Somwhere on rooftops in Russia, air itself separated. Inside of a tear shaped crack, pitch blackness could be seen. Those who ever had any contact with Hollows and/or Arrancar would immediately recognize it. It was Garganta. Out of it, a man exited on snowy rooftop of random building in Russia. As Garganta behind closed, a small cube materialized in his hand. He took it and placed it in his pocket. What was that? And who was this guy? Answers were pretty obvious. The man was in black. Black pants, black shoes, black shirt, black sunglasses. Only tie was blue. There, on his left inner forearm, invisible under his sleeves, there was number seven tattooed. His Reiatsu was strong, also. That meant only one. This man was Septima Espada. His name was... Magnus Wonderwizz. That also answered other question. The small cube was so called Garganta Opener, little gadget he used to travel around, since he lost ability to naturally open Garganta. But still, what he did to himself increased his strength many times.
Magnus was in his apartment in London just 15 minutes ago. An Exequias has brought him a message from Sonken Kouhai. He was told to get to Moscow ASAP, for some negotiations with a guy called Shiro Uraga. Of course, those were serious busyness. MAgnus could't disobey Sonken, and he as well could't allow himself to go berserk right now. So, before opening Garganta to Moscow, he went to nearby bank and exchanged some of his pounds into rubles. Rubles were Russian money, of course. Also, Magnus took triple dose of his drug cocktail, so he would not go berserk. That would ruin negotiations. Doing all that, he opened Garganta and exited on a rooftop of a random building in Russia. Now, he had to do some more preparations. His Silver Ring was in his pocket, and his Stealth gun in its hold, under his left shoulder, concealed. His Zanpakutou was however, visible, and Magnus had to take care of that. Taking out Stealth gun, he shot it at his Zanpakutou, making it become invisible. Preparations done.
Returning his gun to it's place, Magnus jumped off the roof. It was not high, since this was 2 stories building. He jumped cleanly, and he ended jump on his feet. He shook some snow off his shoulders, and decided to find a cab. He soon found it, and entered it. He gave driver a piece of paper with address and enough money, without saying a single word, and sat on back seat. While driver was taking him through Moscow, Magnus was wondering if he was doing this alone. Soon, they arrived, but before leaving cab, Magnus made up his mind, and put his Silver Ring on. He ain't doing this alone. Satsujun is gonna help him.
Inside of bar, it was moderately crowded. He walked to a bar, saying only "Whiskey." to bartender and sliding money towards him. Two guys not far to the right, drinking votka by bar, only looked at him and said: "Aмериканский гей. Зачем он здесь?" Magnus naturally didn't understand a word, so he raised his glass to them, before drinking. Now, he was at desired location. He was wearing a blue tie, sign of recognition. No, the question was, when would this Shiro Uraga appear? Will he appear at all? Magnus could only wait and find out.
"Он здесь для проституток и дешевой водки." A voice responded to the bar tender. It was a gruff voice, and a rough voice. It was a strong voice, and a fierce voice. Whoever had such a voice, that person was surely a powerful warrior. "Но он слишком беден, чтобы позволить себе любой." The one that was there was noticeably Russian by descent. He was sitting directly next to Magnus, and it was more than certain that he hadn't been there a moment before. When he'd gotten there wasn't quite certain. Regardless, the one there was no pushover, it seemed. If Magnus could sense anything, he'd feel powerful reiatsu emitting from this one. He'd also feel that he couldn't identify the reiatsu type.
This man had very short blond hair, and stark gray eyes. His skin was a pale white, and he had multiple piercings on his face. He wore a casual green and white shirt, and some baggy gray pants. He did not seem to care much about outfit. Continuing to speak to the bartender, he added onto his statement. "Я хочу, чтобы самые лучшие." he said. Magnus wouldn't understand a word of the conversation, as he did not speak Russian, but soon enough it seemed that this stranger spoke to him as well, and in a language that Magnus would understand as well. "You, American. You looking for Shiga Urago? Because that's me..." His face split into an enormous, crazed grin.
