The shield around the triceratops was different from any of the others. If Cupid looked at it, he'd notice that the gem in the chest was blue, not red. All others he'd seen until now were traditionally red. And, the shield around looked like translucent flames. The arrows could not break through at all, and not even a hint of damage was left on the shield. The triceratops, being a charger, missed Cupid due to Hirenkyaku. However, it whirled around, and continued charging towards him. One issue with this was that if he kept shooting arrows and using Hirenkyaku to dodge, eventually Cupid would get tired, and his stamina would get low enough that he would no longer be able to evade hits, meaning he'd get killed. Essentially, the Triceratops killed its enemies by tiring them out. Cupid had already expended a lot of arrows, and moved around with Hirenkyaku more than once in equivalence. It was tiring to do this constantly. And this time the shields were not damaged at all, and nothing got through. This was troubling.
Jin stood, awaiting an answer from Zouma when suddenly, he watched Zouma pull out two rings. Jin was about to ask as he reached his hand out to take the blue one that Zouma handed him when Zouma answered him. So he learned how to make one through a flashback? Amazing! Jin was in shock when he heard Zouma say that. To be able to create one of these things purely from seeing it created in a flashback was amazing. Jin was in more shock that he now had a working ring sitting in his palm. Despite the short time that it would last, it was still a ring, one that he could actually use. He slipped the ring on his middle finger as he watched Zouma begin attacking the Shada Hollow. He sent a wave of Tenkai, and a red reiatsu coated his blade. That was the same thing that Future Zouma had done! Zouma had created a ring that had the same powers as Future Zouma's did. Jin still hadn't understood what exactly Future Zouma's ring could do despite allow him to bypass Jin's heat and mirage effects somehow.
He then heard Zouma remark that it would be hard to use the ring. Well, that sucked. He could tell that the reiatsu on Zouma's blade was fluctuating, meaning that using it would depend on precise timing. That wasn't something Jin could do using it just once. He would have to use it at least once or twice in order to do so, but he had an idea to sort of bypass it. He could use it at least twice in the one time he tried to use it. He watched as Zouma lashed out with Tenkai, only for the Shada Hollow to counter it with a gigantic white Cero. It was powerful. It destroyed the Tenkai and continued, but Zouma countered it with a second Tenkai. This was going to be really difficult. He heard Zouma say that they might have to get the Shada Hollow to Shauna. If that needed to be done, they could probably get Padrone to teleport it along with them because they couldn't take any chances turning their backs on it.
Jin then heard Zouma tell him to use one of his True Bount techniques. Luckily for him, he already had one planned. Make that two. "Don. Help me back Zouma up. Feere, Jikashi and Padrone, stay back with me. Your doll won't help in this situation Feere, and plus I'll need you three for Cas Donne. With how it's looking now, I have a feeling that I have to use it and that technique." Jin said. He watched as Don quickly rushed out. Don moved out near Zouma and then smirked as he came to a stop. His doll's powers immediately went into effect, lowering the air temperature to freezing temperatures. He was hoping this would do what it did to the raptor hollow and numb the reiatsu shield. While he did that, Jin was already preparing his reiatsu, building it up for a technique he hadn't used in some time. The reiatsu flowed out of him in a brilliant gold aura. Then, when he finished charging his reiatsu, he clapped his hands together and from his own body and reiatsu split a second of himself. This second Jin wore the same blue ring on his middle finger, and he also had the heat around him. Jin had used his Ijat Rein technique to copy himself so that he could speed up the process of getting used to the ring on the first try of using it. His clone felt everything he did, and any experience gained was transferred between the two.
