(OOC) This is a spcoal thread between XSG Katekarin Mekatoku And Kazue Watanabe , an unaffiliated fullbringer. The meeting takes place at the corner where Katekarin usually drinks his tea. The time is currently 2 in the morning, and the streets have little to lnow activity other than Katekarin, a few walkers amd of course Kazue Watanabe.