Shiga Urago was that man, sitting there in his ordinary garb, in a physical body. His sword was actually hanging at his side. It was unnoticed by anyone else, meaning it might not be visible to non spiritually aware humans. It was clearly a Zanpakuto, and it was a Shinigami's Zanpakuto. However, Shiga was neither dressed like a Shinigami, nor did he give off the aura of a Shinigami. But the definite signature type of that Zanpakuto was Shinigami. It could not be any other kind of sword but Zanpakuto, and it could not possibly be the Zanpakuto of an Arrancar. Whatever Shiga was, it did not bode well for anyone who dared cross his path. His eyes were brightly and intently focused on Magnus.
"I'm Ogatago #5, Shiga Urago." the one sitting there said as the bartender arrived with his finest alcohol. Shiga pinned a bag of coins down at the counter, to which the bartender looked inside of, staring. "Сдачи не надо." Shiga noted absentmindedly to the bartender. The bartender nodded, even bowed, and scurried off with the bag of coins. The entire expensive bottle had been left for Shiga. He took the entire bottle, uncorking it, and drank directly from it as well. He slammed it down after the whole thing had been chugged in a matter of around ten seconds. He did not seem to be getting anywhere near drunk. "Now..." he said. "For the Ogatago to ally with Las Noches...you need to give us incentive. What do you have that we don't?"

Drago had been told by Sonken Kouhai to seek out this Shiga Urago in Moscow through an arrancar. He was to enter negotiations with him and have them ally with Sonken Kouhai. Immediately Drago knew this would help replenish his name and one day his title as an Espada. Without wasting time he grabbed his white robe and put it on, tying the black belt around his waist. His twin zanpakuto hung inside of his robe, held by the belt. With that being the only thing he needed to put on, he opened a Garganta and headed into it. When it reopened, he was in Moscow on a cold night. It seemed he was already late as another Arrancar had already arrived. No, it was an Espada. One who clearly was stronger then he was at this moment. He would have to find out which one it was. There was also another Reiatsu presence there. But it wasn't like anything he felt before.
He started to head towards the Reiatsu Signature of the Espada and the unknown signature. They seemed to be both next to each other, meaning only one thing. Shiga was already there and talking next to the Espada. But what kind of signature did he have? As soon as Drago got close, he confirmed that it was them since the bar was called "Blood". Without taking a moment longer, he walked in and headed to the bar, sitting on the open side of Shiga. He knew it had to of been Shiga because the man on his other side was an Espada. "Водка и джин, товарищ," Drago called to the bar keep. It seems he remembered some of his Russian after all those years of not using it.
After ordering the drink, he began to listen in on the two's conversation. Only catching the last bit "you need to give us incentive. What do you have that we don't?" Drago started thinking about what Sonken Kouhai might have to offer. It was obvious that strength probably wasn't something he would be able to say since the vibe he was getting off Shiga was one of strength. Maybe an incentive as having the Arrancar as an army with the Espada being the elite army. "Вы Сига Urago, тот, кто был послан сюда, чтобы вести переговоры о союзе с Sonken Kouhai"? Drago asked the man next to him, who he was sure was Shiga, "Если вы, я здесь, чтобы помочь в обсуждении этого союза. Что вам надобно от нас и что мы можем получить от вас?"

Out of nowhere, the real guy appeared next to Magnus. He said he was Shira Urago, and gave of some powerful Reiatsu, so probably, he was the right man. His Reiatsu was messy, having some strange feeling, but sheer strength made it real deal. No mistake. The guy next to him was Shira Urago. While Shira was ordering a drink, Magnus noticed another guy coming inside. He felt it. It was Arrancar. However, his Reiatsu was weak, and Magnus could crush him with ease. Who the fuck is this clown? They sent a lower rank to handle this... God, Sonken must be fucking desperate to do this. What kind of problems is Las Noches in now? Well, Magnus wouldn't know. He wasn't in Las Noches for quite long time now. But still, he was loyal servant of Sonken Kouhai. He had to make these negotiations go right. No place for failure.
