Kura's usual trainer is unable to train Kura for the day. Kura will simply be training his killing skills, weapon skills.

The menos forest was a desolate place. The dim light crept through the forest trees and illuminated the forest only slightly. The trees were as high as skyscrapers and the ground was flat. The howl of hollows roared through the air and constantly sounded in Kura’s ears. The only person in this particular area of the menos forest was a young Arrancar named Kura Syther. Kura ran his fingers through his jet black spiky hair. He clenched his fist tightly as he leaned against one of the trees. His crimson eyes scanned the area thoroughly, Kura had come here with only one purpose, to train. Colla was unable to train him today so he was going to train himself. He figured hollows would be the most effective method. Kura was trying to find a way to make the hollows come to him. He purposely let his reiatsu flow so he could attract some of the strongest hollows who dwelled in this forest.

The howls were getting louder, closer. This obviously meant the hollows were actually starting to detect him. The only hollows this Arrancar would actually have to worry about were the smart beast, the menos who kept their individuality. Kura knew that if any Gillian were coming for him he’d see them from miles away. Kura stood up and scanned the forest. Suddenly he heard the howl, he heard the stomping of feet, Kura instantly knew it was a Gillian, no Adjuchas made a big sound like that with simply footsteps. Kura instantly drew his zanpakuto.

Kura finally saw the towering Gillian. It was almost as big as the tree and its nose was twice as long as Kura’s zanpakuto. Kura smiled as he got into his fighting stance. “Bring it on my Gillian friend, let’s see what you can do,” Kura said as he smiled. The Gillian stared down on him, it’s eyes seemed angry and it looked ready to attack. It took a step, attempted to crush Kura with his foot. The spiky haired villain was already for this move. Kura quickly leapt back. Kura then jumped high, he landed on the branch. Kura smiled; he was at the neck of the monster like hollow. Kura clenched his fist and began to gather his reiatsu, the red energy gathered around his fist, ready to launch.“Take this Gillian!” Kura shouted as he punched the air, this instantly sent the bala rocketing towards the Gillian. It slammed right into its head. The hollow howled as the blast slammed into it and smoke gathered around its head. The Gillian was almost knocked off its feet, off balanced almost ready to fall to the ground.

Kura roared as he clenched his katana. Kura charged at his opponent, Kura then leapt off the edge of the branch. Kura screamed loudly as he swung his sword down at the head of the Gillian. It cut cleanly through the head of the Gillian. The Gillian instantly dissipated, pretty much obliterated. Kura landed on the floor cleanly, bending his knees at the right time so he landed in a crouching position. “Time for the Adjuchas!” Kura said under his breath as he saw them coming towards him. They were much too small to be Gillian and their Reiatsu was decent, they were obviously decently experience hollows though. Kura gripped his zanpakuto tightly and raised it so it was pointing towards the Adjuchas. There was about five of them. They were all panther like hollows who could obviously fight.

Kura got up from his crouching position and eyed them. One of them charged straight at him. Kura quickly fired a Bala and it slammed into his front, making smoke appear from where the blast had hit and injuring it. Kura didn’t back down though, Kura jumped into the air, pointing his zapakuto to the ground. The point of the blade instantly stabbed itself into the injured hollow’s back right leg. It squealed and was obviously injured and it didn’t seem like it was going to be going anywhere. Kura then used Sonido to appear behind the Adjuchas. Kura slashed down with his sword, it split its head and it was instantly obliterated.

There were three Adjuchas left. The circled Kura slowly and readily. Kura was just as prepared for their assault though. “This Arrancar is a strong one I see,” One of them said. He had an echoing type voice. His two friends grunted in agreement. What idiots! Kura thought to himself as he held his sword upwards. The three of them rushed at Kura in unison. Kura was quick but not that quick. One of them scratched Kura across the chest, ripping some of his shirt but Kura was quick enough to dodge the other two hits. Kura dropped the floor and quickly rolled to the left. One of them had rushed to fast and couldn’t stop himself properly Kura fired another bala at it. It slammed into its back, obviously wounding it and causing the smoke to erupt everywhere again. This blinded all of the hollows. Kura smiled as he felt out all of their reiatsu, with blinding speed Kura slashed one of them on the head, obliterating it. The smoke cleared and the other two Adjuchas were obviously wondering where their friend was.

Kura smiled. “You guys have been very fun training but I am afraid I must end this, I have a lot of other things to be doing in Las Noches,” Kura said. He could see the look of fear on the hollows faces. Kura stuck his sword in the ground and clenched his fist, gathering his reiatsu quickly. Kura then started punching the air, firing balas in rapid succession, they drained nearly all of his reiatsu but he didn’t care, he just needed to kill the hollows. After firing about nine balas he stopped. All he could hear was the hollows screaming and howling in fear and pain, the only thing he could see that was happening to the hollows. All he knew was that they were dying and he had to leave the menos forest. Kura could still see the injured Adjuchas. Kura decided he didn’t want to kill it. He figured it’d probably get eaten by some other hollow. Kura then quickly ran away from the battle scene.
