Technique Name: Hell-Fire Punch
Class: 6
Technique Type: Hell Technique
Usable By: Any Race of Hell
Technique Element: Fire
Technique Description and Effects:
The user's arm is engulfed in flames burning wildly. This attack causes a small explosion upon impact with the target. If the target were to move, the energy from the attack would travel from the user's arm and out for about ten yards before exploding. Not only is the force of the explosion pretty powerful, but it will also cause major burns to the target.
How to use technique:
Concentrate energy into cursed arm, and willing the fire to ignite and consume the limb. Reitsu Cost: 200
Technique Drawbacks:
This technique not only damages the target, but the force of the explosion would also cause slight damage to the user making repeated use of this technique unwise. For every 100 points in strength, the users body can take 3 explosions without severely injuring himself. Requires 1 point in any martial art/street fighting.

Technique Name: Soulfire Forge
Class: 6
Technique Type: Hell Technique
Usable By: Hell Races – Akki, Nakabakki, Hason, Saika
Technique Element: Fire/Spirit
Technique Description and Effects:
Once the user has discovered the use and manipulation of Soulfire, the next step is to focus on the shaping of it into an offensive tool. Soulfire Forge allows the user to take the formed flames and shape them into the form of any melee or thrown weapon, with the degree of mastery determining what can be made. At Learned, very basic tools, such as clubs, knives, or similar simple and small weapons are available. At Proficient, larger weapons such as swords, axes, and poles can be made, or more intricate smaller tools like clawed gauntlets or throwing needles are available. Finally, at Mastered, the limit of this technique is based only on the user's imagination, though they are still restricted to melee or thrown weapons.
Of course, that is not all that this Soulfire technique can do. These weapons are ephemeral and finite, and with a spark from the user's will, they can come apart and release the flames that they are made from. When the flames are released, they will explode outwards from the object one foot in every direction, the size of the explosion varying with the size of the weapon. A small weapon like a knife will not have a particularly wide range as the spread is only a foot around the weapon's diminutive size, though these weapons can be hurled for more effectiveness. Comparatively, an object like a broad sword can cover a fairly large area even with only an extra foot added to its size in explosion radius, but it is harder to get such a large weapon into close quarters for it. Note that this aspect of the technique can only be used when it is mastered.
The Soulfire used to form these weapons is generally disparate and unfocused due to its nature as a beginning technique; upon hitting the foe with either the weapon or the eruption of flames, the victim is treated to the initial burning effect of Soulfire at the spot hit. This pain is like a hot blade slicing through the area ignited. The burn will spread roughly six inches in all directions per post, though a foe with a higher spiritual stat than the user's highest spiritual stat will be able to reduce it to a mere inch in all directions per post. Possessing a 25% advantage to the user's highest spiritual stat will allow the burning to be halted, contained to the spot in which it initially hit.
How to use technique:
Conjure Soulfire, and shape it into the form of a weapon.
Technique Drawbacks
Aside from the fact that this is a very basic weapon, and only a Class 6 technique, this is also sharply limited in its ability to burn, and can be halted quite easily by a skilled spiritual fighter. Additionally, an ally possessing the required resistance stats can also halt or even negate the effects of the flame by spending an amount of Reiatsu equal to the difference between the victim's highest spiritual stat and the threshold they aim to meet (for example, if the victim has 400 RS and the enemy has 500 RS, then halting the flame would require 625 RS, requiring a cost of 225 Reiatsu to make up the difference as long as the ally has 625 or higher RS). Finally, the pain from this is mild compared to the other Soulfire techniques; though it can distract and disrupt concentration, two combined points between Strength of Will and Pain Tolerance can reduce it sharply, while three will allow the victim to ignore the pain altogether. Last, this technique comes with a cost of 150 Reiatsu (50 Reiatsu for a Class 6 technique plus the 100 Reiatsu cost of summoning Soulfire).

Technique Name: Infernal Blood
Class: 6
Technique Type: Hell Technique
Usable By: Hell Races Only
Technique Element: Blood
Technique Description and Effects:
Demonic blood is mentioned in stories of black magic and witchcraft, but with the right application of Hell-based Reiatsu it can be made. By infusing their own blood with Reiatsu, the user can alter its nature. At first, it doesn’t seem to do much, and indeed does not have much of an effect on the user. The true nature of this blood activates only on contact with another person’s Reiatsu, either by contacting their body or a solid object created with their Reiatsu. Once it does so, this blood becomes highly acidic, burning the substance it adheres to at a rapid rate using the user’s Offensive Stat to determine if it is able to dissolve an object.
As a low-Class technique, this corrosion is only so effective on various objects. On flesh, it will burn through the outer layer in a single post. Muscle will burn the post after, but bone will take two additional posts after to burn. Organic substances such as wood will have up to two inches of depth eaten away each post, while stone will lose only an inch per post. Metals and similarly tough objects will lose a half an inch per post. This will have no effect on the user, as it is only triggered by foreign Reiatsu.
How to use technique:
Fill one’s blood with Reiatsu to change its composition.
Technique Drawbacks:
Aside from cost, this technique will have no effect on objects—including the bodies of opponents—that possess even a single point of superior OS. Additionally, this cannot corrode anything created by a technique or ability of Class 4 or higher.

