had to think about where he wanted to go. He really didn't have a destination in mind when he set out. He just wanted to get to know the place. "To be honest, I don't have a clue. I was going for a quick walk to get used to the place. I have been looking at it from the outside for a long time, and now that I am here, it seems a bit overwhelming." He looked at her and smiled charmingly. "If you have a good idea where we should go, I will gladly go with you."

Aurora chuckled to herself at what he said. She liked that he thought she looked good in it and to be quite honest, she really liked wearing it. It made her feel.....she honestly didn't know what the exact word was, but it definitely was different than what she usually felt. Then, when he said he didn't have an actual destination in mind, giving her all the control as to where they would be going. She hadn't really explored the castle either. She would pretty much head straight up to the Tercera level to either report in or sleep and then head out again.
It would be a new adventure for both of them. She looked towards him. "Well, I haven't really explored around much either, besides the Tercera level. Why don't we just explore all the levels of the castle and see what kind of mischief we can get into, like the duo you called Bonnie and Clyde?" She smirked at him while her eyes glowed gold. She was ready to wreak a little havoc around here, just not too much for an Espada to actually get pissed and then go after them. She wasn't sure what the Tercera would do, especially since Zegram was still new.
They started to walk down the steps to the next level. "We started out at the Tercera level, which was pretty obvious. Because we are his Fraccion, we can come and go as we please with no consequence. From what I've noticed of the Espada levels, the stronger the Espada is, the less traffic their level seems to have. It's why you barely see anyone on Sargon's level. It's either that, or a lot of the Arrancar don't want to make him angry. I've also never traveled up farther than Sargon's level. He is highly ranked and since I haven't met the Primera or Segunda Espadas, I don't want to just randomly walk around in their territory without knowing what would happen.
So, because of that, I would advise that you don't travel up higher than Tercera level as well. I have heard stories about both of those Espada and I wouldn't want to get on either of their bad sides." By now, they had reached the Cuarta level. "We're on the Cuarta level now. He's a fairly new Espada, so I know next to nothing about him. Well, I really don't know anything about any of the other Espada besides Masa, the Noveno Espada. Every floor we'll hit now will be descending order of Espada ranks. Let me know when you want to stop and look around." She would continue walking until he stopped her.
"Well, I haven't really explored around much either, besides the Tercera level. Why don't we just explore all the levels of the castle and see what kind of mischief we can get into, like the duo you called Bonnie and Clyde?" Zegram laughed and held onto her tighter kissing her lips again. He looked into her eyes with a mischievous look of his own. "You know I am always up for a little mischief when I am with you my kitten." He said softly.
He is highly ranked and since I haven't met the Primera or Segunda Espadas, I don't want to just randomly walk around in their territory without knowing what would happen." That would make sense Zegram thought. Sargon was powerful, and there were three two more Espada higher up than him, so it would be best not to tangle with them...yet.
"So, because of that, I would advise that you don't travel up higher than Tercera level as well. I have heard stories about both of those Espada and I wouldn't want to get on either of their bad sides." Zegram nodded listening carefully to her as they walked. "We're on the Cuarta level now. He's a fairly new Espada, so I know next to nothing about him. Well, I really don't know anything about any of the other Espada besides Masa, the Noveno Espada. Every floor we'll hit now will be descending order of Espada ranks. Let me know when you want to stop and look around." Zegram looked around with interest. Maybe he would be able to learn something about the lower ranked espada if he went down through their levels. "Lets just go down and see if we come across anything interesting."

Aurora was curious if her little comment about Bonnie and Clyde would work to do something in him. It actually did, which she was hoping for. He grabbed her tighter, giving her another kiss, which she closed her eyes for. She loved his kisses and when he pulled away, the look on his face was one she knew well. He was feeling mischievous, which always seemed to happen when they were together. He then mentioned that he's always up for mischief when he's with her. When he called her kitten, she smiled and lightly purred, making sure only he heard it.
Zegram paid attention and looked around the levels with great interest. She too looked around. She never actually took the time to look through all the levels because she never really had a reason to stay inside the castle. Now with Zegram here with her, she had more reason to stay longer inside the castle. Once Zegram said to just go down and see what would happen, Aurora looked towards him and nodded. She grabbed his hand a little harder and squeezed it. She really hoped that they found something interesting soon. If not, they would need to keep themselves occupied by something else.
Zegram and Aurora looked over each of the Espada levels from the third level to the tenth. Zegram was impressed. Seeing all this only made his want for power all the stronger. Though he had to stop and consider something. He looked over at Aurora. He had to consider her feelings in his plans. He knew that he had just became Sargon's Fraccion, but he had more plans than a lowly Fraccion. He had to wonder though if she would be with him or not.
When they exited the last of the Espada levels, Zegram stopped trying to think of how to tell her. If she saw him, she would catch his deep in thought look. He would then look at her walking past her stopping just short of the Privion levels. "I don't know if you know, but you know I have no intention of staying as a Fraccion." he said after a little bit. He turned to her with his usual smile to stall the objections that he knew was coming.
"Its not because I don't want to be with you. You know I love you, but I desire to be more much more. I will become one of the Espada no matter what it takes. But there is something I do need to know. When I do strive out for a higher position, will you be there to support me?" He walked over to her at last putting her hands in both of his. He looked into her eyes. She could tell that he was being serious. She might even see his ambition burning in his eyes.

