It had already proven to be a long day. Kazura had awoke with a headache, covered in bruises, and with a shoulder out of socket. He understood the hangover and the bruises, but the shoulder was definitely something he hadn't planned for. Calling for his butler Charles, he managed to get help readjusting his shoulder. When his butler inquired as to the nature of his injuries, he merely chuckled and gave a lie in response. "A couple of my employees thought it fun to create a medieval fight club in the basement of the offices to unwind. I got a bit carried away with all the fun. Mead and brawls. What more can a man want? Charles, however, was not amused.
"A bit of rest is usually desired, sir. You do remember what today is, yes? You're unveiling that new line of Uzaki Enterprises sponsored race cars. You'll be on your feet all day and shaking so very many hands." Kazura wanted to just roll over and go back to sleep, but he knew that he couldn't do that. Instead, he got up out of bed, made himself look presentable, and went out into the corporate world of being a CEO billionaire. The day stretched on, and his forced smile grew weary by the end of it, but he was glad when it was over.
Heading into his office to finalize some reports, Kazura was surprised to find that he was not alone...
"Good evening, Mr Uzaki." came the voice with the sudden loud smack. However, Kazura had no reason to believe the smack was dangerous, as it was simply the stranger in his office placing the glass cup down on his table. Across the room, sitting at Kazuras desk was a man the young CEO should have instantly recognized. The dark haired assassin sat in the CEOs chair, one leg folded over the other and hands resting in his lap. Zackary looked at Kazura with a calm gaze, eyeing the man and watching what he was going to do. Why was Zack here? What did he want? Questions that most likely ran through Kazuras mind as the assassin who murdered Jay Norris sat in his very office. Sitting on Kazuras desk was a glass bottle of what had to be some sort of drink and a metal suitcase, stationed to the left of where Zack sat. Two glasses sat on the table as well, one of which Zack had used.
"Please, sit down, Mr Uzaki." Zack said, offering the other chair across from where he sat. Would Kazura do as he said? Zack didn't know, nor did he so much care. If Kazura showed any form of hostility, it would be met by the same force. But, Zack was not here to endanger or harm Kazura, which was something different for once. Rather, he was here for a different reason. "It seems you managed to escape the local authorities after our last meeting, well done." Jensen said, slowly nodding his head and giving the CEO a humored look. With that one sentence the pure human would know something. Zack knew who he was. It wasn't that hard to figure out either. Information from a certain XSG, as well as some investigating of his own, had enabled Zack to learn the identity of the masked vigilante that assaulted him on one job.
With a quick breath Zack slowly reached into his suit and grasped a hold of something. Slowly, and with controlled movements, Zack pulled out his m1911 handgun for Kazura to see. With a quick movement of his thumb the cartridge holding the ammo slid out, landing in Zacks hand. With a tug on the top of the gun, he ejected the bullet in the chamber, which he caught as well. He then placed the weapon and ammo on the table and extended his hands. "No hard feelings. I trust you realize that if I had come to kill you that we would not be having this conversation, Kazura Uzaki. In fact, I come to you as a client." Zack said with, leaning back in the CEOs chair and away from his handgun. "Now, sit down and lets talk."

Well wasn't this just great. All Kazura wanted to do was go home and sleep the night away, but here was the assassin who killed Jay Norris. And he was armed with a gun! Swell... As the inventor got a better look at the gun, he noticed the serial numbers etched into it, and could only smile as Zack emptied the magazine. "A client indeed, if you're using that garbage as a weapon." Without skipping a beat, the Uzaki sat in the chair next to the one he was offered, defiantly, kicking his feet up onto the chair Zack pointed at while tipping his own backwards. He showed nothing but a calm exterior to the assassin, learned from years of physical and mental training.