{Class 4 Techniques}
Technique Name: Sinner's Cross
Class: 4
Technique Type: Hell Technique
Usable By: All Hell Races – Akki, Nakabakki, Hason, and Saika
Technique Element: Varies
Technique Description and Effects:
We have all heard of the Quincy Cross of the Holy Quincy Empire, an item of reverence that no real Quincy would be without. Naturally, Hell cannot let such a beloved item go without being perverted, twisted, and corrupted into a dark mass that no longer resembles the original tool, and indeed, everything about it from its appearance to its nature have been completely altered by the Hell being that has taken it for themselves. The Sinner's Cross varies in shape by the user, though it will always resemble a small accessory, either a necklace, a bracelet, or an earring whose charm or symbols are customized by the user. Once this technique is created, this item will exist as a passive accessory with no natural effects until activated at a cost of 200 Reiatsu, which will then activate the ability inherent to it as a passive effect that lasts for five posts, at which point it must be refreshed to resume.
Unlike the Quincy Cross, which draws in Reiatsu particles for the user to manipulate, the Sinner's Cross is quite the opposite because it exudes spiritual energy. But the nature of this energy is what varies, once it is activated; it takes on the nature of the user's Aspect of Hell, and the way in which this manifests is chosen during the creation process for this technique. These effects are generally moderate in power, equal to no more than a Class 4 effect, and manifests in the form of an illusion or aura that radiates outwards from the bearer of the Sinner's Cross. For example, an Aspect of Fire might cause the air around the user to grow hotter, making victims sweat as they get too close and burn up more stamina, while an Aspect of Darkness might create an intangible wall of night around the user. This is determined by the technique's creator upon submission of the technique, however. The radius of this technique is equal to a number of feet equal to the user's highest Spiritual stat, though the effects will vary in effectiveness depending on the distance from the user (see drawbacks below.)
How to use technique:
Pour Reiatsu into the manifested Sinner's Cross, and let its effects flow out around the user.
Technique Drawbacks:
Naturally, this technique has its own drawbacks. For one thing, the effects of this aura can never be directly fatal, nor can they be significantly harmful, as appropriate for a Class 4 technique. In the examples above, an aura of flames can only create minor burns upon close contact, or an aura of darkness can still be penetrated by strong enough senses or a light source of sufficient spiritual strength. This technique only lasts for five posts before being refreshed, and like the Quincy Cross, the user must concentrate on keeping it active each post; if they do not focus, even as a side thought, on keeping it active while they are fighting, it will automatically shut off. As this is a constant effect, even passive posts taken while maintaining this effect count as combat posts.
The technique also loses potency the further out one is from the user; within the first 25% of the aura, measuring from the center outwards, the effects are at their full potency. For example, if an aura has a radius of 100 feet, then from the user to 25 feet outwards is at full potency. From 25% to 75% (i.e. with a 100 foot radius, from 25-75 feet away from the user) the effects of the aura are reduced by one-fourth of their potency. From 75% to the edge of the aura (i.e. with a 100 foot radius, from 75 to 100 feet away from the user), the effects are reduced to half of their normal potency.

Technique Name: Soulfire Control
Class: 4
Technique Type: Hell Technique
Usable By: Hell Races – Akki, Nakabakki, Hason, Saika
Technique Element: Fire/Spirit
Technique Description and Effects:
Hell's effects, as seen by those who have delved into its depths, are not purely physical in nature. The flames are as mental as they are physical, as are any of the other torments within the dark realm. This specifically focuses on a variation of Hellfire called Soulfire; where Hellfire is meant to be both physical and spiritual in nature, Soulfire focuses specifically on the spirit. These blue-white flames, when they make contact with anyone but the user, do not actually cause physical harm on their own. No, they leave their mark on the victim's spirit, the sensation of fire burning through the area hit and spreading rapidly outwards at a speed that varies with the technique used. This causes a distracting, dizzying pain that breaks concentration and makes it hard to focus. Worse, because it is an affliction of the spirit and not the body, techniques such as normal Kaido or abilities like High-Speed Regeneration do not affect it; only techniques which cleanse the spirit can remove the affliction. The pain effects can be resisted through sheer force of will or the ability to tolerate pain, though the degree required will be listed in individual techniques.
This technique by itself does not have an effect; rather, it is a prerequisite, consuming a technique slot, but allowing the user to perform any technique that requires the use of Soulfire. However, a certain level of mastery is required for each; for a technique of Class 8-6, this technique must be taken to Learned. For a technique of Class 5-3, this technique must be taken to Proficient. Finally, for Class 2-1 techniques, the user must take this technique to Mastered.
How to use technique:
This technique does not have a use, but is merely the required knowledge to learn Soulfire techniques.
Technique Drawbacks
Takes up a technique slot. Additionally, any techniques that use Soulfire cost an additional 100 Reiatsu above their normal cost to summon the Soulfire used for the technique.

Technique Name: Tempered Sin
Class: 4
Technique Type: Hell Technique
Usable By: Hell Races – Akki, Nakabakki, Hason, Saika
Technique Element: Spirit/Other
Technique Description and Effects:
One talent that many Hell beings have is making use of their Aspect of Hell; some do it through their Release, while others use techniques such as the Sinner's Cross to make their sin into a weapon that debilitates the foe over time. This is another facet of weaponizing the user's Aspect of Hell, and it is channeled through a conjured weapon formed with Soulfire Forge. When this technique is used, the weapon it is channeled through visibly changes to take on a form suited for the Aspect of Hell that the user possesses. This will always be a noticeable and visible change to the appearance, marking it as a different weapon.
This adds an additional effect to the weapon that is chosen upon learning this technique, which must be passed as a custom for each individual user. This effect is initially equal to a Class 4 technique's power; the Aspect of Regret could create a sense of fear and doubt in the foe upon striking successfully, while the Aspect of Rotting could begin to make flesh melt away at the location hit. However, this technique also merges with Soulfire's natural ability to spread through the spirit and corrupt it, replacing the pain and burning with the twisted effect that their Aspect of Hell grants to this weapon. As this plague spreads at the rate listed in Soulfire Forge, its effects grow in size. By the time the corrupted flame possesses the entire body, an Aspect of Regret can paralyze a foe with self-doubt and remorse, while the Aspect of Rotting could literally slough the victim's flesh away from their body. In the long term, these effects can be very powerful.
How to use technique:
Channel one's Aspect of Hell into a Soulfire weapon, and alter it to take on the nature of one's sin.
Technique Drawbacks
First, this requires the Soulfire Forge technique to be Mastered and active to even combine it with the user's Aspect of Hell. Second, the spread of this corruption is still treated much like the spread of Soulfire in the original technique; the effects will spread roughly six inches in all directions per post, though a foe with a higher spiritual stat than the user's highest spiritual stat will be able to reduce it to a mere inch in all directions per post. Possessing a 25% advantage to the user's highest spiritual stat will allow the corruption to be halted, contained to the spot in which it initially hit. This also can be halted by an ally; an ally possessing the required resistance stats can also halt or even negate the effects of the corruption by spending an amount of Reiatsu equal to the difference between the victim's highest spiritual stat and the threshold they aim to meet (for example, if the victim has 400 RS and the enemy has 500 RS, then halting the corruption would require 625 RS, requiring a cost of 225 Reiatsu to make up the difference as long as the ally has 625 or higher RS).
In addition to these resistances, each custom Tempered Sin form must have resistances and drawbacks to match the effects, much like any other technique. Finally, this technique costs 150 Reiatsu to use.