As soon as Shiro asked what Las Noches had to offer, the other Arrancar started telling something. Only started. Magnus quickly stopped him. "Silence. A low level like you should wait for those above him to address him first. Be quiet and wait for your turn to speak." Then, Magnus addressed Shiro. "Now, as for your question. We have two things to offer you. First is numbers. Inside of Las Noches, great army of Hollows and Arancar reside. And outside of Las Noches, Hueco Mundo is inhabited by Hollows. Thousands, tens of thousands. And all... will respond to Sonken' call. The army outnumebring Seireitei vastly... can be only assemble by Sonken Kouhai. And second thing that we are able to offer, despite you already have that... is power. The most powerful Arrancars, Espada, are strong. Just look at some of the members. Kuroi Naito, Adalo De- Mona... Even Cain, who was the first murderer, is a member of Espada. And there are individuals stronger than Espada. You know, even sinners, Akki, serve Sonken. Two of them are vastly powerful. Grimoire Acero and Nex Everto are... monsters. And yet, there are stronger than them. Guujin Karai, Sonken's right hand. And... Sonken himself. He is even capable of using combined powers of Espada and Envaianar in addition to his own. So you see, we have things to offer to you. However, the question stands... What could Ogatago offer to us?"
Lets play the game, Shinigami. The winner will perhaps live.
Shiga grinned maniacally, but he didn't seem impressed when Magnus and Drago spoke. Both of them for a fact were probably weaker than he was, and they'd both know that. But what was incredible about it was that he didn't even bat an eye when they referenced the Espada or the Envainar. Even Guujin and Kouhai didn't really get anything of a reaction out of him. It seemed like Shiga had some sort of ace up his sleeve. He waited momentarily to speak, for he wished to see if Magnus and Drago would have any words to spill out for him. When they could not offer any besides the final question that Magnus left behind, that was when Shiga chose to speak.
"You must be fucking joking. I knew you had those when I showed up here. The hell else have you got?!" Shiga was riled up all of a sudden. He was aggressive by nature, so this probably shouldn't alarm Drago or Magnus, if they realized that this guy was aggressive in nature. "So what if you little shits have got a couple of famous guys and a tough leader?" Shiga slammed his fist down on the counter, which suddenly splintered and shattered in place beneath his strength. His drink, Drago's drink, and Magnus's drink all shattered and flew from the table remnants, alcohol spilling across the floor. The bartender said nothing, probably only because of how much Shiga had actually paid him.
"Let me tell you guys something..." Shiga said. "Our leader, the Game Master, is much stronger than Sonken Kouhai. His power can dwarf even we five Ogatago put together. But then you question how much we're actually worth. By myself, I could wipe out half your Espada. If we talk about some of the strong guys, Ka-Ek would kill your precious Envainar in a heartbeat. And Erakos would wipe out all of your precious High Tier Espada. If it came down to war, Las Noches is no fucking match for us! Outnumber the Shinigami? Don't make me laugh. Their numbers exceed yours by our unbiased count. And our numbers exceed theirs and yours too. We have thousands of soldiers, and we can create more like a factory. The only way to stop us is to bring down our leader, who is stronger than you've ever imagined."
Shiga looked actually rather displeased by this. He was saying that Ogatago had forces which could outnumber and outclass Arrancar by default. He was saying that his allies, the actual Ogatago themselves, could outclass Guujin, Kouhai, the Espada, and the Envainar. "We need allies who can offer something good!" Shiga exclaimed. "If you ain't got anything else, we'll turn to the Escudo, see what those fucks can offer that you can't." It didn't look good for negotiations at first. Magnus and Drago had to come up with something that they could quickly use to show Shiga that they could ally with the Ogatago.

Drago immediately was irritated at this point. Who did that Arrancar think he was, speaking to him like he was some petty low life Arrancar. He used to be an Espada, which he was still furious about not being. Sure this Arrancar felt strong, but for all Drago knew, he was just a simple Arrancar. However he had to keep his cool and make sure he doesn't screw things up. The Arrancar began giving a list of things Las Noches had to offer. He listed the things Drago had thought of and named specific members. He also had listed things Drago didn't know about, which maybe sweetened the deal a bit more. Drago was surely wrong when Shiga slammed his fists on the table. This could be bad, he immediately thought.
He was indeed correct as Shiga began listing off why that offer was crap. Now Drago had to think and act quick because otherwise this would be bad and Sonken would easily punish them both. I know that the Vizards hate Soul Society as much as us Arrancar do. Maybe if we align with them we can offer them as allies to the Ogatago. With their help as well we can take control of the humans and then offer them as slaves to the Ogatago. Maybe that might be a good offer. It's workable and doable, Drago thought on the spot. He then decided to speak without giving another moments hesitation and said what he had just thought in English, since that appeared to be the language Shiga also spoke. "We can offer you an alliance with the Vizards and the humans as slaves. We know that the Vizards hate Soul Society as much as we Arrancar do, which means they will be more willing to be allied with us. And they have considerable power as well, plus an understanding of how the Shinigami work in terms of management and entry points into their world. Also we could take over the human race having all our combined power and give you them as slaves for your own bidding," he stated.
