Asmoskon was in Eastern Alaska for the moment in search of a special human that he had gotten wind of from an informant. He had gotten information that the reiatsu of a Quincy was in the frozen tundra of a climate. Asmoskon wasn't sure if t was a Vandenreich Quincy or one of his few brethren that had yet to be corrupted by the views of a blind man. He had reacted quickly and gotten on a plane and made his way to this small town known as McCarthy.
He had been here for little more then a few minutes when he activated the Adevărat Vedere which located any source of above average reiatsu signatures and the race that they belonged too. In less then a fraction of a second the lettering of a single reiatsu signature came up in his view. It belonged to a Quincy and was little more then two miles away. From that point Asmoskon made his way to the Quincy hoping for it to be someone that he could persuade to his side and keep from the clutches of Vandenreich.
After a few more minutes Asmoskon came to the outskirts of a forest he could see through the Adevărat Vedere that the Quincy was within the forest hardly more then a few dozen yards. Making his way within the forest Asmoskon walked through the heavy large amount of snow and could feel the temperature of his body dropping as his socks began to get wet. He then came upon the Quincy seeing the white like hair of a small girl in front of him. "It's quite rare for anyone to have hair white enough to rival snow. You should consider that one of your most promising traits Sister."
Birds flocked over the woman as she heaved her brown boots through the heavy layers of the snow. Her white hair falling in-front of her face during the small hunt, she had her makeshift bow in hand, something her father Aaron made for her in order to eat. The forest was cluttered, branches, shrubs and too many tree's to be able to see dead ahead. How long had she been out here? Looking up into the open canopy, her blue eyes trying to absorb the slight sunlight she could see beaming through the clouds. It would be nice to stand the warmth of the sun like any normal person, without always feeling a harmful sensation.
With a sigh, she crouched low spotting a small white rabbit nibbling gently on some leaves that survived the cold, it seemed impossible but Alissa knew life always had a way of showing hope. A smile curled upon the woman's soft lips, but like the rabbit she had to eat. She raised her bow as ell as the arrow, making sure her back was straight and elbows aligned correctly, pulling the string back and aligning the arrow carefully she prepared to release until she heard a voice that made her entire being freeze on spot. She accidentally launched the arrow, causing it to strike a tree and stab directly into it. Alissa was wearing winter camouflage white colors mixed with the same shade of the tree's, brown boots and black gloves to give her grip. It wasn't nearly enough clothing to give her warmth, she could still feel the cold winds in her clothing keeping her perfectly cooled.
She stood up quickly and began to back-away slowly, preparing another arrow from the holster that she carried. She readied it, but she was nervous, who was this stranger and how did he find here, nobody lived up here besides her, let alone travel. She wanted to run but soon lowered her bow to speak. Alissa's hear beat raced, one thump after another constantly."W-what do you mean by t-that?" She stuttered and looked down at her chest, seeing the long white strands hitting her front body. White hair? yes but who didn't have white hair, it was totally normal well to her."W-who are you?" A cliche question to ask, but really who was this stranger and what was he doing here.

Asmoskon stood behind the young girl who by looks was around his age. As he spoke though the girl it seemed was startled and lost concentration on the shot he had been aiming for. In all truth Asmoskon as he spoke had picked up the sight of the rabbit with his left eye along with the bard head of the arrow and the wooden bow that this girl was using. What was interesting though was that she was using a bow not made of reiatsu.
Asmoskon wasn't sure if this Quincy was just practicing with a material bow as he did often or if he had actually found someone who had no idea of the spiritual world and that she was linked to it. It was then that the girl turned around and faced him while moving backwards in what seemed to be freight. "W-what do you mean by t-that? W-who are you?" Asmoskon could tell that the girl was in a state of freight and that he would need to calm her down in order to speak with her correctly.
Holding up his right hand in a passive gesture his palm out towards her and flat Asmoskon starred at the girl with his left eye. "My name is Asmoskon and I'm a Quincy . . like you. We are of the same race . ." Asmoskon moved his hand slightly gesturing for the white haired girl to give him her name as he had done for her. Asmoskon over the last few months had transformed and lost a lot of his speaking talents towards others.
The major fact was that he hated and held a large deal of distrust towards females after the purple haired Shinigami tore him apart and plunged his soul into darkness where for the moment it was wrapped in despair only breaking free to see light for a few moments very rarely. Nonna was one such person that he felt was an acceptation to how females lied and manipulated others so this Quincy might just be another treasure that Asmoskon can collect and train to aid him for the survival of all existence.