Reserved?: Yes; Any Hell character may learn this technique, but that form of it is reserved to the person who creates it.
Technique Name: Soulfire Stream
Class: 4
Technique Type: Hell Technique
Usable By: Hell Races – Akki, Nakabakki, Hason, Saika
Technique Element: Fire/Spirit
Technique Description and Effects:
While Soulfire Forge took and shaped the summoned Soulfire into a small, compact form whose general construction did not allow for much raw spiritual damage, Soulfire Stream goes in the opposite direction, spreading damage over a wider area in order to ignite the foe's soul with a greater success rate but spreading more slowly initially. When used, this technique takes on the form of a blue-white wave of flames, looking much like the Shinigami Soukahou as it spreads out in a rough cone in front of the user, able to reach a range of up to one hundred feet, with a spread of up to twenty feet from one side to the other. This is a constant stream of flames, meaning that the user can wield it with impunity, striking at foes rapidly and burning them alive from the inside.
Soulfire Stream is not as potent when it comes to igniting the soul, however; a single exposure will leave several points of impact that leaves the foe's soul ignited with Soulfire, and the pain is equal to that of a hot knife cutting through one's flesh and muscle, searing down to the nerves. The downside is that it will not spread very quickly, barely an inch per post from all points of impact. And if the foe possesses a 25% higher spiritual stat than the user's highest spiritual stat, then they are able to halt the flames completely from all sources.
How to use technique:
Conjure Soulfire, and simply send it out in a stream of flames towards the opponent.
Technique Drawbacks
This technique has a few drawbacks to it that make overuse unappealing. First, the initial use of this technique will actually ignite the user's fingertips on the hand using it with Soulfire, giving them their own dose of constant pain. While the flames will not spread, and subsequent single bursts will not add to the amount of Soulfire burning at the user, constant use through the per-post cost will cause the Soulfire to spread to the entirety of the fingers on the second post, and the entire hand by the third, preventing that hand from using Soulfire techniques until the user has taken a resting period of eight hours or they have spent a post pulsing 300 Reiatsu through the hand to clear away the Soulfire.
Additionally, an ally of the attack's victim possessing the required resistance stats can also halt or even negate the effects of the flame by spending an amount of Reiatsu equal to the difference between the victim's highest spiritual stat and the threshold they aim to meet (for example, if the victim has 400 RS and the enemy has 500 RS, then halting the flame would require 625 RS, requiring a cost of 225 Reiatsu to make up the difference as long as the ally has 625 or higher RS). This can only be applied to one area of the body at a time, however, making the shotgun-like spread more dangerous and requiring more areas to be healed. Finally, the pain from this is only moderate compared to the other Soulfire techniques; though it can distract and disrupt concentration, two combined points between Strength of Will and Pain Tolerance can reduce it sharply, while four will allow the victim to ignore the pain altogether. Last, this technique comes with a cost of 250 Reiatsu (150 Reiatsu for a Class 4 technique plus the 100 Reiatsu cost of summoning Soulfire).

Technique Name: Soulfire Spread
Class: 4, 2
Technique Type: Hell Technique
Usable By: Hell Races – Akki, Nakabakki, Hason, Saika
Technique Element: Fire/Spirit
Technique Description and Effects:
Soulfire Spread is an insidious technique that, while far more disparate and seeming weaker than the average technique, is actually a very subtle and deadly use of the conjured flames. When released, the Soulfire seems to simply disappear, as if fading from existence. This is because it has become scattered, spread out thinly across an object. More specifically, it spreads out across the soul of an object, rendering it as a time bomb of sorts for those who make use of the objects or latent Reiatsu about them. Once activated, the user merely has to imagine an object within sight, one that is not possessed by any opponent, and that object becomes corrupted. There are no immediate visual effects on the first post of activation, the Soulfire sitting latent within the soul of the object and burning quietly, waiting to be triggered.
The Class 4 version only allows the use of solid or tangible objects, such as earth, cloth, water, metal, etc. When these objects are “corrupted,” any of an opponent's Reiatsu or techniques that makes use of the object will trigger its effect. The Soulfire will immediately trace backwards to the technique user, and corrupt them from a point relevant to the technique used. A technique that requires sight would start the Soulfire burn at the eyes, while one that uses a gesture would start at the arm used in the gesture. If it is unlisted or specific, the effects of Soulfire begin in the center of the body, around the stomach, and spread from there. This flame burns hotter than some of the earlier techniques, like an actual fire being lit inside one's body, searing away the nerves and feeling as though flesh and muscle are burning away. It spreads six inches in all directions per post, and a 50% advantage in their highest spiritual offensive stat will only reduce its spread by half. It cannot be fully stopped, only slowed, or purified by a spiritual healing technique.
The Class 2 version of this technique is even more sinister; by expanding the uses of Soulfire, the user can actually begin to corrupt intangible objects, such as flame, air, or even latent Reiatsu in the air. The last is particularly dangerous to those who absorb Reiatsu for their own use, as it allows the corruption to flow into them directly. As with the Class 4 version, Soulfire will corrupt the victim starting from a point relevant to the technique used. This flame is even hotter in its pain-bringing intensity, liquid magma searing through the body and making concentration all but impossible, as well as making it extremely difficult for a victim to continue fighting back as it spreads. This can corrupt large portions of the body all at once, moving a foot in all directions when unresisted, and slowed only by half when the victim has a 50% advantage in their highest spiritual offensive stat. Worse yet is when an ally tries to slow this technique rather than heal it, as it will spread across the Reiatsu of the one trying to aid the victim, and make them suffer as well.
How to use technique:
Conjure Soulfire, and then let it corrupt the soul of an object, rather than the soul of a foe.
Technique Drawbacks
As a powerful technique, this naturally has a fair number of drawbacks. The user is as prone to triggering the Soulfire Spread as the opponent is by making use of the same elements; drawing upon the spiritual energy in the air or manipulating a corrupted element will cause them to be afflicted with the same effects that they would inflict on the intended victim. Second, this technique is limited in its spread radius when possessing a physical object in its Class 4 form; an object no larger than a person can be corrupted with a single use of this technique, while an area such as a patch of earth or a section of water that is no greater than six square feet in radius can initially be corrupted. Larger objects can be “partially” corrupted, and will spread at the same rate as their initial range each post, but will not corrupt a foe using them until the area chosen is completely affected, or three posts of spread have occurred, whichever happens first.
Much like other Soulfire techniques, the Class 4 version can also be reduced in effectiveness by an ally using their Reiatsu to try and slow the effects. As listed above, the Class 2 version will simply spread to those who try and slow it rather than heal it, but the Class 4 version can be halted by someone possessing the required resistance stats, allowing them to slow the effects of the flame by spending an amount of Reiatsu equal to the difference between the victim's highest spiritual stat and the threshold they aim to meet (for example, if the victim has 400 RS and the enemy has 500 RS, then slowing the flame would require 750 RS, requiring a cost of 350 Reiatsu to make up the difference as long as the ally has 750 or higher RS).
Additionally, the effects of the pain caused can be resisted to some extent; with the Class 4 version, pain can be reduced with a combination of three points between Pain Tolerance and Strength of Will, or ignored outright by a combination of four points. With the Class 2 version, this requires a combination of four points to resist, and a combination of six points to outright ignore.
Finally, costs. The Class 4 version costs 250 Reiatsu (150 Reiatsu for a Class 4 technique plus the 100 Reiatsu cost for conjuring Soulfire), while the Class 2 version costs 700 Reiatsu (600 Reiatsu for a Class 2 technique plus the 100 Reiatsu cost for conjuring Soulfire).

