Sven's Training

Just training in general.

Sven got out of his room that he had in Las Noches and walked into the large corridor. He took a stroll through the corridor outside to the White Desert. He looked out over the desert, seeing Adjuchas running around attacking each other in groups. Sven simply shook his head in disgust because such groups would only dissipate quickly. Then a couple of them caught his eye as they began making their way towards him.

He turned to face them as they approached and wasn't worried. He counted 4 of them, each a different size all looking hungry. "Well, what do we have here? A pathetic group of hollow," Sven casually stated. After he said this the smallest one in the group jumped at him. Sven just took a step back and grabbed the Adjuchas arm and spun around with it.

As he was spinning the smallest one around, the largest one rushed at him. Sven threw the smallest one into the largest one's face. This disrupted the largest one charge, and the smallest one took the impact. He gave a sigh and said, "Is this all you have." The 'leader' then walked up and bowed to Sven, trying to show some respect. Sven just jabbed his hand into the Adjuchas neck. The Adjuchas neck snapped and it died. Sven just looked at the other 3 who had started to form around him.

The mid-sized one jumped in the air at Sven, while the smaller one went for Sven's legs. Sven knew he had to be quick in order to escape this. He jumped back to evade the jumping Adjucha and kicked the smaller one up towards it. However what he did not count was that the larger one had gone around him while he was focusing on the other 2. The larger one grabbed Sven and held him tight.

Sven didn't show that he was surprised or scared or any emotion for that matter. He simply watched the other 2 get ready to strike. Sven then just jabbed his hands into the legs of the Adjucha who was holding onto him, breaking the tendons. The large Adjucha fell over while the other 2 went to attack. Since the Adjucha was in pain, it forgot that it was holding Sven and let go to grasp its legs. Sven rolled off to the left as the largest Adjucha was tackled by the other 2.

Sven didn't want to deal with this anymore and so he removed his zanpakuto from its sheath. As the 2 who weren't injured stood up to get ready to strike again, Sven took the defensive stance he usually took. The two Adjuchas began their attack and Sven decided to take the larger of the two out first. He took a step to the right and slashed upwards into the Adjuchas left shoulder. Blood sprayed out from the open wound as the Adjuchas fell to the ground. The other Adjuchas rushed around to try to flank Sven.

This worked however because Sven didn't have good senses or instinct. The smallest Adjucha tackled Sven by his legs. Immediately after it tackled him, it got up and started beating into him. Sven rolled over, causing the Adjuchas to fall off. However while that went on, the mid-sized Adjuchas stumbled over to them. It went to bash its right fist into Sven, but Sven slashed through the fist with his zanpakuto.

The Adjuchas yelled in agony and stumbled backwards. Sven stood up as the other Adjuchas got up. When the smallest one attacked again, Sven stabbed his zanpakuto into the chest of the Adjucha. This didn't kill the Adjuchas however so Sven jabbed his hand into the Adjuchas head. This killed it instantly and so Sven removed his zanpakuto from the corpse.

Sven then turned to face the bloody Adjuchas and the largest one on the ground. Since they were both injured and not wanting to attack, Sven decided to just end it. He walked up to the bloody one and slashed through its neck, decapitating it. The final Adjucha had a look of shock and horror. Sven was just emotionless as he also decapitated it.

Fighting the 4 Adjuchas made him hungry so he decided to eat the dead corpses. He started with the leader, as a sign of some respect to it. Once he finished with it, he ate the mid-sized one because it had the most blood showing. Then he finished ingesting it, so he moved to the largest one. After finally cleaning and eating it, he went to the smaller one. He took his time eating the smaller one as it would be the last thing he would eat for a while.

More general training.

Sven walked into a large dome room inside of Los Noches. After fighting a few days ago, it was time that he trained his speed and strength again. He looked around the large room, quickly noting weights and other various machinery that would be inside a gym. Sven decided to work on his strength first before moving to a bit easier Speed training.

Sven grabbed some 50lbs. weights and put one on each end of the bar for the bench press. He then secured them so that they wouldn't slide around while he was lifting. Once he was sure they were in place, he got under the bar and placed his hands in the correct position. Sven then lifted the bar, extending his arms to where his elbows were locked. He then proceed to do 10 presses for 1 set before setting the bar in its original position.

He then took a 5 second rest before starting another set. As he did this, he took a breath as he went down and exhaled as he went up. He performed this technique as he did this exercise. In between his sets he took a same 5 second rest. If he just did it continuously, he would wear himself and his muscles out. He completed 4 sets before coming out from under the bar.

Sven then unclamped the weights that were held onto the bar and added another 25lbs. onto each side. He resecured the weights onto the bar. Then he performed another 4 sets on the bench press with the heavier weight. Since it was heavier, he didn't do it quite as fast as the first group of sets. Another thing was that his muscles were now being worked and that he would have to push himself to do the higher weights.

Once Sven had finished that group of sets he added a final 10lbs. onto each end. He secured it with the clasps once more, ensuring they did not move. Once he did this, he completed another 4 sets of lifting. He was a bit tired when he finished the set and took an extra 30 second rest. When the 30 seconds were over he removed the 10lbs. on the sides that he had just put on. He got under the bar once again and produced another 4 sets.

Sven knew the proper way to lift on the bench press was to go up in simple incriments and then return to the original weight. This way you increase your strength gradually while not putting extremely heavy loads onto your muscles and then just not working them out. He removed the 25lbs. he had set on and then pushed out the next group of sets. Sven was almost done with the bench press and he would move onto the Speed training next.