Drago would hope to think the other Arrancar wouldn't act foolishly this time, since he got his chance to speak like he clearly wanted. If this offer didn't work, there may not be anything else they could offer except their own servitude, but that would be clearly a sign of weakness which Drago hated to show because he didn't view himself as weak. This offer needed to work and the other Arrancar needed to keep his cool and his mouth shut if they were going to gain this alliance. Only Shiga would determine it and he had to make sure Shiga was happy since at the moment he was clearly not.

Ogatago. The name seemed almost deathly. They were powerful, unmatched, and completely without mercy. If they called for your end, their army of unlimited power would insure you were gone. Not just erased from this life, but from existence completely. Andrea was of course completely unsure of what he was to do as of now. Only recently had he returned from a rather lengthy vacation of sorts.
Andrea knew very little of the situation at hand. As it was, he was informed that a man named Shiga Urago, apparently a member of the Big Five, or Ogatago had called for a meeting between ambassadors of Las Noches. Andrea realized that such a calling would draw upon the weak, he hoped that perhaps someone with some sense, like Kuroi would step in, though that seemed unlikely. In fact, Andrea figured that some weakling would probably heed Shiga's call, probably fucking up everything that the Espada had worked for.
It was obviously no surprise when he'd learned of Magnus going to meet with Shiga, as he was, without a shadow of a doubt, the stupidest of the Espada, as well as the weakest. To let him alone represent Las Noches was something Andrea couldn't stand for. But there was another, one who Andrea had yet to encounter Drago Umaga, a lowly Privaron. Both of them were unsuitable, neither of them even concerned with the intention of Sonken or his army. So in regards to this, utter failure of representation, Andrea figured it was only right that someone with at least some sense stepped in. If it wasn't to be Kuroi or anyone of the like, well than, Andrea would take on the responsibility of his own accord.
However, before doing so he'd arranged to meet with Sonken, to know the full extent of the situation at hand and exactly what it was he would be willing to offer. The meeting itself didn't last long, in fact, it couldn't, not with two Arrancar like Drago and Magnus already engaging Shiga.
-Flashback-
Andrea stood before Sonken, humbled yet by the difference in strength. He addressed the situation as swiftly as possible as this was not a formal meeting, it was purely business. Andrea looked upon Sonken, taking in the moment before beginning in a commanding and prompt tone, "I've been made aware of the meeting between Shiga of the Ogatago and several Arrancar. However, I've only been told that they have been sent to strike a deal, an alliance of sorts. So I ask you, what are you willing to give to the Ogatago in return for their loyalty and aid in ending the Shinigami?" Andrea's attention was absolute.
-End Flashback-
Ahh... Russia, this was without a doubt, one of Andrea's favorite parts of the World of the Living. Moscow seemed to be such a dominant figure. Though to be honest, it had lost something in recent years, with the communist Tsar being replaced by some puppet of the Americans. Whatever, Andrea was here for one reason: to confront Shiga and strike a deal. If that meant killing off two pitiful Arrancar in the process, so be it.
He was to find a bar, the name of which, Blood, or rather, кровь. It wasn't exactly hard to find either. In fact, it was rather easy. Andrea's Gigai of course masked his Arrancar appearance and hid his nature from society. To the humans, he was simply another. His garb consisted of long, insulated black pants covered by a lengthy brown leather jacket. The inside was made of soft fur, cut from the hide of a fox. His hat was made of the same soft fur, and resembled that of most Russians. In fact, it had a small hammer and sickle sown onto the front. It was pretty cold after all.
Kouhai had eyes that could freeze a room. He had a smile that could make even the most fearless, or perhaps the most stupidly and unjustified brave, feel chills down their spine, and their hairs stand up along the back of their neck. Sonken Kouhai's face in itself was always mocking, and nothing to him could be serious it seemed. He was looking down at Andrea from high atop his great marble throne, listening to the words of the Espada. Yes, Kouhai was a monster. No one could disagree with his being a monster. He was the most terrifying person in Las Noches. More than the battle lover Adalo, more than the ruthless Kuroi, Kouhai was the only true tyrant to never let one's guard down around. In the early days, people had tried to rebel against him. Their fates had been death, but a death so violent and brutal, so painful, that none would ever oppose him again.
