Zahra was roaming the forests like she usually did. Her mate, Qaletaqa, was staying in her small place in District 50. He was actually doing well with his outbursts. She knew, though, that they needed to move outside of the districts and actually find a more isolated place. She did well to keep him under control when an outburst did happen, but still. If he got much stronger, she wouldn't be able to hold him back and he would need the space to rage in peace. It was also another reason that they would venture out into the wilderness so often.
She was alone now, trying to actually find a good place for them to set up shop. She found another little meadow that reminded her of their first meeting. Every time she thought about him, she felt warmth and heat in her body, like she had just been out in the desert. She walked the meadow, sniffing the air and looking to see if there was enough around for them to do. Once she figured that it was adequate, she continued to walk around, to see how much they could make into a den. Her ears were flicking constantly, making sure that she didn't hear anything coming up to her.
Now, she laid down on the grass. She hoped that her mate was okay in their home. She was now regretting not bringing him with her. She loved his company and hoped that he would be safe without her. Her District wasn't as crowded as other districts, but there were still a lot of souls around. She kept thinking about him and she felt herself get sleepy. She tried to fight to stay awake but it really wasn't working. After a few minutes, she nodded off to sleep, with a smile on her face.
