Erakos was mocking them? Mocking the Espada. Rio wasn't about to tolerate that. "Don't go getting cocky because you got lucky once, you piece of trash." He replied, advancing on Erakos with Adalo. Zeruel was showing more and more that he was unworthy of the rank of Espada. Erakos had gone right to him and he hadn't even taken a swing? Fucking pathetic. Seeing both Adalo and his own blows only hit air had been a bit embarassing, but to not take a swing at all was even worse!
And now the Tercera was going off and being a further idiot. Rio would kill him personally if this continued. "Shut the fuck up." He growled to Zeruel. How had an ass like this made Tercera Espada. He was cowardly, stupid, and aside from his unique Cero didn't seem to have a damn thing going for him. Rio desperately wanted to break him in half, for tarnishing the name of the Espada.
Rio moved to Erakos's right, blocking off that escape route unless he wanted to face the Quinta. Rio was now factoring Zeruel right out of any strategy he might make. He took up a position about ten feet from the space Adalo and Erakos were doing battle, before firing a quick one-two combination, using his Shockwaves to reach his opponent. Much like Adalo's punches, being struck by Rio's would be equally devastating, if not moreso, due to Rio's greater physical strength over the Primera. The first punch of his one-two had been aimed just behind Erakos, preventing him from stepping back from Adalo. The second had been aimed right under Erakos's arm, targeting the ribs.
Rio wasn't stupid enough to run charging into a melee fight with a guy that was being attacked by Adalo. He would keep his distance. Of course, if Erakos tried to fight him in melee combat, that was an entirely different story.