With that said and done, the two Jin's took each others hands and grabbed he hands of Feere, Jikashi, and Padrone. The rings on their fingers glowed as their reiatsu charged. Jin, his clone, Feere, Jikashi, and Padrone immediately began channeling their power, charging it as they stood with their hands locked together, Jin being in the center of them all. This was his first time actually using this technique with a group of Bount other than just his clones. Hopefully, it would do some kind of damage. The drawbacks from using this technique were painful. Jin just hoped that he would have enough to use that other technique if it was needed, though he had a feeling that it would be. The five Bount all charged their reiatsu, building it up for Jin to use. Sparks of blue lightning began forming within the center of them and continued to grow. It got bigger and bigger until the technique was complete. "Zouma!" Jin called out, trying to get his ally's attention. Just then, the majestic storm of ten thousand bolts of blue electricity and lightning rushed out, glowing with a bright blue coating on its outside. It rushed forward, straight for the Shada Hollow. It looked deadly powerful as it rushed forward, fueled with the reiatsu strength of Jin and his three Bount (1060 Reiatsu Strength).

Zouma looked behind him, seeing what was coming. He jumped high into the air, flipping back so that he could land behind Jin. Zouma slid his fist back as his ring started to crack more. Reiatsu shot across his arm, and he slammed it into the back of Jin's head. But, it stopped right there, as if it had hit a wall. Reiatsu flowed into Jin's attack. Normally, the attack required Bount reiatsu only, but the Ring allowed Zouma to add his strength to the blast. This meant that Jin's attack was getting stronger, so that it would be able to annihilate more enemies. Within mere seconds, the Vasto Lorde Dragonoid was hit. He screamed and whatnot as he was lost in the shower of lightning, and the smoke that rose. Dozens of other hollows were being destroyed as well. Seeing this as an opportunity, Shauna aimed her bow, and began firing off dozens of arrows at once. Within seconds, by the time the arrows and lightning had faded, all the Shada Hollows in the area were dead, except the one Cupid was fighting.
The one Cupid fought had been shielded by numerous others, so Cupid's battle continued. Meanwhile, Shauna was dueling the last of the Vasto Lorde Shada Hollows. And, the Dragonoid, though burned, was still alive. He looked up, his eyes glaring at Jin and the others. He was burned, but he'd survived. No doubt, this was the power Future Jin had been unable to defeat with even one of his strongest techniques. However, a sudden flashback revealed the Dragonoid falling dead after Zouma's attack hit it. Zouma smiled, as did Jin. The flashback ended. Alright, so this thing was supposed to be killed by a combo of Jin and Zouma. They'd just sunk their reiatsu strength with others to attack it. The rest was probably up to some kind of ace attack from Zouma, but only after Jin weakened the enemy with one more decisive hit. He had to use that.

Cupid had stopped using hirenkyaku. He couldn't expend infinite amounts of reiatsu even though he had an infinite supply at the moment. He would be exhausted if he kept using his reiatsu in such large quantities at a time. So now he was going to have to change his game plan because what he had done before, was not working at all. This shada hollow was different then the last one. It was stronger. Then Cupid noticed that the gem was a different color. The gem on the other shada hollow was red. This Shada hollow had a blue gem. "Maybe it has to do something with the gem being a different color. The shield is also reacting differently. It has not sign of weakening."[/color] Cupid thought as he watched the hollow. The shada hollow was not facing him and rushing at him. This was bad because Cupid was not going to be able to dodge unless he wanted to deplete his stamina. So, instead he was going to need to prevent the charge. Cupid reached into his pocket and pulled out a silver tube. Then he said an incantation as he stared at the triceratops. "Flesh and bone, melt upon thy touch!" Cupid threw the silver tube forward and it turned into a red glow before bursting into a chandelier made of fire. The chandelier rotated like the hands on a clock as it fired melon sized balls of magma. The chandelier was fixated in front of Cupid firing. Hopefully this would be enough to get past its defenses. Also if he continued to charge he would collide with the chandelier which was incredibly hot and extremely dangerous.
