Asmoskon stood leaning against the wall in the lobby of Uzaki Enterprises main building. He had sent an e-mail to Kazura about a week prior stating that he was in need of a meeting with him regarding a special request. Asmoskon knew of no one else that would be able to get him what he needed so he had been forced to turn to his former boss and friend that he left behind when he had fled Asia.
Even now as the time for the meeting between the two of them was about to reach Asmoskon couldn't help, but ponder the thought that the Shinigami might be in the town. He wasn't thinking of any random one however, but the Shinigami of purple hair that had broken the chains that held him to others. He honestly couldn't even focus enough for once to read from the black folio held in his left hand as he looked down at the pages.

It was rare, even unheard of, for Kazura to lose an employee for no apparent reason. The work environment at Uzaki Enterprises was on par with Google in that it focused on fostering employee loyalty and quality work with revolutionary tactics. Employees were given all the tools they needed and the schedule flexible enough to make sure their creativity and loyalty were maximized. Asmoskon had just vanished from Japan, the Fullbringer CEO not having any clue why he left the company. He didn't put in a two weeks, didn't explain reasons for leaving, he just... left. But now the Quincy was coming back into Japan, sending Kazura an email that he needed some help with a "special request".
The human was torn as he descended the long elevator to reach the lobby where his former employee and acquaintance was waiting. Does he greet the man warmly, or coldly? He was hurt and shocked by the Quincy's leaving unexpectedly, so does he start with impatience, anger, disappointment? Or does he embrace the man as a prodigal son returned home? No, definitely not that last one, since Asmoskon was just stopping by for a request, not coming back into Kazura's employ. As the elevator got down to the fifth floor, fourth floor, third floor, the human knew that he had to decide fast.
The elevator opened up, allowing Asmos and Kazura to see each other again after a long time apart. "The Boss will see you now, Mr. Masurao."

Asmoskon continued to lean against the wall struggling to read from the black folio as the thoughts about his former boss bashed through his skull. Even now after Asmoskon had become such a different person one that was literally the opposite of the small trusting boy that Kazura had found a year ago the Quincy had the feeling that he had wronged Kazura when he fled Asia just to find himself. It had been over six months now and Asmoskon had truly changed yet there were faint tiny glimmers of the aspects of the small boy still within the soul trapped in darkness.
Asmoskon's right ear twitched as the sound of one of the elevators moving downwards was picked up by his degree of hearing. Asmoskon figured that Kazura was sending down someone to meet with him and bring him up to his main office. The only person that Asmoskon in truth wished to even see other than Kazura himself is Iwa. He hadn't seen the first challenger since that day and in truth was itching for a rematch.
The left eye of the young man though displayed slight surprise as Kazura came into view as the doors of the elevator opened widely. Asmoskon closed the black folio moving it into the pocket on the inside of his coat by his left bicep. Walking over to Kazura as he did so Asmoskon hear the voice of his former leader speak to him in a manner that he couldn't honestly tell was either playful and joyous to see him or one that carried weight of displeasure and irritation.
"I don't come as an employee Kazura-san . . I'm here as a friend who is in need of assistance." Asmoskon held out his right hand to Kazura displaying that he still felt a strong respect for the man and wished to keep this interaction as friendly and progressive as possible between the two of them. "I apologize for my sudden disappearance a few months ago. Things went bad for me in Asia and I had to get away as fast as I could. I'm sorry that I didn't get in touch with you before now I just had to keep my mind on other things." While the words left his mouth Asmoskon without realizing it was displaying further and further tones of depression and sorrow to the point that Kazura might be surprised due to how he had been a cheerful boy last time he saw him.

Over the past six months, Asmoskon had definitely changed a lot. He had... matured. And he had seemingly matured through experiencing pain and suffering. That was something that Kazura had really not had a chance to experience on his own due to his sheltered life of wealth, so while he recognized that the Quincy had been hurt, he had no way of dealing with grief or comforting the boy. "Come up into my office and we'll talk more there." Kazura still hadn't figured out how he was supposed to address the former employee, so he stuck with his tried and true responses that he used on clients. After all, Asmos had shown up as a client, and not an employee.