Beings of Hell exist for many purposes, but one that many, if not all share, is the corruption of all that is good, drawing it towards the same Hell that they exist in. This technique embodies that aspect, and acts accordingly. Simply put, it corrupts a victim within its range. In an area one hundred feet in radius around the user, any individuals who possess a Dark Aura lower than the user's will find their Light Aura reduced by 10 and their Dark Aura increased by 10 each post. As their aura inverts, they become more sinister, darker in personality; the stronger their Dark Aura becomes, the more their desire to do wrong increases. They begin to find pleasure in cruelty, begin to find joy in harm, begin to lust for destruction and pain of anything good. The higher their Dark Aura gets, the further they sink into depravity. Of course, being outside of the aura reverses this; for each post that the victim is not exposed to the aura, their Light Aura recovers by 5 and their Dark Aura drops by a similar amount until they are back to their normal values. Personality reverses appropriately.
How to use technique:
Extend one's will outwards, spreading the corruption of one's own darkness to the souls around them.
Technique Drawbacks:
Cost, of course, is the first drawback. This technique costs 150 Reiatsu to activate, and 100 Reiatsu per post after to maintain. Second, a victim can never have their Dark Aura go higher than the user's; once they are even or higher, this technique no longer works. Those with a strong spirit can resist this technique; with a superior spiritual offensive stat, the corruption is reduced to 5 points per post, while with a 25% advantage, the corruption is negated altogether. Those with a 100 in Light Aura also have a unique resistance to this technique; while it won't stop it outright, they will have to receive thirty points of Light Aura corruption (three posts with lower spiritual stat, or six posts with just superior spiritual stat and not the 25% advantage) before their values are actually altered.

Technique Name: Dark Lure
Class: 4
Technique Type: Hell Technique
Usable By: Hell Races – Akki, Nakabakki, Hason, and Saika
Technique Element: Spirit
Technique Description and Effects:
Beings of darkness and sin are those that dwell in Hell, and it is this life of darkness that has stained their souls black. But it is said evil draws evil, and this is no exception to the rule; those of the dark heart can not only draw similar evil to themselves, but literally rip it away from those who once possessed it. This comes across in two different techniques, and this is the first of them.
The first in the pair, Dark Lure, is the ability to draw darkness closer. When activated for a simple cost of 150 Reiatsu, this technique sends out a pulse of Reiatsu that can be sensed by anyone, regardless of whether or not they have any Energy Sensory; those that do not simply feel a shiver and a strange sensation of being drawn, while those that do simply feel a sense of dark Reiatsu that pulls them towards the source. Regardless of who senses it, what matters is that this technique draws people. Specifically, it draws the darkness in them. Spreading over an area equal to fifty feet for every 100 Reiatsu Strength that the user possesses, this technique tugs at any being with spiritual powers. What does this tug do? It creates a desire to follow it to the source, to be drawn to the being casting this technique.
But there's a catch to this. The tug varies in potency from person to person, and it's based on the level of their Dark Aura. With zero Dark Aura, a victim won't even notice the pull, and will brush it off completely. At 25 or less Dark Aura, there's a tug, a curiosity and an interest, but nothing compelling beyond the victim's own desires. At 26-50, there's a slight compulsion, a stronger desire to find out what's at the source, and to fight it off the victim needs a superior spiritual stat to the user's or a Strength of Will of 1 or higher. At 51-90, the compulsion is strong, almost overwhelming, and only a superior spiritual stat and a Strength of Will of 2 or higher can resist moving towards the source. Finally, at anywhere above 90 Dark Aura, only an absolute will can resist, and without having a 50% advantage in their spiritual stat and a Strength of Will of 3 or higher, they will be drawn to the source.
Of course, this also has another sinister effect. Based on the same scale that draws victims towards the source, it also prevents these same targets from leaving. As long as this technique is active, victims may not be able to escape an area that is roughly a half-mile away from the user. The same restrictions for resisting the pull of the technique apply to resisting this area of no escape, meaning those with a strong willpower will be able to slip away with ease. However, within this half-mile region, the victim is still drawn towards the source of the pulse; short of evading an opponent's attacks or abilities, they will inevitably be drawn closer to a central area that is no more than two hundred feet in radius from the user.
How to use technique:
Simply release a pulse of darkness-tainted Reiatsu that spreads out before drawing victims towards it.
Technique Drawbacks:
The first drawback, of course, is the cost of 150 Reiatsu to use, and 50 Reiatsu per post to maintain. Resistances are listed above as well. But this also has another catch to it; those caught in its snare are not mindlessly drawn like some thoughtless fly to the web; they move of their own conscious will, only drawn by the desire to get to the source. They will not aimlessly wander into attacks or traps set, and can act freely if they are able to spot and react to such attempts. This means that this technique is merely a means of getting people to a certain place, with no way of influencing the how, only the why.

