Ah. A good, no, a great day. Andrea had always wondered about Azeru Cho's Espada. Were they stronger? If so, why? Though to be honest, Andrea doubted this. In fact, he doubted it a great deal. Sure some of them were strong, but honestly? There was no way they could measure up to someone like Kuroi Naito. That much was obvious. And even more so because they lost to the Captains of the Soul Society. Then again, there were some garbage Captains now.

Nonetheless, Andrea wanted to know how he measured up to his counterpart. Was he worse? He thought not, but that was simply him. Andrea wanted the battle to commence within Las Noches. (In the same location that Grimmjow had fought Ichigo.) And so that's where he decided to wait. He'd only just requested the battle so he was unsure when it would happen, so he waited, leaning back against one of several towers surrounding the area.

As soon as Grimmjow got into the area, he saw the opponent. His blade was already out. He wore the tattered white vest, open to reveal his bare chest, and the baggy white pants to match. His blue hair blew as he moved forwards. His speed looked pretty top notch. Whatever the reason, whatever was going to happen, Grimmjow looked a bit pissed. His reiatsu was flaring across his body already. "Alright, your reiatsu's pretty strong against mine." Grimmjow noted. "So I'm not gonna bother holding back."

He put his hand over his blade very suddenly, and it glowed blue. Grimmjow slid his hand across the blade flat, and the light blue reiatsu flared across his sword. This looked a bit terrifying, really. Grimmjow grinned. "GRIND, PANTHERA!" he declared, reiatsu exploding around his body instantly. Harsh gales and winds shot up all around. Andrea's cheek was even cut just for being near Grimmjow during that release. When it faded, Grimmjow was clad in a white scale suit, with long blue spiky hair, and his hollow mask remnant was some kind of bar across his forehead. His hands and feet were black gloved, and clawed. Grimmjow didn't look too friendly. He roared, and a soundwave blasted across Andrea, moving across him to stun him a moment, freaking him out.

That was...shocking. Just Grimmjow's roar was that powerful! Instantly, he was directly above Andrea, flicking his left wrist downwards. He was so fast...! A large blue rotating orb flew out. Wait, was that...a Gran Rey Cero with Bala speed and orb form?! It flew down, and if it slammed into Andrea, it would explode. Actually, it was all so fast that even if Andrea dodged, even with a step technique, he'd be caught up in the explosion that detonated, roaring and sending second or third degree burns across his body. His speed...it was no match for Grimmjow's! Grimmjow's powers had shot through the roof with his release. It was so shocking!

During Ressurection, reiatsu strength triples and speed doubles. This is shown when Grimmjow is able to fight on par with Ichigo's hollowfication abilities.

This means his speed is now 1600, and his reiatsu strength is now 900.

Pantera, a legendary Etapta. Andrea had always admired Grimmjow's battle prowess. He was a very capable Sexta, and someone that Andrea actually looked up to. The release itself was astonishing. It encased him in a full-body suit of bone. Andrea suspected it was had the same general effect as Hierro. Andrea doubted he could actually even cut Grimmjow's Hierro at this point.

Releasing at this point in the match almost seemed a waste, but it was also going to be needed during this encounter, Andrea already knew this. But not yet. First he wanted to see what a previous Sexta was capable of. After the transformation, Grimmjow was gone. His speed. . . it was amazing. Andrea knew he was one of the fastest Espada, but this was crazy. The next thing Andrea knew there was a mass of Reiatsu above his head.

With no hesitation Andrea managed to take a single step before the attack stuck. Intensified by Sonido the step was enough to avoid the majority of the Cero. Though, not all of it. His back had been burned across. The wounds appeared to be severe second degree burns, if not third. The pain was terrible. Of course Andea considered putting up with it, but that would get him now where.

Before the step was done, Andrea had began his release phrase, "All must bow before the might of Death! CEMETERIO!"[/color] And with that, his Zanpakuto took action. His body was consumed by flaring purple Reiatsu. Though since he was still in motion, the Reiatsu cleared quickly. After releasing, he turned back to Grimmjow, and held his blade diagonally across the front of his body.

"You're really willing to waste such precious fighting time by just standing there?" Grimmjow asked. His eyes showed no mercy, and only contempt. He didn't seem very impressed by what he saw when he looked at Andrea's release. This kind of power was legendary, after all. At one time, there had been another Sexta. Grimmjow had killed him and replaced him without any difficulty at all, and without even drawing his Zanpakuto. It had been with one attack that he'd won, and then a following Cero just to finish off the adversary. That other one had been called something like Luppi.

Grimmjow was probably the stronger of the two. Andrea might not believe that Azeru Cho's Espada had been powerful, but they quite were. In reality, Azeru Cho's Espada had probably been more powerful than the present day ones. Definitely, if one did a comparison of Espada, then each number rival would show favor in Azeru Cho's side. There wasn't a single Espada present day stronger than their Espada counterpart, some might say. Certainly, Andrea would find himself outmatched against Grimmjow. In a single instant, the former Sexta blasted forwards. He was...so fast...! Andrea didn't have a chance in matching that speed. Hell, most wouldn't. In his released state, Grimmjow could keep up with someone using a Bankai that increased speed, in addition to Hollowfication.

Basically, he was a speed demon. His body disappeared in an instant. That was Sonido! As he got to Andrea on his Sonido, his claws raked clearly across the present Sexta's chest. He wasn't holding much back. Grimmjow hadn't been kidding. His power was insane with this released state. His total speed during Sonido was massive. He moved at around Mach 8, faster than Andrea could move several times over even in Sonido. Their speed ratio was unbelievable. With that speed, Grimmjow was insanely strong. With this release, Grimmjow would certainly defeat Andrea. Only a proper melee fighter could combat someone like Grimmjow.