Well it seemed that Kazura was at least willing to proceed to his office and hear Asmoskon out on why he was here. The young Quincy hadn’t truly known if Kazura would have just told him to leave due to him abandoning his goals, but he couldn’t help the feeling of gratitude as Kazura spoke. It was strange feeling that emotion even if it was only for a moment. It hadn’t blessed his soul in what seemed like years.
Asmoskon followed Kazura into the elevator that he had just come down into the lobby in as he awaited the mechanical device to bring them to the destination. Asmoskon stood his body straight with his hands in the pockets of his black coat. It seemed weird though and then he noticed a failing he had done. He was standing on the left side of Kazura. He no longer had his left eye and had placed himself in a position of weakness without realizing it.
Even after everything that had happened to him and his trust being so completely broken. Asmoskon for some reason still felt like he could trust Kazura and that fact had gone against the system of precautions that Asmoskon had trained into his subconscious. The young Quincy knew that if this exchange went south he would need to learn to overcome his still lingering aspects of trust.

((Sorry, short post))
The elevator reached the penthouse office with no words coming from Kazura's mouth. He simply looked ahead for the short duration of the trip, then motioned for Asmoskon to follow him past the secretary. Once inside his office, with the door shut and locked, he would begin to open up a little more. "Alright, asmos. What can I do for you? Your email made it sound like it was urgent, and you definitely seem on edge."

Asmoskon walked out of the elevator and into the penthouse floor making sure that his left eye took in the surroundings which was actually a subconscious action after doing it for so long. He moved by Kazura only stopping a few feet before him as he took in everything around him. As Kazura spoke Asmoskon turned his face back towards the man and showed him his respect through paying close attention.
"Well my time table for dealing with the taint of my race has moved up. I have very few allies that I can rely on to aid me and at the moment I need all that I can get my hands on to actually tip the scales even slightly more in my favor. I have come to you for a very specific reason Kazura-san. Your the only person in the world that can craft a weapon of seki seki." Asmoskon starred at his former boss making sure that he understand that he was serious and that he was here to pose a unique request.

Kazura nodded slowly. He wasn't familiar with what Asmos meant by the "taint of his race", but he was very aware just how dangerous Seki Seki could be. It was incredibly potent and expensive to work with, but if that was what the Quincy needed, then he had come to the right place. "Yes, that is within my capabilities. It's quite an expensive material, though. What did you need made?" The boy's former boss was slowly starting to warm up and be less defensive. It was obvious that Asmos had not fled Japan because of something that Kazura did or just to get away from the company, but rather had some life issues that really needed worked through. And while the rich man didn't quite understand, he was still willing to listen and help out the boy whom he still considered a friend.

Asmoskon had grown accustomed to simply meeting with high positioned humans in military branches of nations all over the world in order to get money or items that might aid him in defeating the Vandenreich. He always used methods of endangerment and torture to actually get the information or whatever else he wanted from anyone in the last six months. The fact that Kazura was actually hearing him out was one that Asmoskon hadn't been prepared for yet welcomed as warmly as his swallowed soul could allow. Asmoskon extended his right hand in between the two of them and then an average crimson arrow manifested in his hand. It was silver and held by his index and finger fingers while the thumb was on the other side.
"I'm a Quincy Kazura. However, I've also pushed myself to be the best archer possible. I need a supple of arrows made from Seki Seki. I know it's a lot to ask of you however I don't come to this meeting simply begging. Your a businessman prior to our friendship. I have something that you might like." Instantly the silver arrow dematerialized into nothingness and Asmoskon moved his right hand into the black coat he was wearing.
Taking out a small sheet of white paper Asmoskon extended it to Kazura. When the man took the paper and read over the typed information he would find out that it was a detailed description on an item that had been given the name Saisei Rasshu. Kazura would read over that it was a special type of injection that had incredible healing effects with short term drawbacks. Asmoskon would wait until he felt Kazura was nearing the end of the information until he spoke. "I'm willing to grant you and your followers a special discount on that item for your compliance Kazura." Asmoskon was now serious making the air between the two that of businessman at work with one another waiting for the hopeful agreement.

Arrows made from Sekki Sekki... While understandable that someone would want more than just bullets or grenades made from the stuff, Kazura was mentally calculating just how much of the expensive substance would be required to produce it. The bags that he received from Zack, all brought via the Black Market, were only big enough to produce three bullets or one shotgun shell. The Fullbringer might be able to make a single bag into an arrow head that was effective enough, but that was still 10,000 Ryo per arrow. What was Asmoskon expecting to pay for this while he bartered with discounts on a healing item? "Compliance is a pretty harsh word, Asmoskon... Anyways, the materials alone for each arrow cost ten grand. With your bartering for something that is potentially useful to my team, but not necessary by any means, what part of the costs are you expecting me to cover?"