Technique Name: Infernal Communion
Class: 4
Technique Type: Hell Technique
Usable By: Hell Races Only
Technique Element: Blood
Technique Description and Effects:
In darker lore, it is said that the drinking the blood of a devil grants infernal power, though it comes with a price. This technique replicates that belief, allowing the user to use their own blood to strengthen themselves and their allies. By altering their blood to a variant infused with Hellish Reiatsu, the user can then consume that blood or give it to others to grant exceptional strength and healing ability for a short period of time.
The effects of this technique varies with how much blood is consumed. At least an ounce of blood is needed for the minimum effects, and when at least this amount is consumed, the imbiber gains a 10% boost to their highest offensive stat for two posts. If an entire mouthful is consumed, then the imbiber will gain a 25% boost to their highest offensive stat, as well as a lesser form of regeneration: one post after suffering any wounds, the skin-level damage heals over. This will not affect muscle, bone, or organ damage, merely healing the external damage, and will last for three posts. Finally, if at least two mouthfuls are consumed in the same post, the imbiber will gain a 50% boost to their highest offensive stat, and the regeneration will be able to extend to the muscle layer every other post while healing the skin every post, but will still not affect bones or organs. This effect will last for five posts.
How to use technique:
Fill one’s blood with Reiatsu to change its composition, and then consume it to gain the benefits.
Technique Drawbacks:
The first drawback for this technique exists for the user; to give blood, they are required to have an open wound that is deep enough to provide it. Additionally, the loss of blood comes with its own consequences; at a few drops, the user will feel mildly nauseous, but no more. An entire mouthful will cause the user to feel like they’ve lost energy, enough to count as an extra post of full stamina usage, and two mouthfuls will leave the user feeling dizzied enough that they have a harder time focusing, lowering Instinct by 10%. The effects of multiple mouthfuls will stack.
Additionally, there are drawbacks for imbibers besides the user, too. The demonic blood is acidic to anyone besides the user, causing their insides to burn from the consumption. The throat, mouth, chest, and stomach feel like they’re being melted from the inside, and though the concentration isn’t high enough to fully dissolve the victim’s body, it’s enough to potentially burn through the linings of their internal organs, causing internal hemorrhaging. To avoid this, the drinker must pay 50 Reiatsu per post to protect their insides from damage.
Finally, to learn this technique, the user must know and master Infernal Blood.

Technique Name: I Feel So Hollow
Class: 4,1
Technique Type: Hell Art
Usable By (Technique is available to which races?): Sinners
Technique Element: Hell
Technique Description and Effects (Explain appearance, powers, and effect): When a Sinner is pushed past even their far reaching principles something horrific is created, but is it a blessing or a curse? Although the need for sustenance is non existent with a Sinner they still may fall to gluttony creating a hunger that is hard to get rid of. What could possibly be so horrific that even other sinners are disgusted by the act? That would be the slaughter and act of devouring a Hollow.
If at least one Hollow was devoured in the Sinners lifetime a power will fester and grow within their souls, this power can be used immediately or take it's time to become useable as it is different with every sinner. Once useable this corrupted Hollow energy can take on a few different forms but one thing that always comes from it is the sudden growth of a Hollow mask whenever the user draws on this power. This mask is decided upon learning the technique and cannot change, if the user is a Saika then their mask merges with their face becoming the Hollow mask and when they aren't wearing their Saika mask the Hollow mask that forms takes on the appearance of it.
The power that is gained from this corrupted Hollow energy depends on if the Class of the Technique is 4 or 1. If the class is 4 than the user may choose one from these four powers if the class is 1 than two powers may be chosen.
1) The ability to fire off a black and red cero that uses the users RS and costs 200 reiatsu at class 4 as it is unrefined and requires more reiatsu to compensate and 100 at class 1 as it is finally refined and shows the users experience with this power.
2) Grow 1 Natural Weapon with the Class 4 variant and 2 with the Class 1 variant. (Natural weapons are things like claws, teeth, a tail, a pair of limbs, spikes, etc.)
3) Gain regeneration at Class 4 allowing cuts and bruises to be healed instantly, fingers/toes and deep wounds to heal over 1 post and limbs to regenerate over 3 posts, the Class 1 variant gives HSR where cuts, bruises, fingers/toes, and deep wounds to heal immediately, lost limbs and organs (Not including vitals) to heal over 1 post. If the user already has regeneration or HSR than their regeneration becomes more powerful allowing even the heart to be regenerated in 1 post (Instant kills can't be healed). Both Class Variants must be activated at a cost of 75 reiatsu for the Class 4 variant and 200 reiatsu for the Class 1 variant, therefore neither are passive while the Technique is active and both must be activated affecting only the damage gained from that post it was activated. This power has a cooldown of 2 posts before it can be activated again.
4) Gain a single extra sensory ability with the Class 4 variant such as the ability to see electric fields similar to sharks or the ability to see infrared, the Class 1 variant allows the user to gain two extra sensory abilities.
The moment this technique is used the mask appears along with the chosen powers, this lasts for 3 posts at learned, 6 at Proficient, and 9 posts at Mastered.
How to use technique (How is it activated?): The user focuses on the corrupted Hollow energy that continuously festers within their souls and begin drawing on it.
Technique Drawbacks (Limitations, repercussions for use, etc) The cost for activating this Technique is equal to the standard cost for the class it is at. This technique requires extra work to become Proficient and mastered, the user must still pay the normal TTP required for upping its proficiency but they must also have used this power 4 times before it becomes considered Proficient and 8 times before it's considered Mastered. The powers must be chosen upon learning this Technique and cannot be changed after. Must have eaten 1 Hollow in the users lifetime in order to learn this Technique, this must have been done in a thread and not a backstory.