Blue eyes looking at the other with a strange tension building in her body. His hand extended forward, but she was afraid to touch it even if she wore these gloves, too many bad physical experiences built up on this fragile woman. She offered a smile to the man named 'Asmoskon' a strange name, but she hadn't heard many names, her life in isolation seemed to be coming to a slow end. She stood up straight and tried her best to stop being such a coward when meeting strangers, it was no wonder why she never left the forest, well unless she needed supplies. Alissa carefully placed her bow down, lowering her body slightly as she slowly rose back up, she reached her hand out, studying the stranger. She was very small compared to him, but she was alert as well.
"My names Alissa . . . what exactly is a Quincy? I've only heard that word once in my lifetime, long ago." She spoke softly, her tone polite, calm and soothing like a spring breeze. Alissa was very nervous, it was the touch she was afraid of. She had gloves, why was this such a big deal, she hadn't felt that pain in years. The cold up here always kept her from the deadly poison of warmth. She had touched the man's hand, but quickly pulled away out of fear, holding her hand against her chest for safety."S-same race? forgive me for not understanding, I-I don't get a lot of visitors here." Alissa mentioned, eyes traveled away from the Asmoskon.
She didn't have the confidence to look at him, isolation did a lot to her over the years. The only person she spoke to was Aaron her father figure, after that dark night she had found her way back into the light. She didn't know what else to say or do, she had brought her right hand up to her face, and began to chew on her nails, the tension was too much for some reason, she really needed to calm down, Alissa took a deep breath and stopped biting, standing up straight she looked out into the forest, soon returning her gaze back Asmoskon. Alissa began to move through the snow slowly, gesturing him to follow her. "P-please follow me, m-my home is this w-way, we talk there." She was trying her best not to stutter like a fool.

Asmoskon watched as the girl who seemed to be incredibly scared at the moment just from someone else being around her placed her bow down. Asmoskon didn't need her to do such a thing however it might come off to strange for him to just tell her he'd be able to catch any arrow she fired at him so he felt it best to allow her freedom for actions right now. His left eye picked up the movement of her pupil and he could tell that she was looking him over and studying what he was wearing and how he looked. Good she was intelligent and thought first she would be perfect.
"My names Alissa . . . what exactly is a Quincy? I've only heard that word once in my lifetime, long ago." Asmoskon could hear the hesitation in the girl's voice and how she wasn't quite sure what was going on or who Asmoskon was. He watched calmly as Alissa moved her hand out and touched his own only to pull away like a small animal. Asmoskon was actually surprised and questioning the reasoning for his girl's actions and thinking. There was something else going on with her hat he had no clue about currently.
"S-same race? forgive me for not understanding, I-I don't get a lot of visitors here. P-please follow me, m-my home is this w-way, we talk there." Asmoskon was willing to be patient and give Alissa the time se would need as well as give it too her in the best area she was comfortable in for these factors would weigh greatly in the ultimate outcome of him traveling here. "Lead the way Alissa."
She still had the need to feel hostile towards the stranger, inviting him into her so called home wasn't a problem. Her small little cabin was practically empty still, it was checking out a new apartment, plain and empty. A Quincy? what the fuck does this guy want anyway, he seems dangerous but I can't let my guard down. . . come on Alissa you're only human, you think you can fight off the whole world, you've never even been in a fight let alone talk to a person. She thought to herself for a moment as they both began to travel upwards more deep into the wood, she felt the snow crunch beneath her boots, she had picked up her bow just before they ventured on.
Alissa was afraid, she thought maybe the people who took her brother had finally come to take her, possibly even kill her. A life lived with only one person she called father, but talking to a stranger and inviting him in, this was definitely wrong for her. She would glance back on alert at the man, her expression suspicious but deep down she felt at ease. Staring at her gloved hand wondering a thousand things, she felt like her brain would leak from her nostrils and ears. Still, she had examined her glove thoroughly. Every line, every wound on her dying little friend who had helped her keep grip on her bow for many years, she couldn't help but think about her lonely life while staring away, the glove was her in a sense, it had been through a lot but was still able to keep everything together, a few slips but it remained strong after all the scars.
If this 'Asmoskon' was a Quincy, what if he was the same as her, unable to touch the warmth and love of the world she adored so much, she could only grasp the cold of it all, but she didn't mind she actually enjoyed the white flaky feeling, the color and the nostalgic feeling the cold weather gave her deep inside. She didn't even notice she had still been staring at her palm before slamming right into a tree and stumbling back on to the snow, hitting her bottom and dropping her make-shift bow. A loud crunchy 'thud' echoed slightly through the woods.
