Stolen Artwork and Copyrights Violation

Hello Staff of B:OW,

I'm sorry that I have to be the bearer of bad news here, so first I'll tell you who I am. I am Kaigen Henshi, known as Dyo, Dyo Kagoshima and Super Kaigen Guru on various sites. I've come here because one of your member has stolen and used artwork that does not belong to him.

The picture he used is of my arrancar OC Dyo Kagoshima, a commission I BOUGHT and PAID for. Meaning I own the likeness and picture itself, as well as controlling the distribution and use of it, minus the artist's ability to use it in his own personal portfolio. Seeing as how I don't appreciate people stealing my bought and paid for items, I am asking that staff remove the artwork altogether from this site. Otherwise, I will have to report the member and, sadly, the site would be dragged into this as well, for copyright violations.

I'm sure this will be handled responsibly and I'm sorry for the stress.

Of course, we can comply, and it will be temporarily removed. HOWEVER, I would very much like some form of proof that you are the owner of this image. Proof of purchase or anything else you can think of which would prove it IS your image would make this an absolutely legitimate claim. This is because quite obviously, I don't know who you are. For all I know, you could be some liar just saying that because YOU want to use the image on a character. Now, I'm not saying that this is the case, but you surely understand where I'm coming from. In the interest of fairness, I'll remove that picture for let's say 30 days, and I'll request that you provide proof of ownership in any form by which you can provide it.

As for proof of purchase, that is something that includes credit card numbers, addresses and names which I will not provide due to personal security reasons.

The should be more than enough information to prove legitimacy and ownership.

Alright, that settles that. Though, in all fairness, the application on this site you referred to isn't even being worked on anymore. Its owner seems to have abandoned it.