"The trick with the cops was interesting, but it was bland. The Tokyo Police already received some anonymous tips that their training programs are completely ineffective. They couldn't even pin down one regular guy with rocket boots. And I'm not exactly... regular any more." Kazura's eyes suddenly glowed a brighter shade of brown as the room became a bit warmer and the air grew thinner. It was only for a moment, as the new fullbringer had no idea how to use this pressure to his advantage, and Zack was more than capable of resisting it well. The purpose of the maneuver was to demonstrate to Zack that he was dealing with one of his own kind now, not just a smart guy with a lot of money.
Putting his feet down on the ground, and his elbows onto his knees, Kazura looked Zack dead in the eye and took on a quite serious expression. "What does my honored client want today? Maybe a sketch, or a design, or an actual piece of merchandise? My time is valuable, my work is more valuable, and I'm going to need some of that booze before any of those happen. It's been a long day and I'd hate for my work to be... subpar"
A small, entertained, smirk painted across Zacks face as Kazura so defiantly sat in a chair. He had chosen to not sit in the chair that Zack had specified and believed himself to be a badass, for a lack of terms, because of it. The assassin responded by reaching over and gently grabbing ahold of the glass container of scotch, pouring himself another glass. The young CEO would have some issues dusting for finger prints if Zack was required to flee without the glasses or drink. Kazura once again began to speak, calling Zacks trick with the cops a bland strategy. Funny how it worked though. Though as Kazura continued he would also reveal himself to be a Fullbringer, something which actually caught Zack off guard. The young CEO would be rewarded with a raised eyebrow from the assassin, raising the small glass to his lips and taking a drink.
"Welcome to the club, then, Mr. Uzaki." Zack said with a entertained smile, putting the cup down and reaching over for her suitcase as Kazura once again began to speak. The pressure that the new Fullbringer released was easily suppressed and ignored by the assassin, as the difference in their power levels was not that much different. Kazuras questions came quickly, as did his request for some of Zacks alcohol. The human poured Kazura a glass and slide it across the table to the CEO before beginning to open up the briefcase. "You're familiar with my work, Mr. Uzaki. What I want, from you, is simple hardware. Nothing too difficult from a man has...gifted as yourself." Zack said as he pulled out two files from the briefcase and tossed them over to Kazuras side of the table.
"What I want is simple. I need something to hide my identity. While I much prefer having my face exposed since I have a forgettable face, I seem to be running into a few people that have annoyingly good memories. So, I simply wish for you to construct something for me that will hide my identity. It's nothing too extreme for you." Zack said, motioning to the folders on the table. Inside the folders Kazura would find something quite interesting. Schematics and notes for a mask to cover Zacks face during his jobs. Among the notes that outlined the masks blueprints were mentions of thermal vision so to detect body heat, as well as a gps and communicator. To Kazura it might not seem like much, but to the Assassin it was a project he himself could not accomplish. So he decided to hire the man whom he assumed was a expert inventor.

The other man opened up his briefcase and slid over some folders, which Kazura perused as he sipped the scotch. It was a simple job, with very little research required. He simply wanted a mask that would hide his identity while providing a gps and a communicator, as well as some thermal vision. All of these things were within Kazura's power, so he pulled out a notebook and began to make a few sketches. It would be very easy to capture the dimensions of Zack's face just by looking at the man, especially with how well Kazura could analyze people and things.
Kazura started with a very quick sketch of Zack's face, taking no more than a minute to get the basic details down like eye shape, nose shape, and mouth placement. He wasn't creating the Mona Lisa, he just needed to get the basic facial features down so that the mask would A) have breathing holes in the correct places, and B) be well designed for his hair length. Later, if Zack was completely satisfied with his schematics, a mold could be taken of the assassin's face so that the mask would fit perfectly without having to have complicated and annoying securing devices that could get in the way.
Kazura made a few sketches, but didn't really like any of them, so he left the mask completely blank. He demonstrated that there would be small holes for the nostrils to breathe through, holes that wouldn't block any peripheral vision, and a spot for his mouth. He made comments on his paper that there were options for these. The holes for breathing could be made of mesh to seamlessly hide everything, or they could simply be left empty. A combination of both was also easy to do, a sort of Hannibal like look being possible as well.