Technique Name: Eye of the Beholder
Class: 4 [Cinematic]
Technique Type: Body
Usable By (Technique is available to which races?): General Sinner
Technique Element: Flesh
Technique Description and Effects (Explain appearance, powers, and effect): By channelling reiatsu into an eye of a creature. The user can see through the eyes of whoever the eye originally belonged to. This technique functions even if the owner of the eye is in another realm entirely. { Hueco Mundo, Seireitei, Vandenreich base Etc. }
How to use technique (How is it activated?): Must own an eye from a being, living or spiritual, and channel reiatsu into it.
Technique Drawbacks (Limitations, repercussions for use, etc): First off, the technique requires an eye that doesn't belong to the caster. The eye will decay normally unless preserved through some method. If the user or original owner of the eye is blind, then this technique does nothing. If the original owner of the eye changes race, either through death or some other method then the eye no longer functions. Requires Focus and is unable to be used in combat. This tech only grants vision of the original owner, so user cannot hear what they hear.

Technique Name: Corrupting Influence
Class: 4
Technique Type: Hell Technique
Usable By: Hell Races – Akki, Nakabakki, Hason, and Saika
Technique Element: Spirit
Technique Description and Effects:

Class: 4 [Cinematic]
Technique Type: Body
Usable By (Technique is available to which races?): General Sinner
Technique Element: Flesh
Technique Description and Effects (Explain appearance, powers, and effect): By channelling reiatsu into an eye of a creature. The user can see through the eyes of whoever the eye originally belonged to. This technique functions even if the owner of the eye is in another realm entirely. { Hueco Mundo, Seireitei, Vandenreich base Etc. }

{Class 3 Techniques}
Technique Name: Dark Draw
Class: 3
Technique Type: Hell Technique
Usable By: Hell Races – Akki, Nakabakki, Hason, and Saika
Technique Element: Spirit
Technique Description and Effects:
The second in the pair of evil-attraction techniques, Dark Draw takes the concept of Dark Lure and takes it a step further. While its predecessor simply lured targets of sufficient darkness and low willpower to a single place, Dark Draw takes the darkness out of these victims and feeds it to the user, making use of this evil and sin to strengthen them. This has the expected effect, draining the sense of darkness from the victim's soul, but does little to influence their actual personality. Evil can't be made good through such a simple concept, after all.
This technique is sinister in its nature; by simply being within one hundred feet of a victim bearing any sort of Dark Aura, the user begins to siphon it away, draining out the evil intents of the victim's soul and taking it into themselves. All targets within this radius are affected at once, regardless of the number. Now, what happens is scary; each post, all affected victims who do not resist the draw (see the drawbacks section for more information) have their Dark Aura reduced by 10. Their Light Aura is untouched; this technique simply drains the darkness from a victim without creating new positive emotions. This is particularly scary for those who have an extremely low Light Aura; as their darkness slips away, they find themselves in a state of greater and growing apathy, a nothingness from which no emotions can be born. Those affected find that the darkness within them starts to flow away, the sinister and evil emotions they feel starting to fade into nothing. This doesn't take away from evil or malicious intent, merely the feelings of darkness that come with it. Pleasure at suffering, rage or anger, even a desire towards cruelty; all of it begins to just disappear.
But that's not all this does. As the darkness is drained into the user, they are revitalized, their own darkness growing by the moment. Every point of Dark Aura drained is added straight to their total, up until it reaches 100; at this point, all Dark Aura they drain will revitalize them in various ways. If the user draws in 10 or less Dark Aura in a post, they can either heal minor wounds, such as skin-deep cuts, bruises and or small fractures that are not fully broken bones, or they can recover a small amount of stamina, like taking a twenty-minute rest to catch their breath. If they draw in at least 20, then wounds as serious as bone-deep cuts or severed digits (fingers, toes) can be regenerated immediately, or stamina equal to a full hour's rest can be recovered. Finally, if the drawn Dark Aura in a post reaches 30 or higher, the user can either regenerate a complete limb or equivalent, non-internal organ wounds, or else they may fully recover their stamina.
How to use technique:
Inhale through the mouth as though taking a deep breath, and absorb the darkness of those around the user.
Technique Drawbacks:
A powerful technique that can drain away emotions and allow the user to restore themselves from it, this technique costs 400 Reiatsu to activate, and 100 Reiatsu per post to keep it constantly active. Naturally, it also requires that there are targets with Dark Aura to drain in the required area; against those with their DA either reduced to 0 or naturally at 0, this technique is ineffective, and has no purpose except to drain the user's Reiatsu. This also has the effect of twisting the user's personality; their DA will not return to normal until the end of the thread, and as it goes up, their personality becomes darker, more sinister, and more evil. Thoughts become malicious, desires evil. This cannot be fought against or resisted, even if the user also possesses a Light Aura of 100. This evil will always take hold for the remaining duration of the thread, or a rest period of eight or more hours.
However, this also has a resistance aspect to it. A foe with a spiritual stat greater than the user's highest spiritual stat will only have 5 DA drained from them with each post, while a foe with a 50% advantage in spiritual stats will be able to resist the pull outright. In fact, those with a strong enough spirit to completely resist the effect can actually reverse the flow, draining the user's DA as though they were using the technique and receiving healing effects as listed. Those with a two-Class advantage over the user can also reverse this flow, their darkness too strong for the user to draw in.