The attacks had no effect, striking the shields, and simply vaporizing against them. The Shada Hollow bashed through the chandelier, making it through and slamming its head into Cupid. Its horns pierced his body, but it was noticeable that passing through the chandelier itself had been a breaking point. The shields had been taken down. They were quickly regenerating. As it was, this was Cupid's only chance. Here, while pierced on the horns. He was close, and the shields were down but regenerating. If he couldn't get the required hit here, the battle was over. This was all he was going to get. Now or never. He wouldn't have the stamina to do it again, especially with holes in his body that were quickly letting out his blood. That blood loss was traumatic, obviously. Cupid's body wasn't going to respond well if he continued to fight. So, once again. That was what he was presented with. One chance. One single shot at hitting this beast, or being defeated by its brute force.

Jin watched as the attack raced forward. He was glad that Zouma had moved out of the way of the attack. He didn't want his comrade getting hurt by his attack. Then, Zouma moved behind Jin and Jin felt reiatsu flowing into the attack. Zouma was increasing the attack's power! That would really help them. He watched as the storm of lightning and electricity crashed into the Vasto Lorde Dragonoid and heard it scream in pain. He wasn't sure if it was defeated or not, but its screams sounded as though the attack had really hit its mark. The attack was also destroying dozens of other hollow as well. That was good. Jin wasn't sure how long he should hold the attack, but he couldn't hold it too long because the longer he did, the more burns formed over his arms. Jin decided to stop and see whether or not the Vasto Lorde Dragonoid was defeated, and so he stopped channeling the reiatsu. The lightning faded, and when it did, steam was billowing off of his arms. His arms had suffered second to third degree burns all over them. It was painful, but Jin didn't care because he was closer to saving his race. This body of his could die for all he cared, just as long as his race was safe when it did. He slumped forward, tired and weakened from the burns and use of the powerful Cas Donne technique.
Jin looked up, only to see he Dragonoid hollow glaring at Jin and the others. What?! It survived?! But how?! Jin should have expected as much. The Dragonoid hollow in the flashback had survived Jin's powerful Grobe Fazit attack formed through Hitze. Cas Donne was only a True Bount technique. If anything, a powerful doll technique should have been strong enough to finish it, and if that hadn't been, then it meant that a side technique like Cas Donne, though powerful, would not destroy it either. Jin was sure of what he had to do now. He had been planning to use it. He knew that ever since he came back from his training and made his resolve to save his race, he would have to use that technique. Jin already knew what must be done even as the flashback came. He saw the Dragonoid falling dead after Zouma's attack hit. It seemed a combo attack needed to be done, but not just any combo. A powerful one. Jin was going to have to use it.
"Seems it can't be helped. I'm going to have to use that." he said. He stumbled forward, his determined eyes staring into the glaring eyes of the Dragonoid Shada Hollow. This was it. Jin began gathering his reiatsu as he thought of the technique he wanted to use. There was no need to train this, mainly because of its drawback, but also because it, like the other True Bount techniques, was imprinted into his mind. He only had to think of the technique to use it, and that he did. Jin bent down, placing his hands on the floor beneath him and concentrated on the technique. Gaz Daschen. He focused on the Bount around him, concentrating on not only protecting them, but protecting all of the Bount in the world. He was putting his resolve into this one. Jin lifted his head, staring once more into the Dragonoid's eyes. "This is what happens when you mess with my Bount Shada Hollow. No matter what, I will protect them, even if I have to go to hell with you!" Jin said. "Become ash!" he cried out as he plunged all of his reiatsu into the attack.
Jin's golden reiatsu surged out of him, and the ground immediately began to shake. It was a powerful earthquake, which was soon followed by an enormous blast of raw energy which shot towards the Shada Hollow. The raw energy blasted out from Jin in a 360 radius, reducing anything to ash that it touched, and continuing for up to 8 miles. The blast was fueled with 5 times Jin's own reiatsu strength, making it even more powerful. (1300 Reiatsu Strength) Jin hoped that Zouma wouldn't be hit by the attack. There was no way Jin could focus it so that it didn't hit Zouma since he wasn't a Bount. He just hoped that Zouma had some way to combo with Jin while avoiding being hit with the attack. Jin's resolve was set as he watched the blast of raw energy head straight for the Dragonoid hollow. Even as the burn scars began forming over his chest, his resolve was set. Even as the immense pain from the scars overwhelmed his body, he didn't let up. He was going to finish this Dragonoid Hollow and protect his race!