"What is it that we can offer these Ogatago...?" Kouhai repeated with his mocking, calm smile. It would be infuriating how little he took things seriously, if not for the fact that Kouhai was terrifying. He was also unbelievably strong, regardless of what anyone tried to believe or hope. "Well then, dear Andrea, I am more than certain that the others I will send will offer things like power, or strong allies." He smiled even more widely when he delivered the next part of his orders for what Andrea should tell the Ogatago when bargaining with them. "It is certain that they have strong forces, just as we do. Tell them this. It is inevitable that we conquer the Shinigami and humans both. Tell them that if they are not allied with us at that time, then they are against us. Tell them that it doesn't matter what we offer or what they offer. If they aren't with us when we're done with the worlds, we will destroy them."
Shiga began to laugh, his cackle filling the entire bar. He didn't stop laughing until several minutes later. This most certainly would have been quite awkward, had he not taken the actions that followed. Reaching into his pockets, Shiga pulled forth another bag of coins, and tossed it to the bartender. He caught it, but almost lost his grip on it. His entire back arched, and he nearly lost his balance. It was just barely that he managed to keep it in his grasp, and stand back upright with it. "That's two hundred thousand ryo in that bag." Shiga said to the bartender. "That should more than cover your expenses for the damage to the bar that I'm about to inflict." The bartender bowed graciously, and stepped out of the room. It as noticeable then that there were no other customers but the Arrancar and the Ogatago. Shiga, and the three.
Shiga pulled his left hand over his face. "If it's the human world as slaves that you offer to us..." Shiga said, "We have the funds to buy this world." His reiatsu suddenly took on a sinister turn for the worst, and it began to flow menacingly around his body in a catastrophic manner. His reiatsu was leaping out and screeching, and his body started to flow with steam. "Or...." he said, and suddenly, a white mask exploded onto his face. It was skeletal in appearance, and the eyes behind it glowed viciously with gold and crimson mixes. The red patterns on the mask led to a red "5" on the forehead. "We can crush them with our might by itself!"
Shiga's fist flew forwards, but this was unnoticeable. The speed with which his arm moved was so incredible that all three Arrancar would be taken aback completely. His arm had blurred instantly, as if it ceased existing momentarily. And then there was nothing left of the counter. Rather than just a large part splitting, the whole thing exploded into splintering pieces that flew everywhere. The wall itself also blasted itself open with cracks, shatters, and a huge hole. Shiga, in his mask, looked at the three Arrancar that had come before him. "You offer me what we can get on our own. Why should I not kill you all right now to prove simply that I can?" He was an aggressive negotiator. They needed aggressive means.
Magnus stood there, watching Hollowfied Shira destroying bar. Then it got to him. Magnus started to laugh. It was maniacal laugh, it was loud, and it was above all inhuman. Magnus just stood there and laughed, his head raised, his eyes closed. He laughed incredibly hard for almost a whole minute. And then, he stopped and looked straight towards Shira Urago. Magnus slowly spoke out to him. "Before you even ask why was I laughing, I will give you answer. It is simple. So what if you can take the worthless Humans? That means nothing! So what if you have flashy powers? No fancy shit they gave you cannot made us back down. You understand? WE ARE LAS NOCHES! WE ARE ESPADA! And by God or whatever you believe in... if you are not with us, then you are against us."
That was only thing Magnus could procure in his mind, where his anger boiled. He was certainly not going to back down to this pity Ogatago. Las Noches was more powerful. Even some Low Tiers could wipe floor with Shira, and even if there were tens of guys like him, one High Tier could probably handle them alone, provided that that Espada is Kuroi or Adalo. Shira was might flashy, but he was still a joke. Especially now that Magnus was feeling a familiar Reiatsu signature behind him. Sexta was here. That probably meant them arguing and wiping out Shira in the process before getting to their own fight, or simply ignoring him and getting down to it right away. It was only a matter of how much will Shira be aggressive. Of course, there was incredibly small chance that they would team up to finish negotiations or kick Shira's ass, but it was so small that it wasn't real and possible scenario. However, odds were at side of Las Noches now.
Lets play the game, Shinigami. The winner will perhaps live.