He then completed his final group of sets before taking a 1 minute rest. Once he was finished resting he removed the 50lbs. on each side and set them where they belonged. His next exercise would be on the treadmill. He walked onto the treadmill and put a small strap around his wrist. This would be incase he slipped off the machine, so that the machine would stop and not continue going.

Training for TTP

Technique Name: Bala
Class: 6 [Cannot be learned until Class 6.]
Technique Type: Arrancar Technique
Technique Element[if any]: N/a
Technique Description and Effects:Bala (Ð鏎 (¥Ð¥é), bara; Spanish for "Bullet", Japanese for "Hollow Bullet") is an Arrancar-exclusive technique that hardens the user's Reiatsu and releases it like a swift blast of spiritual energy. While the technique is not nearly as powerful as a Cero, its speed is 20 times faster and allows for it to be fired in quick repetition. A Bala's speed and power varies with the Arrancar using it; while the power of Yammy's Bala is equated with a powerful punch, Ulquiorra's Bala is capable of blasting large holes in enemies.[1]
How to use the technique: Fire off hardened reiatsu

Sven wanted to do some basic training with his reiatsu. He walked into his normal training room with all the equipment and walked passed it all. Then he entered another room that was completely empty. It was a room that he worked in when needing to not destrpy his machines when he used his reiatsu in fighting. He got into his hand to hand fighting stance and concentrated on his reiatsu. Sven focused it to his fists that he held outstretched. The edge of his fists turned red and a small ball fired off of it into the wall across the wall. It exploded in midair though as the reiatsu seperated. "Hmm, so that's a bala. Mine is pretty weak. I should work on it more," he thought to himself.

He began to concentrate more on it, ensuring to make sure the reaitsu didn't seperate. Then he hardened it on his fists again, creating a small ball. Sven released the ball and it flew into the other wall and splashed into it. There was no markings left behind, showing it was very weak. "Well that sucked," he thought to himself. Sven then began thinking that he was going about this all wrong and should change his stance to reflect it. He went into his optional weapon's stance that he used when he wasn't using his sword.

Sven concentrated more on making the ball larger and stronger. As he focused on it, the ball began to form on his hand and blasted out, much faster then the others. It impacted the wall at such a speed that it left a small burn mark. "That wasn't bad," he thought, "I think I'm going to have to make a new stance to do this type of stuff though." As he thought this, he changed into what he would now call his technique stance. Once he was in the stance, he gathered reiatsu to his fists and fired a bala from each. "That will have to do," he thought.

Technique Name:Hierro
Class: Equivelant to that of the user, though the hardness of the skin is a result of how much spiritual pressure the user has.
Technique Type: Arrancar Technique
Technique Element[if any]: N/a
Technique Description and Effects:Hierro is an Arrancar technique in which the user's reiryoku condenses, creating a steel-hard skin strong enough to block a zanpakut¨­. This also allows them to fight some of the sword-wielding Shinigami barehanded.
How to use the technique: Always active. Doesn't use reiatsu to keep active, uses reiatsu for strength. Permanently active as soon as it is learned.
Technique Drawback: Must deactivate this to use High Speed Regeneration


Sven wasn't done learning for the day yet. He wanted to develop the one thing he knew all Arrancar should be equipped with, Hierro. He knew how to do it, but doing it was another story. He knew he had to gather his reiatsu onto his skin and then harden it. By doing this he would be able to stop some sword strikes, but he would most likely, at this stage, take most of it. He did not care though if he was injured, but that he would have this to help him. He got into his new technique stance and began to gather his reiatsu onto his skin. As he felt the reiatsu on his skin, he began to harden it like he would for a bala.

However Sven did not attempt to launch it off of his body, instead he focused it on hardening his skin. As he did this, his skin began to tense up and block out small particles like dust and small debris in the air. As soon as he felt that his skin was solid and strong he wanted to test it out. He removed his zanpakuto from its sheath and held it out to his arm. He knew that for his level this should work, but needed to be sure. Before he struck however, he made sure not to use his deadly precision because he would injure himself. Sven then slashed onto his own arm and his skin blocked it. Upon removing his zanpakuto from his arm, there was not a mark.

"Well that seemed to go ok, now for the big test," he thought to himself. He raised the zanpakuto to near his neck before withdrawing it for a slash. He wasn't worried and didn't show any sign of fear. Then he made another slash and hit the back left side of his neck. He removed his zanpakuto from the spot and checked his neck for any bleeding. As he looked at his hand, he noticed there was nothing on it. This showed that the Hierro was working and that he had steelstrong skin. He knew however that if he faced a larger enemy they may be able to break through it, but he wouldn't worry about that now.

Training for TTP is over. Now training for General TP.

Sven walked into his training room with all the equipment. He hopped onto the treadmill and began jogging as the machine started up. Once the machine started up, he set the speed to a good 8mph for him to run on. As the speed increased, he picked up his pace and was soon running.

As he ran, he controlled his breathing making sure not to breath too fast or too slow. By doing this, he would be able to run farther and faster. The way he breathed was also important, by bretahing out and in with his nose, he could control how much he took in and exhaled. If he opened his mouth and used it, it would decrease his efforts and slow him down.

He looked at how far he had been running after some time and noticed it was only just past a quarter of a mile. However the time it took was merely a couple of minutes and a few seconds.