Jin's Remaining Reiatsu: 0(-1100 from Gaz Daschen)
Don's Remaining Reiatsu: 2600
Feere's Remaining Reiatsu: 2400
Padrone's Remaining Reiatsu: 1600
Jikashi's Remaining Reiatsu: 3600

"I'm tearing it all down. No structure. No Gods. No Masters. Just pure Anarchy..."
With the clearing of the smoke, it became clear that Zouma was unharmed. As was everyone else in the area. Cupid, Shauna, etc. All had been protected by the massive power of Shauna's Reiatsu, which had reached out. Alright, there was more of a hint at Shauna's powers. She was able to use her reiatsu to completely defend against attacks even as strong as Gaz Daschen. Jin wouldn't even be able to move for a long time. It was a technique that drained him of all energy and stamina, and even took some of his life force away. Life force that wouldn't be recovered. He'd probably lost years of his lifespan. This would reflect in a slight aging of one or two years. Though this didn't seem like much in physical terms, his body had probably taken on the same physical conditions that an 80 year old human would have. While he would gradually recover from this, the next few weeks would be spent like an old man.
Meanwhile however, a flashback struck Jin. This one started to reverberate throughout his skull, echoing within so that it would deeply imprint. His mind, for the first few seconds, would feel like it was being split apart by a thousand knives, consumed by flames, obliterated by lightning. Death would be a better alternative than the pain. But, when the pain ended, he'd see it. A flashback meant for Jin alone. It was Future Jin. Future Jin looked strong in that moment, but for whatever reason, he was in the White Desert. Strangely enough, he was in Las Noches even. In the throne room. Why was he there? And how? On top of the throne, for Jin was in the throne room, a figure sat. This figure in question looked powerful. He looked strong, but Future Jin showed no fear.
The figure was tall, and muscular, broad shouldered. He wore robes and garments befitting a King, and a white mask with glowing red eyes, a makeshift crown visible on that. The figure was strong. That much was clear. His feet were hidden by the robes. So were his arms. However, those glowing red eyes continued to stare down at Jin. Jin looked up at the figure, smiling, and unhindered by any form of fear. He was flicking his golden yoyo with the hole in it down and up again. It was a regular yoyo spin. "You haven't done much with this place." Jin noted. "Maldaga Sasori." The figure looked up at Jin. "That name...is long dead..." he whispered. His voice was a hiss, a booming, ominous one. Despite seeming like a whisper, it loudly reverberated throughout the entire room, shaking the very foundations of it.
"Then would you prefer King Shada?" Jin asked. A powerful chuckle resonated from the figure, Maldaga Sasori, now identified as King Shada. He looked at Jin coldly. Jin continued to speak. "You killed and replaced Sonken Kouhai. You destroyed Kyousou Ningen. You even slaughtered the Espada, and replaced them with mind controlled Vizards. This is a world heading for darkness. But it is a future that I will prevent." King Shada laughed at Jin's boldness. His laughter was chilling, destructive even. Regular Jin, who would hear it through the flashback, would be forced to shivers, though he could not physically move, since he was just a floating conscious absorbing and observing this scene, which unfolded before him. "So then it's true about Arashi Manako." Jin said. "His Zanpakuto is the only weapon that can defeat you, but to do so it needs The Blades of Abhorrence, as well as Ryuujin Jakka."
