This is a Training thread that is manditory for all of Squad 2. Those who are not present in this thread will be removed from their seat and will be unseated members of the squad. The point of this thread is to pull Squad 2 out of ruin and establish what the hell is going on with it. As for Onmitsukidô, this thread will allow Xochilt to appoint any of the Second Division's members a title in it at the end of this thread. This take place outside of the Squad 2 Barracks. Xochilt will be waiting for the other seated members to approach her. Their goal is to prove to her that they are worthy of their rank, and if they deserve a spot in Onmitsukidô.

Like always, Kubi was the first. He always was, due to his die-hard habit of needing to know. It was this habit, combined with wanderlust, that first led him to the Soul Society. It was this that led his advanced skill, graduating to the rank of Vice Captain in only several weeks in the Shinigami Academy. And it was this knowledge that led him to accept the rank of Squad 2 Vice Captain. However, that was before he knew the sorry state the division was in.
A 3rd seat that no one has seen in months, a 4th seat even worse, and the majority of the non-seats. Lazy, inconsiderate brutes who joined this division thinking they could get away with anything. And previously, they could. But Kubi was a hardass, that much was for sure: He did not condone laziness while their was work to do. He clenched his fist, then opened in it in astonishment, staring at the crushed blunt in his fingers. "Ah, yes. That particular incident ..." He paused at the double doors, his eyes flashing, his hand gripping the handles tightly, as he remembered the incident. He scoffed in disgust.
He threw the door and his eyes befell her. Ah, yes. Xochilt Anima. This was not the second time he had seen her, though this would most certainly the second time he had seen her. His skill in stealth was renown, greater even than the captain of the Stealth Force. He was capable of hiding his spiritual pressure to such a degree, only those renown as sensors would be able to catch even a glimmer of it. His skill in physically hiding his body were renown as well. His dark eyes, almost black, were staring at her, taking in her lithe body, her beautiful grace, her long legs, features that would make most men fall head over heels.
Not Kubi. He revered only power. There was no pretty face in the world beautiful enough to sway him, whispering meaningless nothings in his ear did nothing. It was power he sought; only power is attractive. There's something beautiful about watching a woman fight, like watching a tiger hunt. It was thrilling and beautiful at the same time. Though Kubi knew much about her, he had yet to see her fight.
Then there was Kubi himself. His messy brown hair was unstyled, hanging over his face, slightly obscuring his curiously emotion-filled eyes. His outfit looked like it got into a fight with the drying machine: the edges ragged, the sleeves of his Shikahusho shortened to the elbow, the length shortened to the waist. His Hakama pants were shortened to the knees. He had on curious shoes: leather wrap with wooden soles, laid in strips. The reason was obvious: as he walked, he made virtually no sound, none that any but the most acute of human's could hear. Kunai, strapped onto his waist in perfectly even rows, were hanging from his belt, made so as not to make a sound. His zanpakutou - a plain sheath, with a ragged handle, the grip wearing away - was strapped vertically over his crotch. A layer of spirit tape was holding the blade in. The blade itself was only about 10 inches long, plus the hilt. A rather short zanpakutou. He had his Vice Captains on the back of a pair of black finger less gloves, on his right hand.
There was something darkly attractive about him: his piercing gaze, his tanned, muscled forearm, devoid of excess hair, his rough, ragged clothes, and his surprisingly formal demeanor. He approached her and kneeled before her, one fist in the ground, his other behind his back, in the typical Punishment Forces fashion. Then he spoke. His voice was rough, cracked from misuse, and low. Yet it help power, and it was attractive; deep, rich, and slow, but not dim-witted.
"Captain Anima." He said those two words, nothing more. He was a very formal individual. After he spoke, he rose, standing in front of her, his hands in his pockets. Yet, he was still formal, despite his casual pose. His chin was raised, his gaze - seeming to pierce through to the soul of whatever it was he looked at - set on his new captain. "What is it you wish of me?"

Xochilt had never formally met with any of the members of her squad. The last person she had seen in Squad 2 was the last captain that she had defeated in order to gain her title. There was no other female captains but Xochilt didn't mind. She wasn't worried about being pushed around. She was loud and made sure she was herd. That was nothg that she needed to be bothered with. However she didn't even know anything about her squad other than their names and faces. If she was going to lift the squad out of the gutter she was going to need to make some changes and familuraize herself with her squad. Kubi Tsure was her Vice-Captain. She didn't know much about him but she was never waiting on him. He was always on time if not early. He had just recently become her Vice-Captain.
Xochilt's eyes covered Kubi. She looked at his clothes. They were in such an odd fashion. She didn't mind, she personally didn't care for the formal uniforms and all the lack of personality. She understood it but she couldn't have cared about it. "Vice-Captain Kubi Tsure. I have to say, you are very formal. A Vice-Captain like you will surely be good in keeping this squad from falling appart. This squad has laid in ruins but we are here today to change that"
She had known about him. She ehard rumors of his assassin skills and knew he would do well in her division. "Surely with you're skills you will also be reguarded as second in comand of Onmitsukid." Xochilt grinned at him for a moment. She didn't want to be serious all the time. When people are too serious you don't always get good results. Xochilt has found that it's always better to be positive.
Xochilt didn't know if any of the other members of ehr squad would show up. But if they expected to maintain their seats in her division they would not even dare to stand up their captain. They were also going to be punished too. Xochilt did have a nasty side to her. If you stepped on her toes then she would make sure you were walking with crutches. Her temper got the bad sides of her sometimes. It wasn't always like her to lash out though. She began to think about Enma. He cheecks turning a little. He was so mysterious and beautiful. Even though Xochilt had never seen his face she was in love. She found him uttler irresistable. He wanted nothing to do with her and she was in complete denial about it. Xochilt widened her eyes. She was suddenly back into reality and focsing on the meeting again. "Now it might seem like things are going to be tough but we will be able to do it. This squad is no longer going to be an eyesore and a joke to the other squads. We are going to be ontime with our paperwork! and keep on task with our duties. There will be no more slacking around or else punishments will result. We do not need to allow ourselves to live in shame any longer."