The hardware that Zack wanted would be easy. Kazura had discovered some very helpful machinery from a shop in Karakura Town, so when he wrote where the GPS, communicator, and thermal vision systems would be located, he noted that they'd all be controlled mentally when needed. The GPS system was made in tandem with the thermal vision, being fit into the mask by two thin sheets of glass that would project the image into Zack's eyes. These sheets of glass were up inside the forehead of the mask, and would slide down on command from Zack's mind. The communicator provided was a simple two way radio with changable frequencies. When he finished the sketches, Kazura slid his notebook over the the assassin. "That look good to you? I couldn't come up with a design for the actual front of the mask, so feel free to fill that in if you have something in mind. For all of that, I'm thinking seven and a half grand."
Zack watched in silence as Kazura took mere minutes to analyze the blueprints he had been given and instantly begin constructing the mask. Gently resting his fingers on his chin, Zack analyzed his work. Impressive. When Kazura finished and began talking, Zack held up a hand and cut him off "Enough." With that, Zack began to reach inside of his suit. "You don't find it odd, do you? That someone like me would be here...asking you for a simple mask I could just buy at a store? That I knew who you were?" Zack asked, grabbing the object of interest. "You met one of my partners before. As I said, I'm not here to kill you. In fact, we need your assistance." Zack said, his carefree demeanor was gone as the words he spoke were cold. Spoken with such serious, he expected Kazura to be paying attention. The sound of rain began to slam against the window behind him, as a storm seemed to suddenly roll up out of nowhere.
"I wanted to see your skills first hand before I tasked you with this." Zack said, pulling a baggy out of his suit and tossing it across the table to land in front of Kazura. Inspecting the baggy would reveal a simple white powder. But, it wasn't simple. Kazura, being a spiritual being now, would detect strong residual spiritual energies in the bag. What was the powder? "Soul Society, home of the Shinigami" The assassin spoke, drawing the attention to him once again "is defended by a wall created from a material called Seki Seki that erases any spiritual particles that come into contact with it. It's an ultimate defense that only a single digit of entities can penetrate. That there is a ground down version of the wall. A substance that terminates and destroys any spiritual energies in anything that ingests it. Don't ask how I got my hands on it, just know its saved my and others lives in the past." Zack said, illuminated by a sudden lightning flash.
"You're being hired to weaponize this. Bullets, preferably. Humanity is on the losing end against the other spiritual races, Uzaki-san, we need an edge. We need to turn the Shinigamis ultimate defense into an ultimate weapon. We will provide you as much of this material as you need, in return you must forward all research and finalized products to us as needed. We arnt going to rob you, don't worry. We fully intend to pay you for services and all finalized products we need." Zack told him, relaxing in the chair once more. Though he seemed relaxed, truly he wasn't. He held his fullbring charm tightly in his hand, in case something went wrong. "Think about this, Uzaki-San. This will be very profitable for your company.....and the militia you seem to be creating." Zack informed him. That sentence was to let Kazura know that Xcution know about Kazuras actions with rounding up other Spiritual beings. So he sat there, waiting for Kazuras answer.

This. was. fascinating. Kazura was no longer sleepy and tired, his attention was fully focused on the assassin. The bag of powder in front of him could erase spiritual particles, apparently. He needed to test this. He folded a piece of paper into a small cone to ensure that he wouldn't lose any of the precious powder, and poured a small bit of the powder into it. He couldn't create the raw reiatsu like Pavel had been capable of, but he still had his batteries. He pulled a battery out of his pocket and touched the end of it, siphoning some of his own reiatsu reserves into it.
Touching the battery to the powder, he could sense that the entire contents of the battery simply were absorbed and then destroyed by the powder. "Seki Seki... Yes, I'm sure that I could make bullets out of this. Bullets are easy. They just need a mold and pressure. I'll need to make sure that they aren't affected by physical forces, and if they don't destroy all energy, just spiritual particles, then I can freeze the bullets too for a better fit. However... I think that you think too small." Kazura mentally activated the software that had one of his walls open up to reveal a weapon cabinet, from which he pulled a gun and a laser bayonet.