"That is correct, though none of these tools exist anymore." King Shada said. "That is incorrect!" Jin declared, pointing at King Shada, and stopping his yoyo maneuvers. "You still have a fragment of Teliki, which you have been trying to reconstruct for a hundred years. Ever since Arashi destroyed it." King Shada laughed. "What of it? You certainly won't live long enough to tell anyone that." Jin smiled at King Shada. "I know." he said. "But I have fulfilled my duty, now." Was that his duty? To get a message to Present Jin about what was required? Arashi Manako was the only one who could defeat King Shada in King Form. King Shada was Maldaga Sasori of the Vizards. Arashi would only win if he had the Blades of Abhorrence and Ryuujin Jakka in addition to his own Zanpakuto. This information had to be passed on. But first, an ultimate battle.
Suddenly, it started. King Shada descended from his throne, and started zig zagging, albeit slowly. He moved from one side, and then suddenly jerked to the other, approaching Jin in this way. And next instant, he was gone. Jin's yoyo flew out as he dragged his ring across it. "HITZE!" he exclaimed. "Segundo Hitzwelle!" he declared as Hitze started to form. That was when an enormous wave of blue gas flew straight at King Shada. In an instant, King Shada held a hand up. A giant violet barrier materialized, and the gas shattered against it. Jin didn't let up, though. "Erste Komposition!" he declared. "Double Feature!" Lined with gold reiatsu, orange beams of light and energy, eight of them in total, materialized around him, converging on King Shada.
King Shada aimed his left palm at them. Before, he'd used a violet barrier. Now, some kind of invisible force stretched out, and the beams shattered. King Shada then flicked his right hand out, and an invisible blast of energy struck Jin, who flew back. He backflipped in mid air to right himself, landing on the ground. That was when he slammed his palms together. Instantly, the same attack that he'd utilized on the Dragonoid Shada Hollow before materialized, threatening to engulf King Shada. King Shada remained calm, and violet energy blasted out of him instantly, destroying the attack. But, a Ring was visibly giving tons of energy to Jin, and so he didn't seem near out of stamina. That had been just another attack to him. That was when the true beauty of his style appeared. Hitze returned to yoyo form. He pulled out the Golden Ring that Present Jin had been given.
Jin slammed it into the hole slot on the yoyo. The gem went in as a small gold energy flame formed on it. A flame erupted out, and suddenly the yoyo was gone. Jin was holding twin tonfa swords. But, not just any tonfa swords. The handles were made of golden metal, but the blades were made of some kind of gold light. Steam was drifting from them. He'd condensed heat to such a point that it could become a shape like this. A true mastery of his powers. Jin flew forwards, slashing wildly at King Shada with an unorthodox style. King Shada dodged blows with great speed, but some he could not dodge. To counteract, a violet barrier formed on his wrists each time needed, and he blocked out the tonfa attacks with these. At some point, he flicked both palms out, and a green energy flickered on his palms. Jin was blasted back by an invisible force, several bones in his body, though it was uncertain which, snapping.
He still landed on his feet, skidding across the ground. That was when he decided. It was time to use his ultimate attack. His golden tonfa glowed, and shattered. "Glass fragments" of gold energy began moving all around the area as steam began to fill it. King Shada looked around, uncertain of what was happening, of what exactly was going on. "Majestät Krone: Hitze Gottes Zorn!" (Majesty Crown: Heat God's Wrath) Instantly, a giant blast of gold energy erupted throughout the whole of the throne room. An entire half of Las Noches was consumed in a huge blast of reiatsu, and the sky filled with black thunder clouds. Heat in the sky was forcing the atmosphere to heat. Lightning flashed from the sky, crashing down on Las Noches as well, adding to Jin's powerful attack. It became a thirty second cyclone of raw heat and energy, moving around and destroying everything.
And when it faded, only ash, rubble, and steam could be left seen. Visibly, fire and smoke were everywhere, and Jin was on all fours, panting heavily. However, all around him, Las Noches quickly started to repair itself. Impossible! Something was causing repairs. Which meant that King Shada was regenerating from whatever wounds he'd gotten. He stood up from the rubble. An entire quarter of his upper body had been obliterated completely, blown off as blood flowed off of it. But it didn't help. His body started to regenerate, and soon it was whole again. He aimed his palms at Jin. "Goodbye." he said simply. "EXECUTION BANISHMENT!" A green blast homed in on Jin, and suddenly everything went black. With an abrupt end filled with pain, Jin's flashback came to an end. The end of the flashback so abruptly could only mean one thing. It ended in blackness, and it was Future Jin's flashback. King Shada had killed Future Jin.