Technique Description and Effects:
When imbibed, demonic blood can grant great strength, but there are also tales of those who bathe in demons’ blood, which also grants them unholy power. This technique allows the user to mimic those stories, taking their blood and pouring it upon themselves or a victim of their choice. Once this blood is in place, it will sink into the skin and turn the receiver’s skin a dark crimson color, marking that the ritual is complete.
This alteration of the skin color isn’t just for show, either; a thin layer of spiritually-hardened blood exists just beneath the skin, and though it will not prevent damage to the actual skin layer, it will protect anything beneath. This is a full-body defense against any external attack with a force equal to the blood donor’s Reiatsu Strength, and it lasts for five posts upon use. This technique is treated like Hierro in regards to what it can and cannot block, but does not degrade, making it a temporary but powerful defense for the one receiving its blessing.
How to use technique:
Fill one’s blood with Reiatsu to change its composition, and then pour it over the receiver of choice.
Technique Drawbacks:
The first drawback is the damage done to the user as well as the loss of blood. A fairly large wound must be created to release enough blood, and the amount of blood to use this technique is not insignificant. A single use of this leaves the user dizzied and nauseous, decreasing their Instinct by 10% for three posts, while two uses leaves them weak and exhausted, decreasing Strength, Speed, and Senses by 10% each for five posts. A third use will be fatal, as the user will have drained the majority of their blood. Technique Name: Redemption
Class: 3
Technique Type: Spiritual
Usable By: Hellions (Nakkabakki exempt)
Technique Element: Soul
Technique Description and Effects:
Redemption is a strange concept for those of Hell. In many religions and folklore there isn't even a means to "redeem" oneself given that upon being sent to Hell is the eternal punishment. Mind you, those of Hell will speak of means to escape and though old rumors and stories speak of the idea of "cleansing" oneself of sin it's very rarely done in any capacity. Namely because those of Hell who could even genuinely try to do such either don't believe it possible or do not want to. Regardless this near ancient technique is a show that there is a way to escape the eternal torment in as permanent a way as possible. You must work to redeem yourself and make amends for the sins committed in your prior and current life.
This technique mechanically, works as follows. A hellion's "sins" are manifested with a numeric value of 5. To redeem your sins, you must reduce your "Sin total" to 0. This entails a constant and active effort to do good by those around you and work against the sins that weigh you down. To do such the user must show at least some sort of significant growth in a thread towards overcoming their sins. This can be making amends with those wronged, realization of what your actions have done to others, it can even be changing to towards having more empathy towards another (assuming the character in question didn't have that means prior.) For every thread that shows this, the users Sin Total is reduced by 1. In addition, the use can choose to have their dark aura decreases by 20 points and increase their LA by 20. (This must be agreed upon by the mod grading said thread.
After the user reduces their Sin total to 0, they must go through a final thread. This thread is a final showdown with the sins of the user made manifest. The thread is intended to be introspective and challenging to the morals and goals of said character. It's bringing their most heinous parts to light and forces the individual to deal with them directly. The manifestation is up to the RP'er to decide as far as form is concerned. For actual combat purposes they have access to everything the user has access to. The user can deal with their manifestation via combat, or they can deal with them in an alternate manner. The interaction is unique to the individual and a moderator is not required to play the manifestation. Upon completing this confrontation thread, the user gains the means to change their character back to the race to one of the following:
Free Quincy, Fullbringer, Hollow, Shinigami, or Failure.
This racial transformation does not impose a loss of class to the character. Instead, all training SP is lost in its place. Training Tier status is also not lost for hellion races that previously had it. However, this technique does allow an individual to transform into a class 8 variant of the race of their choice to acquire TT status if they so choose. Regardless of what class the redeemed hellion starts at, they will be given a marking in some capacity to remind them of their previous form. This can be a tattoo, body scaring, etc. Something that reminds them that though they are free that they can easily return to Hell if they fall off the path again.
How to use technique:
Learn the technique and commit to redeeming your sins. Then confront your sins made manifest and prosper.
Technique Drawbacks:
Training SP reset and requires 6 threads to complete and TTP cost.

One of seven that can be concentrated and brought forth in a physical form. This manifests as a mark on the body. For Greed, this mark is branded on the palm of the dominant hand of the user. Greed is a very dangerous ability for any who value their belongings. Greed lets the user take anything within their line of sight. So long as whatever they are claiming isn't alive, they can take it in an instant. For most things, this requires little energy, maybe 25 reiatsu, and can be used every post. For things with actual power however, this gets tricky.
To take something for a being with power requires actual effort on the users part. Costing 500 reiatsu, the embodiment of Greed will attempt to steal their belongings. In order to do this, they must have their original highest spiritual stat be twenty five percent higher then their victim's original highest offensive stat. The opponent can resist this if they pay twice as much reiatsu as the user did to activate this ability. This ability cannot be negated against objects with less than two classes of this technique.]

Finally, to learn this technique, the user must know and master Infernal Blood.

Technique Name: Mark of Sin: Greed
Class: [3]
Technique Type: [General Sinner techniques]
Usable By: [Hell Races]
Technique Element: [None]
Technique Description and Effects: [Being stuck in the bad end of the afterlife tends to bring out of some of the more negative aspects of the soul.
How to use technique: [The user says aloud, 'All I see is mine to claim', and whatever they look at will instantly be in their hand, and fully under the command of the user.]
Technique Drawbacks: [If Greed fails, it will go onto a three post cool down.]

Technique Description and Effects:[This is a very tricky ability for Hell users to first pickup, but absolutely invaluable once they've gotten the hang of it. By manipulating their chains, the users of this ability are able to channel heat and flames through the blackened bindings tethering them to Hell, creating a long arm of energy. The construct is an extension of the user in almost every way, being as dexterous as its creator. The Hands are spiritual in nature, and scale off of the user's highest spiritual stat. For every 50 in either rs or sprp, the hands can extend one foot. Hands move at a speed of 600, or equal to the user, whichever is faster. Hands have a piercing power equal to the spiritual stat of the user, and burn away anything with less than half of the users spiritual stat, destroying anything it touches. Cost, 100 reiatsu per post. Each level of mastery grants the user an additional pair of arms, up to three pairs.]

When used successively again within the three posts will reset the duration of the posts and stack the boost, up to three additional times per stat. 250 reiatsu per bite.]
How to use technique: [Pay cost, bite into someone.]
Technique Drawbacks: [Does not count random background npc's for boost. If the user is unable to bite and eat something, then no boost. Once the user's stat is boosted, every time this is used afterward increases the cost by 50 reiatsu. This flame lasts a single post, and afterward, the wound reseals itself through cauterization. Is able to receive normal blood transfusion, so long as their blood does not come in contact with the air.