Aurora continued to look ahead, staring at everything that they were seeing in all the different levels. While she was looking around, she noticed him looking at her. But, he did it often enough that she didn't give it a second thought. She just continued looking around, holding on to his hand while she did so. While they explored all the Espada levels, she noticed that more Arrancar started to move around. She also noticed that more Arrancar started to avoid them. She didn't know if it was because they all knew she was the Tercera Fraccion or not, but it didn't bother her any.
Before they continued their exploration, however, Zegram walked in front of her, stopping her in her tracks. She saw the look on his face and knew that he had been deep in thought. She was curious what he had been thinking about, but he didn't keep it hidden from her for long. He said that he had no intention of staying as a Fraccion. He smiled at her and knew he was using it so he can continue to explain. She figured that she would wait to finish whatever he was going to say before she said anything else about what he was saying.
He said that it wasn't because he didn't want to be with her because he loves her, which she nodded to, but he wanted more. He wanted to become an Espada, but he wanted to know something first. When he would go for the higher station, would she support him. She grinned evilly. "Well, it would depend if I got the Espada position first and you supported me. No one wants to be a Fraccion forever, Zegram. I don't like being told what to do, my anger doesn't accept it. I will become Espada one day as well. As long as you support me, I will support you."
When his hands surrounded hers and she saw the intensity in his eyes, she knew he was telling the truth. She moved her hands out of his and put her arms around his neck, pulling him in close to her. She then slowly kissed him on the lips, starting slow and then speeding up slightly, trying her best to deepen the kiss, but only for the briefest of moments. After that, the moment was gone and she pulled away, but kept her face close to his. "I would follow you to the ends of the worlds, Zegram. Don't forget that." She glared a little at him before hugging him closely.
"Well, it would depend if I got the Espada position first and you supported me. No one wants to be a Fraccion forever, Zegram. I don't like being told what to do, my anger doesn't accept it. I will become Espada one day as well. As long as you support me, I will support you." Zegram still felt a little bit of relief when he heard Aurora say that. Even when he was working with Escudo, he mostly worked alone, so he never knew if any other felt the way he did.
When she put her arms around his neck, Zegram wrapped his arms around her waist keeping her close to him. He felt her lips against his. He kissed her back feeling her deepening the kiss just for a moment before she broke the kiss. She still kept close to him there eyes locked in a loving stare. "I would follow you to the ends of the worlds, Zegram. Don't forget that." The little glare she shot him just made his smile. She tightened her hug on him feeling her head on his chest. He held her close putting one hand on her head the other across her back.
"And I will fallow you anywhere my kitten." he whispered in her hear ear. Zegram felt like there was something close. He lifted his head and looked behind him seeing a figure leaning against a wall. She was rather small standing at about five toot two. Her mask fragment covered her eyes with eye markings over where her eyes should be. She had long pointed ears that stood straight up like a bat's. She had an amused smile on her delicate face.
"My that is so sweet. It is too bad that there are not many other Arrancars like you." She snickered getting off the wall. Zegram broke the hug turning to face her. Zegram didn't know how to really react. This must have been her level, but he wasn't really sure. "I apologize for intruding." Zegram said bowing slightly. He figured being polite was the best thing. "Oh no you are most welcome here." The female arrancar interrupted. She would glance at Aurora for a moment before focusing on Zegram. "It is not often I enjoy the company of others."

