Double Incantations.

I've been meaning to ask this, but how does one do a double incantation? Do you have to learn to do it or can you just do it? The reason I'm asking is because after Rukias fight with the ninth espada (forgot his name but I'm pritty sure his aspect of death was greed) it seemed like a good idea to do it on this forum (if its not already here in the first place). Double incantation isn't on the forum. Most shinigami don't or can't do it, and so it's just a skill that isn't here.