Asmoskon it appeared hadn't thought over the words that he spoke as carefully as he used too. There was a point when he wouldn't have spoken in any way that would have been taken to offend someone. It seemed that he truly had changed just right now he was trying to stay friendly with the old ally. "Forgive my bluntness Kazura. Now the offer I extend is an equal footing between these transactions. I'll grant a discount on the healing drug if you agree to do the same for these seki seki arrows. I suggest a fair agreement of fifty percent on both sides. Also since you're being so nice and accepting I figure I might as well give you this information also my friend." Asmoskon would hand over another small white piece of paper with typed up information on a special type of grenade that gave brief details on it producing artificial gravity.

The terms of the deal definitely seemed advantageous to the fullbringer. He would cover 5,000 Ryo per arrow, and Asmoskon would cut the price by 10,000 to any member of UE that wanted to buy them. And with it being a great healing item, it would definitely be in Kazura's best interest to talk up the product, urging his employees to have a syringe on their person when they went out for missions. That would help Asmoskon's business and keep Kazura's employees safer. The negotiations were going quite smoothly, but then the Quincy blew away the fullbringer. The boy slid over a piece of paper to Kazura, detailing a fantastical grenade.
The grenade was capable of creating an aura that increased gravity by ten times in a localized area. That kind of technology and research could cause some serious breakthroughs for the fullbringer and his team. Sure, it would be hard to replicate the exact strength of that aura in a harnessed and controlled environment and not an explosive grenade, but it could lead to some absolutely wonderful equipment and defenses. Hallways that were under extreme Gravity when attempted to be accessed without keycodes, a suit that could imitate that Aura around his body. It could be the start of a great line of products. Kazura knew that he absolutely had to have one of those grenades.
"I'll definitely buy one of those grenades off of you right now. What other kinds of things have you found/developed in the time that you've been gone?"

Asmoskon watched as Kazura read over the information and wasn't at all surprised to see his expression slightly change as his thoughts rushed through the possibilities. Asmoskon had been hesitant to even reveal that technological advancement knowing that Kazura would be able to use the technology to advance further and create something far more incredible. However, Kazura was a friend at one point when he made the decision and it seemed that the friendship was still intact.
It was then that Kazura asked what else Asmoskon had came into the possession of since he had been gone from Asia. It took him a few moments to collect and sort through everything that he had and what was actually ready to be sold to someone. "Well there is much broader variety of grenades that for a much larger cost I can have crafted into bullets for you. For example there is one that expands or pulls on pressure upon detonation."
Asmoskon walked over to a window and looked out over the town and then into the sky. "I have a large array of technological grenades and a special reiatsu grenade launcher that I'd be willing to give you details on Kazura. I also have other requests that I need your talents of craft to obtain. The first of which is a special Quiver." Asmoskon turned slightly and handed out another sheet detailing the idea of the Quiver yet nothing else.

Asmoskon's wares were fascinating. Kazura was sure to be following up later with a solid sized purchase, for scientific purposes of course. But for now, asmos wanted a new quiver. Kazura's could provide that easily.
"Secretary Susan Bobo? I need a Gatling gun. No, no ammo required. Just the barrels."
While Kazura waited on the part he wanted, he let asmos know what he was planning. "I am imagining a quiver that holds arrow heads and shafts separately, attaching them as you will. That sound good?"

Asmoskon watched with slight delight at Kazura response to the information on the sheet. It was quite strange his soul was wrapped and twisted in darkness and sorrow yet it seemed that an old friend was bringing out the flicker of light still left inside of him. He couldn't help, but grin slightly as Kazura spoke to the assistant. The idea of a Gatling gun firing off his bullets was a frightening thing and Asmoskon knew that he would need to remember that for later.
The idea of the Quiver was better then something Asmoskon himself would have been able to think up let alone actually craft himself. "Yes my friend that sounds perfect." Asmoskon turned to Kazura and held out his right hand now in it was the black hilt of one of his plasma blades. "This is the last thing I come with today for discussion on weaponry. I have need of something stronger and wish to have it capable of connecting with a twin to become duel edged. I believe this task to be child's play for you Kazura . am I right?"