Cupid reached back with his left arm 100 arrows formed they were charged with lightning. As he prepared his arrows he was slammed into the chest by the beastly hollow. His feet left the ground and pain radiated through his nerves. It was a numbing pain and for a brief moment he had ignored it as much as he could. With this moment he aimed the arrows at the beast and let them fly. They shot into the hollow at incredible speeds. Cupids arms fell to his sides and his eyes closed. He did not pass out, nor was he dead. But he was coping with the pain. The beast would most likely be dead. The spikes would no longer be in him if it disintegrated like the other shada hollow did. If not Cupid would push the spike out of him slowly and fall to the ground. He was trying to think about other things to get his mind off of the pain but it was to no avail. He needed immediate medical attention. Maybe one of the Quincy would come to his aid. Or someone else. However he himself had no means of treating the wound. He managed to pull off his shirt and wrap his chest with it. He tightened it as much as he could.
Jin was exhausted as he watched his attack blast outwards, but yet, all he felt was pride in himself and in his race. He was saving his friends, his allies. He felt pride in his own powers as his attack ricocheted out into the Dragonoid Shada Hollow. He was immobilized from the sheer pain caused by the technique's use, but even as his body ceased to follow his commands, and he fell back, there was a smile left visible on his face. Don and Padrone instantly rushed forward to catch Jin as he fell and supported him by placing each of his arms around their necks. They held him in the middle like this, propping him up in this way. Jin felt pride that he was able to see his Bount allies and comrades live after this battle. He was able to fulfill his role as the Bount Leader, and that was what made him so happy with himself. Though, even as he smiled, and celebrated, there was something else coming, a powerful flashback that struck him instantly. This one was different from the others. It reverberated throughout his skull, echoing within it. It felt as though his head was about to split in half. It felt like fire was consuming the inside of his skull. Even with this pain echoing throughout Jin's mind and throughout his body, he couldn't scream. His body was too paralyzed and out of stamina and power. He could do nothing but stare into empty space as the flashback echoed through his mind. His smile then faded as the flashback began playing.
He saw it all. He saw Jin standing there, proud, charismatic, courageous. He was a true Bount Leader at that moment. He resembled the power and charisma that Jin now wanted to achieve. The Jin of the Future appeared so courageous as he stood before the large figure. Jin wasn't sure what was going on. What the two were conversing about. He heard the 'Blades of Abhorrence' mentioned and 'Maldaga Sasori'. These things, that person. He didn't know what they were. He hadn't heard of either. Jin then watched as the two battled, his future self fighting his hardest despite knowing that he would die. He was courageous in that moment. He was giving it his all against King Shada, but it was to no avail. Each and every strike seemed to be bested by King Shada. Then, Future Jin prepared his ultimate. The finisher. It looked like it would all be over for King Shada, but when the smoke and ash cleared, it seemed that King Shada had survived. He was regenerating?! How was that even possible?! All hope seemed to be lost for Future Jin then. The next thing Jin knew, the Shada King aimed his hand at Future Jin and everything went black. Wait, what had happened? Had Future Jin really died? Had he really died at the hand of the Shada King? At the hands of Maldaga Sasori? Jin couldn't believe any of this. It just couldn't be possible, but the evidence was right there, etched into his mind. He just couldn't believe that his Future Self died in such a way. He died courageously, like a true hero, but still, Jin couldn't believe it. He was just in awe, his eyes staring blankly into space. Even as Don and Padrone called to him to see if he was okay. All he could do was stare blankly into the air and ponder over what he had just seen.