Aurora smiled towards Zegram when he answered her. She never thought of herself as much of a kitten, but she tolerated what Zegram told her, knowing that he meant no disrespect in his little nickname. When he lifted his head to look behind him, Aurora looked over his shoulder and saw the other Arrancar leaning against the wall. Her fragment made it seem like she was a bat. She smiled and Aurora just glared at her. Zegram let go of her to turn around to face her while she talked, Aurora standing next to him once he faced her.
Aurora scented the air and did smell the bat on her. So, she was a bat lady. She hadn't met a bat before, so this was going to be very interesting. She said it was sweet and was sorry that there weren't many other Arrancar 'like you.' Aurora didn't know if she was talking to both of them or just Zegram. She growled towards her anyway. Zegram apologized for intruding and before Aurora could get her own response out, she said that they were welcome, since she doesn't often enjoy the company of others. Aurora wasn't liking that all this attention was on Zegram.
Aurora stepped forward a bit, being even with Zegram, glaring and growling at this female Arrancar. "Who in the hell are you?! I don't appreciate you speaking just to him, while I'm standing here. You're either not very respectful, want all of his attention or think I'm weak. I can't help you with the first one. For the second one, you will never get all of his attention, for he is mine. Third, I am not weak. I can show you if you wish. I don't appreciate getting ignored and if you continue to do so, I can't guarantee I won't try to hurt you."
The way the female Arrancar phrased her responses were not lost on Zegram. He could pick up that they were more directed at him than to the two of them. Normally Zegram would have reveled in the attention and even flirted back just a bit, but he knew that was more than unwise with Aurora right there. He kept part of his attention on Aurora beacuse he knew that if there was something he didn't say, she would be the one to say it and that she did.
It appeared that Aurora didn't miss the other female Arrancar's replies either. Zegram knew how angry and hostile she could get. Zegram was afraid that if he didn't say something, they would both be in a fight that they may not be ready for. Zegram put his arm over Aurora's shoulders pushing her to bow slightly as he did. He flashed her the "do as I do" look with a serious look on his face. He didn't want to go around making enemies this soon. When he did, he saw the numbers tattooed on her upper thigh. 552, he wondered if there was any significance to that number.
"Please forgive her, my mate can be quite possessive at times and quick to anger. I am Zegram, and this is Aurora. We are fraccion of the Trecera Espada." Zegram straightened as well as Aurora, who he was sure would force herself up despite the insistence of his hand. The female Arrancar seemed to giggled slightly before bowing herself. "No please it is I who should be asking for forgivness from Aurora. I meant no disrespect, or threat of taking him form you." She straightened herself. "I am Silva Privion Espade."

Aurora stood, glaring at this woman, ready to attack. It was then that she felt an arm around her shoulders, knowing that it could only be one person, Zegram. He was pushing her down, forcing her to bow to this woman. Aurora was livid. He was forcing her to be more submissive than she naturally was. She didn't like this at all. Zegram looked at her seriously, pretty much telling her that she needed to follow his lead this time. Even if she did go along with it, she was still very angry at this turn of events and would let him know about it later.
She did notice the three digit number on her upper thigh while she was forced down. She knew immediately that she was a Privion, one that held high power, but was now considered lesser for the three digits they had as a number instead of one. Interesting that she would find one Privion just lounging around against a wall. Zegram then spoke, apologizing for her actions. Aurora thought that there was no reason to give any sort of apology to this woman. She was the one that made the mistake of only talking to one of them.
She had every right to be possessive of him. He was hers, and she liked to make it known to everyone that if they were going to do anything with him, they would go through her. When he straightened, she immediately straightened and quickly sent a glare Zegram's way. It would let him know that she didn't appreciate what he did just now and he would pay for it later. She then bowed, saying she should ask for forgiveness and that she meant no disrespect or any threat in taking Zegram from her. Aurora stopped growling but continued to glare at her. She introduced herself. "Is this your level, Privion? Also, you don't look like you have the strength to take him from me anyway." She then wrapped her arm around Zegram's waist, telling this woman once and for all he was off limits.
Zegram caught the glare that his lover shot him. He knew that he would hear about it after this, but he felt that it was necessary to keep on a privion's good side for the time being. He didn't know the nature of Silva's privion position. Was she going through the ranks on a more individual way becoming a privion first instead of being a fraccion, or was she truly an espada at one point who had lost her position some time in the past. He hoped that it was the former.
"Is this your level, Privion? Also, you don't look like you have the strength to take him from me anyway." Zegram nearly face palmed. Was this woman trying to antagonize everyone that they come across? He felt her slender arms around his waist. He sighed trying to keep a straight face. Well at least Silva didn't seem to be taking any of this personally. She just smiled an amused smile before turning away from the two.
'Of course, why don't you two come with me? I am sure there are some things that you would be able to learn here." She started to walk away. Zegram looked at Aurora with a raised eye brow. "So what do you think? Should we follow her?" He was curious himself, but he knew he had to treed carefully with Aurora right now. He knew that he had upset her more than usual, and the last thing they need is them making a scene.