He made a show of dropping the magazine and clearing the chamber, leaving them over at the wall as he returned to the chair. He activated the laser bayonet and sliced open the battery that he ruined with the seki seki powder, pouring the powder into the open cylinder. Using the laser he welded the lid back on, to keep the powder in, and then inserted the battery into the barrel of the gun. "Imagine a hand powered shotgun that could fire a shell filled with the powder, sending it scattered and nullifying anything you need to prevent. Now, you say this is made out of their wall, does that mean that it destroys energy, but does not physically harm the Shinigami themselves? We'll want solid bullets and shells, then."
Kazura, however, had to ponder the terms of the assassin's "donation" to his department. "This is technology that I can't, in my fair conscience, give exclusively to you. I would like to keep a small fraction of the bullets and shells for myself so that I may also combat the Shinigami more effectively. Don't you agree that both of our people having this weapon is better? The ammunition would be less useful on each other compared to real bullets, so I personally don't see a threat in both of us sharing this breakthrough."
"I think you misunderstand, Uzaki-san. It was never our, or my, intention to simple horde such a breakthrough for ourselves." Zack said, slowly standing up and walking to the window. He stared out of it, watching the rain drench the entire city in its downfall. "This is for the betterment of humanity as a whole." Zack said, repeating words told to him to tell Kazura. He himself had little interest in the advancement of his species in spiritual warfare. "Uzaki-san, did you know that Fullbringers are less than one percent of the population. The requirements for our creation is specific and it is estimated that their is only a couple thousand Fullbringers, maybe only a few hundred, existing in the word. The Soul Reapers? They have thousands behind them and many more. When a human dies he goes to Soul Society or Hell depending on the circumstances of his life. For everyone one of us that falls, they receive another." Zack said, gently gripping the sleeve on his arm as he mentioned hell.
"The point of what I am saying is simple. The Shinigami have proven themselves insufficient in governing our world. They are an un chosen guardian that fails to protect even itself. They are waging a three sided war and loosing. It is time for our people to rise up and protect ourselves." Zack said, turning to look at Kazura. "I, myself, have no hatred or ill content towards the Shinigami. But their actions in the past has shown they view Fullbringers as nothing more than play things. There was an incident sometime ago. A town where Fullbringers gathered once a year, similar to the Burning Man event. They would gather and interact, rejoicing in being together with others like them. Two Shinigami went to that town and murdered thirty seven Fullbringers in cold blood. There was no reason for the slaughter. The Fullbringers had welcomed the Shinigami and were cut down." Zack told Kazura, returning to facing the window.
"Our organization is willing to extend to you a open hand of alliance, as you see by what I have brought you. You've made your intentions clear, Uzaki-San, and we understand and relate. You may think of us, me, as nothing more than murderers, but our intentions are the same as yours. The betterment of humanity." Another lightning flash, illuminating Zack for just a moment. "The credit for production of the Seki Seki weaponry is all yours, we wish no shared credit. Do whatever you see fit to turn that substance into a weapon that will make the Shinigami think twice about interfering with us. We will provide you funding as well as more samples if you so require it. We will purchase whatever you built as any other cliental. All you need to do is forward all research and development to us. An email is in that folder. A secured one. Don't let us down, Uzaki-san." Zack said, turning to look at Kazura before another lighting illuminated the office. When the light ended, Zack was gone.

Kazura could only smile. What he had thought as a possibly awful business deal had turned into a perfect one. He was going to be provided with the research material, and the group that the man belonged to would also buy the equipment from him. It was more than perfect. However, that smile didn't last long. A particularly awful story made his stomach churn, and he took another swig of the scotch to burn away some of the ill feelings. "Those awful, awful people... Yeah, this Seki Seki will definitely be used for good." And with that, the man was gone. Kazura collected the folders that he was given, along with the paperwork he came to get, and then left his office, bound for home. He was going to sleep well that night, that was for sure.
