So, it's been nearly a month since Z and I began our duel to determine the proper Captain of Squad 9, between the revamped Botan and revamped Raion. Not even a week after our duel began, just after we got our intros out of the way, Z had to take a hiatus due to RL which I completely understand and respect. Since this time, he's been on and off again to work on Canons and his Espada plot, but he hasn't replied for me; in a month...in a Captaincy battle.
So, could we just concede the fight to Botan already and place Raion as his VC like we agreed? Ad-Gin likes Botan's new powerset enough to make him COTM; I've got no doubts that he'd make a great Captain between his powers, his background, and his personality. My activity, overall, is pretty solid with me checking the site at least every other day; occasionally, I'll admit, I've kept people waiting on replies, but I'm pretty good about getting responses up quickly. I'd love to help the Gotei 13 finally flesh out, and to have a Captain for Canons and to help out with Academy Students via mentoring.
If this is in the wrong spot, I apologize. But in a sense, despite my kind disposition and understanding, this is a Complaint.