Technique Name: Infernal Damnation
Class: 2
Technique Type: Hell Technique
Usable By: Hell Races Only
Technique Element: Blood
Technique Description and Effects:
In tales of demons, many are after one thing: the eternal damnation of the victim’s soul. While this effect can only be replicated by the strongest inhabitants of Hell, there are those who can offer a temporary damnation that is potent in its own right. By taking their own blood and using it in an offering ritual, any of the lesser beings from Hell, or even the hybrid races like Nakabakki, can temporarily convert another individual into something akin to a demon.
When the ritual is performed (see below), then the target of the technique begins to change, given a state akin to a Nakabakki. A chain of dark, Hellish Reiatsu emerges from the center of the pentacle and wraps around the portion of the body that it is drawn upon, binding itself to the flesh for the duration of the technique. It is at this point that this technique diverges depending on whether it is a willing or an unwilling damnation.
If the target is a willing recipient who accepts the technique without struggle—implying that the user does not have to bind them or force the use of the pentagram on them—then the effects are mostly positive. They will gain the effects of Infernal Blood, making their blood acidic to anyone other than themselves and the one who cast this technique on them; Infernal Communion as though they had swallowed a mouthful of blood, giving them a 25% boost to their highest offensive stat and a minor regeneration to the skin level one post after receiving wounds; and Infernal Baptism, giving them a Hierro-like effect for the duration of the technique with a defensive stat equal to the caster’s Reiatsu Strength. Finally, as one last benefit, the user of this technique can make use of the recipient’s blood for the use of Infernal Blood, Infernal Communion, and Infernal Baptism.
If the target is an unwilling victim, however, and is bound or has the pentacle forced on them, then the effects are inverted and made negative. Their blood goes acidic like normal towards everyone, but it also affects the victim by boiling in their veins, causing them an enormous amount of pain. Their insides burn as the power of the Infernal Communion soaks into their innards with that same acidic blood, and the same applies to the skin layer, causing it to slowly burn away. Thus do the demonic blessings become curses for those who are victims rather than recipients.
Regardless of the form that this technique takes, it lasts for five posts total, at which point it ends completely. Additionally, once this technique ends, it has another sinister effect on both types of targets. In a DP or DE thread, the target’s Dark Aura is increased by 10, and their Light Aura is decreased by 10 permanently. Finally, this will damn the target to Hell upon death if the player agrees OOC.
How to use technique:
There are two ways this technique can be performed: willingly or unwillingly. The process for either is the same, though the mechanics behind such vary. Taking their own blood, the user draws an encircled pentagram on the victim’s body, which begins the process of conversion.
Technique Drawbacks:
The first drawback is the need to draw blood through the creation of a wound on the user. Additionally, the cost for this technique is an additional 200 Reiatsu per post atop of the initial cost of the technique. An unwilling victim can completely resist this technique by having a single point in superior spiritual offensive stat to the user. The user also suffers the same gain to Dark Aura and loss to Light Aura as the victim, the sin of damning another’s soul weighing heavily on them.
Finally, to learn this technique, the user must know and master Infernal Blood.

Technique Name: The Black Fog
Class: [1]

Technique Fluff: [Those who fear the darkness are wise. Evil in its most primal form thrives in the shadows, always on the edge of the light. But while it is rare when the shadows of the underworld touch the land of the living, the results are always spoken of for generations. The Black Fog is an ability generated by those who have seen the proverbial void, and gazed into it. These people are those with hearts blacker than most, and live in perpetual chaos, misery, and hate. Those who use this technique are often those who have given up on life, and have let themselves fall into despair, or have done so at least once in their existence. This ability was made to show that, no matter how much hope there is the world, and no matter how happy the world becomes, evil will never leave the hearts of mankind, and will always linger. The darkest shadows linger behind the brightest lights.
The Black Fog is generated from the soul of the user, spilling from their chests, completely enshrouding their lower bodies in a mist of darkness at all times. From there, the fog begins to spread over the ground, seemingly consuming it, with the top of it lingering three feet above it. The Black Fog is thick to the point where no light can ever pierce it, consuming it in its entirety. The mist does more than feed off the light however. The shadows absorb all forms of energy that come into contact with it, be it heat, light, or reiatsu. Especially reiatsu.
The air above the fog is quickly drained of any lingering reiatsu, preventing anyone from creating airground platforms of any kind, as well as preventing any stepping abilities. However, those who stand in the blackened air start to suffer from the effects of this immediately. The moment anyone comes into contact with it will quickly lose their power, before fading away beneath the darkness, never to be seen again.
But this isn't what makes this ability so feared, although that is a part of it. The darkness is a sponge for souls, but it doesn't let that energy go to waste. Once it has absorbed enough souls, this ability starts to create monsters. Often titanic beings of pure hate and rage emerge from the shadows, climbing out of the nothing, existing for only destruction. The monsters can take on many forms, ranging from ogers, wolves, or even the well known dragon. These creatures stand anywhere from seven feet in height, to a towering fifty.
The being are extremely durable as well, needing the strongest of champions to slay them. The Black Fog naturally doesn't harm them, and are immune to the effects of it. No matter their shape, these creatures are only as smart as an animal, beatial in thought, maybe as smart as a lion.
All the air above the mist is stripped of reiatsu, no matter the distance. Any ability that touches the fog is absorbed, so long as the offensive stat is lower than the user's, adding the reiatsu used for the ability to the reiatsu counter.]
Technique Effects:
A Black mist spills out of the user's chest, quickly covering the ground around them, hovering two feet off the lowest surface. The Mist spreads five feet per post, times how many posts it has been active. 1 post equals five feet, 2 is ten, 3 fifteen, and so on. The air above the Black Fog cannot be used for any form of airground above it. Anyone in the fog loses 250 reiatsu per post, and loses the same amount just by touching it. Non- spiritual humans, plants, and animals die instantly when they come into contact with the fog.
Any techs used while inside the fog will charge the fog by half the amount paid for the original tech. Once the fog has collected 500 reiatsu, the user can summon a creature of the writer's choice to attack or cause general chaos. The user is also able to wait, and have the fog store its reiatsu in order to summon multiple beasts at once. The creature does not obey the caster, nor is it affected by the draining effects of the fog.
The stats of the creatures are always 800 strength, 400 speed, and 150 in all sensory stats, with 800 durability. The user is able to pay 500 in order to charge the mist. The Cost to maintain is 100 reiatsu, and is used to charge the fog. Fog lasts three posts after the user stops paying for it, and is unable to summon beasts after they stop.