"Fucking hell!" She gritted her teeth in a sore of anger, she hadn't been paying attention, her damn thoughts drag her down. Stupid girl, now your just making a fool out of yourself. She didn't want to look back and stare this new person in the face, she could already hear his thoughts, she analyzed the situation and quickly jumped back up to her feet, brushing the snow off her pants and jacket. She said nothing, and continued to walk, seeing the broken down home ahead beyond a few scraps of pine. "There we are!" She pointed with her right hand, she felt so excited to see her little fallen nest, to her it was a wreck but to someone who wasn't her, it looked like a normal clean, unused home, people would go to on vacation, it wasn't two-stories but it was nice, simple and plain.
"W-well, since we're already technically here, w-why have you come out here? Are you lost or something?" She gave him a side glance, still crunching through the snow, she didn't want to overload his brain with questions, it was a good thing she still had some kind of food within her home, if he was lost he was hungry. How ridiculous, he doesn't look lost, what a stupid question to ask, at least he's not some crazed ax killer, even though he looks like one. She was getting shivers all over her body, but being alone all she had was her thoughts to converse. with.

Asmoskon followed the white haired Quincy girl that honestly seemed to remind him of himself little more then a year prior to the moment. He had been care free and rather silly before his life as a mercenary and Quincy had truly taken off and everything turned dark. It was awhile of walking and Asmoskon’s left eye constantly shifted from side to side his vision taking in everything about the surroundings. He could have just as easily sought out the heat of someone’s body, but felt like doing things to old way might just keep time at buy for right now.
It was then that he heard the sound of Alissa smacking into a tree and falling to the ground. Asmoskon had noticed prior that she was eyeing him and that had been another reason why he had kept his focus on the surroundings just in case this was somehow a trap. She was on the ground and it seemed perfectly nature to assume that the girl was simply naïve and young without any real experience to her life yet. Asmoskon could think back to another young girl that fit that description until he had taken her under his wing.
After a few more minutes of walking it seemed that they had reached the home that she had spoken of and she wanted answers now rather then wait another minute or so. Exhaling a sigh of breathe Asmoskon stares at Alissa making eye contact with his left as he speaks his arms crossed over his chest now. “I’m here to get you Alissa.” Asmoskon paused for a moment to let Alissa figure in what he had just said. “You’re a Quincy like me and I’m here to make sure you don’t get turned by the others of our race.” Asmoskon spoke with a strong deal of hate in his voice as he looked at Alissa. He knew he’d have to explain in more depth and so he let out another sigh. “To start from the beginning you aren’t a normal human Alissa think back to anything strange and you will realize it yourself if you haven’t already.”
Alissa turned around quickly at his words, eyes narrowed still puzzled but she understood now. She wasn't like the other humans she had met, she was different. She took a long pause, looking down at her feet then lifted her hands up examining them deeply with the gloves on.
"W-when you say strange . . . if we are the same race, does that mean you can't stand the heat either? . . . W-when I was younger, I turned a certain age I could no longer stand the fireplace, the heat of my quilt, anything warm. I-it brought me this aching burning sensation no matter what, my parents moved me into the attic where it was always cold, the window open all the time to let the cold breeze in to keep my temperature normal, I-I was a frozen child. I couldn't even hug my mother or anyone, not even touch them . . . I . . I still can't . ." She looked to the man, wrapping her arms around herself feeling that dark pain at the pit of her stomach. Something odd, there was something else poking at the back of her mind. Something horrible, something that was unimaginable for a child of her age then.
"W-wait! these men came to the home I lived in back in Winnipeg, they burned the house down, I remember the chatter they spoke of b-but not all of it, something about Quincy's and an empire, my mother refused and so did my father, I don't know what it was but these strangers killed my parents and took my brother away, they had these weird glowing bows and other things, I was able to escape the building, but they left me to die in the snow, lucky for me . . . The snow was my friend . ."
She was frustrated at the thought, that memory was anything but pleasant. She turned back around and approached the porch of the cabin home, Icicles hung all around the building, the door knob was frozen over but Alissa opened it without a problem. "I'm sorry everything is so cold, you can use the fireplace but I won't stand so close to it." Alissa finished opening the door for the newly found 'ally'. Wood was stacked up beside the fireplace, still good to use since she gathers it most of the time just in case Aaron comes around to rest up.
Alissa approached the kitchen area, opening the fridge and taking a peek inside, nothing warm for her friends, besides bags of ice, cold foods and juices along with a bottle of wine for herself, drinking away her pains."What do you mean when you say, our races turned?" She stood up and looked over to Asmoskon. She set her things down near the side of the door as she made her way out of the kitchen, her make-shift bow leaning against the wall frame of the home."Quincy's freeze things right?" She asked, still not knowing the full potential of what she really was.
